It has a dining room. If you stand facing the sea, then the right side is all repaired, the left one is not yet. The food is not super duper but always found something to eat. There were no frills. For example, peaches, watermelons, there were no cherries, although there were already 100 rubles in stores. The most attractive thing about the hotel is that it stands on the mountain, if the view of the sea is very beautiful from a height, the same as from the reception. There is a panoramic elevator to the beach which is also seen for the first time. Sunbeds by the pool free of charge by the sea 12 lev. On the beach, only a few sunbeds were used, although the hotel was full. Alcohol is local. All inclusive ends everywhere at 22:30. After that, you can’t even pour water anywhere. But Bulgarians say they drink from the tap. Wi-Fi only at the reception and then only on the right side, also in the dining room, also on the right. Wifi is bad. The ticket cost 32 tr. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. They settled us and put on the bracelets immediately, saying that we can go to breakfast. We refused, because there was food prepared for the trip, and there were no refrigerators in the hotel, supplies had to be destroyed. We traveled in two couples and booked rooms next to each other. Our preferences were taken into account, which we soon regretted, because. audibility is excellent and listening to the groans and gasps of friends is not a very pleasant prospect))). We were escorted by grandpa, the entrance to the rooms from the street. Standard rooms - beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV. On the balcony there is a table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer, flimsy, but we got along well. The view from the room was on the road. Can't say it was noisy there. Yes, horses and carriages, cars passed by, but it was more reassuring. There are no discos nearby, in principle, nothing to interferemust. The password for WI-HI was received at the reception for free, he caught it in the lobby and in the room, though a little worse. Room cleaning is standard - taking out the garbage, changing towels 1 time per vacation, upon arrival they put soap, shampoo and shower gel and did not add more. There were no complaints about this. The territory of the hotel aroused sympathy, the colors of the hotel were chosen sunny, evoking complete relaxation, green well-groomed lawns inside the courtyard. The food is good, quite varied. For lovers of sweets, it's just heaven - the whole table was littered with various rolls, cakes, pies, fruits, mousses, which were constantly added. Putting on weight is very easy. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 3 restaurants - fish and grill, by appointment and a pizzeria without an appointment. We visited the pizzeria once, I do not advise. They did not get pleasure and did not eat. Went to eat at the main restaurant. We ventured into the grill. During the appointment, you immediately make an order, we ordered tobacco chicken and salads. As a result, at the appointed time, there was half a chicken on the plate (a large piece was never eaten) and salads, 2 slices of bread each. Drinks have already been ordered on the spot. There was really not enough bread, because the chicken was fat, had to ask for more. All this is free and delicious! Only our table was occupied in the restaurant, and on other days it was not particularly in demand for some reason. In the bar, the choice is standard, without any frills, but alcohol lovers will have enough. On the territory there are swimming pools, including a children's pool, there is a pool with a jacuzzi in free access. There were enough sun loungers for the pool, they were located in a dune, music played by the pool, a bar worked. A path of boards leads to the beach, then a little sand and the beach. 5 minutes at a very calm pace, but in general - the beach is within easy reach. I really liked the fact that somehow we sat up on the terrace until the bar closed, the bartenders dimmed the lights on the terrace and very politely asked all visitors to leave it. We literally lingered for a minute to take a picture, so the bartender came up to us separately and once again asked us to leave the terrace with a smile, so as not to interfere with the sleep of the rest. As a result, the location relative to the beach is excellent, the hotel itself justifies its top three, quite cozy with caring staff. No complaints!…

In my opinion, the hotel is completely uncomfortable and faceless. The territory is undeveloped. The food is simply no, monotonous. The second restaurant in the hotel simply does not deserve any criticism - both expensive and the menu is somehow miserable. It is written that any dish can be cooked to order, but in fact it is not. The room is not cleaned well. There are no entertainments in the hotel, however, there are not very many entertainments in the district, after them - to the sunny beach. The only positive is that the hotel is located on the beach. The sea is very clean even in July, there are no algae. Sunbeds on the beach are really 20 levs, a little further (just walk 20 meters) sunbeds are already 10 levs. In general, I was satisfied with the rest, but next time I’m unlikely to go to Bilyana. Objectively - there are better hotels.

Very good hotel, located in the hotel area on the coast, so the stay was quiet and peaceful. The nearest disco is 300 meters away, I have never heard noise from there. The hotel received 4 * in December 2012, the restaurant 3 *.

We were in a double one-room suite, approximately 20 sq.m. The room has two beds, two bedside tables, a folding sofa, a coffee table, two simple poufs and a table on top of which there was a TV and a refrigerator inside the table), there is a carpet on the floor in the room, tiles in the rest of the room. TV shows 4 Russian channels and many foreign ones. Refrigerator can not be called a mini-bar, because. its noisy work is still more like a refrigerator. In the room you can hear noises from the corridor and neighboring plumbing, otherwise silence. The entrance hall is equipped with a large mirror and a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, as well as a place for shoes. The bathroom is combined: actually a toilet, a sink, we got a bath with a shower, a hair dryer works and a telephone (for a fee). There is another pay phone in the room too. There is a balcony, equipped with a table, two chairs and a small portable clothes dryer. All rooms have a sea view.

The staff is friendly, attentive (with the exception of rude tourists). Many people understand Russian, though not very well. We left tips for maids 1-2 leva (0.5-1 euro), but it seems to me that this does not affect the quality of cleaning. Towels for hands and feet were changed every day, and shells were made from them. Bed linen was changed approximately every three days. These days, animals were folded from towels, in the range of swans and elephants. Used shampoo was not replenished for us, but we did not insist.

