Not so long ago the rooms at King Tut were updated, so the room itself was good - white ceilings, walls, furniture is normal. there were a couple of nuances with the toilet (water flowed all the time), but we decided them ourselves. And yet our window did not close - something with a double-glazed window, but this did not particularly upset us either. The windows overlooked the street, but the sound was not very disturbing. And they were saved from the heat by air conditioning. Here is another strange moment - there were 4 of us in the room, but only 3 sets of towels were always given (and beach towels too) - as if the child was not a person.

The hotel itself.
King Tut and the Sphinx have a common area and beach. You can swim in all the pools (one large and three small ones). On the territory of the Sphinx there is a water park, which is open 10-12 and 14-17 every day, but children ride there. (ours could not be pulled out of there). Children's animation is present - every day from 10 to 12 a children's club is open - children are collected along the beach and taken to a separate room where they watch cartoons, draw, face painting is done for them, and in the evening at 20.30 a children's disco begins.

Nutrition.
Chicken, fish and beef are a must every day. Rice, potatoes and pasta. Sometimes there was something from their national cuisine. A lot of sweets, fruits (we had melons, apples and oranges, they also gave watermelons in the Sphinx). Between lunch and dinner on the beach in the bar you could take some buns. Drinks - juices (from powder, of course), cola, fanta, sprite (they also breed them there themselves - therefore, as for me, they are very sweet), water, beer, local alcohol - you could take unlimited quantities - at the bar in the lobby and right on the beach. Freshly squeezed juices and imported alcohol - you could also buy on the beach.

We can say that there are 2 beaches. One sandy, not deep at all - suitable for children and those who cannot swim. (there is also water aerobics). The second beach from the side of the Sphinx hotel is steps immediately into the open sea (I recommend going here in slippers, because there is a rocky bottom). The sea is clean, transparent, the fish swim right under your feet, and if you swim to the sandy beach, you can understand that the sandy beach is a dead coral, but on the side that goes to the sea it is alive, and there are a lot of different fish and beautiful corals. I myself saw a huge stingray there! You don’t even need to go on an excursion to the sea - all the beauties of the Red Sea are right in the hotel!

Animation.
The guys did their best - they were invited to exercise, and to water aerobics and belly dance, and to volleyball, and water polo.

