Terrible hotel, rubbish. Meals - plastic dirty dishes that are often not there, fights over food, because there is really nothing but pasta, rice and boiled carrots, and have you ever eaten stewed cucumbers at 4 hotel from hunger? Children and adults suffer from stomachaches. There is no drinking water in bottles. Lack of hot water - there are 5 barrels on the roof of the hotel for heating water, which are not enough for 130 rooms. Often the power goes out, the generator does not connect. You will be in shock, as we were told, on the 3rd day you get used to it. We went to dinner in Side (17 km from the hotel), because we really really wanted meat, fish and just human conditions. Don't ruin your vacation! The worst hotel I have ever been in in my life was in Turkey, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Portugal. It doesn't even qualify for 2 stars. Worst of all is the attitude of the staff.

Rested with my husband from 06/10 to 06/19/18. Firstly, when we drove in at night, no one was waiting for us there, on the go we were looking for rooms where to check us in, as a result, they settled on the 1st floor, apparently rooms for servants (someone quickly dumped from there while we were waiting for check-in) the room was dirty, the bed too and without towels, the bathroom was shabby, the air conditioner barely worked behind the partition. Having endured until the morning, they turned to the administration about resettlement, to which Vera answered us: Why don’t you like the room in which you live? I invited her to move in and live there herself. As a result, we were thwarted for another day without being relocated. Then they moved to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are better, although you can live and the air conditioner works. There were waves at the sea all the time, we could only swim for 1 day ((((((MINUSES: not 4 stars for sure, there was never a cleaning for all the time, including a change of linen. The food is monotonous, but you can eat when that "sometimes they always ended up with more. Fruits were mostly watermelons, apples and oranges alternated. We have just returned from a trip, so we immediately decided to write a review here to warn our compatriots from the mistake of checking into this hotel. Most of the negative reviews presented here are true. The only pity is that we read them only upon returning home, because we purchased a "last minute" ticket, 2 days before departure. We are unpretentious tourists, we treat some shortcomings in hotels with understanding, because for 6 years of annual travels we visited with my mother and 3 * hotels in Italy, Greece, Spain, 4 * Czech Republic, UAE, in 2015 we were on the "fortune" system in Turkey (then lived in a 5 * hotel). This year, the choice again fell on Turkey, because. it took 1.5 hours to fly, everything was fine for the price (the ticket cost 53,400 rubles for two), but the memories of the last trip to this country remained only positive. But these 10 hours spent in the garbage dump under the sonorous name "Avalon" will remain in memory for many years as an attempt to abuse Russian tourists, one of whom is a 72-year-old exemplary worker of culture...

I am writing a great review, because all this can be useful to other tourists, because the events that happened to us that night are drawing on a trial. Now more. For the first time we traveled with the tour operator "Intourist" and for the first time in several years of trips abroad, our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so we arrived in Antalya on August 3, 2018 later, at almost 21 o'clock, we arrived at the hotel at 23:40. We were “greeted” at the reception desk by an incomprehensible person - an elderly man in a green T-shirt and frayed denim shorts, who did not have a badge. He immediately said that there were no places in the hotel (it soon became clear that his name was Mustafa). To our question about the lack of places, he replied that on August 2, 15 rooms were supposed to be free, but the tour operators "AnexTour" and "Coral" booked them for their tourists. When trying to say that we paid money for the ticket, Mustafa rudely stated that we personally did not pay him anything and ordered him to wait. A woman with a child arrived from the airport with us, and we were offered to take a room of the "Family" category until the morning, which is why we all unanimously refused, because. it was not convenient for everyone. As a result, a woman with a child was placed in this room alone, and my mother and I were again told to wait.

It was already almost 1 a.m. when, after our repeated calls to Mustafa and questions about how long to wait, he decided to show us a "good" room, which turned out to be a kennel without a window in the basement with a pungent smell of dampness and wet wallpaper. We stood there for no more than 2 minutes and began to suffocate. There was no question of spending the night there until the morning - we went to rest, and not to earn consumption. Our refusal of this "good" number was taken as a personal insult, so Mustafa began to go berserk before our eyes, began to frankly scream and wave his hands in front of his face that nothing else would be offered until morning. Using a Russian-Turkish phrase book, we asked to call the police. In response to this, a sleepy man was called, introducing himself as a senior administrator named Muzafar, who several times drew our attention to the fact that he was sleeping and was awakened. After listening to our story about the situation, he confirmed that the rooms were supposed to be released, but they were not released, so you need to take what they offer - that is, a raw room without a window (obviously below the "Standart" category that was registered in our voucher) . Muzafar said that the problem of lack of air can be solved by opening the door to the street at night ...))) Regarding Mustafa's behavior, he said that "yes, he is like that, his behavior is the place to be." At Muzafar, we called the representative of the tour operator in Turkey, Sabina, at the number indicated in the voucher. She, after talking with him, said that there was no one to deal with our issue at night, and the only way out was to spend the night in a damp room with reimbursement of expenses by the tour operator, and in the morning at 9:20 it would be possible to try to resolve the issue of moving to another hotel, because . the reservation service starts at 10 o'clock. We said that we categorically would not go to the proposed room. Thus began our sleepless night on the couch. Well, at least the internal mechanisms of the body worked to help us, and we didn’t feel like sleeping, because. there was an understanding that you need to be "fully armed."

Half an hour later, a young couple arrived and were seated almost immediately. We asked them what type of room was registered in the voucher - it turned out that it was also a "standard". We were happy for them and continued to wait. While they were sitting on the couch, in the hall with open impudence some Turk (as I understood from the reviews that this is an animator) ran and openly "glued" women. A flock of ants crawled near the coffee machine, but this is understandable, because there were open bags of sugar nearby. Around 2:30 am, we were "lucky" to see another "good" number offered to us. It is located on the 3rd floor at the end of a long corridor, there is no elevator, and next to it is an unsecured cleaners' pantry - come in and do whatever you want, no one will know. The balcony of the room overlooks the balcony of the adjacent building, at the bottom - a narrow passage. In the 3-bed room itself, old furniture, a dirty shower, a broken faucet without a valve sticks out of the wall, the room is dark, but on the beds there were swans wrapped in towels (for some reason it became disgusting). We were surprised why we need a 3-bed room, because they can hook someone up. Mustafa assured that this would not happen. But it soon became clear that this was not the case. This room was populated by a young tourist from Moscow, who did not find a single room. They also promised him that they would not put anyone up, but in the morning they announced that they were still planning to put him up. When we asked how things are with the rooms overlooking the sea, Mustafa solemnly announced that if we personally pay him an extra $20 per day (i.e., taking into account our voucher, this came out to $160), this is quite feasible. We refused, because the budget of the trip was small, and they planned to visit excursions with this money. We moved back to the sofa. At about 3 o'clock in the morning, the guests began to disperse from the hall to their rooms, and we were left alone. Here Mustafa (for lack of an audience in which he somehow tried to seem good) began to show himself in all its glory - he began to yell that he would now call the owner of the hotel, and he would throw us out into the street. For some reason, these attacks made us more confident in our rights, and we clearly explained that until the tour operator resolves our issue, we will remain in place. Closer to 4 am, the owner of the hotel arrived with his 25-year-old son. They burst into the hall with a lantern, from the threshold they began to swear. Mustafa began to explain something to them in Turkish, pointing his fingers at us. They looked at us very angrily, did not let us explain anything, and it would not help, because they do not understand Russian at all. With the help of a Russian-Turkish translator, we explained to them that a 2-bed room was booked for us, and that the proposed room was not suitable for settling in. This scene cost us a few gray hairs, because we didn’t understand anything in Turkish, and anything could happen - no one in the hall, it’s dark, there really is a cemetery nearby (if we knew about this nuance before leaving, then only this fact would become would be a reason to refuse this hotel) ...

After the departure of the owner, Mustafa sat down on the sofa in front of us and began to tell that he had been working in this hotel for 2 years, but nothing like this had ever happened to anyone. I said if he was afraid that tourists could record his cries on the recorder, to which he said in an unctuous voice that we were good and that he would now give us a good number ... and left somewhere for a long time. We are back on the couch. From about 6 in the morning, I began to call Sabina using the phone number provided in the tour operator's booklet, but, of course, no one picked up the phone at that time. At about 7 in the morning, a woman of Slavic appearance appeared at the reception desk, whom Mustafa began to tell in Turkish about us, pointing his fingers in our direction and grimacing (later it turned out that her name was Vera). First, my mother, then I approached her with a request to help, she did not even begin to talk, turning her displeased face away from us and pursing her lips. Mom asked to get our voucher to show the room category. They took out the voucher and put it on the counter. While my mother was examining it, I tried to talk about the current situation with representatives of other tour operators who came for tourists on excursions. Many advised urgently to call our tour operator. Then I went to the counter and also took a look at the voucher. Sitting on the couch and talking with another representative of the tour operator Anex Tour, we were subjected to a new attack by Mustafa. He literally ran into us shouting "where are the papers?", started grabbing my mother's bag, tried to snatch my cell phone out of my hands, shouting that I was filming it with a camera (although I have a regular push-button phone, even without the Internet, with a camera 0 ,2 Mpc and I just held it in my hands, because I controlled the time). He started yelling that we were bad people and eventually took our suitcase, carried it to the fence and threw it out the hotel gate. The young man from AnexTour and some of the guests were shocked by Mustafa's behavior. Then some woman on the next sofa asked that we were not settled, and said that she and her child had the same situation - they slept on the sofa, they had to pay extra. Another woman stopped me herself and said that she was ready to be a witness, because. they also tried to do this with them, but they quickly wrote a statement, where they wrote down everything that did not suit them, and gave this statement to the representative of the tour operator TezTour. He went to the front desk and asked not to offend their customers. It helped - everything was fixed.

And we kept waiting for 9:20 to call Sabina, because the meeting with our hotel guide was already scheduled for 17 hours. Having learned that at 9:20 we need to contact the tour operator, Mustafa defiantly pulled out the phone cord and shouted that no one could get through or call. He ran up to us again, waving and waving his hands in front of his face. We gave him a voucher (this, it turns out, he called pieces of paper). After all the experience, I didn't want to stay in the hotel. The goal was one - to move to another hotel. The one nearby, the beautiful Sea Planet 5 * hotel turned out to be very expensive and overcrowded (although some of their rooms overlook the cemetery) - for incomplete 2 days and 1 night we were offered to pay 378 dollars. At 9:20 I approached Vera and for 100 rubles asked her to let me call. She took the money and gave Sabina a call. She said that she would try to resolve our issue with moving to another hotel within an hour. And she kept her word. Our hotel guide Ibrahim was urgently sent, who, despite being in a hurry, helped to fill out an application and for an extra charge, giving almost everything that was, we happily left this terrible place at 10:30. After reading most of the reviews about this hotel already upon returning to Russia, I felt sorry for those who were forced to suffer in it for days. It is strange that Rostourism allows such situations with our compatriots abroad.
