Bryusov steamer. The ship "Bryusov" will be kicked out of the embankment. The Babylon store that was there will close. “He will never walk along the river paths”

Our correspondent understood the fate of the ship, which they now want to remove from the Krymskaya embankment

Why did I harness myself, phoned the ministers and various high-ranking figures? Well, they are removing the ship from Moscow. Business something. We rarely walk on water. More sidewalks.

But they explained to me. The main problem is the date of birth.

When did he appear? In eighty-four-fifth-sixth? Well, it's fate. Bad. Everything that appeared at that time turned out to be of no use to anyone.

So said Konstantin Strelbitsky, Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Fleet History Club.

It was not about me, but about "Valery Bryusov".

And the ship "Valery Bryusov" has a month of life left. The well-known art cluster that worked in the Museon did not have a water use agreement. And now he will be taken to the ship graveyard, where they will rub on a fine grater into needles.

OFFICIAL CRIME OF MINISTER BAGROV

Of course, he was not supposed to become a loser ship. In 1985, Bryusov appeared with us to become the pride of our fleet, one of the best domestic motor ships.

The ship was acquired under the legendary Minister of the River Fleet of the RSFSR Leonid Bagrov.

We were faced with the task of updating the fleet, - the ex-minister told Komsomolskaya Pravda. - The old wooden ships were out of order and could not pass through the reservoirs due to the wind-wave regime: the ship will rock - what will be left? We ordered sixty vessels from Austrian high-class shipyards. They wanted each river basin - Lena, Yenisei, Ob, Irtysh, Kama - to have at least one comfortable motor ship.

All sixty were high class. And four are special. Created according to the ultra-modern project Q-65, they were purchased in the last government procurement to equip the "blue ring". Among them was Bryusov.

The former minister confessed to Komsomolskaya Pravda how he committed an official crime for the sake of the ship. The tall ship did not pass under the bridge. Therefore, the water level in the Moscow River had to be dropped.

I personally dealt with this matter. It was illegal, we did it at night, when the water flow was minimal, lowered the level by 80 centimeters, this was enough for the Bryusov to pass, ”recalls Bagrov.

“Stunning”, “handsome”, “they don’t make them like that now,” says Bagrov “Valery Bryusova”. The ship had everything: a spacious wardroom, a giant restaurant, a modern cinema and concert hall, and excellent soundproofing of the cabins.

Of all the cool bells and whistles in later life, only Bryusov's soundproofing came in handy.

"HE WILL NEVER GO THE RIVER PATH"

"It's so understandable, but a little sad." So sang Leonid Agutin. True, I did not see him in Bryusov. There, the Na-na group hung out more. The ship was permanently laid up with the humiliating crown of "Casino" above the deck and a brothel inside.

Once upon a time, it was possible to rent a house on a ship very inexpensively, and many students used this opportunity. Fortunately, what was happening in the neighboring cabins was not heard. Because (see above) there was soundproofing.

By appointment, "Bryusov" worked very, very little. Why?

Some experts sinned on the design of the ship, they say, the ship was built for small rivers, such as the Oka, but in practice it turned out that the ship had more draft than expected.

But, according to the head of the department of shipbuilding and repair of the Moscow State Academy of Water Transport Vasily Amelin, all this has nothing to do with the truth.

Do not look for flaws in the design. There is none of them. Look for problems in the economy, - said Amelin.

The elite handsome "Bryusov" turned out to be economically unprofitable. High fuel consumption and at the same time a little more than a hundred passenger seats:

So "Bryusov" and his brother "Alexander Blok" got laid up. Block turned into a branch of the World Trade Center, Bryusov was rented in 1993 by a Korean company that received Korean tourists.

FROM BROTHEL TO ART SPACE

A couple of years ago, there were changes in the fate of the ship. Bryusov has become an art cluster. A new life, no longer as a disgrace, but as an adornment of Moscow. They started talking about him not only here, but also in the world.

Guests from abroad came to see how cleverly we converted the ship into a fashionable youth place. An analogue of "Bryusov" appeared in Sweden, - recalls the PR director of "Bryusovship" Sira Lobyan.