Good afternoon everyone! I had the opportunity to take my trip to Egypt - such was the desire of my daughter to celebrate her birthday on the shores of the Red Sea. And our choice was made a couple of days before departure in favor of the King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort, Hurghada, standard room. I will not compare hotels in different countries in my review - each country has its own specifics and what is the norm in one country may be an exception in another. I will say right away - Egypt struck me, Hurghada took its rightful place in my soul) For me, the city turned out to be warm, sweet, hospitable, iridescent and not with which it is incomparable. I felt comfortable and relaxed here. I am amazed by the culture, faith, the kindness of people, which is often lost by the inhabitants of a million-plus city. According to the American restaurateurs Larainier and Brillat-Savarin, “Giving hospitality means being responsible for the well-being of the guest during the entire time he is under your roof”, I can say that the hotel employees were responsible for our well-being  We arrived in Hurghada early in the morning, we passed control without any problems, organized by our tour operator on comfortable buses delivered to the hotel (with a check-in on the way to three hotels we got 15-20 minutes from the airport), the suitcases were left in front of the entrance (no problems either upon arrival or upon departure from there was no security of things) and were waiting for check-in like in all hotels - 14:00. We didn’t even think about additional payments for relocation to a more comfortable room or a SPHINX hotel, everything suited us and we went with a great mood to relax, and not look for pitfalls for a spoiled vacation. Check-in took place before 14:00, they gave a choice of two rooms: on the 1st floor (it seemed to us that it would be noisy, since the windows overlooked the side of the road) and the 3rd floor - they stopped on it. The room is standard, everything was fine, a large comfortable bed (the bed was delivered to the child without any problems and without long waiting), a balcony overlooking the pool, on the right of the sea, there is a construction site ahead, but it was not close and did not bother us at all), TV (there are our channels, Russian and local), refrigerator, safe, bathroom (towels, bath accessories), hair dryer. The water is very soft, after a shower, the skin absolutely did not need moisturizing, but bottled water was used to clean the teeth and face. In general, we were satisfied with the room. All issues that arose were resolved quickly (for example, the air conditioner stopped working - they fixed it in a short time, told how to use the safe). The cleaning of the hotel was at its best, the bedding, towels were changed every day, they delivered some water - they always greeted the maid with a smile, for which special thanks to him. We personally liked everything in the hotel dining room, except that there were not always free tables, cups and napkins, but on the second day we worked out our own schedule and the presence of 100 and 1% of tourists did not cause us any inconvenience The menu is varied and I will never believe that something was missing - everything was delicious and plentiful, especially cakes - biscuits (I'm a fan of sweets and ate them in the morning, afternoon and evening), the fish is very tasty, chicken, goulash, scrambled eggs (oh, these omelettes, these are the most delicious omelettes in my life and only after trying them once did I understand the reason for the queue for them  - a separate bow to the cook who cooks it), croissants, evening cakes with sauces - these are all “must have”). The pool and the water park are good, children cannot be pulled out from the slides of the water park) A big plus was that there is an employee at the pool with slides who looks after the order on the slides and the pool itself. Cute zoo - dogs, monkeys and parrots) The hotel area is small, but it is such that you feel like you are in your country house. In one day of my stay, I did not have to see, hear something that I did not like. Unless slightly annoying sellers of excursions or services on the beach (but this is not a question for the hotel and not for its management). On the territory there are shops, a fish restaurant (who smokes hookahs in the same place), ice cream, fresh juices, salons of various types of cosmetology and massages) We went to the SPHINX territory without any problems - swimming pools, the same aqua park, a restaurant, etc. Opposite the hotel there is a small market "Jasmine" - in principle, there is everything that you would think you need, a sociable seller will give you cold tea, gifts when buying, bargain - he has good goods at much lower prices than in excursion shops. To the right of the hotel, on the right side of the hotel, in 10-15 minutes you will reach the Hurghada City shopping center, where there is a grocery supermarket (payment in pounds, changed at the hotel reception), they bought different sweets, water, fruits, especially MANGO - it simply magical!!! The pharmacy is also on the right side with prices much lower than in Kyiv, cosmetics, toothpastes, vitamins - they scored a lot of interesting things and are very satisfied with the quality). What struck Egypt was the lack of bags - cute little bags both in the supermarket and in the pharmacy. I advise you to go to the Hurghada Marina embankment - a fabulous place, beautiful and cozy, boats, yachts, cafes. Not far away is the majestic, fabulous El-Mina Mosque - a truly holy place, near which you just want to be silent and near which everyone really falls silent. You should look at the Mosque both during the day and in the evening, when it begins to glow with lights. Let's get back to the hotel What I would like to highlight: there is a wonderful beautician in the hotel lobby (I did not check the presence of a diploma, but I can recommend it with confidence - the masks are wonderful); the waiter (unfortunately I don’t remember the names) in the restaurant who organized a wonderful evening for our daughter’s birthday, the waiter at the lobby bar - thanks for the wonderful coffee and special kindness, the receptionist (a tall, slender man) - he always greeted us pleasantly, listened attentively and gave helpful answers/advice). To the animator Yulia and her colleague - well done guys, the children are delighted. Special thanks to the guest relations administrator Kristina - she is a professional with a capital letter, it seems to me that there is no such tourist that she would not find an approach to, she is the kindest person, she will always listen and come to the rescue). I am extremely glad that Christina is in the hotel that we have chosen Check-out according to the standard is also at 12:00. All according to plan. Farewell to the hotel, transfer to the airport. Didn't feel like going home, which is a sign of a great time at the King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort)! I am amazed at the persistence and endurance of all the staff of the hotel!!! Now a lot of people forget about it. People do not understand that convenience and comfort are far from the most important thing in life, and money is also inherently, that is, it is not there. Comfort and convenience don't make a man, they just spoil him.“ - Thor Heyerdahl… People forget what they are told, people forget what you do, but they will never forget how you made them feel... King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort made me get rid of the consequences of procrastination - he made me rest now, here, on his territory, breathe the "roses" of the garden today, and not put it off for later! Unfortunately, the King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort is old, so the rooms are not new. Somewhat worn furniture, scratched floors. But the staff still tries to keep everything in decent shape.

The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning, so that the guests can maintain the optimum temperature for them, a small refrigerator, a safe for storing valuables and money, a color TV with satellite channels.

The staff at King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort 4 strives to perform their duties well, welcoming and friendly. But the attitude partly depends on the tourists themselves, if you start a conversation with rudeness and screams, in response, ignoring all requests will invariably follow.

