The new A145 passenger ships have a reinforced hull structure, improved air conditioning and ventilation, control and video surveillance systems, as well as improved conditions for crew rest.

Salekhard hosted a presentation of the modernized high-speed passenger ships of the A145 project, which are being built at the Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky (the enterprise is part of the Ak Bars holding company). The event took place within the framework of the meeting of the General Director of the plant Renat Mistakhov with the First Deputy Governor of the YNAO Alexei Sitnikov.

“Currently, the plant is building four new vessels of the A145 project, taking into account the wishes of the transport department of the YNAO and the carrier - the Severrechflot company”

Currently, the plant is building four new vessels of the A145 project, taking into account the wishes of the transport department of the YNAO and the carrier - the company "Severrechflot"

At the beginning of the meeting, Alexey Sitnikov noted that the development of civil shipbuilding is of high social and economic importance for Yamal. This allows not only to increase efficiency and strengthen the investment climate of the industry, but also to meet the needs of the region. The results of navigation annually show that the demand for transportation by water transport in the region is consistently high and exceeds the supply of carriers. In turn, Renat Mistakhov emphasized that the experience of operating motor ships in the Far North region became the starting point in the process of their modernization.

In 2013, two high-speed motor ships of the A145 project - "Rem Vyakhirev" and "Viktor Chernomyrdin" - became part of the river fleet of the peninsula. The ships were built at the Zelenodolsk enterprise according to the project of Agat Design Bureau. They made it possible to reduce the travel time from Salekhard to Yar-Sale from 15 to 5 hours. More than 36,000 people have been transported by ships since then. All issues that arose during their operation in the difficult conditions of the northern region were promptly resolved with the participation of the construction plant and the designer.

Currently, the plant is building four new vessels of the A145 project, taking into account the wishes of the YNAO Transport Department and the carrier, Severrechflot. A number of changes have been made to the project of the modernized ships. In particular, the hull structure in the bow area was strengthened, the air conditioning and ventilation, control and video surveillance systems were improved, as well as the crew rest conditions were improved. Thus, in the near future, the Yamal river fleet may be replenished with the latest motor ships of the Zelenodolsk plant, the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade reported.

THE EXAMPLE OF SALEKHARD MAY BE FOLLOWED BY THE EMIRATES

Recall that the lead A145 (the author of the project is Agat Design Bureau, St. Petersburg LLC) was launched on August 18, 2011, the first serial - on May 26, 2012. Initially, Zelenodolsk shipbuilders associated the fate of these two motor ships with the Black Sea - it was assumed that they would be acquired by the Krasnodar Territory. Southerners began to purposefully process even when the ships were under development - in 2007. In 2010, at the international investment forum in Sochi, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev agreed that "these ships are very necessary." Guests from the administration of Sochi came to the plant. As a result, the head A145 was presented in the future capital of the 2014 Winter Olympics "live". One of the company's press releases stated: "In the future, it is planned to use these vessels for the transportation of passengers on tourist and regular routes of the Black Sea coastal zone of the Krasnodar Territory."

But it seems that it was not possible to agree with the Krasnodar Territory. There was a rumor that Arkhangelsk was interested in ships. But also by. However, another potential buyer was quickly found. During the ceremony of launching the serial A145, it was said that the leadership of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YaNAO) is showing great interest in the project. And in early August, without any pomp and advertising, the A145 was loaded onto a barge and sent to Yamal to test seaworthiness in the northern latitudes. Moreover, “war paint” with the coat of arms of the YNAO was applied to the ships. According to local media reports, they are being tested in the Gulf of Ob. “In the next few years, it is necessary to start the planned renewal of passenger river vessels,” the first deputy governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug noted in an interview with reporters a month ago. Evgeny Miskevich. “Therefore, if the vessels of the Zelenodolsk plant show good technical parameters in river-sea conditions, this will allow the enterprise to take part in the competition.”

As a result, the competition (two plants participated in it) was won by Zelenodolsk. “On October 8, I signed a contract for the supply of two A145s to Salekhard,” the general director of the plant told the BUSINESS Online newspaper. Renat Mistakhov. And it's not a lease. Meanwhile, we recall that the construction of the A145 was financed by Ak Bars Holding Company OJSC (owns 74.99% of the shares of Gorky Plant OJSC). It was assumed that the motor ships would be sold under a leasing scheme, in which the lessor would be the structure of AK BARS Bank - OJSC Financial Economic Group ... “The motor ships are still being tested, but before November 1 we must transfer them to Salekhard,” Mistakhov specified. The vessels will be operated by OAO Severrechflot.

In addition, according to Mistakhov, the UAE is showing great interest in the A145 - presumably they intend to purchase four vessels. Arabs make special demands on interiors. “We have already fully worked out how these ships will look from the inside,” the general director of the plant named after. Gorky. Until the end of October, the plant is waiting for potential customers from the UAE and the possibility of delivery will be discussed in more detail.

