Family of four: two adults and two children aged 5 years and 1 year 2 months. We had a great rest and our vacation was not overshadowed by anything!
The price for early booking suits us quite well. We knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but an ordinary hotel with a family vacation concept. We didn't have high hopes, so we weren't disappointed. Only at the end of the holiday, when apparently there was already 100 percent occupancy, were there noticeable differences at the beginning of the holiday (beginning of the season) and at full load.
Meals: adults and children - at an excellent level the first week (a variety of adult menus, no queues near the grill, fruits and strawberries), then it’s also not bad, but there were more people and there were a little queues. The children's menu is simpler, but there is something to feed (cereals, eggs, pasta, mashed potatoes, vegetable puree, vegetables, turkey meatballs, sausages, chicken, soups were not always spicy in Turkish). For moms there are sterilizers, a microwave, a blender (3 nozzles, always clean during my rest period). In general, of course, there is a focus on Russian cuisine, but so far, all the same, cuisine with a strong Turkish accent. It all depends on what children are used to eating at home. My children did not starve, because fish natures, especially one-year-olds and at home, are accustomed to eat lentils and cereals. We ate both in the children's restaurant and from the adult table. (I had 12 cans of different types of baby meat purees with me, I ate it once a day and 2 types of instant cereals / buckwheat and rice - I took it in case of a virus, it was not useful). There were no viruses in our period. The daughter endured the flight perfectly. The hotel is relatively close to Antalya, incl. we arrived well too. We were at the hotel at about 4.30 am. We were settled within an hour. The room is excellent, with a balcony on the 3rd floor in the life building. There was a baby cot in the room. The territory of the hotel is very large, green, clean, well-groomed. At first we thought it was chicken pox. Until complete recovery. And this is not very convenient. We decided to be treated on our own. We didn’t walk around the hotel. We ate in turn. The child was fed in the room. -feet, fingers, around the mouth. For treatment, I can advise KALMOSAN lotion, it relieves itching, dries, has an antibacterial effect. Of the antipyretics, I had nurofen with me, it brings down the temperature well, but best of all, something with paracetamol. Hepilor was sprayed in the throat, he was also with him. As for pharmacies, this is a problem. They close early. We bought in Antalya. There are many pharmacies in Antalya near hotels. We saw one in Belek.

