Usually, when paying online, you have 15 minutes to decide whether to buy a train ticket. There is no way to book seats on trains in advance and then adjust your plans. This is especially inconvenient in the summer, when all tickets are sold out as soon as they go on sale 45-60 days before the train departs. In addition, dynamic pricing is now practiced: the closer to the departure date you buy a ticket, the more expensive it is. We want our clients to be able to order a ticket even when they are unable to pay for it immediately.
Reserving tickets allows you to defer payment for up to 3 days(depending on departure time). By purchasing a ticket for all trains marked with a special icon, you can take advantage of this opportunity. You will only need to decide how you plan to pay for the ticket in the future - by bank card, electronic money or cash. You can read more about available payment methods.
How to apply
- You choose which ticket you want to buy. Train, carriage, location.
- Enter the passenger's details (full name, date and place of birth, document number for which the ticket is issued).
- Check the “Reserve ticket” box and select a payment method.
- Provide information to receive your order (phone, e-mail).
- Our operator may call you back within half an hour to confirm your reservation.
What is the price
Reservation is a paid service. An additional 200 rubles will be included in the bill. If your plans change, you don't have to buy your ticket - you won't have to pay anything.
Temporary restrictions
This is a completely new service for Russia, so for now it is working in test mode:
- Ticket reservations are possible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Moscow time;
- The service is available for trains traveling only within Russia;
- When a ticket is delivered by courier, reservations are not possible.
At the end of the trial period, we will remove restrictions and you will be able to reserve tickets whenever it suits you.

What determines the price of a train ticket?
Many factors influence the formation of this price:

Only the passenger can return the ticket in person. In exceptional cases, a ticket can be returned by proxy. To return you must present:
- control coupon or electronic ticket/order number;

Attention! It is possible to issue electronic tickets for the Sapsan high-speed trains in one order using various special and publicly available tariff plans (Full, children, children without a seat, Senior, Junior, Round trip, road and electronic cards, Business travel card). In this case, only one special or general fare can be applied to one passenger. The special fare plan discount applies only to the fare, excluding the service fee.

When returning travel documents issued for cash, the passenger chooses a refund method - bank or postal transfer:
- when choosing a bank transfer, the passenger must indicate all the bank details required in the application form (current account, correspondent account, BIC, card number, bank name, full name of the recipient);
- when choosing a postal transfer, the passenger indicates the postal address at which he can receive the transfer (the zip code and full name of the recipient must be indicated).
