The Hyatt Regency 5 * hotel is just super! The Hyatt Regency exceeded all my expectations. This is not my first time in Sharm, but this hotel seemed to me the best! The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, there is really something to admire. Everywhere there is a lot of greenery, flowers, beautiful pools, waterfalls, an impromptu river. The rooms are great, big and beautiful. We were placed in a building called "Forsythia", the room was excellent, a balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful garden. The staff is very friendly, always smiling. The rooms are cleaned 2 times a day: in the morning and late in the evening. The beach has its own pontoon. What is important, the pontoon is not very long and in order to swim at a depth, you do not have to walk hundreds of meters, as in many Sharm hotels. Beautiful corals and fish. As for the food: there are always varied, delicious dishes, there were sushi for dinner several times, a lot of fruits, and you don’t even need to write about Egyptian pastries - this is the most delicious thing you can imagine. Yes, and another positive feature of the hotel, there are very few people there, they say that even in the season, there are never many people there. I want to tell you a little about the excursions: I went to Israel from Ibrahim, I ordered Marwan Tours via the Internet in advance. I liked it very much, I saw so much that I got enough impressions. Perhaps for someone who is used to an elite vacation and somehow got into a three-ruble note, it is quite logical to leave such reviews, but I think that in this case you need to go to at least a five-star hotel and, possibly, not even to Egypt, because there even a high star rating does not guarantee a level of service. Externally, of course, the hotel leaves much to be desired. Everything is shabby, the furniture is not new, the plumbing is also, but everything is in good order, you can use it. If problems arise, then at the reception they solve everything quite quickly and even understand Russian quite well. The territory is small, there are two swimming pools, one is leased to a diving club. There are mosquitoes, so it is better to take a fumigator with you. I can’t say that the insects got it, but it’s better to take a room on the second floor, there is a balcony and fewer mosquitoes. The room has a refrigerator, which is very pleased, condo (we did not use it, though). But the curtains are dirty - unpleasant. Linen was changed only once a week, and towels 3-4 times. The room seemed to be cleaned every day, only at first I had to be reminded that it would be nice to tidy up already, then they themselves cleaned up. They twisted us three times from towels, then hearts (once they even decorated them with flowers), then swan geese :) True, they twisted from towels that they didn’t bother to change. Food... Well, what can I say)) You don't need to count on much. At first, there were two or three other people in the hotel besides us, so instead of a buffet, dinner was served to everyone. The food, by the way, was well prepared, but with a national flavor, in which pepper was present in unlimited quantities. Peppered was even a vegetable salad. But never had stomach problems from eating at the hotel, which is very important for Egypt! Breakfast is also not rich, but you already put food on your own. There is porridge, scrambled eggs, stewed vegetables with paper sausage, pancakes, buns, melted cheese, jam, vegetables, and beans. You won’t stay hungry, but you can eat on the beach, where pizza is very decent and inexpensive! The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, they try to help, no one is rude, they dragged buns and jam from the dining room, no one said anything, and they themselves allowed the jam to be taken to the room :) There are two beaches in the hotel. No matter what your guide tells you. There are two of them, period. On one - coral - they carry on a minibus, on the second - sandy - you will reach yourself, about 20 minutes of unhurried walking. Although we used to take them to the sandy one, we didn’t really understand ... The coral one is very cramped, they are rude and spoil the mood, there are no toilets, showers, changing rooms, you can come there for a couple of hours to see the fish (there are a lot of them!) And bring down to El Heima (sandy). El Khaimah is a civilized beach. They don’t particularly get it there, they bring a menu from a cafe and don’t pull. Of course, they love to talk, impose excursions, but you can relax, all this is not fatal. When we returned to the airport, we picked up people from some four in the Nayama Bay area, all five spat on both the service at the hotel and the food. Therefore, I say again that the imaginary stardom in Egypt is sheer nonsense. It is not known where you will go. And for 40 thousand, I'd rather go to Europe!