We rest in this hotel not the first time, as we love this place very much. Everything suits us here. The hotel has a very large, well-groomed, green area. There are many pools, a good water park. The great advantage of the hotel is its beach. Sunbeds do not need to be occupied in the morning, as in other hotels, as there are a lot of them. The beach strip is wide and long (650 meters). The number of rooms, of course, is a bit old, but it does not bother us at all. Food - also without complaints, we had enough of everything, even superfluous. Prodrinks - as usual in Turkey, local alcohol, we are not particularly drinkers, so we are fine. Excellent work of the staff, they always strive to make your stay comfortable. I would like to thank all the reception and guest service staff of the hotel for their excellent work, especially Shafak, Aylin, Tatiana Ozkan, Kifayet, Alina and other employees, unfortunately, we do not remember all the names. In addition, the distinguishing feature of this hotel is its animation team led by Selçuk, his assistant, as well as a team of water sports guys. The guys are working 200%! The hotel is very sporty, with many different sports and activities such as tennis, volleyball, football, cycling, various fitness programs, water skiing, catamaran, etc. Everyone will find something to do. Not because I'm harmful, not because I'm mean - I just didn't like the hotel, in particular the attitude towards guests. I have been resting in Turkey for 14 years and have something to compare with :) We chose a hotel for a long time. My husband urged that it is better to go to a proven "Botanist" in Alanya, but I am a supporter of rest in new places, I do not like to repeat myself :) Criteria The choice was, of course, the interests of the child: water slides, ice cream, sand entry into the sea, children's kitchen. Children's animation has never been a priority, so they didn't bother. Also, one of the important criteria was the minimum number of tourists from the CIS countries. Accidentally learned about TUI MAGIC LIFE WATERWORLD from friends and decided - the puzzles converge, we fly here. Admittedly, the price is above average, so we expected the corresponding level. But alas ... I am disappointed, my husband, in principle, liked it, the little one, it seems, is satisfied, but he does not want to return here anymore. The first time this happened to him ... 1) We had a wonderful arrival and departure. We were already at the hotel at 08.30, we were sent to eat on an electric car. Breakfasts are standard, like everywhere :) Then check-in... Sorry, this place is detailed, because it was problematic. Maybe someone will. The rest can skip the check-in block :) I initially asked for a quiet room, the main thing is that there is no road noise nearby, because road noise on vacation is annoying. Well, what do you think, they gave a room near the relax pool, but the balcony overlooked the road. The fact is that we do not turn on the air conditioner and sleep with open windows and doors, so no matter how far the road is, you can hear it (I am already silent about the dust). I immediately refused, returned to the reception to change. But the lady with a bun on her head in the role of the general manager very sharply tried to convince me that this is a great number and try to sleep a couple of nights, and change later. As a result of lengthy negotiations, they moved to a small room, quiet, but where the third bed was placed so tightly that it was impossible to go out onto the balcony. So take normal shampoo and conditioner with you if you value your hair. Hairdryer is small, rattles - just tin. I did not use it, because it was a pity for the hair. For ladies with long hair, I recommend taking your hair dryer. The mini bar is replenished once during the entire stay, then you can take water at the reception and bars. We lived in this room for 2 days until the air conditioner started to drip. You see, this is despite the fact that we never used the air conditioner at all. A small one is always running somewhere, so a puddle in combination with closely spaced beds is a guaranteed injury. Puddles on the floor and the sound of drops overflowed the cup of patience and I made a complaint to the reception. Some technicians came, they repaired it, but the dripping continued. And then I realized that I was really angry. I wrote an angry letter to the TUI office describing the problems, and only then did some movement begin. We were offered a family room on the 1st floor with access to the lawn, but at the same time overlooking the reception, where buses with tourists arrive. This is noise, diesel fuel ... The small one liked the room, refused to watch something else, so we stayed here until the end of the vacation. Rooms are small but better than before. The laundry dried well outside, because the sun shone right here in the afternoon. An unpleasant moment - during check-out they forgot the charger from the phone in the room. Caught up in an hour. When they arrived, the cleaning lady spreads her arms and says that there were guests and they took the charge. What kind of guests if no one has settled in the room yet ?! Neither we nor Tatyana from the Guest relation managed to return the charger. Before that, since we moved 2 times, the wet swimming trunks of the husband and the little one were left to dry in the room. Remembered - went there, then to the reception - no, no one saw anything. There are no swimming trunks and that's all, but the swimming trunks are expensive, of good quality. It's a pity, but they themselves are to blame, you need to think with your head. Much to our surprise, when we returned from dinner, we found that the swimming trunks were still brought, for which we thank you! 2) The territory is huge, but really stupid. I can't say it's very pretty. Forest, trees, cut grass - everything is normal. On the way to the restaurant every morning a new date is lined with flowers - it's beautiful. Turtles crawl, from time to time getting stressed by the fact that they certainly want to touch, feed, lift and examine from all sides. Squirrels are lively:) There are feeders everywhere for animals, so they definitely don't starve:) 3) The kitchen is a horror. Sometimes I think maybe I'm spoiled? Everyone writes such enthusiastic comments... As for me, the variety of food is small. To say that everything is delicious - no. Basically - fried in a large amount of oil or spicy. Maybe the seafood salad was even more or less. On day 3, you already understand where which dish will be, only the type of fish or meat is different. Children's kitchen - it was not always possible for a child to choose something, the menu almost did not change. We were at the end of June, so there were very tasty watermelons, large sweet cherries. Melons - so-so. Cakes for all the time were only once and then they gave a piece per person. It was funny when a Russian in pure Russian explained to his Turkish aunt that he needed a tortilla for each - that's 6 pieces! . Despite the queue and the surprise of the Europeans, he scooped into a plate all the cakes that the aunt cooked and tried to cut into pieces for everyone :) The cakes were cooked for a long time, only 2 pieces and a decent queue formed. I recommend drinking coffee in the coffee house. Very decent Turkish coffee and more, try it. The restaurant drank a double espresso - you can drink. Ice cream from 12.30 to 21.30. Strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. Small ate with pleasure, I have not tried. There are also pancakes next to the beach from 12.00 and some fast food. 4) The slides are not bad, but even my little one got bored at the end of the holiday. The pool near the slides is large enough and during our vacation it was not crowded with people, the water was clean and even hot from the sun in the afternoon. 5) The sea is clean and warm in the morning. Every morning we swam to the buoys three of us. This is the only time when there were no big waves. After lunch almost every day there were waves and sometimes quite serious. It was possible to ride a banana in the morning only 1 time, and then from 11 to 12. The promised second time could be ridden in the afternoon, if not strong waves. In general, count on 1 session lasting no more than 3-5 minutes. The beach is sandy, there are a lot of sun loungers both on the beach and by the pool, and on the grass. 6) Shopping. Once a week in the evening he comes, let's call it a fair. You can buy good things at a good price - bargain! It is better to go later - the closer to departure, the more willingly bargain and give way to sellers. Also, if you turn right on the way out of the restaurant, where the sign Shopping, Sale, etc. is flashing, you will find a number of shops. There you can buy clothes, bags, armlets for children, masks, mattresses, pool balls and all sorts of things. Even pills for heartburn and headaches :) There are still shops near the coffee house, but Nivea sunblock costs $20, like, the original. Better take it with you!!! :) You can also take a taxi or a bus to Belek (it's a long walk with children). There are pharmacies (note that prescription antibiotics), a huge number of stores, but they are reluctant to bargain. Waikiki is weak, although large - it consists of 2 parts (male and female). 7) The Internet is good, even large files were sent. 8) Sports are on the level here: tennis courts, a football field, volleyball, aqua aerobics every morning, and with equipment, and group classes. There is something to do. And yet... I will not come to this hotel again... Hope, 25 years old: I liked the fact that when the hotel was fully loaded, there were no queues anywhere, and there was enough of everything. Noise isolation is excellent, no neighbors with small children could be heard, the music on the street did not interfere either. The only negative for me is the lack of access to the sea via a pontoon, I like to go into clear water, I would move the buoys further. There were a lot of active classes, even at seven o'clock in the morning there were already 5-6 people in the gym, which was a pleasant surprise. Not to complain about the number, for some reason I expected the worst, so I was satisfied.

