Usually the descent takes 3-4 minutes, but the ascent to the camp will be longer - 5-6 minutes. We can say that these conditions are most suitable for young, strong and healthy people. The beaches below are pebbly, equipped with free showers. The water in the sea is clean and transparent. As elsewhere in the Crimea, there is something to see in the vicinity of the camp. If tourists decide to go on an excursion together, then the commandant remains on duty in the camp, so you can be calm about the safety of property.
"Bastion" and "Chemist"
Camp "Bastion" is located in the southernmost point of the Crimea, near Foros. Like most similar youth camps, it is set up in the forest, on a high bank (height - 70 m above sea level). The descent to the nearest one can take about half an hour, and you will have to go down a very steep path for 2-3 minutes. But there is an alternative: you can go to the sea to the equipped beaches through the park. This is one of the most beautiful places on the Crimean peninsula. Around - a picturesque "stone chaos", a gorgeous view of the sea, the Foros Church. Nearby is one of the sights of the Crimean coast - Every year in the summer months many lovers of silence and solitude come to Bastion, and they are not disappointed.
And now it's time to talk about the recreation center, located near Koktebel. Here on the sea with a tent! Many have heard about the marvelous beauty of the local nature. "Land of blue peaks" - this is how the word "koktebel" is translated from the Turkic language. The village is located in a bay protected from wind and fog by mountains, near the long-extinct volcano Kara-Dag. This area is famous not only for the exquisite beauty of the landscape, but also for its climate. It is so soft, dry and warm that even in winter roses bloom here. It is in such a beautiful place that the Khimik camping sheltered. The territory of the tent camp is well equipped: there is a fence and round-the-clock security, a shower, a toilet, washbasins, a left-luggage office. An important detail: after 23.00 it is forbidden to make noise at the camp site, this is strictly monitored by security, so night discos are excluded. The village of Kabardinka is located just 15 kilometers from the city of Gelendzhik. There are amazingly beautiful places and a healing climate. It is believed that this place is similar in its climatic conditions to the southern coast of the Black Sea. The swimming season here lasts almost from May to November. For "savages" there are many cozy places.
Camping "Sail" (former "Dubrovka") found shelter on the very seashore, opposite the famous children's recreation center "Eaglet". The area of the recreation area is almost 3 hectares. Up to 100 cars can park here, including space for buses and minibuses. The campsite has its own pebble beach with shelters and changing rooms. The tents are only 10 meters from the beach. What is important: they stand in the clearings under the pines, and this adds extra comfort in the intense heat. Here is an amazing vacation! On the one hand, the nature of those places is so beautiful that you just want to be alone with it, but on the other hand, you need to think about your safety. If you want to go with a tent as a savage to the Black Sea, perhaps not the best option. Although there, of course, there are campsites and parking lots for lovers of freedom. For example, on the way to the famous one there is a protected tent city, but, frankly, it is located too far from the Black Sea. If you are going to Abkhazia, it is best to stay in a private residential sector, well, or in a hotel.
Benefits of wild holidays
The vast majority of people believe that only those who do not have enough money for more comfortable conditions go to rest with a tent. Of course, a wild vacation on the Black Sea coast eats up much less money than living in a sanatorium or rest home. Even the cheap Crimean private sector will make you spend much more than living in a free space in a tent city.
But the reality is that not only citizens who are limited in funds prefer to relax as savages. As mentioned earlier, the main admirers of such a life in the south are young people. As a rule, young people go on vacation in companies, and for them there is nothing better than living next door to the same "tramps" as they are. Rest on the Black Sea with a tent involves night swimming, and songs by the fire with a guitar. And how nice, tired during the day from the sun, endless swims and playing beach volleyball, fall asleep in the fresh air to the sound of the surf!