The sea near the hotel is magnificent, clean, there is a reef with a variety of fish. Lots of loungers, enough for everyone. The only drawback, for families with children, is the entrance to the sea, it is carried out either from a pontoon (where it is deep for children) or from stone steps, but the entrance to the sea is very rocky. Therefore, special footwear is required.

The hotel is perfect for unpretentious people who come to Egypt for the sake of the sea. The hotel is old, so much here needs to be repaired and updated, but if you close your eyes to this, then you will enjoy your stay in this hotel.

This year I had a vacation at the end of October and I wanted to enjoy a beach holiday so much that I decided to buy a ticket to Hurghada. The girl from the travel agency recommended the King Tut Hotel to me, based on my criteria: not high cost, the first beach line, all-inclusive meals. I flew with caution, but absolutely all my doubts were dispelled when I arrived at the hotel. I was immediately settled in the room, without a hint of surcharge. Standard room on the third floor overlooking the pool. There was a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a coffee table, a mirror, a refrigerator, a safe, which I did not use and nothing was missing, air conditioning. They cleaned the room every day, washed the floors, wiped the dust, changed the towels thrown on the floor. On the balcony there is a table, chairs, an ashtray for smoking guests. Very pleased with the food. For breakfast there were always delicious pancakes with various jams, such as our jam. For lunch and dinner, several types of soups, chicken, beef, fried, stewed and baked fish. From side dishes: rice, pasta, potatoes in various preparations. Lots of greens, vegetables, salads and fruits. Desserts are amazing. Those who want to spend the whole day at sea can have a hearty snack at the beach bar. By the way, the bartender there is very friendly and funny. The beach is very big. On the one hand, there is a gentle entrance to the sea and shallow water, where children and those who cannot swim splash around. In another part, corals, fish, swim there with masks. I can't swim, so I swam in shallow water. By the way. Slippers are not needed, I went into the sea barefoot and never ran into any stones or sea urchins. The animation is very active, especially the evening shows. At the competition, Miss and Mr. Hotel laughed heartily, took part, but did not win, but received so many emotions from participation that I still remember with a smile on my face!

I recommend the King Tut hotel to tourists who want to spend a budget, comfortable and positive vacation! We are resting in Hurghada for the third time, so there is something to compare with. For such a small package price, the hotel is very good. The territory is large, beautiful, green. Every day, gardeners work to maintain a well-groomed appearance. There are three pools that are cleaned in the morning. We rested with my husband and thirteen-year-old son, so food was important for me. I can immediately reassure tourists who plan to go here with children. The restaurant serves milk porridge for breakfast, separately milk, cheese, yogurt. In general, feeding children is not a problem. For lunch, several types of soups, there are french fries, chicken, duck. Many dishes without specific spices. Men also will not remain hungry: beef, chicken, duck, turkey, rabbit, fish, seafood. For dinner, delicious grilled meat dishes are prepared. For the sweet tooth here is a paradise: cakes, pastries, baklava, oriental sweets, jelly. You can sign up and visit the a la carte restaurant located on the beach for free. Exquisite food, impeccable service, gorgeous sea views. The beach of the hotel is beyond praise. There are enough free sun loungers for everyone. Towels are provided right on the beach. It was this time, in the Red Sea, that my son learned to swim! Yes, there is a very convenient entrance to the sea for children, gently sloping, sandy. My husband swam with a mask next to the pontoon, he was also impressed. I also note the polite staff who are constantly trying to please. All in all, we had a great stay and hope to come back again.

Hello! Arrived on April 28, tanned and rested! There was a surcharge of $ 60 for the Sphinx 5 stars, I think I made a mistake because the rooms are almost the same as in King Tut, they ate the same in King Tut, the choice is not great, but they did not remain hungry! The rooms are certainly not five-star, very old furniture, but the view from the window was wonderful (sea and pool)! Many thanks to the children's animator Ekaterina! My son and I just fell in love with her, sweet, smiling! In general, all the servants are good! The sea is beautiful, warm, transparent! I would give the Sphinx Hotel 4 stars with a stretch! And in general, it's not even bad!

Our son was 1.3 at the time. I really liked the beach - the child has sand, and after a few meters the stone steps and immediately deep - this is for adults. We didn't miss a single event for the kids, and there are all sorts of mini-discos there all the time. The staff is very responsive to children, constantly talking, flirting. For young people without children, I would not recommend this hotel, 95 percent of them rest with children)
