During the day in Nha Trang there are a lot of locals on the beach, in Phan Thiet you rarely see locals on the beach, only tourists walking along the sea.

Buses are the most popular among tourists. Finding a direct bus from Nha Trang to Phan Thiet can be problematic, so it's best to pay attention to the buses that go to Ho Chi Minh, just make sure that the bus you choose calls at Phan Thiet. It takes five hours to cover the distance from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. These buses run on schedule, but not like regular routes from bus stations.
