I really liked the courtyard of the hotel, cozy, there are places for both adults and children. 2 swimming pools, very comfortable, for children and adults, sun loungers, swings, playground, there is something to do for children, both small and older. After we expressed dissatisfaction and said that we would call the tour operator, we were put out the door. After talking with the tour operator, the hosts first offered us a 3-bed room, but after 3 days, then after a long and unpleasant conversation, again with the tour operator and the hosts, we were told that we would move into our room, which we ordered only every other day, because for some reason he is busy. As conversations with other guests of this hotel have shown, this procedure is carried out with everyone who is just settled in the hope of providing a cheaper room instead of a good one.
