Fire all staff.This is my first review for all the time of my travels, and there were quite a few of them, I’ll start right away that I like comfortable rest, I always choose hotels that are not cheap and good, but this is apparently my first puncture.
For our anniversary, my husband and I decided to go for a vacation outside the city, spa, massage, fresh air, forest and all that. We go to places like this almost every month. The dates fell on August 20-21 from Sat. on Sun. I chose on booking and just on google a couple of hotels that I like, then I started calling, it turned out that everything was already almost occupied, the only hotel that was free was Lepota. I looked again in detail at the photo of the territory, the house that we wanted to book "House by the Stream" and decided that we would go there. I called and booked everything. I ordered 2 massages for relaxation. In anticipation of a wonderful weekend, we left Moscow at 3 o'clock, drove about 2.5, arrived at the hotel at 17.30, check-in, as everyone knows at 17.00, went to the front desk, for check-in, the girl asked her last name and nervously started something there poke on the computer and then call someone about the readiness of the house, after hanging up she told us that the house was not ready, they had not cleaned it yet and asked us to wait. I am 2.5 hours on the road, 6 months pregnant, hungry, wanting to lie down, eat, etc. Naturally, she asked her how long, to which she replied, “I can’t tell you for sure yet, we have a lot of people.” But under pressure later, she answered "an hour." We went for a walk, the time was 17.50, we reached a pond with a pier where they fish, sat there, admired the territory, it is quite good, after an hour at 18.50, as agreed, we returned to the reception desk. The girl was already smiling and told us the news that there was an overlay in the database and the guests who lived before us did not move out and extended the reservation, and instead we are given a large house for 2 with 4 bedrooms, their own terrace, barbecue. It’s wonderful, of course, that they didn’t leave it on the street, but we actually need 2 for these 4 bedrooms !? We said excellent, now we will have dinner, quickly check in and, as planned, we will go for massages by 20.00.
We came to the restaurant, ordered something that was quickly prepared and additionally asked the waiter how much it would be cooked, to which he happily answered for 20-25 minutes, everything suited us and we agreed. They brought us bread and tea, we chatted and didn’t even understand how 40 minutes had flown by, after we asked the waiter who was running past how soon, he answered 5 minutes more and ran away, another 15 minutes passed, the husband asked the same question again, this time the waiter did a brilliant gesture, he looked at her husband as if he was mentally retarded, and without even stopping rustled past, then my nerves, coupled with hormones, could not stand it and jumped off and ran into the hall towards the kitchen, to which the administrator jumped out, offered her deepest apologies and said that in 5 minutes everything will be ready, in 5 minutes they brought food and as a compliment a bottle of cheap wine, which we told them to pick up later. And we were not the only ones, there was also a table with a baby nearby, who had been waiting for their cutlets for an hour, the child was screaming, and the mothers were asking the same questions to the waiters. We rushed to settle down in 5 minutes, swallowing everything, the time was already 19.55-.20.00, we were already late for the spa !!! Having run into this beautiful house, the first thing I saw was lumps of dirt on the floors, and scattered seeds, alert, I ran into the bedroom and decided to see where we would have to sleep, lifted the covers and saw something that I had never seen in my life in hotels of this level, hair was sticky on the covered duvet cover and crumbs were lying all over the bed, turning my head back, in addition, I saw a towel hanging on the closet, i.e. someone wiped them off, but they just didn’t clean it. Here both my nerves and the nerves of my husband came to an end, he called the administrator to the house, she ran and called the cleaning lady, telling her to wash and clean everything, they had 1.5 hours. We retired to the spa, all nervous and tired, thank God the massage was wonderful, the specialists there are excellent, of course, during these 1.5 hours we have already gone limp and passing by the reception desk, the girl administrator Evgenia told us the good news that they had cleaned everything. We went to the house with full confidence, with the hope that we would now order fruit and finally rest, but the expectations were apparently in vain, all the same dirty floors with clods of hair and dust flying from drafts from corner to corner, and in addition, dirty footprints appeared with sand from the cleaners' slippers, they certainly changed the bed and removed the towel, but there was no longer a desire to stay in such a pigsty for such money, for 1.5 hours it was possible to get out with such multiple jambs! !! We went home at 11 pm, naturally having checked out from this hotel!!!
Call for help!!! Dear owners and managers, do not ruin your business, remove these people, train your staff to work, spend some money on it, and believe me, your hotel will bring you 100 times more money.

My husband and I went for the weekend almost a month after the wedding, it was our mini honeymoon, unfortunately we didn’t manage to get out for more, but we spent a wonderful weekend at the Lepota eco hotel! We rested from Friday to Sunday, that is, for 2 nights / 3 days, at the rate of eco romance, breakfasts and lunches were included, as well as the benefit of the spa and romantic dinners in the Lepota restaurant by candlelight. We didn’t have time to enter the house, they brought us a compliment from the hotel a bottle of champagne and fruit, we were very pleasantly surprised! Huge bed, plasma, chest of drawers, bedside tables, sofa, dining table, 2 air conditioners, and a mini kitchen (4 plates, 4 cups, forks and knives, a teapot for tea leaves, as well as a large kettle), there is also a microwave and a refrigerator . The bathroom has everything! 2 bathrobes, 4 towels, mini shower gels, even packaged disposable toothbrushes with paste, hair dryer, 2 packaged disposable razor, also a shower, toilet, and a huge bathroom that can easily fit 2 people ! The smell in the house is very pleasant, wood, there is also a private terrace with two armchairs and a table, in the evenings they sat wrapped in a blanket on the street, enjoying the silence. There is also a fireplace in the house, 1 bundle of firewood for free, 2 times my husband and I heated it. House for 2 owners, but each with a separate entrance. We didn't hear our neighbors at all! We went to the restaurant for breakfasts and lunches, crazy yummy, there is something to choose, I liked everything!
