What to take with you on vacation. We rest wisely. A complete list of things to take with you on vacation

Well, spring has come, I don’t really want to sit at home in an armchair with a book, and it seems that everyone is already planning a vacation. More and more often I began to stumble upon photos of suitcases and vacation sets and decided to make here a selection of vacation capsules that fit into one suitcase (sometimes even into hand luggage).

Here are examples of capsules for different types of holidays - both at sea and in the city, for different weather conditions.

And, by the way, there are a lot of good formulas, when capsule compilers offer a certain number of "tops", "bottoms", accessories, and so on, I think it will be easier for many with such mathematics.

All pictures are clickable and lead to the original sources.

Monochrome capsule. Pay attention to the smart top, pumps and clutch - things that can turn the whole set from casual into smart casual.

Autumn wardrobe for two weeks. The neutral base and a few solid color accents, ideal for the summer color type, blend together quite well, and the capsule does not turn out to be boring.

And here is the formula for how to assemble a wardrobe capsule for a vacation in a southern resort.

Mini cheat sheet on how to pack things in a suitcase.

Wardrobe capsule for 3 weeks, fits in hand luggage. In fact, there is a rather controversial combination of colors here (black and white contrasts with bright blue for the “winter” color type and here a pearl gray scarf with dusty shades for “summer”). But the set of things itself can be taken as a basis by adjusting the color scheme.

Another attempt to deduce the capsule wardrobe formula. A good approach is to assemble the base capsule first and then add color accents to it.

How to pack a wardrobe for two weeks in hand luggage (plus, in this list, you can immediately estimate how much space will be taken by other necessary things that are usually not included in wardrobe sets - underwear, pajamas, cosmetic bag, shower slippers, etc.):

What to take with you to Europe in the spring - a very minimalistic capsule:

And again - 16 things, 40 outfits in one suitcase. A good mini-wardrobe for autumn-spring, however, for traveling personally I am confused here by shoes, especially rubber boots - there are not so many places where they will really be needed, and putting heavy hunters, as in the photo, in a suitcase is immediately +2 .5 kg, which, given the limit of many airlines for hand luggage of 10 kg, is already critical.

A vacation capsule for the “summer” color type (16 things that will fit in a suitcase. Pay attention to the list - focusing on it, you can assemble a capsule from what you have in your wardrobe):

And again, a capsule for a vacation in Paris, this time in summer - but in fact, just a good summer capsule, with which you can go to Samara and Sochi. But personally, I would replace two pairs of shorts here with two skirts - long and semi-long, this will give more room for creativity.

Another autumn capsule for the week, which should fit in hand luggage. Pay attention to the colors: the capsule is small, but because of the multi-colored tops, it gives a sense of diversity.

Here is a small but very bright capsule. Be careful with prints and textures, here everything should be in perfect harmony in color.

Wardrobe for a trip to Europe. A good neutral base, but here it would be better to replace some of the things with brighter ones - otherwise this capsule will get bored very quickly.

A summer capsule in pastel colors is more of a story for a business trip:

A very simple mini-capsule in casual style - you can take this with you on a trip for a week. And again, a great formula: 4 basic looks + an additional layer (sweatshirt and bright cardigan) to diversify the capsule.

The capsule is called "7 winter days", but the number of tops here seems excessive - but for two weeks this is a good option.

Again, questions about color, but here is a good set of things to look quite diverse in style - from completely casual looks with a plaid shirt and sneakers, to formal ones with a little black dress and a complex cardigan (by the way, it can also be worn with boots and sneakers ),

And again the formula: accessories - 5 items, 4 tops, 3 bottoms, 2 pairs of shoes, a bag. A great option for a cool summer or warm spring in the city.

A casual capsule for a vacation by a lake or a cool sea (for example, for spring Crete with a last-minute tour or something similar).

And again, a whole list for the suitcase, where everything has already been calculated. Quite a viable capsule for a vacation in the city, only the second trousers I would take here are just white, beige or pale pink - otherwise it’s easy to miss with a mix of prints, and the dress can be lengthened).

Here's another tiny two-week capsule with explanation (and it really fits in your hand luggage).

This capsule is offered for three weeks and also in hand luggage (it’s already doubtful here - there are 5 pairs of one shoe), but also an option for those who love variety:

If you are going to go on vacation at sea, you have already decided on the direction and place where you will spend your vacation. Or maybe you decided to quit everything and start traveling on your own. If this is your first time, then you need to know what to take with you to the sea - a list of things.

