My flight was Moscow - Phuket 5875 09/11/2016 (night, 9 hours), return flight Phuket - Moscow 5876 09/26/2016 (daytime, 9 hours) Airport of departure and arrival Vnukovo, Moscow.

Airplanes are in good condition. only during the flight from Moscow I had a broken table, it was heavily tilted to one side. I was also not pleased with the lack of films / cartoons, although there were built-in TVs, but as the flight attendant explained to us, these are Transaero aircraft, Russia did not make its own firmware, and the new owners of the aircraft do not want to turn on the Transaero program.

And take off and landing on both flights was great, everything is clear and without problems, but when we flew back, I apparently sat above the landing gear and when taxiing along the runway there was a strong creak and rattle, it bothered me a little from the beginning, but then I calmed down. We flew through the turbulence zone several times, they were not strong, and we overcame them quickly.

Separately, I want to highlight the point about food, I saw a lot of negative reviews here and mostly they are only due to the fact that the food is small and not tasty. People! You didn’t come to a restaurant, but what large portions can we talk about? I don’t understand how you can rate a flight just for food. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that the food system is described on the airline's website:

On flights up to 4 hours inclusive, economy class passengers are provided with cold meals only.

Hot meals for Economy Class passengers are only available on flights over 4 hours.

In order not to be hungry at the airport, I take a couple of sandwiches with me, this time the three of us flew, each took something with me at my direction, and we ate well, what we had on the plane and didn’t really want to.

Drinks were offered several times and without any problems they gave more if necessary, for example, I drank 2 large glasses of coffee.

At the first meal, everyone was given fish. I don't eat fish, so I was half-starved. A bun with butter and ham helped out. Good thing we had croissants and peanuts with us.

The second meal was meat. This time, however, there was a choice - chicken or beef. Now Katya is hungry. She doesn't eat meat. I don’t know if they always feed like this in this airline or maybe they mixed it up the first time they fed everyone the same fish.

Drinks to choose from - water, cola, Dobry juices with different flavors. You can ask for 2 drinks. Tea/coffee after meals. There is no alcohol, but you can order for an additional fee.

We managed to check in without a queue before the arrival of buses with bags. At the counter, no one asked anything, they just took passports and issued boarding passes. The excess baggage was small, no more than 1 kg for each suitcase, I did not have to pay extra.

Passport control went well. They also joked later that the Thais probably looked at how many Thai visas and stamps we already had in our passports and breathed a sigh of relief that they were finally returning to Russia
