The room was cleaned to the brim (the floors were wiped every other day and not everywhere, the dishes were not washed at all), as was the area in front of the pool (leaves, small rotten coconuts, some kind of candy wrappers that were removed after we brought them from the lawn to the path to home). It's time to make repairs in the room (chips in tiles, furniture with scratches, chips, warped doors), leaking plumbing, cracks in the plaster layer on the walls and ceiling. It is impossible to be on the territory during the day because of the noise and the abundance of visiting Chinese tourists who allegedly come on an excursion, chasing jet skis, as well as construction noise. The bottom of the trampoline located in the bathing area is not cleaned and it is overgrown with shells, as a result of which the husband severely cut his leg while trying to climb on it. The tile in the pool peeled off in places, you can cut yourself, the pool was cleaned once in 7 days (palm leaves, like coconuts, no one removed either from the territory or from the pool). Coconuts grow precariously above the paths and in the area of ​​the hammocks, community pool and villa pool. Artificial orchids at the reception, in public areas (And this is Vietnam - the tropics, where flowers grow in abundance, we went to 3 * hotels in the city itself and there are fresh flowers everywhere). It was possible to change the currency every other time (the staff motivated this by the lack of a national currency). The food on the menu is not tasty and unreasonably expensive, so we went to dinner every day to the city by boat. Shampoo was poured every other time into a bottle with an erased name what it is (the hotel is declared as 5 * !!!). The staff is kind of tired. The whole territory is under-launched. Feeling of abandonment and the lack of an adequate economic manager.

Relatively quiet island (after returning from a noisy city, we just rested in coolness and silence). Delicious and varied breakfasts. Large room area, lived in a villa, on the second floor overlooking the sea. Large area of ​​the hotel, you can take a walk, the beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds (we swam only in the morning, it was too hot and noisy during the day). The presence of a private pool (swimmed in the morning before breakfast and before bedtime). The towels were changed every day, as was the water.

As for the influx of Chinese, they are regularly taken to another part of the island, but you can’t go from there to the hotel part, they monitor the control (when we walked, the guard checked that we were from the hotel). But! On weekends, groups of Chinese are brought to the hotel part too! That's when it immediately becomes very noisy, especially at the hotel, and there is a huge queue in the restaurant! In the evening they are taken away and it becomes quiet again. And 1 more time there was a breakdown in the water supply and for several hours in the evening there was no water throughout the hotel anywhere, even in the toilet. They fixed it last night. It was very uncomfortable, but then, as compensation, the hotel gave us dinner for free (though on our initiative, not themselves). And another minus of the hotel can be considered a restaurant, there, as already mentioned in other reviews, tasteless and expensive.

The location on the island is the main plus of the hotel, it is definitely better than the noisy and dirty Nha Trang. The hotel has a good spacious beach, there are always free sunbeds, you can snorkel, although there are not many fish. The bungalows are quite spacious, everything is clean, no living creatures crawled. Very nice outdoor shower. In general, the hotel area is beautiful and green, although it is impossible to walk outside the hotel, the jungle is impenetrable.

Those. it turns out that the hotel does not trust its customers in advance)) and is afraid that they will buy water for 5 thousand dong (about 15 rubles) in the city and bring it to them))))) while their bottle costs 20 thousand dong. (about 60 rubles.) That's it because of the difference of 45 rubles. their customers who bought not cheap accommodation will go to the city for water))))) It seems like a trifle, but somehow the trust was not hooked. Enough entertainment. If you are not satisfied with the food in the restaurant, then you can go to the city. Although from here to leave, the desire does not arise. But they remain in the guest zone and no one kicks them out of there. Lots of packages from Russia. If you want to escape from the sight of compatriots, you are clearly not here. Not every day there was a beach waiter, alas. After sunset, life stops. If you want entertainment, you have to go to the mainland.

Great beach, enough space near the sea and in the shade. The sand is soft and pleasant. No problem with towels, they are always there. The staff is friendly, always smiling. If they could improve their English, that would be great. But there were no problems. Even the help of Albina, who is admired here, I won’t say that I really need it. There is no hair dryer in the rooms. For 3 days of bad weather there was nothing to do, no table tennis, no library (only Russians and Chinese in the hotel), no chess, no soccer ball. There are no activities for children. The cooking class and yoga were also canceled due to bad weather, there was also no place under the tent for this. Dirt, which is declared absent even in the project ... The amusement park was only 10% open due to heavy rains, no alternative activities for children were offered in such a large area of ​​​​the hotel ...
