The mountain is very picturesque, and its sheer cliffs majestically rise above Yalta. You can climb to the top of the mountain by cable car.

You can get to Ai-Petri by car if you drive along the Yalta-Bakhchisaray highway.
Sights of Sevastopol: Balaklava Bay
This bay is a symbol of Baklava - a small resort town. The bay cut deep into the land, it is quite winding, and it is impossible to see it from the sea, so for many centuries it sheltered people from enemies.
It is worth noting that on the Fortress Hill there is an ancient fortress called Chembalo. This fortress was built by the Genoese hundreds of years ago.
It is very convenient for yachting here. From all sides the bay is closed from wind and waves.
Bakhchisaray
Earlier it was the capital of the ancient Crimean Khanate. Here you can find a palace that has been preserved since those times, which was the residence of the khans. The ancient atmosphere of that time is still felt in it to this day.
The residence is a small city, where there are separate buildings, there are baths, a mosque and fountains.
It is worth noting that in Bakhchisaray and its environs you can find a large number of attractions. One of the most popular attractions is the park "Crimea in miniature in the palm of your hand", the area of which is more than 2 hectares.

Sights of the city of Sevastopol: Cape Fiolent
This popular cape, located in the south-west of Crimea, also had other names - Partenium, Felenk-Burun, Manastyr-Burun, Cape St. George.
It will be interesting to note that on both sides of the cape, inside the cliff, you can see lava flows and tuff beds.
In this place, the sea destroyed an ancient volcano, which is now covered with limestones with minerals such as jasper, carnelian, chalcedony. It was because of the jasper that this place was called "Jasper Beach".
Attractions in Koktebel: Cape Chameleon
This is one of the most beautiful places on the peninsula. This cape is located near Koktebel.
It is known for the fact that, depending on the weather, as well as the time of day, it is able to change its color. This phenomenon lasts all year round and scientists attribute it to the shale that makes up this cape. These shales also reflect light - each time in a different way.
Over time, the cape narrows, as its clay components are highly susceptible to bad weather. It is also worth noting that the Chameleon serves as a dividing wall for two bays, in which the water can have a different color. If you look from above, the picture is truly amazing in its beauty.
Crimea. Landmarks of the New World.
Golitsyn trail
Back in the 19th century, Prince Golitsyn decided to establish a sparkling wine factory in a place called Novy Svet. According to the project, 7 km of adits were drilled, where champagne would be stored.
In addition, a path was created in the rocks, which was located at an altitude of 30-50 meters above sea level. This trail went around 3 bays: Green, Blue and Golubaya.
Today there are several attractions on the Golitsyn trail, they are all pretty standard. For example, in Chaliapin's grotto you can take a picture with a falcon in your hands. It was in the shady and cool grotto that Golitsyn and his friends spent a lot of time.
The grotto was equipped with a vinotheque, tables and chairs. Various singers were invited here, and among them was Chaliapin himself.
Also in the grotto there is entertainment for extreme sports. For example, a pendulum swing that is tied to a cable - a person is hooked to a rope, then they swing it, and now he is already swinging from one rock to another.
In your program, you can include swimming in the Blue Bay, a walk through the juniper grove, as well as contemplation of the beauty of nature from Cape Kapchik, in the Blue Bay, and visiting the Tsar's Beach.

In the Middle Ages, the inhabitants of the Republic of Genoa built defensive structures in their numerous colonies. One of these fortresses is located on the shores of the Feodosiya Gulf. The outer fortifications, more than five kilometers long, were unfortunately partially dismantled in the 19th century. Previously, the treasury, the palace, warehouses and shops were located within the fortress. At the moment, there are not so few structures left - whole parts of the walls, towers. Also on the former territory of the citadel, a bridge, Turkish baths and five magnificent churches have been preserved. To see this historical monument in the Crimea, no doubt, it will be interesting for everyone!
Within the limits of the Ai-Petrinsky plateau, there is another of the best Crimean sights - a structure similar to a knight's castle - the Swallow's Nest. Originally built of wood, the dacha of a Russian general was subsequently completely rebuilt from stone in the style of a Gothic castle. The abandoned and newly restored building passed from hand to hand, and was also fixed on numerous art canvases by famous artists. In modern times, the castle housed many different exhibitions. Today, every traveler wants to see this famous and popular tourist place in the Crimea.
Built in the 6th century by the Byzantine emperor, the beautiful fortress has survived to this day only in the form of ruins. Now the resort town of Alushta has grown around the fortress, the main attraction of which is the fortress today. Wandering through the streets of the city, you can come across ancient towers and already almost invisible parts of the walls, adjacent to representatives of modern architecture. The remains of the fortress allow you to touch the ancient history of the region.

