Food - I don’t know where else such a kitchen has been preserved - it’s really like cooking at home - very tasty! The atmosphere is created by calm interiors, an abundance of flowers, exotic vegetation and simply wonderful staff ready to solve any issue. For 13-15 thousand per day a standard room - in Europe or in Moscow it will be a luxuriously renovated room in a very good hotel. But not in Sochi in the Islands - everything is simple, made of cheap materials. Bath - the drain tank is noisy, you can hear the neighbors, the mattress is disgusting, the bath itself is covered with dirty rubber seals. Smell from smoking neighbors. Meals are included, but very modest - as if snacks from semi-finished products. The contingent of 90 percent is grandparents with or without grandchildren. The spa is very expensive but indistinct. For 7,000 thousand rubles, a young inexperienced girl runs her hands along your back for 30 minutes. This is the first time I've left a negative review after a holiday. But the 100 thousand spent in a week is incredibly pitiful. With payment - Booking informed at the time of booking that no prepayment was needed, only a week before check-in, but the Ostrov employee called immediately after booking and asked to make an advance payment to the Sberbank account, as if it was a booking mistake, otherwise the reservation would be lost. The city of Sochi itself is beautiful!

Calm atmosphere, caring, friendly and hospitable staff, a very sincere attitude towards their guests, which I especially appreciate when I find myself in a difficult situation on vacation. Special thanks for the care, professional and human attitude to the therapist Elena Nikolaevna (unfortunately, I don’t know her last name), the nurse working with her (also a sinner, I didn’t recognize her name), and the doctor on duty at the Zapolyarye sanatorium Valentina Alexandrovna Tolstik!

Excellent reception service, exquisite interiors in soft colors, very tasty and varied food (buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and intermediate meals). A wonderful room, where, in my opinion, everything that makes convenience for guests is provided. The work of the maids - five plus. And of course, the spa is beyond praise, the unique atmosphere of aromas, music and magnificent masters offering wonderful beauty and health programs. Very good bath area. And highly professional, amazingly friendly receptionists at the spa. You can buy excellent cosmetics. Yes, one more thing: a very well-groomed territory, just every blade of grass in its place.
