The reception speaks English and Spanish, some employees speak Russian and try to solve all the problems that arise.

Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed about every other day. Bed linen is changed upon request. If you do not need cleaning, then you can only ask the maid to change towels and deliver shampoos and shower gels.

Entertainment and animation

According to tourists, there are many entertainments for both adults and children. The kids club is open twice a day:
