Compare: the income from tourism in the Emirates is 20%, and from the sale of oil 7%. Huge shops, recreation parks, aquariums, oceanariums, many hotels - everything is geared towards tourism. The Emirates are located on the coast of the Persian Gulf. The Arabs have another name - the Arabian Gulf. Water from 15 to 30 degrees. I was in December, the water temperature in the sea is +22. The water is relatively clean and transparent. I haven't heard anything about sharks in the sea. More precisely, there are whale sharks that are completely safe for humans. The beaches are cleaned and cleaned regularly. There are city beaches, free of charge. There are no sunbeds or sun protection. Such beaches are popular with Russian tourists. Once there was excitement, in appearance about two points. You can swim on the free beaches. Lifeguards were on duty at paid beaches (they are always on duty there), on that day they did not let people out to sea. I watched the rescuers: they work conscientiously. What is the best emirate to stay in? Popular Dubai seemed to me too noisy and fussy. I chose Sharjah. only 30 km from Dubai. Hotel Nejoum Al Emarat, 3 stars, excellent value for money. However, there are a lot of hotels, for every taste and budget. I also chose Sharjah for the following reasons: they do not sell alcohol here and it is forbidden to smoke in public places. When choosing a hotel, I read various forums and drew attention to the most popular questions: where can I buy alcohol and where can I smoke? I will not give an assessment of this disgusting trend, I just note this fact ... When choosing a hotel, I also noticed disagreements about breakfast. Some assured that everything was fine, others complained about the meager selection. They say they left hungry. The secret turned out to be simple. In fact, there were 6-8 hot dishes, a third of them with meat. There were salads, fruits, corn flakes, fruit juices, tea, boiled eggs, tortillas, pastries, milk. Very good for three stars! But one day I overslept and showed up at the restaurant before closing. There were only crumbs left ... That's where the disagreements come from. If you are used to Thai hotels serving 40-50 meals, then Arab ones can also disappoint.
The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach. It seems to be the custom in all hotels. There at 9-00, and back at 12-30 or as agreed. By the same car you can also get to the free beach.

And I observed children up to 3 years old, the rhythm of their life did not coincide with the rhythm of the excursion, such children did not understand at all where and why they were being taken; why you need to be silent if the guide speaks, why it is now the time for lunch, why you need to leave the aquarium, where it is so interesting.
