Additionally, you can independently include paid services in the composition of the tourist product:

  • Specification of the flight (the service is in demand if there are several flights on the start date of the trip (service provision);
  • Insurance against non-departure (purchased if at least 10 days remain before the start of the trip (service provision);
  • Private transfer;

  • Guides and other "Additional Services" available on our website;

Please note: the cost of the tourist product is fixed at the time of confirmation of the application.

Step #2. Entering the data of tourists in the application.

After selecting the user status in the application form that opens, be sure to fill in the data of tourists and contacts for communication

  • Surname and Name in Latin letters, as in the passport (for a trip around Russia - full name in Cyrillic);
  • Date of birth. Be sure to change the virtual date of birth to the real one. This is necessary for the accurate calculation of the cost of services and the calculation of discounts for regular customers;
  • phone number and email address of one of the tourists. These contacts will be used to send notifications about the status of the application. In addition, if you are not registered on our website, the application will automatically be made for this tourist.
  • Series, passport number, expiration date. For trips around Russia, enter the series, passport number (birth certificates for children under 14 years old) without spaces and dashes, the validity of the passport is not indicated;
  • indicate the visa (its version).

Check carefully the entered data of tourists and save them by clicking the "Save" button.

You can change the passport data by changing the booking in your personal account by clicking the button - "Replacing the data of tourists".

We warn you that in accordance with the conditions, when making changes to the conditions of a confirmed booking to correct errors and inaccuracies made through the fault of the Client, the Client pays the Company (Biblio-Globus Operator LLC) the actual costs incurred.

Step #3. Acquaintance with the Agreement on tourist services and acceptance of its conditions for the subsequent possibility of booking.

Online booking of tourist products/tourist services on the website www.bgoperator.ru is carried out on the basis of the Tourist Service Agreement concluded between the website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and Biblio-Globus Operator LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign countries can act as a Client.

Immediately after clicking on the button “Tour selected. Please book” You must read the full text of the Tourist Service Agreement, including all appendices to it. The contract is placed in the corresponding window, which opens automatically after pressing the specified button.

The actual booking of a tourist product / tourist service is carried out only after accepting the terms of the Tourist Service Agreement. In this regard, having read the Agreement on tourist services, in case of consent and acceptance of its terms, you must put a checkmark in front of the column:

*I have read, accept and agree to the terms of the Travel Service Agreement and click the "Next" button.

After accepting and agreeing to the terms of the Tourist Service Agreement, this agreement is considered concluded between you and Biblio-Globus Operator LLC in accordance with Chapter 28 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Step number 4. Booking a tourist product/tourist service.

After reading, agreeing and accepting the terms of the tourist service agreement, your application will be assigned a number by which you can track it through the "My Booking" interface www.bgooperator.ru.

After making an advance payment, a notification about the status of your application and payment terms, login and password for entering your personal account (for unregistered clients) will be sent to the e-mail address you specified.

Possible application statuses:

* Under review by operator- the application is assigned a number, it is checked by the operator of the Company;
* Accepted for booking- the application is being processed by the booking manager of the Company;
* Confirmed- the booking of the tourist product/tourist service is confirmed;
* Not confirmed- the application is not confirmed;
* Removed by operator— the application is deleted automatically if the application is not paid and the prepayment waiting period has expired.
* Double booking— an application was found in the system for the same tourists and for an overlapping booking period.
* Cancellation by hotel- the application cannot be confirmed due to the lack of places in the hotel;
* Cancellation of tickets- the application cannot be confirmed due to lack of tickets;
* Refusal by flight class- the application cannot be confirmed due to the lack of the required class of air tickets;

Step number 5. Payment for a tourist product / tourist service.

Making an advance payment is carried out in accordance with section 4 (Procedure of settlements) of the Agreement on tourist services. Payment methods are indicated on the website of our company. When making an application in accordance with the terms of the Tourist Service Agreement, you are obliged to make an advance payment to the Company's account in the amount of at least 50% of the total cost of the tourist product / tourist service.

When changing the status of the application to "Confirmed", you must pay for the tourist product / tourist service within the following terms:

  • if less than 2 days remain before the start date of the trip, the provision of the service, 100% payment must be made within 1 hour after booking confirmation;
  • if less than 7 days remain before the start date of the trip, the provision of the service, then 100% payment must be made within the day the booking is confirmed;
  • if less than 14 days remain before the start date of the trip, the provision of the service, then 100% payment must be made within 48 hours after booking confirmation;
  • if more than 14 days remain before the start date of the trip, the provision of services, then when making an application, you must make an advance payment to the Company's account in the amount of at least 50% of the total cost of the tourist product / tourist service, and full payment - no later than 14 working days before the start date of the trip (service).

After full payment, the status of the application will be changed to "Paid".

If you are our regular client, then the personal discount of the Client is calculated automatically online: the final cost of the tourist product (tourist service) is set taking into account the discount.

Step number 6. Documents receiving.

Documents required to complete the trip are available for a confirmed and fully paid application. You can print them yourself through the personal account of the application "My Booking", located on the main page of the website www.bgoperator.ru. You can receive a package of documents at one of our offices (please inform the manager about it through the comments in the application) or order the delivery of documents to the airport.

The tourist service agreement is formed after the confirmation of the application, indicating in Appendix No. 1 to it the cost of the tourist product / tourist service in rubles. The contract can be printed independently in the application interface by clicking the "Agreement" button, or it can be ordered through the comment to the application and received on any day, starting from the day of the first payment. The contract can also be sent at your request to the e-mail address you specified when making the application.

In order to verify Sunmar or Coral claims, the claim number and passport number of any traveler on the tour will be required.

Please note that the following instructions are suitable for both the Sanmar tour operator and the Koral tour operator. Being subsidiaries, their sites are absolutely identical. The difference is only in the photos and colors of the design.

An application number is assigned to any booking, so the travel agent must provide it upon request! If the travel agent does not want to provide a number, this is a reason to think about it - apparently he has something to hide.
