One day my livejournal is the most popular. One my day. When your wife is sick

And they drink from a puddle, if necessary.

My dad brought food to the ducks. Among it is also work with feed, it is something like wheat popcorn, it is completely digested, unlike grain, which sometimes comes out as grain so that it sprouts. It is large for chickens, but just right for ducks.

I'm throwing away plastic bottles. We collect them and take them to the factory, I drive there quite often almost by, the pleasure of the fact that these mountains will become not garbage, but recyclable materials, clearly outweighs the labor costs.

Coming home. Varya wakes up. Stuck on right hand does not allow the postoperative finger to go back. On the left, he takes his finger away from the palm, I don’t want to operate, as it is taken away, it will come down.

On the legs are devices with hinges that work only for extension. In theory, she should spend as much time as possible in them, but today she asks to help the girls with cleaning, so I'm taking pictures.

The girls are instructed to clean up the room for today. Over the past month, they have left and returned many times, received guests overnight, in general, somehow overgrown.
I fix tasks. Disassemble toys:

Lay out what's been washed:

Clean up under the beds. Both have loft beds, and they built their nests in them:

Bets are being accepted on how long the girls will need.

I start preparing breakfast, I go to check if the cleaning has begun. Of course not, the girls are testing yesterday's Ikea purchases.

I drag Varya to wash. Alas, not sharply, but it is clear that she herself.

We go with Anya to release chickens. They are very badly rushing, we suspect that they arranged clutches in the bushes, one got so loose that she secretly hatched a chicken (did not survive). Therefore, we release them through facecontrol - the small ones go for a walk, and we leave the layers locked up.
I catch.

Anya, on command, opens the hole.

Came back home. Anya and Sasha study the map of the world. In the background, another feat - sorting through the books that came from the apartment (we have been living in this house for 2.5 years). And this, alas, is not all that needs to be sorted. And the cabinets are almost gone. How many books does a family need to be considered intelligent?

Sanya goes for a walk with the dog.

Checking if the girls have started cleaning. Of course not. Arina perks up. I also bought this mirror in Ikea, it is made in the shape of a castle gate. I told the younger ones that this is the gate to Magic world, open up. and from there the princess looks at you. They took it at face value.

Roasted vegetables.

But kids don't like that. Open different canned food, bought in bulk.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Barko company (trademarks Barko and Gulf of Riga), which produces very tasty canned food and has been donating boxes of canned food to our camp for eight years now.

It was not in vain that Arina sat in front of the mirror, combing her hair neatly.

Varya has a comfortable cup, a gift svetmoj

I feed the dog. We buy food in bulk.

The girls ate and work out the stomps, they brought a hobby from the camp.

I remind you that the girls have cleaning tasks and I'm leaving with Sasha for the market.

How I love the market in the summer.

I'm coming back. First of all, I check how things are with cleaning and whether they are at all. Well... they are.

Sanka drags purchases. Today we have a feat in the schedule.

I hang up the clothes. The day is hot, so there is a chance to make a bed in the evening and save money on putting it in the closet.

My potato. Collected yesterday.

Cooking would be faster, but the feat would take all the pots and burners, so into the oven. I use Greek seasonings. Some are still brought, and some I buy in Auchan.

Anya gets cans from the basement

Sanya feeds children with watermelon

My tomatoes and sort into bigger and smaller

I sterilize jars

I put small tomatoes in jars

Pour boiling puree from large tomatoes and set to sterilize.

I take watermelon peels and other waste to chickens.

Some choose to grab and run

I release laying hens from captivity

One fool is still sitting on an empty nest. She has imitators, so they don’t rush. The experience with locking did not give a result, anyway, 2 eggs per day. Feed them, feed them...

Back to the basement behind the banks, at the same time to admire.

At the same time, I do not forget to look at the girls and check how the cleaning is going. Varya's biggest successes:

The rest are doing worse.

I leave my precious tomatoes and go to the rescue. At the beginning of the day I give Varya a basket for dirty laundry, she folds it.