In this article, we will look at several options and several lists for specific situations and people who will travel with you:

We love to travel the world. And we go out twice a year. We go to rest and travel with our children (we have two of them: a boy and a girl).

What to take with you to the sea - a general list of things

The main thing is not to fuss. Sit down, take a piece of paper and a pen. Imagine how you are already at sea. What are you doing there, what are you doing. Scroll through the program for the day, for the week for the entire rest period. Get together and with a bright head start making a list of things.

Write down all the things that you think will be useful and necessary for you on a trip to the sea. Add everything. When the stock of knowledge runs out and nothing comes to mind, divide the list into sections (for example, clothes, equipment, medicines or a first aid kit, documents, money, hygiene and personal care products, protective equipment, shoes, etc.).

For the fastest, we have prepared a checklist (). You can download it below. You will only have to check the boxes next to each item if these things are collected.

Divided - can be numbered for convenience, if the list of things turned out to be large and inconsistent. For example, clothes - 1, so in front of each item related to clothes, put - 1 and so on.

The list of things to take with you to the sea will not be small. So choose the ones you can't do without on a daily basis, the ones you need in a pinch. Many things are also not the case.

For all the time of our travels, we decided for ourselves and made a general list of things - what things you need to take with you to the sea:

What medicines do you need to take to the sea with you?

This is an important point and should not be forgotten. Away from home, anything can happen. Even though there are hospitals in the place where you are going to rest, but still take and collect a small first aid kit (in case of a fire). Suddenly you get hurt or your tooth hurts, diarrhea overtakes.

And we also want to remind you that if you have chronic diseases, then before the trip, be sure to consult with your doctor.

List of medicines to take with you on vacation:

  • From temperature (cold medicines), antipyretic: Panadol, Paracetamol, Rinza and Rinzasip, Coldrex, Teraflu. Any of these drugs or which one you are taking for ARVI and acute respiratory infections.
  • Digital Thermometer.
  • Cough medicines (Lazolvan, Ambrohexal, Mukaltin, Stoptussin, ACC).
  • From indigestion, Tablets for diarrhea: Activated charcoal, Smecta, Ftalazol, Imodium, Mezim, Levomycetin. It is not known how your stomach will react and accept local food.
  • From the nose, drops in the nose: Quicks, Aqua Maris, Xilin, "For the nose" - from the common cold. From allergies - Vibrocil, Rinofluimucil.
  • Antibiotics: Sumamed, Amoxiclav, Cefpir and others.
  • Painkillers (painkillers): Analgin, Aspirin, Nurofen, No-shpa, Mig 400, Ketanov.
  • First aid kit: bandage, cotton pads, cotton swabs, brilliant green or iodine, adhesive plaster, hydrogen peroxide.
  • From sunburn, than to smear the skin from a sunburn: Solcoseryl, Panthenol (also used for children), Rescuer Cream, Fastin.
  • From herpes (different climate, temperature changes): Acyclovir, Tetracycline ointment, Oxolinic ointment, Viru-Merz, Viferon.
  • Other medicines related to your medical conditions.

What to take with you to the sea - a list of documents

Without which you can’t move around the world, you can’t book a hotel room, confirm your identity and one of the most important items on the list of things to do at sea and not only:

  • Passport and passport. And additionally make a copy of the first page of the civil and foreign passport, and the page with the visa. You can download all copies to your phone (take a picture)
  • Tickets. If you are traveling by plane, train or bus, be sure to make photocopies.
  • If you booked a hotel, you will need a printout of the reservation (voucher).
  • Medical travel insurance.
  • If you are traveling alone or alone with a child, then you need permission from the other spouse and his consent.
  • Driving license (international standard, if you are going to rest abroad). This is in case of renting a car, scooter.

How much money to take to the sea?

That's what is missing at sea, so it's money. No matter how many you take, it's not enough! I want this little thing, I want to go there, I want and ...

  • Cash. "Live" money for travel and vacation is always needed. Let it not be a large amount (and if you find yourself abroad, then everything will certainly be dollars). For pocket expenses.
  • Bank cards. It is better to have cards from several banks with you, if possible (anything can happen to the ATMs of a particular bank, but you have a card from another one). MasterCard and Visa will do. Check the expiration date and remember the pincodes.

