Finnish village cottage village St. Petersburg. Cottage settlement "Finnish village". How to get to the village "Finnish village"

Original taken from aquatek_philips What does an ideal village look like?

But once it was Russia ...
I understand perfectly well that now the trend is to be proud of Russia and scold everything Western.
Even if something, something we have is much worse than theirs.
In this case, many arguments will be found that lead away from the essence, but elevate "ours". No, there is nothing bad in patriotism, on the contrary. Patriotism perfectly contributes to the fact that we were not only not worse, but also better.
Only you need not blindly throw hats when "they" are better than "us", but look carefully, learn, take the best and do at least as good from "us".
Then no arguments will need to be found. Let "they" find them in an attempt to justify their "worse".

It was a preface and an explanation of fifteen beautiful photographs.
In these night photos, the most ordinary village in southern Finland, of which there are a dime a dozen in this country. But what does this village look like!
Where is the dirt? Rusty tractors and motorcycles near the yards? Crooked fences? Abandoned houses with empty eye sockets?
Why instead of them are neat cottages, street lighting, a lot of road signs and just crazy beauty that you want and want to photograph?
I don't want to take pictures of our trashy villages anymore, I want our villages to look as nice and tidy as the photo below.
Why can't our villages be like this? After all, they can!

2. The street is lit, there are a dozen signs at the intersection.
Please note that on the left under the spruce there are four containers for separate waste collection.

3. Everyone sleeps at midnight. There is absolutely no one on the streets.
Everywhere on the sides of the roadside poles in case of heavy snowfall. They mark the edges of the road.
To the right under the sign are mailboxes.

4. No human-height fences.
Many houses do not have fences at all.

5. Night fairy tale. No wonder this country was "chosen" as the birthplace of Santa Claus

6. Houses, fences, trees at the entrance. Everything is neat, smooth, painted ...

7. Sometimes you get the feeling that you are at some kind of exhibition.

Opinion, September 2019:

What has been done in the village? Of the communications, only electrical networks function. Gas should appear, but when is unknown. It has been promised for so long that the prospects seem more and more illusory. Residents have doubts that gas will ever appear. Everything is not very good with the road: the section from the exit from the asphalt to the checkpoint with a length of 1 km is inconvenient. In some places there are potholes, in some places there are hills, in the off-season the soil is eroded.

The land on which the Finnish Village KP is located had the status of DNP. This meant that it was much more difficult to register in houses than if the status was individual housing. The long-awaited transfer of land from DNP to IZHS has taken place. This happened due to the inclusion of the KP in the village of Kiskelovo. Now getting a permanent registration is not a problem.

The monthly maintenance fee for the village is 3,000 rubles, not too much and not too little. This includes road maintenance and repair, security and garbage collection. In general, everything is being done, there are no complaints.

The level of development of own infrastructure leaves much to be desired. There are on duty playgrounds, sports grounds. Residents have to use external infrastructure. The nearest settlements are Leskolovo, Upper Oselki, further - Kuyvozi, etc. There are kindergartens, schools, any large shops, public service points for citizens, and medical care institutions. But, of course, you need to understand that this is a suburb, and, in principle, it is not able to compare in terms of infrastructure with a metropolis.

Village sales are complete. Now it is a fully realized project.

The composition of alternative settlements has not changed since last year. It is still, KP "Arly", and.

Opinion, July 2018:

The direction is popular for recreation, the places are picturesque, the distance from the city is moderate, communications are available, the transport accessibility is not bad, the roads are good. The sum of all factors "Finnish Village" It is quite suitable for summer vacations, and for permanent life outside the city. True, the plots here belong to the category "for suburban construction." There was talk of transferring them to IZHS, but so far there has been no change in the category. A lot of cottages have already been built in the village, houses of different levels, there are quite respectable ones among them.

The disadvantages of the village include the fact that not all of its territory is fenced around the perimeter (judging by the panoramas posted on the official website), as well as the fact that the issue of gas supply has not yet been resolved. In company "Inprom" they report that technical conditions have been received and design work is underway, however, it is still difficult to say when the main gas will come to the village.

The village is doing quite well on the market. Over 85% of the proposals in it have already been implemented. At the beginning of July 2018, there were a little more than a dozen plots for sale in the Finnish Village. As an alternative, you can also consider nearby cottage settlements, etc.

Opinion (June 2015):

Given that the project developer has not changed its policy regarding promotions and special offers that could attract more customers, the pace of sales can be characterized positively: about a quarter of the plots remained on sale. About 50 houses are in various stages of construction. The declared infrastructure, for the most part, is organized: there is electricity in the village, the owners themselves take care of the water. The only thing that the project developer has not yet completed is gasification. And despite the fact that the timing of the gas supply was not initially specified, it is still problematic to live without gas (first of all, it is expensive, due to the high consumption of electricity). The good news is that the specifications for gas have been received, and the network is being designed. However, the developer does not risk talking about specific dates.

Opinion (November 2013):

In a cottage village "Finnish Village" cottages are being built. This means that sales within the framework of the project, although not quickly, are still going on. To date, a little more than 50 land plots have been sold, which is about half of all those put up for sale. The result is not bad, considering that the developer is in no hurry to indulge its customers with various promotions and discounts, which are so popular in most other companies.

Opinion (August 2012):

When visiting the site, you pay attention to the landscaping and good roads inside the village. The sections are electrified, but large-scale construction has not yet begun. Houses under construction once or twice and miscalculated. Despite the low cost of a hundred square meters, the object does not cause rush demand among buyers. Perhaps this is due to the absence of a lake or river in the immediate vicinity of the village.

Interview with a representative of the company "Inprom" (2015)