But you can't run away from an evil fate. This time it turned out that the city did not need the ship even in this status.

A few days ago, the Zamoskvoretsky Court decided to remove him from the Moskva River.

“Earlier, the Bryusov ship was a brothel and a casino and a bar, but no one cared. Now everyone is shouting about small business, about “everything for the youth”, about the development of cultural life in the country, and by the decision of the prosecutor’s office they are closing and taking away the ship, which had an incredible number of activities, schools, master classes, film screenings, shops of young Russian designers, ”- residents of the art cluster have already posted a petition in defense of the ship.

Now on "Bryusov" - a feast during the plague. Lectures, film screenings, parties, performances. The last resident will leave on May 11. In another four days, the deck of the ship will be closed to the public. What then?

We were told that "Bryusov" would be transported to the cemetery. He will stand there until they decide what to do with him, - Sira Lobyan sighs.

Most of all, the employees of the art cluster are afraid that before they take the ship away, it will be mutilated. Someone at the top has already promised to cut off the cabin and the third deck of the ship, "to crawl under the bridge."

THE CITY MUST HAVE WATER OUTLET

Like a graveyard! How to cut a cut? You've gone crazy! 86-year-old Bagrov shouts into the phone. - It's a new boat. Yes, he has been working for seventy years! We don't have enough courts.

The former minister could not recover from such news for a long time and assured us that the whole situation with the ship was "a provocation and a misunderstanding."

We finally have prospects for water tourism. New water routes. Recently, a decision was made to build two ships similar to Bryusov, one will go along the Moscow-Astrakhan route, the other - from the capital to Stockholm. Losing a ship in the current conditions is a crime. I do not understand the fight against landing stages. See how many floating structures are on the Seine. Everywhere a person reaches for a rest to the water and there is no need to deprive him of this opportunity. Every city should have access to the water.

At the end of the conversation, Bagrov promised.

I will congratulate our minister on Easter and tell you what is happening. Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov is caring and good. I'm sure he will understand.

SECOND CHANCE

I say for sure: "Bryusov" will not be put on needles, - the head of Mosturflot Konstantin Anisimov told Komsomolskaya Pravda.

- Konstantin, what's going on? We are all concerned about the fate of "Valery Bryusov"...

Yes, unfortunately we do too. The problem is that Moscow does not want to see any floating craft on its territory.

Is the ship in danger of being destroyed?

If we are going to put something on needles, then these are old ships. We also have sixty-year-old ships that have served well.

What are the options for Bryusov? Artcluster employees say that it is possible to put it near Nizhny Novgorod or Cheboksary ...

It won't be the best solution. At one time, the Moscow Shipping Company spent a lot of money on providing the ship with communications. We have built a transformer substation, a sewerage collector, installed water supply... In the new place, we will have to do everything all over again, which is very expensive, not to mention the fact that the ship needs to be somehow towed to a new place, which is also expensive.

The twin brother "Valery Bryusov" - the vessel "Alexander Blok" was converted and now it goes along the rivers. Can Bryusov be given a second chance?

This is exactly what we want to do. On the basis of Blok, we have built a completely new vessel that carries Australian tourists. It is worth trying to convert to the state of the Bryusova cruise ship. We have an old ship "Sergey Obraztsov", which goes to Konstantinov. He is over sixty years old. Perhaps he will be replaced by Bryusov.

There are rumors that "Bryusov" does not have any mechanisms. All equipment went to Sergei Yesenin.

It's not a problem. If Bryusov is upgraded, we will change cabins and equipment. The hull of the ship is in good condition.

I talked to specialists, they said that it is easier to build a new ship than to repair an old one.

This is wrong. A complete re-equipment will cost 250-300 million rubles. A new vessel costs approximately 25-30 million euros. But we must understand that the re-equipment will not begin today or tomorrow. Maybe in two years. During this time, the ship must be somewhere. It would be easier for all of us if he stayed where he was. Therefore, I really hope that the signatures that activists collect in defense of the ship will reach the addressee. It would be nice if the municipality reconsidered its decision.

