The data is taken from 12 different sources and each of the items is evaluated on a ten-point scale.

In 2014, Russia occupies the 68th place in the rating, having dropped by 7 points compared to the previous year. Our country has demonstrated the most active negative dynamics among all European countries. It is regrettable to admit that in the assessment of management Russia took only 115th place, but in terms of the level of education, the results are not at all bad - 26th place.
