Where are the slides? Where to go downhill? Specially equipped tracks

Tubing attractions are open in any weather, even when there is no snow, but you have to pay for entry and wait in line to go down. You can ride on natural slides at least 24 hours a day and completely free: go down - go up - go down - go up... vzhuuhh! On a sled, snow scooter, cheesecake, ice skate and just on the fifth point, from morning to evening, at any time. True, no one here will check the safety of the slope or provide infrastructure and comfort. Whatever you choose, the main thing is to have a fun and positive time.

1. VDNKh, slide "North"

Where is: VDNKh, to the right of the main entrance, in Northern Square.

What is the price: 1 descent for adults: 50 rubles on weekdays, 70 on weekends. 5 descents: 200 rub. on weekdays and 300 on weekends. Price for children: 40/50 rub. - 1 descent, 150/200 - 5 descents.

Opening hours: from 11:00 to 23:00 on weekdays, from 10:00 to 23:00 on weekends and holidays.

5 people can slide down at the same time (on 5 slopes), the length of the descent is 80 meters. The number of slopes helped solve the problem with queues that existed last year and increased the dynamics of skiing. In the evening the slide is illuminated with bright lights. There is a cafe and a first aid station nearby. Children under 110cm tall must be accompanied by an adult. Children under three years old are not allowed on the slide.

2. “Vsepogorka” in Sokolniki

Where is: Sokolniki Park, 3rd radial clearing

What is the price: launch on the slide by sessions, 300 rubles on weekdays and 400 on weekends. Students and schoolchildren from Monday to Thursday have a reduced price of 200 rubles.

Working hours: from 11:00 to 22:00

The slide can function even in summer. This is facilitated by a special plastic coating on which the cheesecakes slide. The length of the slope is 200 meters, height - 12. There are three slopes on Vsepogorka. They ride strictly in turns, alone or in tandem. City battles are held periodically. Children under 7 years old are prohibited from entering the slide; from 7 to 12 years old, access to the slide is only possible if accompanied by their parents.

3. “Lata-track” in Krylatskoye

Where is: st. Krylatskaya, 1

What is the price: 1 hour on weekdays - 500 rubles, on weekends - 1000 rubles, two hours: 800 and 1500, three hours: 1200 weekdays, 2000 weekends.

Working hours: on weekdays from 16:00 to 23:00, on weekends - from 9:00 to 23:00.

Paid tubing track on a natural slope in Krylatskoye. Suitable for those who have long dreamed of a ski slope, but have never learned how to stand on either skis or a snowboard. Or for those who came with snowboarders for company, but don’t know what to do with themselves while they ride. The length of the slope is 200 meters. An automatic cheesecake lift will take the vehicle and rider to the top.

4. Gorka in Kolomenskoye

Where is: Kolomenskoye Park, in the area of Nizhnyaya and Torgovaya streets.

Cost: with your own cheesecake for free, tube rental - 200 rub. in 30 minutes.

A large part of the park is occupied by a fairly gentle slope to the Moscow River, free of tall trees. This is where the huge slide is located. In the fenced area you can only go down on a cheesecake (whether you want your own or a rented one), and nearby on the “wild” slope you can use whatever you want: a snow scooter, an ice skate, a sled. A road leads to the hill, along which there are wooden huts with taverns, pancake houses and other Russian folk catering establishments.

5. Hill in Neskuchny Garden

Where is: Neskuchny Garden, next to the Tea House

Price: for free

There are practically no slopes free of forest. Visitors found one suitable site in Neskuchny Garden: next to the embankment, in the Tea House area, where there is a beach with sun loungers in the summer. This is where the spontaneous tubing slide exists. 5-7 people can descend at the same time, but the tube can fly out directly onto the roadway of the embankment. Therefore, the park staff fenced off the foot of the hill from the road with a net.

6. Slide in Kuzminki Park

Where is: Kuzminki Park, Shibaevsky Pond

Price: free with your own cheesecake.

The famous popular skiing spot at Shibaevsky Pond began to resemble Courchevel from afar. The top of the slope is decorated with a restaurant with a round glazed pavilion in a constructivist style, overlooking a pond and with prices that are not at all Kuzminsky (dining with a family will cost about 3000-4000 rubles). But on weekends there are no empty seats at the tables, the waiters go crazy from the workload and become impudent.

People can go tubing, sledding or skiing here. The main thing is not to collide. There are a lot of people, especially on weekends. The slope is gentle, but very long. So the overclocking turns out just right. On the opposite bank of the pond there is a smaller slope and a more democratic cafe.