The Village continues its column in which it talks about iconic non-residential buildings in Moscow. In connection with the imminent closure of the ship "Valery Bryusov" on Krymskaya Embankment, which has become an important art cluster and a symbol of the city, we decided to talk to those who did business here and organized parties.

Story

Motor ship "Valery Bryusov" near the coast of the Crimean embankment in the park "Museon" as an art space on July 13, 2014. Although the ship was moored to the embankment back in 1993, and before that it had been operated on the water for eight years. Before the reconstruction of Bryusov, a hotel, a restaurant, a casino and (according to unofficial information) a brothel worked here for 20 years.

The reconstruction of the ship and its transformation into an art cluster was carried out by the Realogic management team, headed by businessman Nikolai Matushevsky, who is also the Flacon design factory, and now an active new urban space - "". The first residents of Bryusov were the Art. Lebedev Studio store, the Sito cafe, the Volna bar, the Physika showroom, the Jerusalem Bazar jewelry store, the Lamartis hand-bound bookshop, and the adidas Originals concept store.

However, already in September 2014, a couple of months after the opening, the new place had problems: the check ship of Rospotrebnadzor. In particular, the department found unmarked inventory on the ship, while the ship did not have special tanks for the disposal of fluorescent lamps. For these and other reasons, the ship was recognized as unsafe for visitors and closed until all defects were eliminated.

"Bryusov" his work in June 2015. This time it has about two dozen residents. Half of them are already familiar from the previous year, the rest are newcomers. In particular, the Babylon Vape Shop, the Mypeople language school, the Yoga Boat yoga studio, and the Mams & Paps cafe appeared. In addition, techno parties began to be held on the ship, the most popular of which is Meduza.

In early April, it became known that Bryusov would be closed in mid-May by the prosecutor’s office, since it “operates in the format of an art center on the water and is operated without a water use agreement,” which violates paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. For this, the legal entity that owns the ship - JSC "Moscow Tourist Fleet" - and the general director of the company must pay a fine - 50 and 10 thousand rubles, respectively.

The Bryusov administration said that from 2015 to 2017, it was negotiating with the Department of Transport of the City of Moscow about the possibility of saving the project. As a result, it was not possible to agree - the authorities moved the ship from the waters of the Moscow River. The corresponding decision was approved by the Zamoskvoretsky court.

The further fate of the ship has not yet been officially reported. It is only known that the ship will not be in its usual place after May 15. In order for the ship to pass under the bridges, it will most likely be cut off the upper deck, but "maybe the government will come up with another way of transportation," representatives of the space specify.

PLACE: ship "Valery Bryusov"

FUNCTIONS: trading platforms, educational projects, exhibitions, entertainment and sports events

EXPLOITATION: passenger cruise ship "Valery Bryusov", built in Austria in 1984, since June 1993 it has been operated as a rack ship, as an art cluster it started working in 2014

RECONSTRUCTION: UK Realogic

SQUARE: LAB - the center of the ship with an area of 120 square meters

Sundeck - 260 square meters deck

I have been on the ship from the very beginning, that is, for more than three years, renting a small cabin here, which I use as a studio. In the summer I play on the sun deck as a full-time DJ.

The ship is the main reason why I ended up in Moscow at all. I studied music in St. Petersburg, then my studio burned down there - against the backdrop of these events, I freaked out and left the country, hung out in Germany, and when my visa ran out, I returned. Six months before that, Lesha Kapitanov and I (Director of the Bryusov ship. - Ed.) we were talking a little drunk, and he said: “In short, Kirill, we are capturing a ship in the center of Moscow, we are making three event venues.” And now, after a little time, they called me to the opening of Bryusov.

So I got on the ship, played the first performance, and after it I walked and wandered here and went into one room - closed my eyes and imagined a bunch of my devices in it. Then I told Kapitanov that they lacked musical space on the ship. I returned to St. Petersburg, and the next day the director of the ship called me, offered that space for a studio and said: “We generally need hands. In short, I'm taking you a ticket to Moscow today?