What can we advise you - take as much as you really do not mind. So that, returning from rest, do not bite your elbows. And if approximately - we return to the list of things (scroll above). Again, a sheet and write everything out according to a fad: housing, travel (gasoline, if by car), for food, for entertainment. If you haven’t booked accommodation in advance and decided to pay on the spot, put the money in a separate envelope. In the next envelope, put a part on the way back.

The largest amount of expenses (you should be ready for it) goes to entertainment and all sorts of souvenirs and trinkets. Next come the cost of food (food, canteen, cafe, ice cream, water, fruit, etc.).

Last year, in 2016, we spent about 70 thousand rubles, having gone to rest on the Black Sea for 10 days, in Sochi for four (two adults and two children). We were driving in our car. The house was noticed for 1500 rubles per day.

What to take with you to the sea from equipment?

Do not dial, let the gadgets rest, and you yourself. Still, they came to the sea - to sunbathe, relax. Only the essentials:

  • Camera or camcorder and charger for them.
  • Mobile phone, smartphone, tablet and again charging.
  • Additional flash drive.
  • Monopod for camera and phone.
  • Portable charger for everything (universal).
  • MP-3 player with headphones.

Clothes and shoes - a list of things to take with you to the sea

You have to figure it out for yourself, because everyone wears what he likes best. Someone likes to change clothes every day, dress up, wear an evening dress, while someone is used to a free style and prefers a T-shirt, shorts and slippers.

woman

You know what you came to the sea for - how you will spend your days and evenings. Our advice is not categorical and is exemplary.

  • Swimwear or bikini (2 pieces). Take a couple with you, you understand why. In one bathed, sunbathed, washed and dried. It's time for the second one. And so in a circle.
  • Pareo for the beach (2pcs). An irreplaceable thing for those who go to rest on the sea. This is an ordinary silk scarf (maybe from another fabric), but on the other hand, it is a multifunctional beachwear. Look it up online and learn how to wear it properly.
  • Shorts(1pc). It is enough to take one - they are less easily soiled.
  • Sundress (2pcs). A couple of bright and free. They can visit cafes and restaurants.
  • Skirt. Also, like a sundress, it is suitable for a “outing” to a restaurant or evening “entertainment”. It is better to take a long one.
  • Jeans or pants (1pc). This is an important item on the list. And needed in cold weather. Or maybe you want to visit the mountains.
  • Blouse (1pc). See the point above - so as not to freeze.
  • Underwear (2pcs). This is the minimum for each individual.
  • Tops and T-shirts (2 pieces each). Enough for 10-14 days at sea.
  • Pajamas (1pc). We advise you to take these clothes with you to the sea. After a hot day, salty water, you will want to take a shower and put on loose home clothes. Letting the body rest at night. Or a nightgown.
  • Flip flops. Indispensable shoes for the beach and sea holidays. And in some cases, where the bottom is rocky - mandatory.
  • Sneakers. Suitable for long walks and outings in the mountains, and in cold weather.
  • Panama il hat. An optional but necessary thing that will protect you from the sun.

Everything else is up to you and your preference. Evening dress and shoes (sandals) only if they are necessary, and you came to the sea to relax and have fun - “hang out”.

man

Men are more practical than women in terms of things. Few people like to "flaunt" on the beach - they take the minimum. Only what is really necessary for them.

  • Swimming trunks (2 pcs). As without them and on the beach.
  • Underwear - shorts (2 pieces).
  • T-shirt and T-shirt (3-4 pieces). Still hot, and men sweat more profusely.
  • Socks (5 pairs). The same thing - we are talking about heat and sweating. Change more often.
  • Shorts (1-2 pieces).
  • Jacket (1pc). Better light and with long sleeves.
  • Jeans or trousers (1 pc).
  • Sports suit. Instead of jackets and jeans, for cool weather.
  • Slippers, sneakers (1 pair each).
  • Panama, bandana or other headgear (1 pc). Save yourself from the direct rays of the sun.

Creams, hygiene and personal care products

Everything without which your skin will fade. And also those things that put things in order and beauty on your head, face and hands.

  • Toothpaste and brush
  • Deodorant
  • Shaving accessories
  • Creams for and after shaving for men
  • Soap, shower gel, shampoo
  • Manicure set for women
  • Wet and dry wipes
  • Cotton pads and sticks
  • Hairdryer and comb (you can get by with one comb)
  • Toilet paper

protective equipment

List of things that will protect your body from sunlight, insects, salt water.

