Health camp Zubrenok OAO MAZ. "Dawn": a recreation center is being built on the site of the camp. A bust of Lenin with carrot lips is following the situation. Entertainment and educational activities

There's nothing to be done - it's time for children and their parents to get ready for school, health camps are finishing their work. What was the outgoing summer like for children and those who provided them with a good rest? We learned about this in the camp "Zubrenok" OJSC "Minsk Automobile Plant" - the management company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ".

"Zubrenok" is located in the Smolevichi district, every summer it accepts four shifts of children from 6 to 14 years old inclusive. More than 20 groups work in the camp, each of them has three teachers. The factories of the enterprise are assigned to all buildings: they supervise the premises and repair them.

We walk through the camp, and at first it seems that it is empty here. But now a group of kids is walking out of the pool, teenagers are sitting on a bench, a company of boys is playing football.

Do you like camp? - we are interested in children.

Normally, - the boy waves off, and tries to score a goal. He and his friends do not want to leave the camp, because it is fun here, and the prospect of the upcoming school year is not very encouraging ...

Many of the guys became friends: they come to the camp not for the first time, they even ask their parents to take vouchers for one shift in order to get into the same squad.

We go into the dining room - it smells appetizing, it feels like the food here is delicious. There are many places for recreation in the camp: a swimming pool, a tennis court, a house for clubs, a dance floor, a concert area and even a specially equipped place for a fire. One can only dream of such a vacation!

Before the solemn line dedicated to the closing of the fourth shift, we talked with the director of the camp, Elena Rakova.

- What are your impressions of the past summer?

The fourth shift has just ended, so it's too early to sum up the final results. But in three shifts, all the children of the factory workers who expressed their desire and applied for vouchers received a health improvement. At the beginning of each shift and at the end, we conduct a survey, which shows that the guys leave happy. No wonder many come to us year after year.

- We noticed that you can't just enter the camp. How is the safety of children taken care of here?

A long time ago, the Minsk City Executive Committee adopted a resolution stating that the territory of the camp must be closed around the perimeter and access can only be through one gate. We fully comply with this requirement: access to the territory is possible only through the checkpoint near building No. 5. Employees of the paramilitary security department of the Minsk Automobile Plant are standing there, and a police officer is on duty on the territory.

- We noticed that both you and your employees carry walkie-talkies. What are they for?

The camp has a large territory - 17.5 hectares, and the walkie-talkie helps us keep in touch. We want to ask the management of MAZ to buy us more of them - a walkie-talkie should be in every squad. Then any teacher will be able to freely contact me or my deputies, the medical unit, and so on.

- How do you interact with the trade union committee of the enterprise?

The trade union committee of the Minsk Automobile Plant always helps us. His employees often come, ask the guys if they like it, what is missing. If we turn to the trade union committee with a request, it always goes to meet us: for example, we bought life-size puppets, a laptop for the camp, replenished the library fund.

In the current difficult economic situation, some enterprises are getting rid of sports schools and children's health camps. Can this happen with Zubrenok?

Despite the difficult situation at the enterprise, the management says that our children should have the best. I can say that we even increased funding for food. Thanks to this, we were able to introduce more fruits and juices into the diet - the children received them daily for second breakfast and afternoon tea. In general, the menu was revised and supplemented: if breakfast used to be a casserole, now sausages or cheese have been added to it. So our children were not infringed in anything, on the contrary.

This year, Belarus was covered by abnormal heat. How did you ensure comfortable working conditions for employees during this period?

We had no issues with this. A good ventilation system has been made for the kitchen staff. Those who clean the buildings will confirm that it is not stuffy there. There are water coolers on each floor, not only children can use them. A complete renovation was carried out in the hostel for workers, bathrooms and toilets were repaired everywhere. The condition of the premises is maintained in such a way that everyone is comfortable. We have so many who want to work in the summer that we hire workers on a competitive basis. They are transferred from the Minsk Automobile Plant, while maintaining the average monthly wage.

Violetta GUSINO

One children's camp is abandoned, the other has a functioning tennis court, a swimming pool and a new dishwasher for 100 million rubles. Perhaps the best contrast is among the children's camps near the village of Volma in the Smolevichi district. There are six of them side by side, two of them do not work. TUT.BY correspondents went through some of them, assessed the preparation for the health season and made sure how much everything is compensated in our reality.

"Eaglet": once there were children, now - a lone watchman

Once upon a time, children's laughter was heard in the Orlyonok health camp of the Motobicycle Plant, now there is silence, a lonely watchman, old buildings and a pool in which Christmas trees grow.

Walking through a closed camp may not always be safe. Near the former pool under the branches there is a collector, where, if careless, you can fall and, in an even less happy set of circumstances, get into the reports of the Ministry of Emergencies.

According to the watchman, the camp buildings are still in good condition. The only thing is that this winter, due to the heavy snow in the dining room, the canopy collapsed. "Collapsed" he still lies.

It was not possible to find out what specific plans the plant had for the camp and when it was closed. The ideology department did not comment on the situation, offering to call the CEO's office. Calls there were also unsuccessful - they did not pick up the phone. But we found Marina Duvanova, who until 2005 rested in this camp. According to her, Orlyonok has not been operating since 2006. It was then that the children of the plant employees were disbanded in other camps, and she ended up in the neighboring Volna.

"Dawn": a recreation center is being built on the site of the camp. A bust of Lenin with carrot lips is following the situation.

On the territory of the former camp "Zarya" of Belgiprozem we are met by a dog, a builder, a watchman and a silver bust of Lenin with carrot lips.

- I raise the virgin soil, and he guards me so that I do not run away,
- jokingly, Vladimir points to the watchman.

In 2009, the camp was donated to the Otdykh-2010 company. We managed to get through to her representative and find out that there will indeed be a recreation center at the site of the camp. True, when it will be completed is not yet known.

"Iskra": films are shown to children twice a week, and on Parents' Day they hold a fair with pancakes, gypsies and a live horse

Camp "Iskra" of the Minsk Electrotechnical Plant. IN AND. Kozlova has been working since 1960. As a silent reminder of those times, statues of pioneers greet visitors at the entrance to the camp.

The camp was ready for the summer season on May 23, when the act of surrender was signed. On June 7, 184 children will come here. 50% of them are children of the plant's employees. The remaining vouchers went to other enterprises of the city. According to the head of the camp Natalia Solovey, the most expensive ticket without deducting state subsidies - 2 million 270 thousand rubles. State subsidies - 900 thousand.

The camp has nine one-story houses. Each of them has two rooms for seven to six people, a counselor's room, a toilet, a suitcase.

The smallest residents of the camp - from 6 to 11 years old - live in a two-story building with eight people in a room, where one of the attractions is a TV. His children watch when the weather is bad outside. Last year, new windows with mosquito nets were installed in the building. Previously, nets were attached to the windows in the camp on their own.

Each detachment is assigned two educators - one with higher education and work experience, the second is a student. Natalya Solovey says that this year, compared to previous years, there were no problems with finding staff.

- Somehow the departments of education and committees turned to us and helped. Students were requested at the Linguistic University,
she says.

The salary of educators depends on work experience: a person without a higher education receives 2 million 200 thousand rubles, with a higher education - 2 million 700 thousand. At the same time, educators pay 50% of the cost of food in the camp on their own.

- Where is the horse from?
? - I ask.

- We have a village nearby, and the watchman works, who has a horse,
- answer me.

They feed the children in the camp five times, the tables are set by the detachment on duty, the waiter cleans the dishes after the children. Some cooks have been working in the camp for more than a year. Although the salary is small - 1 million 900 thousand rubles.

There are no computers in the camp. According to Natalya Solovey, children take a break from them here: they play table tennis, go to hobby groups, participate in sports events and read books. The camp has its own library with a part-time librarian for a salary of just under 1 million rubles.

- Why two?- I ask a question. After all, before that I was told that there was not a single case of theft in the camp.

- So it is necessary, and we have a territory of 6 hectares!

Despite the fact that children live in seven people in a room, many parents want to send their child to Iskra.

They like our atmosphere, nature. Here I left the house - and the trees around! the director is convinced.

"Zubrenok": a camp with a swimming pool, tennis court, football field and an employee of the economic security department

Three years ago, MAZ invested heavily in the Zubrenok camp. According to the camp director Elena Rakova, it was a billion dollar investment. And they are obvious - here for children there is a new swimming pool, and a tennis court with an instructor, and a football field, and an amphitheater, and a choreography hall ...

-Scene ( amphitheater. - TUT.BY) thought to do in a simple way, some kind of canopy. But MAZ decided that this was nonsense, and they did it thoroughly. In general, MAZ does everything in our country thoroughly, if anything, the director says.

She herself has been working in the camp since 1990, when she came as a counselor. In 1999, she reached the post of director and was able to realize everything that she once dreamed of as a child. This year, for example, I bought a table football for 1.5 million rubles. Like, let the kids play.

For one shift, the camp can take 380 children. The company employs more than 20 thousand employees, and there are not enough vouchers for all. Therefore, applications for the next season begin to be accepted at the end of the current one. A voucher to the camp without deducting state subsidies costs around 2 million 600 thousand rubles. Employees of the enterprise pay 10% of the cost.

There are five camps in total. Children live two or three people in a room.

And they live in these now

There are two canteens on the premises. This year, the camp has a new dishwasher for 100 million rubles, and the company allocates an additional 8,000 rubles for each child per day.

Another feature of the camp is a play class with exercise equipment for kids. Elena Rakova says that all toys and simulators are not for show or commission. The kids really enjoy it.

In addition to doctors, a policeman and a representative of the economic security department live in the camp.

Why the last one? - I ask.

- You never know, someone wants to take something out or covet children's products. In all camps, it's not a secret that you need to watch the kitchen,
- Elena Rakova notes.

Children in the camp use phones at a specially allotted time: half an hour before quiet hours and lights out.

- We collect phones and give out at this time. The camp area is large, children can lose them,
- says Elena.

The first shift at Zubrenok will begin on June 4th. Children will be picked up on a special bus from the recreation center "MAZ" and brought to the world of five meals a day, sports and circles to improve their health.

The Zubrenok camp is one of the most popular and well-known places for children's recreation in Belarus. Active pastime, training sessions, wellness treatments, festivals and concerts - that's what awaits the guys on the territory of the resort complex.
