  5. Military ID for men of military age 18-27 years old.

Documents for children of minor citizens from 14 years old:

  4. Information about guardians or legal representatives, if any.

It should be borne in mind that the child is required to appear at the FMS department in order to be fingerprinted and take a passport photo.

Since information about existing children cannot be entered into a biometric passport, the child must have his own passport.
