“Moscow has entered a series of May holidays, and Muscovites spent the first weekend eventfully and actively. The festive events started with a citywide cleanup day, in which 1.5 million people took part,” said Minister of Government, Head of the Department of Culture Alexander Kibovsky at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

All participants were provided with the necessary equipment (rakes, brooms, garbage bags, brushes, shovels, brushes and garden shears) and work clothes.