"GRACHATA" AGAINST FIGHTING SWIMMERS

It should be noted that the Black Sea was not closed for the plant's products either. By 2014, the boats of project 21980 "Grachonok" (designed by the Nizhny Novgorod design bureau "Vympel") being built at the enterprise will form a special-purpose group, which during the Olympic Games will cover the coast of Sochi from the penetration of sabotage groups. The grouping will consist of four boats, a source in the main headquarters of the Russian Navy told the Izvestia newspaper, and after the Olympics - of six. Experts call the creation of such a "flotilla" a logical step, given the situation in the Black Sea and nearby regions. President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems Leonid Ivashov noted that well-planned attacks by maritime terrorists or saboteurs are now quite possible with the involvement of mercenaries who can act in the interests of not only states, but also terrorist organizations: “Now private military corporations are gaining strength. And they take on the character of special operations and sabotage units. Such a corporation will execute any order behind closed doors.”

Recall the chronicle of the construction of "Rooks". The first boat was laid down on February 18, 2008, launched on April 25, 2009, on May 4, 2010 the Andreevsky flag was hoisted on it, and is serving as part of the formation of ships for protecting the water area of the Leningrad Naval Base. The second one was laid down on May 7, 2010; it was accepted into the Black Sea Fleet in October 2011. On May 6, 2011, the third boat was laid down, launched on June 16, 2012, today it is being tested. On May 5, 2012, the fourth boat was solemnly laid down, and on July 27, the fifth.

The main characteristics of the "Rook". Displacement - 138 tons, length - 31 m, width - 7.4 m, full speed - 23 knots, crew - 8 people. Armament: Igla MANPADS, 14.5 mm machine gun, 55 mm DP-65A and DP-64 anti-sabotage grenade launchers, there is diving equipment (in addition to the crew, there are five divers on board). The Grachonok is the only ship of the Russian Navy equipped with a sonar capable of searching for divers at a depth of up to 100 m in currents and difficult bottom topography. The Kalmar hydroacoustic search and survey complex allows you to search for objects (including swimmers with closed-circuit breathing apparatus) in the water column at a distance of up to 500 m; explore the bottom at a depth of up to 200 m; survey objects using a remote-controlled underwater vehicle. It is reported in the open press that today the Kalmar has been improved - the detection range of divers in the near-surface layer has been increased.

Zelenodolsk plant named after Gorky (Tatarstan) presented at the X International Economic Forum in Sochi its new high-speed passenger ship A-145, which meets international safety requirements.

The A-145 project is the integration of innovative design and technological solutions in the field of aircraft construction and shipbuilding, a representative of the plant told RIA Novosti.

“There are no Russian analogues for the new ship - it was built according to new rules, according to a new security code. And since in Russia lately no high-speed sea vessels have been built for a long time, respectively, not a single domestic high-speed vessel complies with the new safety code, ”said RIA Novosti the director - chief designer of Ak Bars Holding Company OJSC, which includes factory, Sergey Porodnikov.

Rice. 1. Here it is - the "swallow" - the pride of domestic shipbuilding!

“The new ship was designed according to the requirements of the French classification society BUREAU VERITAS, while taking into account the Russian rules of the maritime register. From these two sets of rules, all the best was chosen and it was implemented, ”Porodnikov noted.

He said that the ship's seaworthiness makes it possible to operate the vessel in sea waves up to 4 points without power limitation and up to 5 points at a reduced speed.

“The ship has a special stabilization system that controls the lifting force on the bearing surfaces. This allows you to stabilize the pitch, roll-deferer and, accordingly, avoid overloading, ”the agency’s interlocutor added, explaining that this creates more comfortable conditions for passengers.

Rice. 2. Overview of the highlights of domestic shipbuilding.

According to him, "one of the most important advantages of a ship is safety in the broadest sense of the word".

“Safety for passengers, safety for the environment and safety for the future shipowner,” said Porodnikov, explaining that it is about both environmental safety and reliability.

Rice. 3. The ship from different angles in the virtual world of its designers.

“From the bow to the engine room, the ship has a double bottom. This allows, in case of an emergency, holes from eight to 17 meters to keep the ship afloat,” said the director of the holding.

According to him, the A145 was designed and built, among other things, with the expectation of entering the export market.

“I am convinced that the ship has very good prospects,” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his opinion at the presentation.

He called the A145 "a very modern world-class vessel."

“Today we talk a lot about problems in transport, both aviation, sea and river, and the sad events that have taken place indicate that we must build new ships, new aircraft,” said the head of Tatarstan.

“Today we are very interested in the state making a decision to mass-produce such ships, just like in the past, when there was a state program,” General Director of Zelenodolsky Zavod OJSC Renat Mistakhov expressed his wish, explaining that this would significantly reduce ship price.

Rice. 5. Interior of a high-speed passenger ship of project A 145 - view 2.

According to him, the plant is ready to build up to five ships.

“With the support of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ak Bars Holding, we have created the production that we have, modernizing the workshops that deal with white metal (aluminum). The number of specialists has increased over the year, we have our own welding training center, and if in 2010 we had only 17, today 42, 15 of them have an international class,” the head of the plant said.

He explained that the possible customers of the A145 are shipping companies, including foreign ones. Greece, Spain and Vietnam have already shown interest.