  • Sunglasses
  • Mosquito spray or cream
  • Sun cream and sun cream
  • Umbrella (preferably not a cane, automatic, folding)
  • Cap, panama or hat

Other things

Women who cannot do without cosmetics every day can take a minimum set with them to the sea.

So what other things:

  • Cosmetics
  • Earplugs (useful for sleeping)
  • Mask for sleep
  • Towel (2pcs) - for the beach and for the shower
  • Pen and notepad
  • Beach mat (you need to sunbathe on something)

Jewelry and decorations are best left at home. So they will be safe and sound. You can still recall a bunch of different things, but they are more suitable for travel (not for two weeks).

And here is the promised checklist - list of things to the sea download

Watch Video Advice - What to take with you to the SEA?! | Packing my suitcase for the trip

If you are going to relax at sea with children, then this is a list of things, let's call it children's, you will have to add to the general. Children are different and on the sea you can meet both babies and fully grown children.

Before going to the sea, do not forget to look on the Internet for the nearest hospital from where you are staying, write down all emergency numbers.

Children's medicines

In addition to the medicines described in the first aid kit (see above), you should take children's: for bruises, bruises and abrasions, drops for the nose and ears, antipyretic, anti-allergic, motion sickness remedy, powder, glycerin suppositories.

All those medicines that the doctor prescribed for your child.

Baby clothes

  • For the sea (swimming) - swimming trunks or swimsuit (2-3 pieces)
  • Underwear (panties) - 2-3 pieces
  • Shorts and T-shirts (enough for 2 pieces)
  • A set in the form of a top and a skirt or a top and a bridge (1-2 pieces)
  • Pajamas (1pc)
  • Jeans (sports trousers)

  • Flip flops and sneakers
  • Dresses for girls (enough for 1 piece)

Toys and utilities for visiting the sea

Well, what child does without toys. Take the ones he loves and plays the most. Very willingly, kids and older children play on the beach with a ball - do not forget about it.

For the little ones, it’s not bad to grab inflatables: toys, circles, a pool, a mattress and more. Sand toys will also come in handy: dig in the sand with molds, a bucket and a spatula, a water gun. If possible (and by car without any problems) you can take a beach umbrella with you.

Do not forget about food on the road and on the beach. Books, an album for drawing or coloring, felt-tip pens or pencils. Nail scissors.

And one more Video What to take with you to the sea with a child:

Rail transport in our country has already established itself as a cheaper form of transportation. Those going south are more likely to be found on the train. The trip takes 2-3 days, so you should take care of the list of necessary things.

The biggest concern is with food. If on the first day you can collect it yourself, then the next (especially in hot weather) it is risky to eat yesterday's food. There is a way out of the situation - to take fast food with you (vermicelli, mashed potatoes), buy it from the platform and in local shops or eat in the dining car.

For entertainment and pastime: books, magazines, newspapers, tablet or smartphone (do not forget the charger). For the child: toys, coloring. For the baby - a potty and bags.

Increasingly, Russians travel by car. When traveling by car to the sea, costs are reduced significantly, especially in a company. Economical but tight. And the convenience is that you have your own transport - you sit down and go where you need.

Before the trip itself, be sure to check the car for serviceability - just go to the service and say that you will have to drive for a long time.

Mandatory necessary list of things when traveling by sea by car:

  • Navigator. This device will replace yesterday's card (if we talk about new or updated programs). Now there are navigators that already have built-in navigation charts, routes, and radars.
  • Atlas of highways. So you will quickly orient yourself and correctly create a route for the navigator (bypasses and short cuts).
  • Bluetooth headset (wireless) for cellular. A mobile phone will distract you, and with this gadget it is convenient to hold the wheel and talk on the phone.
  • Automotive tools. Unforeseen things can happen on the road, so you should prepare as much as possible. But let's not talk about the bad.
  • Car first aid kit and fire extinguisher. No comments. It should always be in the car.
  • Flashlight (preferably 2 pieces).
  • Bedspreads. It can get chilly when driving at night.
  • And the most important documents: driver's license and registration certificate.

List of things to take with you to the sea by car with children

If you are driving with children. And for a child, a trip is always a joy, but not a long one, but a short one. Children do not like to sit in one place and wait. Therefore, they need to be distracted or entertained.

