Everyone, good day. I don’t know who had positive words about the Svitanok Health Center, I simply don’t have them. It's a horror that I can't even describe. Everyone writes that this is savdepe, but you just didn’t live with savdepe. When the hospitals are white, ironed linen without speaking about hotels and health centers. Here the linen is all dark, not fresh. One towel per person. When I asked for another one, the receptionist was SURPRISED, I explained that I couldn't dry my face and feet with just one towel. They brought me the second washed, gray (former white) color. Forget about soap in the room, I had to go to the store to buy soap. The shower cabin is clogged, you wash standing in the water, which just stands, does not go away. We were there from May 1 to May 3, check-in at 14.00 we got into the room only at 16.00 and then, just to put the bags, since the room was not cleaned and at 16.00 no one tried to start cleaning it. In room 404 there is a triple switch, as it should be, one button is a room, the second is a toilet, the third is a corridor. But it wasn’t there, in order to turn on the light in the toilet, you must first turn on the light in the room, and if you want in the corridor, then in general, first the toilet then the room, and only then the corridor lights up, Here you stand and play like on the keys. Someone writes about a restaurant with live music, you people, where have you been? There is NO restaurant in the Health Center "Svitanok", there is a dining room, and there is FOR the Health Center "Svitanok" Barbecue courtyard, there is live music, but it has nothing to do with this institution. About the dining room: by phone and on the website it says food at any time, nonsense, food only according to the schedule, at all other times it is FREEZING, as they say. Defrost and reheat, that's all the food. On May 3, before leaving, we decided to try food in the dining room, breakfast: rice porridge + scrambled eggs + a piece of butter + 2 pieces of sausage and tea. They asked us to serve bread, they brought us moldy, when we took it from another table, we were indignantly answered that they brought us what we are arbitrarily, because we didn’t receive an apology for moldy bread, they just silently replaced it. The Svitanok Health Center is undergoing repairs, and of course we hope that they will fix all the problems, but here's how to fix the stupid administrators who do not share information about people arriving or leaving, we were simply taken and evicted when we were walking, they were not embarrassed that in room stuff. It’s just that the administrator was too lazy to look into the contract, but on the shift, they didn’t give her anything, not when it was. And what about the maids, who (I can’t find words), do you really live at home like a barn. Shame on you? Cleaning is terrible, that is, it does not exist at all. SHLEV and only. The sanatorium is located near the Drozdy reservoir and has a very convenient location, on the one hand it is located very close to Minsk, which increases its accessibility, and on the other hand, the sanatorium is located among the most beautiful nature on the banks of the reservoir and surrounded by coniferous birch forest.

It has its own base for diagnostics and treatment, represented by the following rooms: acupuncture room, inhalation room, physical therapy room, mechanotherapy room, manual massage, aromatherapy, phototherapy, dentistry.

The listed procedures are assigned to each patient individually, depending on the indications and contraindications.

We booked a 2-bed 2-room suite for 3 adults and a 3-year-old child, everyone was able to accommodate comfortably. The room is spacious and well furnished. There is a refrigerator, TV, hair dryer.
Not a very convenient meal schedule (dinner at 18:00, so I had to have a snack in the evening so as not to go to bed hungry).

Wellness center - in a great location, in the forest, by the lake. You can only sleep late at night, at 23-24 hours: there is a barbecue nearby, where the music plays loudly; the staff is polite.

Check-in from August 9 - 19, 2018, there is no access to the OC: pits, ditches, asphalt has been removed throughout the parking area. Somehow they put the car (horror). The Minsk Sea is all in bloom, the water is green and the smell of a swamp, especially in the heat. The staff at the center are friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady came to clean the room 3 times in ten days, but for some reason at 19-00, when the guests of the OC were resting in the rooms. Change of linen after 7 days. The room is clean, cozy after cosmetic repairs, double-glazed windows (very quiet in the room), large loggia, new doors and laminate flooring, new good refrigerator (quiet), 90s TV 51 "(color) only the colors do not match, you can watch, but it's better to listen, there is a DVBT2 TV set-top box with 29 channels. The room has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers, 2 open bedside bedside tables. Shower and toilet are all good, only there is no shelf for hygiene items. There is no wardrobe, a niche is adapted for clothes. There are no sconces over the beds, there is no coffee table. There are old holes on the ceiling from previous lamps, the light turns off in the hallway, in the dark it is difficult get to bed:-(We arrived for 10 days, and every day in the morning we left by car to walk around Minsk and the nearest suburbs: Mir, Nesvizh, Dudutki, Maentak, so we gained impressions on our own. The roads in Belarus are super. Bottom line: if you are not in conflict and can turn a blind eye to certain shortcomings, then this OC is for you. P.S. you did not use medical services.

We visited the health-improving center Svitanok for the first time. We had a good 2-bed standard room. The daily routine had to be reorganized, since under the window there was a bar "Shashlik Yard", where loud music plays until 11.00. In the first 3 days, our room was not cleaned, the attendants were on vacation, in the future there were no problems with cleaning the room. The center has a very experienced medical staff. The level of service of the young waitress shocked us a little. Treated vacationers rudely, almost always no mood. On Saturdays, there were weddings in the dining room, which was not entirely convenient for vacationers. Dinner was served in the lounge. Near the center is the Drozdy reservoir, a well-equipped beach, a 20-minute walk to a public transport stop.