7. Slope in Rostokin

Where is it: Aqueduct Park, entrance from Malachite Street.

How much does it cost: free with your own cheesecake.

A wide hill near the Rostokinsky aqueduct with a view of VDNKh and the “Worker and Collective Farm Woman” pavilion. There is a good view of the hill itself from Prospekt Mira. Therefore, many motorists, having seen enough of the idyllic pictures of rides in traffic jams, come here on weekends even from other parts of Moscow. Well, a lot of local residents come from all over the northeast of the capital.

There is no infrastructure provided here. You can only warm up if a “coffee machine” arrives on the weekend. Nearby, on Malakhitovaya Street, where tubing lovers park, there is a pie-pilaf place. There is no toilet nearby either. However, you can use the “facilities” on the church grounds. Or walk to the Aqueduct Park skating rink. However, the slide is very popular. You can see people skating even late at night.

8. Slope in the Izmailovo forest park

Where is: Izmailovo Forest Park, Oleniy Pond

Price: for free

Near the Main Alley, on Oleniye Ponds, residents of the area and cheesecake connoisseurs from all over Moscow traditionally ride. Acceleration on the slope is good: the cheesecake reaches the middle of the pond (by the way, the water in it is drained, there is no need to be afraid of ice). For extreme sports enthusiasts, there are slopes with springboards (traumatologist services are not provided).

There are no cafes or restaurants near the slides. And, unfortunately, there is no toilet either. But it is next to the slope that the official picnic points of Izmailovsky Park are located. And this is the trick of this place: while some are riding, others are grilling shish kebab and warming up with mulled wine. It makes the perfect winter picnic.

Unfortunately, parking along the side of the Main Avenue was recently banned. And the nearest paid parking is several kilometers on foot. There are, however, places where fifteen cars can hide: watch the locals carefully, they know.

After I went sledding in Finland, I was inspired to repeat it in Russia. Unfortunately, we don’t have the same slopes as our neighbors, but we do have so-called tubing, which is enough even for a small slide. It’s not for nothing that this type of winter entertainment is called modern sleds, which are easy to pull after riding uphill compared to metal ones. By the way, besides the fact that these so-called “cheesecakes” are madly loved by children, they are also very popular by adults, who remember with pleasure the joys of childhood.”

In general, we can generally highlight the following advantages, which suit me quite well:

  1. Sooooo many slides you can ride on
  2. Inexpensive rental
  3. Safely!
  4. Very cool feeling!

Cheesecake riding is becoming fashionable in Moscow. Russian entertainment is liked not only by children, but also by adults. And there are more and more tubing slides in the capital’s parks: the longest, “cosmic” and all-weather. Komsomolskaya Pravda advises going to all the hills, telling you where to ride cheesecakes and sleds in Moscow.

Space launch

Near the model of the Vostok launch vehicle at VDNKh, a whole complex of Raketa tubing slides appeared. It consists of two slopes with a height of 20 and 12 meters and a length of slopes of 180 and 120 meters. It was the first descent that allowed the slide to win the title of the highest in Moscow. When you climb to the 20-meter-high launch pad, you get a stunning panoramic view of the main alley of VDNKh and you can even see a huge skating rink in the shape of a “golden key.” And then everything was easy and simple - I got a cheesecake, sat down and flew. You can scream out loud. Near the slides themselves there are still cosmically beautiful 3.5-meter art objects of the planets of the solar system, among which there is even a magical planet New Year. Also, luminous 6-meter figures of athletes were installed on Industry Square. There are ticket offices, a food court and a Christmas market nearby.

“Vsepogorka”: winter and summer

The ice slide from Sokolniki has not disappeared. She just changed the name. There was “The Gorka”, but now it became “Vsepogorka”. And all because the slide has become all-weather and will no longer be dismantled during the summer season. You don't need snow at all - you can ride without it. The most beautiful tubing slide in Moscow was installed near the walls of the Kremlin as part of the Journey to Christmas festival. The 7-meter-high slope is assembled from 1,600 ice blocks weighing 120 kg each. The slide is decorated with ice figures on the sides, and there is even a snow clock.

“Journey to Christmas” on an icy track, which is 100 meters long, takes a few wonderful seconds. This year the slide will have a four-slope slide, which means no one will have to wait long in line to ride. As before, the main city slide is built from transparent ice blocks brought from the lakes of Pervouralsk. A team of experienced craftsmen decorated its sides with ornate carvings.