So I ended up on the ship. I help everyone here on the technical side, but I don’t get paid for it, but I was given a big discount on rent and I perform at parties, in the summer I play here on a permanent basis. When I started writing music on the ship, my sound changed a lot. The ship sometimes shakes, and this is reflected in the groove of my music - a kind of rounded rocking appeared in the sound.

There are two completely different periods in the life of this place. Before the ship closed - the Old Testament and after - the New Testament. The whole backbone of the team was formed for the most part in the Old Testament, and the closure became a filter for people. Those who were commercially inclined fell off immediately, and those who perceived the place as an art cluster returned, no matter what, and began to cooperate even more closely. In the Old Testament of "Bryusov" there were 50% of people from St. Petersburg, and they brought here the St. Petersburg romance. There was a principle of human interaction here. Everyone knew in advance that the ship could be closed, but they continued to work here.

At first, the captain of the ship looked at us very suspiciously, because in the 90s there was a casino and cabins for hourly rent, but then he believed that we would create something completely different. Imagine how sad it is to be the captain of a ship that doesn't float.

This is the place where foreigners had to be taken in Moscow, there were many tourists here, you can be proud of it. A lot of educational projects took place on the ship, they taught DJing and writing music, held festivals dedicated to the visual arts, and all sorts of food markets. In addition to permanent residents, there were temporary activities. In winter, life on the Bryusov stopped, traffic became less, but the rents were lowered for residents who stayed for the winter. There were also those who left before the cold, having worked for one season.

It is important to understand that now the claims of the prosecutor's office are not about the Bryusov ship project - we do not have problems, but the owner of the ship. We are in Russia, so I'm not too surprised by what is happening. This is a Russian business, this is how it works, I came across something similar in St. Petersburg. There was a place "Quarter", where dudes in leather jackets with bats somehow arrived and forcibly took the tenants outside.

For many people, this place was a kind of start, it added to their enthusiasm. Some of the projects are now moving to Khlebozavod, the rest - I don’t know. I heard such information that the upper deck of the ship is being cut down and the ship is being heated so that it can sail under the bridge. There is resentment that it was possible to do this at the end of the summer, and not before the start of the season.

Passers-by afraid to come here think that the ship will sail. Some ask how much the tickets cost

Our project is four years old, but three of them we worked only online. April 21 marks one year since we opened at Bryusov. But I've decided to cancel the celebration because our story ends here.

I sell jewelry myself, I work from 12:00 to 20:00 six days a week. Two or three people work at the store at the same time. Other sellers work two by two. I still come here on my day off.

We were looking for an unusual place to shop, because our jewelry is handmade, they are unique. The ship literally immediately captivated me - on the waves, romance. Nearby is the Tretyakov Gallery, in the summer before work I walked in the Muzeon park. Sometimes I rented a hoverboard or a segway and rode them for lunch.

On the lower decks, the pitching is felt more strongly. I don't get seasick, but at first, after a day at the store, I was rocking at home, especially in the shower. Although I didn’t have the task of supporting the marine theme, I decided to make everything white, to keep more air and light in the design so that it would be convenient to view the decorations.

Tourists constantly drop in here, you feel like in an aquarium. At the same time, many passers-by are afraid to enter, they think that the ship will set sail. Some people ask how much the tickets cost. Before, I was also afraid to go here, it seemed to me that this was a restaurant or the entrance here was paid. When I finally looked in, I was delighted: there were many creative workshops here, and I wanted to be a part of it. Working on a ship is status. Our store cooperates a lot with Europeans, and they sincerely admire when I tell them about the location of the store.

Diana Muzhanova

sales assistant in the clothing store "Mouth to Mouth"

I have been working at Mouth to Mouth at Bryusov for several months. Prior to that, she worked in chain stores in St. Petersburg, then moved to Moscow. I like that trading takes place on a ship, it's unusual and interesting. Although if you remove the pitching, then this is an ordinary store with a good view of the river. When the boats sail, it is felt that the ship is rocking. But I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me much.