Oh, Anna is already successful

And Arina fell in an unequal struggle

Varvara prepares for school - tucks notebooks into covers.

Anya burns paper trash

I make Sanya write down a draft of the song in order to puzzle the poet. If it works, I'll show you.

Oh, Arina also completed her nest. Finally. Some 4-5 hours.

Anya connects to the tomatoes

Arina finishes cleaning the room

See the following episodes of the thriller "The Girls Do the Cleaning".

Arina warms up the fish, it's such a late lunch that there will only be fruit for dinner.

I'm uploading Sanka's creation.

April 2, 2014

I wrote a post in the style of the well-known community "One of my days".
By the way, before that I already wrote about and soon there will be "One day in my life in Nice".

Hello. My name is Vadim Nardin and I am 27 years old. I am a photographer, designer and, probably, a traveler (but I also want to become a businessman). For the last few years I have been living in different countries in search of "my" place where I want to stay for a long time. I was born in Bobruisk and lived in Minsk, Moscow, Mauritius, Paris, Dominican Republic, Rome and Nice. Plans are in Asia, Australia and the USA.

I woke up that day very early for myself - at 5 am. But this is not because I am a "lark", but because I have a very strange sleep pattern and sometimes I fall asleep only at 12 noon and my wake-up time can be completely different.

First of all, I decided to have breakfast and made myself a super salad according to the recipe of my neighbor Tito - mozzarella with tomatoes. It is prepared very simply, which is important, but since the products in Italy are very tasty, the salad is always excellent. It is in a disposable plate, since Tito does not particularly have deep dishes, and you don’t need to wash them afterwards - I really don’t like washing dishes.

Then I sit down at the laptop. I check everything interesting on the network, I answer messages and mail.

Now, uploading photos for this post from the Dominican Republic at a speed of 15 kilobits per second (since 25 gigabytes of traffic have ended), I understand how fast and super unlimited my Roman Internet was - everything was flying there, although, in general, to my surprise, with Internet in Italy is a problem.

I've been on the internet for a long time. In the photo is my blog, which has already been updated a bit and looks different - better.

8:40 I decided to try to make a broken wheel in my suitcase, since I will soon be moving to Nice, but nothing worked out for me - I need to buy a new wheel, which turned out to be very difficult to find. As a result, I went to the Cote d'Azur with a broken suitcase.

9:00 Went out to the balcony to check the weather. The day promises to be wonderful. The mood is positive.

Then I plan things for the day and this is a very important process. At first I wanted to do some household chores, then meet a friend for a couple of hours, then go to visit a friend, then go shopping in search of T-shirts with interesting prices and prints, then go to the hairdresser, then to the grocery store and in the evening learn a little English and work a lot. I chose this day for the community, as it was, as it were, an ordinary household day. But in the end it all went wrong...

9:30 I’m finishing washing my sneakers from dirt, because yesterday I got under heavy rain and splashed them. By the way, it took me twenty minutes.

Then I decide to read a little, since it’s still too early to go to a meeting and I’m stuck on the Internet again, having processed several similar commercial photos from the Dominican Republic along the way.

11:20 I leave the house and the first thing I see is a green patio that pleases the eye.

Quiet, calm, beautiful, green. A good place.

Then I go to the subway. Along the way I meet a lot of ads - it doesn't look very pretty, but sometimes it's very useful. For example, according to such ads, you can find an apartment at reasonable prices - there are many of them in different areas And it's much cheaper than online. But you need to know Italian language or have an Italian-speaking acquaintance.

Delicious fruits close to home. I also have super delicious ice cream and mega delicious cakes for sale right near the exit, but now they are closed. Strangely, despite the daily eating of sweets, I did not gain weight. Perhaps the frequent walks helped.

Pay attention to the distance between the wall and the car (it is the same on both sides). Judging by the rear-view glass, the driver does not always successfully leave.

I live in a non-tourist area, so it's rare to find such souvenirs. By the way, despite the economic downturn in the country, it seemed to me that many Italians love their president.