Any vacation trip is accompanied by a collection process. We decided to make this task easier and, together with our regular readers, have compiled a list of things to do on vacation for the whole family. It is focused on a standard Russian family, in which a woman will pack a suitcase.

Men can relax and take only money and passport with them 🙂

It is better to start packing your suitcase 2-3 days before departure, as there is always something in the wardrobe that has drastically decreased in size over the past year, gone out of fashion or simply disappeared somewhere.

Documentation

The main thing on your list is passports and money. Everything else can be bought, but without a passport or money, the vacation will be hopelessly ruined.

Without documents, your vacation can be covered with a copper basin already at the airport, so passports and money should always be in your attention not only during the preparations, but throughout the entire vacation. So let's start with this:

  • Passports (check the validity in advance, at least 6 months from the date of entry into the country of destination);
  • Photocopies of documents (in case of loss and not to carry the originals with you);
  • Tickets (train or plane);
  • Vouchers (contract with a travel agency);
  • Driving license (yours and his, if you suddenly want to rent a car);
  • Bank cards and money;
  • Banking access (pin generator, password card, etc.)
  • Medical insurance;

It is better to break the money into several parts and divide between family members, and one bank card can be put in luggage. In this case, if you lose your wallet, you will not be left penniless in your pocket.

Cloth

The hardest part of packing a suitcase is picking out clothes. We like to take the whole wardrobe with us and by any means we convince ourselves that everything will definitely come in handy. In fact, apart from your other half, no one will appreciate your outfits. Therefore, we recommend taking clothes at the rate of one outfit for 2 days.

For a standard 7-10 day seaside holiday, we recommend that you include the following items.

  • print list

List for women and girls

  • Cotton clothing with long sleeves (in case the child gets burned);

  • Sandals;
  • Sneakers for excursions;
  • Pencils, notebook, coloring books, etc. (what to do with a child on the road);

To ergonomically pack things in a suitcase, you will need vacuum bags and a vacuum cleaner. Please note that a vacuum cleaner will also be required during the return collection. Otherwise, you just won’t be able to stuff all the clothes into a suitcase 🙂

If you do not understand how he did it, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with those useful recommendations on howso they don't take up a lot of space.

If you have something to add to our list - write in the comments!

Having sent all the duties away, and not to give up this very moment, having escaped from troubles and problems somewhere into the sunset, only one thought helps: I’ll finalize a month (two, three, six months), and finally take a long-awaited vacation. I’ll pack up and leave here for some fabulous, paradise corner, and for days and nights I will listen to the singing of birds and crickets in turn, plunge into crystal clear water and absorb the expanse of the sky with my eyes on dark and starry tropical nights.

But as soon as the long-awaited day approaches, everyone starts to panic: what kind of things to take on a long trip? What must not be forgotten? Surely after the arrival it turns out that something incredibly important and necessary was forgotten in their native lands, and now, it would seem, such a trifle, but the rest is already spoiled.

Fortunately, for such cases, for the sake of their forgetful compatriots, more organized and experienced travelers were not too lazy and made a clear list that lists all those things that will certainly come in handy for every vacationer. A list of things at sea, on vacation or on the road will also be simply indispensable if the fees need to be made as soon as possible. After all, there is not always a reserve of time to gather your thoughts and determine for yourself a list of necessary items and things.

What to take to the sea

The list of things at sea should be compiled with great care. It is important not to forget to put sunscreen, swimwear and other special items in your bag. Having compiled a list of things and documents, you should definitely mark what has already been packed, so as not to remember later whether all the necessary things have been taken. So the list should include...

Documentation

The most important of them, of course, is the passport. After all, without it, you won’t even be able to get on a plane. Next is airfare. Because a passport alone does not confirm the right to fly. You will also need a medical policy.

Cloth

Everyone (especially women) is familiar with the situation when the “most necessary and important” things taken with them, as a result, turn out to be never even worn during the holidays. That is why the minimum list of necessary things at sea for women presented below is extremely practical.

1) Underwear. You can take four panties, two or three pairs of socks and three bras: white, black and flesh-colored.

2) Swimsuit. You can, of course, buy it on arrival. But, as you know, the price of such a simple purchase can be literally sky-high. Therefore, it would be better to take care of this wardrobe item while still in your native land. Or better yet, buy a pair of bathing suits. In case one breaks or takes a long time to dry after washing, there is always a spare on hand.

3) Shorts. An extremely practical item. You can walk in them, and visit the beach, and go to the store, and just walk in your room.