I work part time from 12:00 to 21:00 two by two. In bad weather, 15-20 people come a day. On weekdays, there are usually few people until five o'clock in the evening, and in the evening the movement begins. There are a lot of people here on weekends, but I'm used to a large flow of people. Once every two months, we are given a uniform, that is, we can choose clothes from the assortment of the store and keep them for ourselves.

I know almost all the store employees. On the Lambada, we distribute business cards, and the townspeople are surprised: many have not even heard of the Bryusov ship. Once we had a check here, there were serious uncles, the neighbors were fined. However, I learned about the closure of the place from the news. I am sad, but I will continue to work in the new place where we will move.

If windows open and close eyes, when a ship sails by, then you can imagine that you are at sea

I have been on the ship for two years now, fell in love with this place right away. Friends laugh at me, they say that I went to Morflot. I work in a cafe and come here almost every day, especially in summer. Sometimes I had to work for months without days off. Sometimes there are queues in the corridor, and in winter there is also a client's calm. Then there is actually one person doing it.

I made most of the cranes in the design myself. Some were made by guests who wanted to contribute to the place. I tell them: "Come visit your cranes, they are your children." The gloomiest people smile at me. Those who are in a hurry stay to chat with us for three hours. From their response, strength is taken.

It happens that in the summer everyone comes in, they say that the weather is good, and you stand sweaty at the bar near the coffee machine, and it bakes you. But there is no better place to work during the summer. You can go out on deck to air out, and life immediately becomes better. And if you open the windows and close your eyes when a ship sails by, you can imagine that you are at sea.

When Meduza techno parties take place here, I stay until the morning. Then I sleep for a few hours and go back to work. This is where I go to see good movies.

There are interesting projects and people on the ship, so I'm not looking for anything on the side. We are friends with other cafes and do not compete. When the glasses run out, we go to the Greeks in the "Sieve" or to the Mexicans "On Chili". Everyone on the ship is part of the crew. A friendly atmosphere reigns here, at a meeting everyone hugs and wishes each other a good day.

There has been talk of closing the ship since the 14th year. But our pirate spirit didn't let it happen, we always avoided problems. Now we are being deprived of our homes. We come up with a grandiose program for all the May holidays with the whole ship's crew. On May 6th we are hosting a shipwide party on the upper deck.

When a person in shakes for the first time some they think that they will feel bad now, grab the head and the heart. But the pitching does not interfere with drawing

In April, our school celebrated a year. She has been here all along. The ship is an amazing place, it is perfect for artistic activities, we have done many plein airs on deck. I will not be modest and say that our wardroom is one of the best rooms on the ship. We have made repairs, redid the layout a bit, but the most important thing is our original, fantastically beautiful ceiling.

We are engaged in education here on an ongoing basis. We work seven days a week. They invested their soul, a lot of time and money. The school has two administrators and me, all teachers are invited. I come here almost every day for work and get great pleasure when I see how the classroom is filled with interested students: a unique place works very efficiently. I like to come here and relax on the couch in my free time, enjoying the amazing atmosphere.

At one time, I was the head of the laboratory on the flagship of the space fleet. Therefore, the marine theme is close to me, sometimes I feel nostalgic for those times. Some of the items in our studio reflect shipboard romance. For example, we use small ropes to hang pictures.

When a person begins to shake for the first time, he thinks that he is feeling bad now, grabs his head and heart. But the pitching does not interfere with drawing. We have a small seating area, and all the stands are easily moved depending on what is happening here: a lecture or a practical lesson. Whichever way you look, you can immediately draw cityscapes from nature. In the summer we often hold plein airs on deck. For several hours we enclose the space with ribbons and draw. They wanted to resume them soon, but what happened happened.

Of course, the ship has flaws. For example, sometimes there are a lot of people in summer. It happens that during a lecture on the upper deck a noisy disco begins. But there were no conflicts, we have friendly tenants, and we always meet each other halfway.

There is a great community here: for the most part, our Russian brands and manufacturers, small pleasant coffee shops. I like to walk around the ship, communicate with people. There is a pleasant youth environment here.

