“Great hotel with great service”

I think many are already aware that this hotel combines other hotels and it turns out a whole complex through which you can freely move around expanding your horizons with new and beautiful views in all areas. Grand Palladium is not far from Punta Cana Airport, so after a long flight, it's not a long drive at all. We lived in one of the buildings, and friends booked a bungalow. Both houses did not disappoint us. By the way, there is no bungalow

cracks and insects inside never climbed. The staff are fabulous and cleaned every day even if it was clean. The rooms are not large, but there is enough space, especially since each room has its own balcony. By the way, a safe is provided free of charge in the room. For food, tourists can be calm, because the hotel has many restaurants and bars with a variety of cuisines. Everything is fresh and quickly served to the table. But, I think that it is more profitable to take all inclusive, there is no limit to the choice. The pools are simply gorgeous, spacious and always with clean water. You can swim in the morning for animation. Summing up, I can advise the hotel for energetic people who love to have fun and relax in luxury.

We stayed at this hotel for New Year 2011. Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa is combined into a complex with the Grand Palladium Bavaro and Grand Palladium Palace Resort, Spa & Casino hotels. This is a single huge territory with a common infrastructure for all hotels. The rest and the hotel are wonderful, but I'll start with the accommodation and put 3 with a stretch. Upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight, it turned out at the reception desk that our stay at the hotel had not yet

paid. I don’t know whose fault it is - whether our tour operator (Natalie Tours) or the hotel, but we sat in the dark for more than 2 hours (and this is after a long flight). Neither our hotel guide nor representatives of Natalie Tours provided assistance and did not take any part in resolving the issue. The guide Caesar helped us. This is not our hotel guide, he just humanly treated tourists with a child, who no one cared about. They settled us in the farthest corner from the ocean, but since we were very tired and hungry, we took a room. But when we came to our senses a little, we realized that instead of the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa, where we booked Junior Suites - rooms with a balcony or terrace, a bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, an outdoor jacuzzi and a direct view of the ocean, we were settled in the Grand Palladium Bavaro, where the room with the same name (Junior Suites) no longer assumes a direct view of the ocean, but also allows a view of the garden. When booking a tour, we were guaranteed a room with a jacuzzi, a seating area, a direct view of the ocean. And we got a little room without a special view from the window, very far from the ocean, something was dripping from the ceiling, the drain in the toilet did not work, the water did not drain well from the shower, there was an unpleasant smell, there was no Jacuzzi. How many calls we made to Natalie Tours - no one wanted to deal with us, the hotel guide (Lena, it seems her name was) generally took a strange position - "these are your problems, I'm only on excursions." Caesar came to our aid again. Thanks to his efforts, we were nevertheless settled in the room we ordered - with a direct view of the ocean. From that moment on, our fantastic vacation began! Service - 5+! They are always extremely happy to see you. Even if the music does not sound - it is always in their heart - they always dance, sing, smile. Meals - 5+! Restaurants, bars, kiosks, a 24-hour sports bar, a huge selection! Various cuisines are presented - for every taste! Sea entertainment: tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball, football, rifle and crossbow shooting, casino, billiards, table football. Animation on the beach - aerobics, bocha, darts, different games every day! Animation by the pool - water polo, various competitions. Evening animation - incomparable concerts. The Brazilian festival was especially memorable. We took the "swimming with dolphins" tour. The child went missing in the kids club. The territory is huge. Sometimes they even just took a free open bus to drive through the territory and admire it. Peacocks live near the main restaurant, flamingos live on another pond. Coconuts, palm trees, white sand, smiles - just a fairy tale! We have been to Egypt 5 times, but the Dominican Republic is unforgettable! This is a must see! Despite the terrible accommodation, I highly recommend this hotel and will go there again if possible.

If you have already decided to relax at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana hotel, then I advise you to take into account the following information: his clear plastic bag of coconuts?! If there are any, feel free to come up and ask for a treat. In addition to wonderful taste impressions from an exotic fruit, a small master class on how to use a machete is also waiting for you. The gardener uses it to cut a coconut right in the field. This pleasure is free, but personally I have always encouraged the Dominican with a dollar. 2.