4) Jeans. After all, the evenings may not be as warm as the days, and therefore the list of things on vacation at sea should contain this item.

5) Skirt. Great feminine alternative to shorts.

6) Mikey. A practical item for walking in hot climates. Just don't take too many of them to the sea. The list of the most necessary things includes no more than three copies.

7) Hats. It can be a cap, hat or panama. The main thing is that the head is not subjected to intense heat exposure to sunlight. Thus, a headdress should certainly be included in the list of things on vacation at sea.

8) Dress. It is advisable to take only one dress with you, but if you have space in your bag, you can take a pair: short and long.

9) Jacket with long sleeves. In addition to jeans. If it suddenly turns out to be a bad day, it will save you from the cold.

10) Pajamas. The list of things on vacation at sea for those who like to sleep in cozy pajamas must have such an item.

Shoes

1) Slippers. Better to stock up on two pairs just in case. One will be intended for trips to the beach, and the second - for walking around the city.

2) Sneakers or ballet flats. If the place in the bag is very limited, it is better to give preference to ballet flats. They are more versatile: they can be worn with shorts, skirts, and jeans. But rough sneakers will look ridiculous and tasteless with the same skirt. And shoes take up much less space.

3) Sandals. The ideal option is one pair at low speed. By the evening, your legs will get tired of heels, and a wonderful rest has a chance to turn into a terrible torture.

Other

1) Points. Sunscreen and with diopters (for those who have vision problems).

2) Jewelry. Gold is not worth taking, but stone jewelry is quite suitable when compiling an additional list of things to do. The list of things at sea can also be supplemented with jewelry: it is inexpensive, but often quite elegant and attractive.

3) Umbrella in case of rain.

4) A blanket for going to the sea.

5) Cosmetics. Care and protective equipment. And also decorative cosmetics, which will certainly need to be grabbed in order to look spectacular. You should also take a comb, hand cream, nail file, varnish and a means for removing it.

6) First aid kit. It must include painkillers, cotton wool, brilliant green, peroxide, alcohol wipes, activated charcoal, adhesive plaster and small scissors.

7) Hygiene products: soap, washcloth, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, pads or tampons.

8) Insect spray - also important and should be on the list of things on a seaside vacation.

9) Technique. Phone, charger and headphones, tablet, Internet modem and, if required, a camera.

Nice trip for the little ones

Parents traveling with children will need a special list of things to do at sea with a child. What to take depends on a number of factors, such as the age of the baby and his state of health.

For babies, a large pack of diapers will be required, for an older child - an additional set of linen. After all, as you know, children are smeared much more often than adults.

It is necessary to grab warm clothes for evening walks, since the children's body is more susceptible to cold. Getting sick while on vacation - what could be worse?

If it gets boring

Of course, you will also need entertainment items: your favorite book with fairy tales, a toy, pajamas with an adorable cartoon character. If there is space, you can include board games in the list of things you need on a vacation at sea (they are not bulky, but they will be able to cheer up a bored child). Coloring books and the accompanying felt-tip pens, gel pens or wax pencils that do not need to be sharpened will also come in handy. The main thing is that their composition is non-toxic and safe for the health of the child. For spending time on the water, an inflatable ring and armlets, a terry towel and a bathrobe are required. By the way, this little thing for children can be entrusted even to the smallest traveler, having previously packed it into a small children's backpack.

What to take on the road from products

It is more convenient, of course, to order food directly on the plane and not bother with its preliminary preparations. But for lovers of home cooking, there are also food ready-made lists for the road. What to take with you on a trip from food?

Drink

First of all, pure water. If it is not customary to drink plain water in the family, you can take tea or homemade fruit compote instead. But keep in mind that you can carry liquids only in packages of 0.1 liters and a total volume of not more than a liter. So you have to pour the drink into small jars.

Travel food

Food should not be perishable, crumble heavily and exude intense odor. Especially if it's specific. Thus, baked, fried meat and meatballs should not be taken on a plane.

An excellent option is cookies, especially biscuits (dry and low-fat), chocolate. You need to make sure that the food contains enough protein. It can be boiled meat (chicken, beef, turkey), nuts, some hard cheese. You can take fresh fruits or dried fruits, vegetables. They will be easier to pack if pre-cut into medium-sized pieces.

