Smoking is everywhere: in the hotel itself, in the restaurant, lobby, hotel, on the street, by the pools, on the beach. Water park on site - it was one of the main factors in choosing. We went to it after the sea almost every day. The visit is included in the price. The child really liked both children's slides and pools, and joint riding on large slides on double inflatable "cheesecakes". It works from 10:00 to 17:00, there is a break from 13:00-14:00. The beach and the sea. A wide sandy strip, you can easily find free sun loungers with an umbrella, relatively freely. The beach is being removed. You can go into the sea from almost anywhere, corals do not interfere with children swimming. The depth is not large, suitable for children of any age. The water is clean and very salty. I recommend diving with open eyes to watch the fish near the nearby coral reefs with goggles or a mask. You can buy everywhere, in the hotel, in the city in the nearest large shopping center Sanza Mall.

very good hotel - huge area, several pools with different depths, incl. both children and adults have a place to swim. on the territory there is an aqua park, in which there are "terrible" slides, and a water park for children. good cuisine - a large assortment, and by the pool and on the beach they constantly "feed": pizza, donuts, homemade burgers. outside the territory there is also where to take a walk, and using a local inexpensive taxi you can visit the grandaquarium on your own, walk along the alleys, the city is a great place to relax with children

There are corals, they are fenced off by buoys, then we swam there with a mask - a lot of fish, beauty! The sea in general here is simply of extraordinary beauty! By 12 o'clock our two rooms were ready and we were settled. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and a view of the pool, as in the photo. The room was cleaned by Amr - a great guy, he made such towel figures for us !!! For my birthday he made a swan and decorated the whole bed and bathroom with flowers, very nice, thanks to him! Special respect to the chefs! The food was tasty and varied. There was always meat: beef, lamb, chicken, duck, excellent kebabs, meatballs with gravy. The fish was both grilled and fried and stewed, squid rolls with minced fish inside were awesome. Every day there were fruits: orange, melon, watermelon, apricot, dates and others. And what tables with pastries! Cakes, pastries, buns - yum-yum))) The water park is excellent, the children are delighted, both the eldest and the smallest, everyone found suitable slides for themselves. The only pity is that there is a prospect of building something new and repairing the number of rooms and infrastructure of the beach and amenities. So this is perspective! But there are things that can and should be eliminated now. Engage in training restaurant staff and beach animators! Which include music with ragged wheezing speakers so you have to yell in your ear! Do not dilute juices with water to such an extent that you are simply amazed. The client of the restaurant and the waiters seem to be far from each other. I have been to this hotel 5 times since 2003. Very disappointed with what I saw. For a trip with children, in principle, there are no serious disadvantages. Everything is shabby, of course, but you can ignore it. During the day it is very difficult to find something to eat. Ice cream for children was constantly looking for. Wifi, like everywhere else, probably sucks.

Friendly staff, always trying to help. We arrived early in the morning at 8:30. Despite the fact that we have a check-in from 14, we were immediately registered and an hour later the room was ready. For 4 there was a huge connecting room in a bungalow, from two rooms and 6 beds. They also didn't charge any extra for a late check out. The territory is big, even too much. Plenty of food, quite varied. There is a great water park for kids.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, dirty dishes, there was almost never wine in the restaurant, the food is monotonous and primitive. But these are all trifles, devastation is all around, nothing works, on such a vast territory there is only one main restaurant, a lobby bar with a small number of seats, there is another small a la carte restaurant, but the dishes there are absolutely no different. There are no terraces with coffee and drinks where you can sit in the evening, the animation is very low. The hotel is suitable for those who need only the sea, a pool and a quiet atmosphere, despite the large number of children. There is also a spa area where even the showers do not work well and everything is covered with a layer of dust. I will never use this hotel again.

The hotel does not take a fee from the Tinkoff card, although there were no problems with it at the ATM. But the ATM dispenses only Egyptian pounds, and the hotel takes only dollars and euros. As an experienced tourist, I foresaw this, I brought dollars with me. Otherwise, you would have to look for some kind of exchanger. There was no evening animation, only a disco. Bars and canteens rarely have wine. There are not enough circles and mats in the water park, there is a queue.

Russians are loved and expected in this hotel. The staff makes every effort to ensure that guests are satisfied. During our holiday there were few tourists, as a result of which WiFi worked without problems and there were no queues in the restaurant. The food is constantly changing, and of course the Russian chef draws food from local products to the Russian side (even in the pickle he found something to replace barley with) - well done! Thanks for his efforts. The water park for kids was an added plus. In a word, we had a very good rest. Whether to go to this hotel - definitely go. Egypt has changed completely. Over the past 4 years, a lot of order has been brought to the tourism sector. Well done. And at the airport, checks are more serious than in Russia. Just do not freak out at the airport staff - they do their job (yes, they have their own mentality and their own working methods, but you are also visiting in another state) - do not forget about this and your trips will be pleasant.