Disadvantages of Camping
Of course, not everything is as cloudless as one might imagine. Life in the open air can bring a lot of unpleasant surprises. For example, a tourist may need urgent medical care, and it will be quite problematic to get it in a campground, especially if it is far from the city.
Not all campsites have a complete set of necessary amenities (toilets, kitchen, etc.). So when choosing a place for your wild vacation, you need to be not too lazy and collect as much information as possible about the various camps. For some vacationers, the lack of shops may be a big drawback, although if you have a car, you can easily overcome a couple of kilometers to the nearest settlement and buy everything you need. If you are going wild to the Black Sea, the rest can be very extreme, this must be taken into account.
Camping life can be quite noisy. Guitar songs and open-air night discos can last until the morning, so those who like to sleep in silence are unlikely to be satisfied with such extreme sports. In specially equipped secluded parking lots, where there are not so many people and tents, of course, there is much more peace and quiet, but, as a rule, there are no amenities there. In addition, no one will be responsible for the safety of your things. Meanwhile, as you know, tents cannot be locked with a key. So leaving valuables and money in them is not recommended.
What you need to take with you on a trip
In order for an inexpensive vacation on the Black Sea to bring you only positive emotions, you must definitely take a full first-aid kit with you on the road. You never know what misfortune can happen on vacation! You can inadvertently injure your leg on glass, hit, your head or stomach may hurt. In all such cases, you need to make sure you are well protected. A small supply of drinking water and non-perishable food with a long shelf life is also better to take with you on the road. The main beach of the village, represented by small coves, is not equipped. It is very cozy and attractive in that it looks absolutely “wild”, natural. The beach is pebbly, framed by boulders. The entrance is free. Both the beach and the sea were surprisingly clean for a popular holiday village. Perhaps this was due to the fact that we had a rest at the end of September. By the way, during this period the temperature of the water and the sea was the same - 18-20 degrees. Everyone bathed!
The beach of the boarding house "Foros". The beach is pebbly, with picturesquely located rock fragments in the water and on the shore. Entrance - 3 hryvnia (in summer, and in September it was free). On the beach there are sunshades, toilets, a bar. You can play billiards and drink a phyto-cocktail for an additional fee. There is an information board showing the current temperature of water and air.
The beach is interesting because its pier is decorated with a figure of a man admiring the sea. I myself wandered around for a long time and did not dare to come closer, so as not to interfere. But when a seagull landed on a man’s head, and he didn’t react in any way… =)

The beach is "at hand" - just a few minutes and you are already near the water. On the territory there are tents with wooden flooring, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a kitchen (you can cook yourself here only on the grill - shish kebab, etc.), drinking spring water is connected. Products can also be ordered to instructors who go to Balaklava every day.
Prices: 180 UAH per person per day. The price includes: accommodation in the tents of the camp (there is no possibility of living in your own tents), 3 meals a day, medical care if necessary. For a fee, you can order a transfer by boat, organize a hike in the local mountains.
How to get there: From the bus station of Sevastopol, take any bus to Balaklava, from where you can take a boat to the Golden Beach. It will take about 30 minutes to get to the camp. For the most desperate and extreme guys, there is an opportunity to walk from Balaklava to the tent camp, but for an inexperienced tourist, the road can take up to 2.5 hours.
3. Tent camping "Meridian" (Alushta).
The campsite is located in the Ayan-Dere tract, 3 kilometers from Alushta towards the village of Rybachye. On the territory of the town there is everything you need for a good rest: tents, showers, toilets, as well as entertainment: table tennis, ping-pong, a volleyball court and even a small cinema. It is possible to cook on the grill or order 3 meals a day. If necessary, you can always get first aid from a doctor. A 5-minute walk is a wild beach, and then a well-maintained promenade with shops and cafes.
Prices: 148 UAH per person per day, subject to the use of all the services of the camp (tent, 3 meals a day, entertainment, amenities).

The campsite is located on a forest clearing 1.5 kilometers from the village of Foros. To the sea to go for 25-30 minutes, but the time spent is worth it. How to get there : From the railway station of Sevastopol there are buses to Foros. From there, 10-15 minutes on foot and you are at the goal. You can also get there by buses of flights: "Sevastopol-Yalta" or "Sevastopol-Miskhor", but you will have to get off on the highway and walk to the camp for about 30 minutes.
5. Tent camping "Atlesh" (Cape Tarkhankut).
The camp is located near the village of Olenevka towards the lighthouse. The beach is located 30 meters from the campsite, only residents of the tent camp can access it, which makes it not crowded.