There are some interesting passers-by along the way.

And near the metro they constantly try to sell me "original rayban and dolchegabana".

11:30 I'm already in the subway and waiting for my train.

12:05 I drove to the final Laurentina to meet a friend who has been living in Rome for many years and travel around the city together. I arrived earlier, so I decided to walk around the metro station.

Funny painted a waterfall between the houses.

I spent the waiting time watching passers-by with interest. For example, the man in the background on the left generally annealed - he took out the machine, shaved dry in broad daylight and continued to wait for someone. So I took it and shaved it. Stankom.

13:00 Anton arrived and we, leafing through a book about Rome, began to think where we should go today. Unexpectedly, it was decided to go to Castel Gandolfo, and not to travel in Rome itself. Castel Gandolfo is small town in the Alban Hills near Lake Albano, where summer residence the pope.

We stopped by this building as it was very close to us. I already forgot what it is.

14:20 On the way out of the city, we saw this miracle on wheels. She is beautiful in every detail and in general. You can watch for hours. And she drowned under 90. And she was completely packed with people. And this is Italy, not Haiti or Chad.

14:50 We've arrived. Stunning view of Lake Albano. Beautiful. We decided to go around it completely.

But first you need to refresh yourself.

15:05 Although it does not look very appetizing, but a sandwich with a huge piece of meat shank was very tasty and satisfying.

There were many cyclists in this area. They love sports in Italy. Especially men. By the way - the men here, in general, look more well-groomed and stylish than the girls, and this is sad.

The interesting roof caught my attention.

We traveled in this car. In Rome, by the way, there are a lot of micro-cars, since they are much more convenient to drive along the narrow roads and streets of the city. Yes, and the locals are not so worried about their status and do not chase expensive cars.

The air in this place is very clean. I just wanted to just stand and breathe... breathe...

It was possible to look and breathe for a long time. Relaxes.

He asked me to take a couple of photos, although he was a little tired, as can be seen in the photo. But on my blog you can find many more positive and joyful photos.

And this is a happy Anton. By the way, he knows many of the nuances of Rome, so if anything, write to him here- will help, show, tell.

Not everyone has a romantic partner. It even became somehow sad, especially remembering his last failed love.

17:05 Then we arrived at the small coastal town of Tarvaianika, where Anton needed to help briefly as an interpreter from Russian into Italian, and I walked around the town. Started walking from the beach. At the end of September, the sea is no longer very warm, so there were few people.

Not a season.

I love these atmospheric places So many little interesting details.

The town seemed to me very quiet and calm, but on the playgrounds it was positively noisy. I love children, even though they are noisy.

18:20 When Anton returned, we decided to go to the neighboring town of Anzio. It was too quiet there. You could even say - boring, but sometimes beautiful.

Spotted a wedding photo shoot. This celebration in Italy is taken very seriously. Most often, a couple lives together for at least a few years (3-5) and only then think about the wedding ceremony. This pleasure is very costly in Italy, so some people save up for several years in order to boo one day. It seems to me that this is not a very good idea - to save for a long time in order to show off one day. But to live first for a few years is very correct, in my opinion.

19:00 Then we came to Nettuno. Of all the coastal towns today, I liked it the most - compared to the rest, it had more life. But still, it seemed to me that living there is very boring.

walked through some ancient fortress, which was very dirty by the locals.

One of the few pluses in this place is the beautiful restaurants and cafes in the old narrow streets.

And in general - boredom.

Occasionally met local colorful characters.

But overall it's empty.

19:20 We decided to have a bite to eat. Not without the delicious Italian ice cream. In general, I have a sweet tooth and love ice cream very much, I am ready to eat tons of it.

19:55 I wanted to go back by train, since Anton lives in Tarvaianika and then it would be inconvenient for him to return from Rome. But having bought a ticket, I realized that I would have to wait for the train for about forty minutes. So I took the bus.

21:30 I'm already on the subway. On the bus ride, I took a nap and read.

Even though it wasn't late, there weren't many people. On the way, I was completely immersed in my thoughts and pondered one important matter.