What should be packed separately

By the way, you can’t take canned or packaged food on the plane. Boiled eggs can be taken, but on condition that they are stored separately from other products, especially those that can accelerate their deterioration. Sweets should also be put in a separate, securely closed bag. You can also pack salads or sandwiches in an airtight container.

And lovers of hot tea can take a thermos with boiling water and bags of their favorite tea or coffee sticks on the road. Thus, on the road you can enjoy the most pleasant process of tea drinking.

Of course, for reliability, you should carefully read the rules of the flight of the particular company whose services it was decided to use. And when you are going on the road, you need to collect the basic things provided for by the ready-made list and think about some of your personal needs. It is quite possible that there is something additional, without which the journey will not be so exciting and productive. And to buy a forgotten thing on the spot can be unimaginably expensive. Have a good rest!

When going on vacation, you want, as they say, to be fully equipped - to take into account all the nuances and take everything with you in order to feel comfortable in any situation. This is especially important if you are with children. But the suitcase is not rubber, so you have to limit yourself to the bare necessities.
We've made a list must-have things for holidays with and without a child. We hope it will help you not to miss anything and take everything you may need on the road and on the spot. Easy gathering and pleasant rest!

ON VACATION WITH A CHILD. LIST OF THINGS

first aid kit

Choosing a first aid kit requires special attention. It is difficult to give a ready-made list that would solve all possible problems: a lot depends on the age, health of your baby and the place where you are going. - Camera/camcorder and required number of memory cards.
- Laptop, tablet (if necessary).
- Reader, player, etc.

Clothing and footwear

Not many women can safely go on a trip light - you want to take more with you to feel comfortable. According to one survey conducted by RIA Novosti, the average woman's travel bag contains 4 dresses, 6 tops, 4 pairs of shorts or skirts, two pairs of jeans or trousers, three swimsuits, three pairs of slippers and two pairs of shoes. Moreover, during the holidays, ladies do not miss the opportunity to buy at least two more items of clothing.

But if you focus only on the necessary, this list can be cut in half, especially if you prioritize complementary things:

Several T-shirts for one pants / jeans or shorts,
- something light for the beach (dress, sarong, tunic, pareo, etc.),
- a warm set of clothes (jacket, jacket),
- clothes in case of rain (raincoat, umbrella),
- shoes (street and beach)
- underwear,
- swimsuit / swimming trunks,
- Sunglasses and headwear for the beach (hat, panama, bandana).

- Be sure to make a list of things you need to take with you. You can use ready-made ones (for example, ours :)), adding it to what you need, or you can create your own. Someone likes to use special mobile applications, someone makes a table in Excel, it is convenient for someone to write it by hand. A carefully compiled list will come in handy many times in the future.

- Think back to your previous trips: you probably used 60% of your stuff at best, so why bring the remaining 40% with you. Feel free to remove them from the list.

- In the course of the collection, cross out the things that you have already folded. So you won't forget anything.

- Put everything you are going to take with you in one place to estimate the total amount of luggage, and then start carefully folding things into a suitcase.

Don't forget to put aside what will go in your hand luggage.

- If you are thinking about “taking / not taking” - leave it in the end, return to these things at the end of the training camp. If it fits in a suitcase, take it.

- Take a list of things with you, with it you will not leave anything on the way back.

Advice from the store "Ideal Wardrobe" No. 1

In order to reduce the size of luggage and take more on a trip, we recommend using. They are simply indispensable for travel! You can use standard ones (then it’s better to take a portable pump with you), or you can use special ones. But there are subtleties here too:

1) Several small bags will save much more space in your suitcase than one large one. The size of the bag should be approximately equal to half the length and width of the suitcase (i.e. two bags completely cover the bottom), then the savings will be maximum.

2) In addition, when packing things before a trip, lay them out evenly in the bag so that after sealing you get an even "substance". Then more will fit into the suitcase.

3) And finally, remove the fittings inside! Otherwise, it can damage the package, and all efforts are in vain.

4) Keep in mind that vacuum bags reduce the volume of luggage, but not its weight;)

Advice from the store "Ideal Wardrobe" No. 2

It is convenient to use special ones for packing things. Practical and beautiful! All things will be securely hidden in cases, and little things will be collected in cosmetic bags.

Another indispensable accessory that will make life easier while traveling is. It has many compartments and pockets. An ideal solution for storing a variety of little things: cosmetics, stationery, gadgets, napkins, children's things and much more.

We wish you a pleasant and comfortable stay!