The food is varied. Main restaurant with three meals a day. Pork and beef alternate, chicken every day, fish and seafood in abundance. Also a lot of different sausages. Serve both separately vegetables and salads from them. Many dishes are not seasoned with anything, you can choose how to salt and what kind of sauce to pour over. Local beer and wine are poured for lunch and dinner, and liqueurs are also poured for dinner. And also there is a coffee machine, a machine with juices, bottled juices, water, tea. Fruits 3 times a day: grapes, melons, watermelons, plums, apples, peaches, nectarines, oranges. They serve sweet pastries, croissants, muffins, pancakes in the morning. Reusable ceramic dishes, wash well. There is a free pizza bar, open from 10:00 to 18:00, there is pizza, sandwiches, pastries, ice cream, beer, soft drinks. You won't be left hungry. In the beach bar only non-alcoholic drinks, free of charge. Disposable tableware in the pizza bar and beach bar. There is a clock in the lobby bar when two drinks are sold for the price of one drink - according to the list.

The hotel actually has no territory, because. all the land is being built up with hotels as much as possible. On the territory there is a swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a beach bar, some flowers.

Despite the fact that the hotel is located on the seashore, hotel sun loungers are located 30 meters from the sea. And in the immediate vicinity of the sea sunbeds are state-owned, only paid. A sunbed costs 10 lev (5 euros), an umbrella 8-10 lev. There is a free beach, but it is also located at a distance of 30-50 meters from the sea line, it is just a sandy mountain. Near the coast, the sea is shallow, convenient for children, but after small waves, deep holes may appear immediately at the entrance to the sea. The paid beach is not very clean, bottles and glasses are removed in the evening, algae are sieved on the shore. But if you dig in the sand, then there are cigarette butts and pieces of paper. I consider this a big minus, because. behind the paid beach could look better. Small fish and crustaceans swim at the bottom of the sea.

There is animation, but I can’t rate it, because. Watched only once water polo. There are some activities in the morning, after lunch usually in the pool, after dinner in a restaurant.

It is interesting to walk around Nessebar itself, the new and the old part. The hotel is located 400 meters from the bus stop. From the hotel to the old Nessebar to go one stop, it costs 1 lev, you can walk.

And a fly in the ointment in all this ... 1. We got the impression that the Bulgarians do not like tourists (or maybe only Slavic tourists?). Tourists are loved in hotels and sellers in old Nessebar, in any other place open disdain and sometimes hatred. 2. Personal inspection before departure from Burgas is a horror!!! Examine too carefully and rudely. They force you to pack lipstick in a resealable string bag, which is sold only in a vending machine and therefore costs 1 lev or 1 euro (the coins are similar). If you do not have such coins, then you can throw these things away or return to check-in, call your luggage and put things there. Due to such care, the departure of our plane was delayed. The Bulgarian passport control played a joke on us, thinking that we did not understand their language, it was very unpleasant. 3. And finally, the guide. I never heard anything bad about the guides from the Tez-tour, but then I encountered it myself ... For a long time we did not understand why the guide was sarcastic in conversation with tourists (not only with us), constantly did not finish something until we met other Bulgarians . The guide is also Bulgarian, Russian-speaking (see point 1). I'm not a Nazi, but they don't like us, they don't want to see us, and they quietly hate us.

The hotel is beautiful, both outside and inside, the new 2005 has started to work. The rooms are good. The room has a TV, mini bar (extra charge), bathroom, balcony. Bedding is changed every three days, towels are changed every day. Shower gel, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. In the beginning there will be disposable caps, but if the cleaning lady does not find them used in the bin, she will not put them on for you anymore. Of the entertainment, the only hotel on site is the beach. Sunbeds near the pool are free, you need to take them at 6 am, or by the sea, but for 20 levs, it's about 13 dollars, two sunbeds 30 levs. you can find sun loungers for 6 leva, but you need to go to the city beach. The pool is very shallow, 1.20 and there is a fifty meter, but it is paid and closed, it is nearby. Breakfast and buffet dinner. The food is good, but there are no grapes, no bell peppers, no great variety. But very tasty tomatoes. Breakfast is the same, the difference is only in warm appetizers - sausage or nipples. Vegetables and fruits are mostly winter. From summer fruits there was a slightly sweet watermelon, tasteless melon and sweet and sour plums. And bananas, oranges can be eaten at home. Drinks are only free in the morning, at lunch and dinner they give a menu of drinks, according to which you order. Lunch, if provided and paid for. The standard menu will not change, it gets boring quickly, and you dine for at least an hour and a half, the main thing is to immediately ask for a bill (if you ordered drinks), otherwise you will wait another 20-30 minutes. We realized that it is cheaper and more pleasant to dine outside the hotel. Nature, poor, all plants grow in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. But, there is a wonderful excursion by sea, on a small yacht and old Nessebar. Although it can be compared with the old Arbat in Moscow or Adreevsky Spusk in Kyiv (albeit with the addition of a huge variety of different shops). In the new Nessebar there is a wonderful culinary cafe where you can order a huge piece of fresh cake for $ 1.5. You can rent a catamaran or scooter. On the beach you can find a massage therapist, massage from 10 leva. The impressions are contradictory, it seems to be liked, but not very much. It's boring, except for the beach, climbing around the city, and there's nothing to go to a disco late at night. If you need to rest, sleep off, there is no need for a lot of noise.
