The refund of the fare for electronic tickets paid by bank cards is made in the personal account on the ticketonbus.ru website. To return a ticket, you must fill out a standard form (download from the link), scan it, a copy of an identity document, and attach it to your personal account.   • Ticket refund within 2 hours before departure - 15% of the fare.
  • Ticket refund within 3 hours after departure - 25% of the fare.

IMPORTANT! If you have issued several tickets within one payment, the refund operation to a bank card must be carried out separately for each ticket.