Renting on a ship is even cheaper than renting the same space on neighboring streets. This is associated with risks: we were warned even at the entrance that there was a problem with the prolongation of the contract. We will move to the former workshop of Pyotr Konchalovsky on Bolshaya Sadovaya. The space there is smaller, so, of course, our school will be forced to reduce the number of courses.

While strolling through Muzeon Park in Moscow recently, we decided to visit the widely advertised Ship of Valery Bryusov. In Moscow, there are a number of art clusters that are already known to Muscovites, such as: Winzavod, bottle design factory and Artplay.

There are not many such “floating” art objects on the embankment, where you can freely enter, go shopping or just read a book on the sunny deck.

The Bryusov ship is a three-deck river ship of Austrian origin (built in 1986), which was breathed a second life by the organizers of the famous bottle design factory. The world's first art cluster on the water, Brusov Ship, as the organizers themselves call the Brusov Ship, opened quite recently, in July 2014. In the dashing 90s, the ship had a floating restaurant, a casino, and cabins were rented for an hour. But this is all in the past, today, the Bruce Ship should become a fashionable place among the creative crowd.
Outwardly, the boat has not changed much, but only prettier. So, thanks to the efforts of the St. Petersburg artist, some of its parts acquired a cheerful look.

So, on the ladder we go inside.

On the ground floor, visitors are greeted by a small reception. Nice friendly girls work there. I can assume that they help visitors navigate.
Inside the boat, the premises are gradually filled with tenants. In general, I must say that navigation on the ship is bad. There are no signs (but perhaps there will be when all the rooms are full). To find a cafe, you have to go through all the floors.

So, Artemy Lebedev's shop, familiar to everyone, the Adidas concept store, the Briolin men's hairdressing salon, and various designer shops are already located there. It is also worth noting the space for women, The Tub (hairdresser and social club), where you can hang out and have a marathon.
It seems that in a couple of months, this place will be quite cozy and youthful. But many rooms have not yet been filled, garbage is visible through the doorways, and so on.

Two cafes are currently operating on board: a Greek cafe on one of the decks and a Volna bar on Solnechnaya Embankment, where you can order fresh juices, fruits and drinks. By the way, according to information from the organizers, there should be a secret mono-cafe somewhere on the ship. We didn't find it, maybe that's why it's secret?
It all feels like some kind of mall with a creative twist on the water, where no one cares about you. To visit the ship was useful, you need to study the program of events, but more on that later.

Personally, I really liked Sunny Deck. To get there, you need to climb the stairs to the very top.

From the upper deck, magnificent unusual views of the Muzeon Park and the embankment open up.

At the very top of the ship, on the Sun deck, it is very comfortable, the floor is covered with wood. On weekdays, yoga and dance classes are held here. There is also a DJ bullet upstairs, music is constantly playing. You can drink something non-alcoholic in the Volna bar.
Upstairs, there is a lecture hall, which can also be used for film screenings. We did not go there, but I read about it in various sources.

The sun deck is covered with a tent like this, so the yogis or dancers who practice here will not be afraid of rain.

It is planned that meetings of different interest clubs, interesting lectures, and educational events will be held on the Bryus Ship.
Through the sun deck you can go to the bow of the ship, from where you can enjoy excellent views of Red October and the sculpture of Peter the Great.

By the way, there is access to the air on all decks.

In general, I want to note the following:

1. If you intend to visit the Bruce Ship, then study the program of events. This can be done, for example, in the VKontakte group https://vk.com/brusovship, or on FB https://www.facebook.com/brusovship. Remember that if you accidentally wander in here unprepared, you might get bored.
2. If you are going to yoga, then the schedule can be found here yogaboat.ru, you can also register there.
3. If you've been walking along Muzeon Park or Krymskaya Embankment, be sure to visit the Sunny Deck of the Bryus Ship. There you get great photos at the forefront of Moscow attractions.

