For the first time in its recent history, Ural Airlines bought a new aircraft. Just brand new, never flown before.

Today, the Airbus 321, which was released in 2016, was solemnly presented in Koltsovo. The board is made in a single-class layout and is designed to carry 215 passengers.

Note that this Airbus is the 12th aircraft of the A321 type in the fleet of Ural Airlines. In 2017, the airline has already accepted four aircraft, increasing the fleet to 42 aircraft.

Only Aeroflot has some positive reviews, but here there are only negative ones)) Before us, UA flights flew to Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, with a maximum delay of an hour. We took the "Promo" tariff, everything was enough, because: a) we can read what is written about luggage when buying a ticket. If a person stuffed ~ 23 ~ 32 kg of things and souvenirs into a bag, took the "Promo" tariff, and then minus UA about the surcharge for luggage - well, you need to minus yourself, not the company. Or do you want to be provided with a personal carpet - an airplane for 6 thousand rubles? b) turned to the UA counters for help, behind which were the girls who were generally supposed to do other things, and not answer our questions - the girls helped with a smile, did not say "we do not give information, we draw up an advantage" (I would I probably would have answered it myself =))), but they helped us by saying that if two tickets are for one order, then the luggage is summed up. This saved us from partially emptying the suitcase. By the way - in Simferopol airport there are a huge number of counters and devices for self-check-in for a flight from UA, no other company is represented in such a volume in the port - definitely a plus, you just need to use it, and it’s better for people to strain and blame others so that they themselves don't strain. The flight itself: The last time I flew on a transaero was (yes, a long time ago) on a two-story Boeing (I don’t know the model) with 4 turbines. So then it was shaking harder than on the Airbus 320 UA flying on this flight. We gained altitude in 5 minutes, I didn’t feel any discomfort at all (I attribute it to the fact that the seats were above the wing - we chose these ourselves, thanks to convenient online registration for the day - again plus UA), the same is true when landing. Cons of the flight: - inadequate passengers who got up during the climb to put luggage upstairs - that's right, it's time. They taxied for 15 minutes along the runway, but it was necessary to put the bag on top precisely when climbing - and they made such a disgruntled face when the captain shouted “Sit down” over the connection in shock, as if they were forced to rake manure. Passengers who ignored the request to remove all electronic devices and headphones during takeoff/landing. Passengers who, in a two-hour flight, managed to find a reason to clarify something with the flight attendants and piss them off. Passengers who didn't even bother to thank the captain of the ship for a wonderful flight. (judging by the voice, the captain was young, but he really loves his job, and I even felt very sorry for him that no one thanked him either with applause or at the exit). Passengers who started filming pre-flight briefings on their mobile phones and thereby made the flight attendant nervous (do you want to send YouTube links with such videos?). Of course, the staff is not ironclad, some react calmly, some do not, but not a single steward girl succumbed and did not break, at least she did not show it - plus the staff. I would not have been able to do this, it seems to me that I would have begun to be rude to such citizens, because it is the personnel who are responsible for the lives of people that sit inside an iron can at an altitude of 9 thousand km. And people themselves interfere with all their might .... They get up on takeoff, thinking that the rule of sitting fastened is bullshit for losers, or something. And it would be worth opening a physics textbook (not even aerodynamics), and remembering that this is not so; do not turn off electrical devices that can create fields, thinking that this is nonsense - and this is not nonsense guys, all fields are calculated, and any shift in one of the field vectors used for aircraft technology, even minimal, can lead to disaster. Yes, the passengers wanted to spit. The main thing is your comfort, and not the life of 100 people in an iron can called an airplane. TOTAL - I put 9 airlines. I put 3 passengers of the company (of course, not everyone behaved this way, but for the first time I see that they don’t clap when landing). The only reason for me not to fly UA anymore is the passengers. What is the reason for this without a clue at all, maybe the price attracts inadequate people? I bet 100500 to the pilot of the plane. He apologized for the delay due to late arrival at the port of Simferopol (I am more than sure that it was because of passengers who did not have time / got drunk / think that everyone should wait for them - and the pilot apologizes), but he compensated with a quick flight (2 were supposed to fly: 15, flew 2:05) Pilots are heroic people. They take responsibility for the lives of people who are trying in every possible way to prevent the pilots from saving it. Just out of love for the job. I respect. The plane - the plane is like an airplane, you can see that it flies, nothing more. The Airbus 320 is by far my favorite.