DAY 1.
On the very first day, even before settling in, we found the Dr Serbest SPA according to the signs and signed up there to go to the hammam for a program with steam rooms and three types of massage. We were booked for 3pm and told to come by that time. We come, pay $ 100 for two, change clothes, and the massage therapist drags you straight from the locker rooms to peeling. We tell him in complete bewilderment that this procedure requires prepared and steamed skin, because. we are in the Turkish hammam for the sixth time and we know how it happens, and this character points to the clock and says "time, time", we refuse to go. He goes to the main (SERDAR), returns and allows him to go to the steam room for 5-7 minutes. Let's go for a peeling. The masseurs were already angry and in a hurry. Accordingly, peeling resembled planing with a planer on wood. There was a frantic desire to tear off at least something from the skin to show their peeling skills. As a result, my skin on the décolleté area was completely torn off (photo attached) and small spots all over my body, which later provoked an allergy to the sun. We leave the SPA, start complaining at their reception, they tell us that I got burned in the sun (yeah, an hour after checking in), they bring a cheap hand cream and say: “This is for you, smear it.” We give the cream back, go to the hotel in Guest Relations, find the girl OKSANA SOZAN there, show how the procedures are carried out in their SPA. Her first answer is that the spa does not apply to the hotel at all (despite the fact that their advertising is just everywhere, even on the room keys and in the speed dial in the room). But she went with us to the spa to "resolve" the issue. She recounted the whole problem, but they had already prepared and told her their story, that we were supposedly late ourselves, we had to come in advance, and not exactly at 15.00. And what happened to my skin is "NORMAL". Oksana said that the issue would be resolved and asked us to come back in a couple of days.

DAY 2-4.
All this time I had to treat the skin, buying products for treatment with my own money. As a result, the issue was not resolved even after 4 days, because Oksana, with her keen “medical” look, did not notice serious injuries, running past me on more important matters.

DAY 5.
We decided to remind ourselves, we come to the SPA to Serdar and ask how our issue will be resolved. He says that we should not interfere with the rest of the guests and threatens us to call the security of the hotel (which they do not belong to, as you remember) =)) We again come to the Guest Relations counter to Oksana, she says that she listened to both sides of the conflict and does not understand what we want. I ask what two parties, if there is only the injured party, from whom they took the money, skinned, accused of being the one to blame and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, not to mention returning $50 to the injured person. She calls Serdar again, talks to him and then informs us that he agreed to return the $25, because thinks he did nothing wrong. My boyfriend said out loud that he should go to hell with his proposal and not be dishonored, because we spent more on treatment! (FURTHER THIS PHRASE WILL BE COMPLETELY CHANGED BY OKSANA AND WILL BE THE BASIS FOR EVICTION). We said we would write a review about this spa! Oksana calls the person ADIL TURUNC (Operation Manager) and says that it is not possible to resolve the conflict peacefully. Adil asks us to come up to him and says that he has already talked with the spa and we will be refunded 50 dollars, for this we need to go back to Oksana so that she goes to the spa with us and fixes everything. Two hours later, we find Oksana, but she turns away from us and asks to turn to Natalia, who is sitting next to us, and she tells us that no one will return anything to us and threatened that if we continue in the same spirit, then our rest will be suspended! We are shocked, we tell her that this is some kind of mistake, we personally talked with Adil and he said something completely different. Oksana joins the conversation and says: “I spoke with Adil half an hour ago and we decided that you would leave us a bad review anyway, so we won’t return anything to you, and if you continue in the same spirit, we can evict you. And if we return the money to you, we will ask you for a receipt that you have no claims." We refuse and answer her that we will leave a review in any case, and the price of your hotel's reputation is $ 50 and cheap threats. Probably they hoped to scare us and shut our mouths. Then we call our guide at Tez Tour and say that we are threatened with eviction. The guide said that he called the hotel, and there, it turns out, they do not know about any problems with the guests, and, moreover, about eviction. We were assured that no one has the right to evict us.