The famous ship "Valery Bryusov", which stood on the Krymskaya embankment for almost a quarter of a century, by a court decision yesterday morning sailed away from the center of the capital. Forever. Cause? The ship did not have a water use agreement. So the city authorities continue to clean the banks of the Moscow River from potentially dangerous ships and landing stages, often simply disfiguring the entire water area.

"Valery Bryusov" is leaving the Moskva River, the city has seriously taken up clearing its water area. Photo: Alexander Korolkov

In 2013, the city authorities began to clean up the ships that tightly stuck around the embankments back in the nineties. In fact, a landing stage is a building on the shore for boarding a ship, for example, a river station or a pier, but in the capital they turned their outdated ships into them, mooring them forever and not always where it is allowed. Many houses offices, hotels, restaurants. As the press service of the Organizer of Transportation explained to RG, they are all excluded from the state ship register, that is, they are no longer ships, which means that they have nothing to do on the water.

In total, over three years, 38 ship-houses sailed from their berths, 12 of them from the very center: from the Frunzenskaya, Krasnopresnenskaya, Kosmodamianskaya and Berezhkovskaya embankments. Most - 28 - were removed by the owners themselves, 10 had to be taken out by the city, now their owners owe the Moscow budget 80 million rubles for dismantling, transportation and storage.

"Valery Bryusov" - a legendary ship - lasted the longest in one of the most iconic and most visited tourist places in Moscow. For a quarter of a century, what has not been here! And a hotel, and a casino, and an entertainment center, and, of course, a restaurant. He was not listed as a landing stage, but many questions arose for him. "The Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office has checked the legality of the placement of the vessel "Valery Bryusov" moored on the Krymskaya embankment," said Igor Semerikov, head of the operation department of the Transportation Organizer. - It has been established that the ship is operated without a water use agreement, which violates Art. 11 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor's office in full and ordered the owner - JSC "Moscow Tourist Fleet" - to release the embankment.

For three years, 38 ship-houses similar to the Bryusov sailed away from the capital's berths

Bryusov will soon be followed by Lastochka-2 on Luzhnetskaya Embankment and A. Blok on Krasnopresnenskaya. The first does not have a berthing agreement, the second is generally moored to the embankment, which is not adapted for this. “Illegally installed ships may not comply with the necessary safety standards,” said Igor Semerikov. “Being on such ships is dangerous both for visitors and for those people who work there. Residents of neighboring houses also complain about the noise from the Lastochka- 2" and "A. Blok, and on pollution of the water area by them. After all, most of these vessels lower all the waste directly into the water.

Currently, there are still 29 landing stages on the river within the capital, 17 of them are small. But they also need to prepare for the last flight soon.

Walking along the Krymskaya embankment and the Muzeon art park, I always looked at the Valery Bryusov ship and thought, what will they come up with, a restaurant? a hotel? When we entered, it immediately reminded me of something, either the Artplay space on Kurskaya, or the Flacon design factory, it turned out that the project was really developed by the Flacon factory team and the Dreamers United creative workshop. From where I managed to look while my daughter was running around the deck, this is a mini-theater for children under 7 years old “Just a joke”, they invite to the performance every Sunday at 10-30, 11-30 and 12-40 “A story from nothing (cabin 202), MyPeople language lab for all ages, Mams&Paps art coffee shop with an interesting design and drinks for children and adults. There are also concerts and movies. There are designer clothing stores, an atelier, a gallery of paintings ... We ran through the cabins almost at a gallop, we lingered only in the children's theater - a bright room, brightly beautiful, friendly staff, told about the performance, invited. And in the Greek cafe "Sito" we were pleased with a real Greek salad and "penerli", or, as we can call them "boats with meat and cheese", they are baked in front of our eyes.! The prices are quite democratic - coffee, for example, 100 rubles. In general, those who love olives, oil and Greek sauce can come in. The uppermost deck is open, a transparent awning is stretched, there is a stage for various events. Wood and metal looks great, the views of Moscow are amazing! A beautiful and functional place where you can dress up, eat, drink, watch movies, learn something and dance. And all this outdoors and on the water! Half of the cabins are still, however, in the opening stage, but it's worth a look.