22:05 I had a little bite of pizza, because I was tired and did not want to cook anything.

22:25 Arriving home, I sat down to process photos from an evening walk around Rome, as it was the first time I shot from a tripod and it was interesting to see what happened. I have already posted all the photos from this shoot on my blog.

Beautiful at night in Rome.

22:40 Then I again plunged into Internet surfing. In the photo, by the way, my blog, which I am in Lately revived after a long downtime, so come visit - there are many beautiful photos and there will be a lot of materials on the countries in which I lived.

23:10 When my eyes began to slowly stick together and the whole body sent me to sleep, I went to bed and read a little before going to bed. After active day I fell asleep very quickly.

Usually my day is calmer, but this one accidentally turned out to be different, as one thing was planned, but in the end it turned out completely different. But I really like these unplanned trips.

I'm on other social networks

One of my days in pictures

1. However cool. dialing full chest air, throw back the covers and jump out of bed ... Ehhhh! Invigorates! House degrees +15.

Yesterday I studied until almost two in the morning, I had to finish my homework, so today I had to sacrifice morning physical education and sleep until half past seven in the morning.

As usual, I immediately put 80 g of oatmeal into a bucket, pour 350 g of milk into this business and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes. In the meantime, I go to bathe and shave.

I put half a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of honey into the steaming porridge. That's it - breakfast is ready. I eat and watch the lecture.

yum yam

2. After that, I pack my gym bag, work bag, and lunch bag.

Lunch, lovingly prepared by Natalya the day before, goes into it, into the sports room - a kimono, and into a briefcase - a laptop.

3. Let's clean the faggot, with teeth, and forward and with songs to accomplish accomplishments and conquer conquests!

4. I kiss my sleepy cats, I wish Have a good day and I fly to work.

At eight o'clock in the morning. From the second floor I go down to the garage.

5. I get into the car and drive out the gate.

6. The weather today is cloudy in Melbourne - the third day of winter in Australia.

Three kilometers to work, three traffic lights - 5 minutes drive. Baldu…

7. At work, I drive into the covered parking.

At home from the garage and at work under the roof - in Melbourne, with its unpredictable rains, it is very convenient.

8. I don’t use elevators in principle - as long as my legs walk, I walk.

9. After the "Checkpoint" you get into a long corridor.

10. Along the walls behind glass are various company awards.

11. Then you find yourself in the so-called Ignition Cafe - a large open area where people drink coffee and hold informal meetings.

If the negotiations are not very official, I like to meet and confer with the people here.

12. Work area. open office.

13. Workplace. Here I spend only a third of my working time, the rest - all meetings, meetings ...

14. I immediately make myself a big mug of coffee and go to the rallies.

Today there were three of them in a row from 9:00 to 12:00 in the afternoon.

15. Around 11:00 there was about 5 minutes free - time for a protein shake (50 g WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) and 400 g cold water).

16. Noon - the time of the first meal. Today I have fantastically delicious beef stew (already melts in your mouth) ~300 g with carrots and buckwheat, avocado salad with feta and two sour apples.

This is all broken down into about 3-4 meals from twelve to five in the evening. Those. a little bit every hour.

17. At half past six in the evening I go home to visit my sweet cats (they flatly refused to be photographed), change clothes, make a second serving of protein and immediately fly away to karate training.

18. Today Timofey came to the training for the first time. Now his problems with his knee have worsened, but he is a kid - he came and did a great job.

A photo with him before the start of karate training on the lower floor of the dojo.

19. At the end of training, they did not miss the opportunity to pose for the camera with the Australian Champion of Champions - Scott.

And then they fought for a few more minutes with Timofey.

20. I came home and realized that MALAVATA WILL BE!

There was no condition at all in training today. Therefore, it was decided to catch up with push-ups.

21. Light snack with cottage cheese. We dance with Nata - we haven’t seen each other all day, we miss you. In the afternoon, in our free minutes, we chat on Skype.

