Tariffs, rules and other information about the services of Lata Track Group of Companies, set out in this section of the website, at the points of rental and sale of contactless magnetic cards (ski passes), is a condition of the public offer. The purchase of any service and subscription means unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client assumes responsibility for non-compliance with these conditions.

Subscription tariffs

Fixed Down Payment fares (Sportsman, Individual, Child Membership and VIP) are subscription fares and are subject to the respective rules.

The balance of funds paid by subscription tariffs and not spent before the end of the current season is not transferred to the next season. After the end of the season, season tickets are considered to be used in full and the remaining funds are non-refundable. The end date of the season is determined by the order of the General Director of the Lata Track Group of Companies and communicated to customers by posting on the website.

Preferential rates

The sale of the "Children's" tariff is carried out only if there is a document confirming the benefit. The tariff "Children" is valid for children under 12 years old and is sold with a document confirming the age of the child.

General terms

From Monday to Friday, the complex operates at weekday rates. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays - according to weekend rates.

A client who paid for the services and subsequently refused them is deprived of the right to a refund, regardless of the reason for the refusal and the period for which the services were provided.

The administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the tariffs. In case of tariff changes, the previously made payment for the new tariffs is not recalculated.

Tariffs are valid during the winter season 2017-2018, the start and end dates of the season are determined by the order of the General Director of the Lata-Track Group of Companies and communicated to customers by posting on the website.

Ski passes

The amount of the purchased contactless magnetic card (ski pass) is not a deposit and is non-refundable.

Ski passes with subscription rates are individual and cannot be transferred to third parties.

A lost ski pass with the main tariff plan (Amateur tariff plan) cannot be restored. The ski pass can only be replaced if it breaks down, if there is a cash receipt and the ski pass number.

Lifts and turnstiles

Pedestrian climbing on all slopes of the Lata Trek Group of Companies is prohibited!

The use of lifts is possible only with ski passes purchased at the points of sale of Lata Trek Group of Companies. The time interval for passing through the turnstile at subscription rates is 3 minutes. There is no time interval for passing through the turnstile for ski passes of the “Amateur” tariff plan. The time to pass through the turnstile is limited to 30 seconds. In the event of a passage delay of more than 30 seconds, the amount is debited from the card again in accordance with the tariff.