It is a complex of many preserved ruins and undestroyed buildings, such as the Cathedral of St. Vladimir on the Central Square or the Tower of Zenon, or the theater.
In addition, thousands of tourists who annually visit the museum-reserve are offered to view the collection of monuments, handicrafts and works of art of the inhabitants of the ancient settlement.
The Orthodox Church, another beautiful Crimean attraction in Sevastopol, originally served as the burial place of numerous Russian naval commanders. The burials, however, were opened and partially destroyed, but some of them nevertheless returned to their original place. Starting as a monument on the territory of Chersonesus, later the building took on the appearance of a cathedral. Inside the cathedral is decorated with frescoes, paintings and marble frames by Russian and European artists and sculptors.
Crimean city of Alupka. Summer residence of Count Vorontsov. The palace and the park, located on the palace territory, are monuments of architectural and gardening art, respectively. Despite all the historical twists and turns, the interiors of the sights have been preserved in almost their original form. This is how they were conceived and it is in this form that they appear before visitors. Multiple museum expositions offer tourists to get acquainted with the life and luxury of the owners of the palace, and the masterpiece palace park demonstrates all the beauty created by the painstaking hands of the chief gardener of the southern coast of Crimea.
Natural attractions of Crimea
The natural sights of Crimea delight with their beauty! One of such beautiful places is the Karadag nature reserve in the southeast of the Crimean peninsula, in the region of the Kara-Dag volcanic massif. The reserve was created in order to preserve the unique natural and mineralogical complex, which it successfully copes with. On the territory of the reserve there are, among other things, 18 representatives of animals from the Red Book. Many nature-created landscapes of the reserve are so bizarre that they look like monuments created by man - the "Devil's Finger" and "Gingerbread Horse" rocks or the "King and Queen" massif are worth seeing.
Mount Ai-Petri
In the southern part of the peninsula there is an array of the Ai-Petrinsky plateau, the main peak of which is one of the most beautiful places in Crimea - Mount Ai-Petri. The famous figured teeth of the peak, formed by the jewelry work of the wind, the cable car with one of the longest unsupported spans, the Wuchang-Su waterfall, the wind farm (now temporarily not functioning) and the complex of radar stations - all this is Mount St. Peter (this is how the name Ai-Petri is translated from Greek).
There is both an automobile route laid on the mountain and several hiking trails. For lovers of extreme recreation, the mountain offers trails for bicycle freeride. We strongly recommend visiting this place in Crimea to enjoy the magnificent scenery!
South side of Falcon Mountain. At an altitude of almost 1.5 kilometers on a cliff above the Black Sea, there is an interesting attraction - a gazebo, blown from all sides by winds at a very high speed. Mosaic on the floor lined with "wind rose". These two factors gave the name to the gazebo. In favorable weather, stunning views of the surrounding territories and the Black Sea itself open up from the gazebo. A very beautiful place in the Crimea, where a person can feel all the beauty and power of nature.
An ancient settlement in the southwest of the Crimean peninsula. At present it is one of the most popular Black Sea resorts. The town is attractive both for its beach side and the presence of historical monuments, as well as multiple picturesque cliffs. The origin of the name of the city in various manifestations is connected with fishing, which is not the least of the attractive aspects of the beautiful Balaklava. The numerous nationality of the settlement in different historical times could not but leave its imprints on the heritage, attractive for tourist research.
This is only a small part of what you can see in the Crimea. A lot of beautiful places, monuments, architectural structures and so on open themselves to anyone who wants to enjoy the hospitality of the Crimea.