DAY 6.
Our travel agency has sent a formal complaint about the hotel to Tez Tour. While the complaint was pending, we approached IREM KARA KOC (Guest Service Manager) to find out what right the hotel had to blackmail us with eviction. She told us that it is not they who are blackmailing us, but we are blackmailing them with our feedback if they do not return the money to us, which is a blatant lie, because we promised to leave a review in any case, and they tried to buy our silence for our $50 but failed. When we asked if the phrase “We will leave a review” is blackmail, she replied: “Yes, of course!”. Naturally, she did not forget to remind us that we may be denied further accommodation at the hotel. At the end, she added that she didn’t want to waste her time on us anymore and forbade us to contact the Guest Service, which is included in the price, despite the fact that even in the evening of the previous day they lied to our tour operator by phone that they were not aware of any problems with guests! It was very absurd to hear all these words from a person who sees us for the first time and could not even answer the question, what are our names !!! After this conversation, our travel agent personally called the Guest Service, where Oksana slandered us that we go to the whole hotel and swear, and then just hung up. Further attempts to get through to her ended in hanging up.

DAY 7.
Came an official response from Tez Tour. In it, we learned that the hotel slandered us, accused us of incorrect communication with the staff and, of course, did not forget to remind us that the SPA does not belong to the hotel. Therefore, the hotel will not apologize. This answer did not suit us, because these were one-sided negotiations with the people against whom our complaint was directed. We called the Turkish office of Tez Tour ourselves. After all, the complaint was not about the spa itself, but about the threats about our eviction from the managers. And now slander has been added to everything else. Tez Tour calls the hotel again, and they report that NOBODY even told us about the eviction, there was only a small problem with the SPA center, which does not apply to them. To understand this theater of the absurd, Tez Tour decides to send its main guide to the region to the hotel to conduct tripartite negotiations. We met the guide, he called Oksana to come to the negotiations, she promised to be in 2 minutes, but after 15 minutes she did not appear, refusing to participate in the conversation. Irem appeared instead. We insisted that our conversation be recorded, as we were tired of lying on their part. Naturally, Irem refused, to which we refused to communicate with her. We sat silently and watched her tell Turkish tales to our guide. And then, out of nowhere, the highlight of the program in the red T-shirt of the manager named Adil appears, sits opposite us and, breathing heavily, declares that we should get out of here and that he does not want to see us in the hotel for a minute! Then he solemnly waves his hand at us and disappears in an unknown direction, leaving everyone present in complete awe of his show. Adil, I'm sorry. that they didn’t have time to clap at that moment. We got up and went to pack our things while Tez Tour picked up a hotel for us for the remaining day.

NUMBERS. When we checked in, we were told for several hours that our room was not yet ready. And then settled anyway in another room. =) About the room cleaning, I also want to say that out of the incomplete week that we spent here, we had to call the reception several times and ask to either clean the room (when it was already 15.30), or bring towels, which were carefully absent.

NUTRITION:
Take quantity, but not quality. The chefs are so busy preparing side dishes that they seem to forget about meat altogether. Boiled lamb, undercooked chicken wings, liver, small fried fish with lots of bones - this is what is considered worthy to feed people in a five-star German hotel. Roast turkey and fried salmon twice a week are seen as a holiday. There is a large selection of food, but not much to choose from.

BEVERAGES. Diluted fanta in most machines (photo for comparison is attached). Sometimes there is no milk in the coffee machines, you have to redo the latte several times. People who write that there is fresh juice for breakfast here... If the vending machine says freshly squized juice, it doesn't mean it's fresh =) It's just yuppies or ordinary juice that is shattered before your eyes under the guise of freshly squeezed juice. Strawberries in mid-May were also never seen.

WAITER. Trying to please the guests, perhaps the waiters are the only people in the hotel who even try to do a good job. But in the evening, when you go to the table with a plate, they will only brush away crumbs and leftover food on the part of the table where they decided that you will sit, and the rest of the table will remain uncleaned.

BAR SERVICE. If not German, stop and wait until the Germans are served. Even if you are alone at the bar, wait for the German to come. Without it, you won't be noticed. =)

TOTAL. Perhaps you will be lucky and you will be able to relax without problems. But I would not advise anyone to go to this hotel, where they can spoil your health, blackmail you, and then slander and evict you. I hope this review will help tourists when choosing a place to stay. And I would suggest renaming the SPA from Dr Serbest to Dr Serworst. =)