22. An hour and a half of study and lights out, bye. Although no, “hug-kissing” with Nata and then already bainki. Sorry, no photos.

like this one day of my life in Melbourne. It was Monday, and mostly with a standard program.

Bye bye. Your restless Tyoma and Nata

P.S. Idea to write a note in photo format “One of my days” taken from here - from these communities that are very popular today:

4. And also in contact - “My Day - One day in my life”:

Hello!

It is not clear how much I need to introduce myself in LiveJournal, but since it is necessary, then ... I am Lena Miro, I do not hide my venerable age at almost 32, like some do. No, well, why be shy when I look better now than others at eighteen? Therefore, I will say that I am 31, and in connection with this I want to show one of my days on April 28 in Rome, in which I ran into May holidays and fell in love with him.

1. The plane landed at night, so I woke up quite late for the trip:

2. But this is in Moscow. IN the eternal city- 2 hours less, so I opened my eyes, of course, like a courtesan, but not a greyhound. I made an unwashed onion in the closet, as expected:

3. I don't like to wash my face with cold water and, being a savage, I don't save water. In the bathroom - "Pay-European", that is, do not turn around despite the fact that the hotel is in the center and titled: Hemingway lived, and some Pope met some king here, although Popes are traditionally hosted. Well, now I also beat my elbows on the walls of the bathroom here. Spanked into the bathroom and while dripping cold water, reflected there:

4. After a shower - on the balcony. It is beautiful here:

5. And I'm beautiful, in panties I bang a crossbow. Eh, they were good panties, but that day we were close with them last time: at night they were blown off the chair by the wind. And all because I am an amazing woman: I travel without luggage. In my purse there is only a laptop, a camera, an iPhone, a credit card and three panties, which I wash and dry on the balcony. Proponents of morality: the nipple is not visible! So it's not pornography!

6. Dressed. T-shirt inconspicuous in appearance, but, if you look closely, provocative. Especially for a trip to the Vatican. But I can do it: I am a provocateur in law!

7. Around the corner - a cafe, I have breakfast there. Fashionable now "organic".

8. Useful:

9. Vkuuuusna:

One minus: the waiters are loafers. They rush between tables with terribly businesslike muzzles, but they only come up if you shout a couple of times. But this is Italy, the service here is relaxed, you should not be nervous.

10. In the morning they shot in Rome, the carabinieri are on guard!

11. Went on foot to the Vatican. There's a stampede at St. Peter's. Didn't get inside. In the evening, an old woman from Argentina, whom she met at the hotel reception, said that the Pope came out to the flock. The old woman flew in from Argentina on purpose to look at him. She would have looked in Argentina, and not clicked her beak when he lived there. The rich have their own quirks, however.

12. These are the fresh and inexplicable ones walking there:

13. Inserted a Vodafone SIM card. "Vodafone" immediately began to "gouge". Well, the phone ran out of money. Well, right now I'll leave the Vatican and put it down. No! Every 5 minutes you have to send: "There is no money, finish the money!"

14. She didn’t get into St. Peter’s Basilica, but she broke through into the Vatican Museums. Here is the queue:

15. Some brighten up the waiting with hugs. At first glance - nothing special, but you can't see it at all, so take my word for it: these two are the personification of the "European" trend - she is 15 years older, but she looks very good.

16. Go to the Vatican Museums. At least to visit Sistine Chapel. It is forbidden to take pictures inside, but people stand for hours to see with their own eyes the greatest work of art of all times and peoples:

17. From museums - to dine! Here! strange place: around - motorcycles, and inside - gray-haired old men in suits. They drink wine, they smoke cigars, they sing.

18. I photographed the cross that I bought in the Vatican, but forgot the dinner. But it was delicious. In Italy, in general, everything is tasty, but high in calories.

19. I went where my eyes look. I'm filming, they're filming me. For tourist place this is probably normal. Well, she doesn't read my blog, does she?

20. Remember the famous "Everything - to the forum"? Well, here he is. The place where the idle Romans were going to tryndet.

21. And here - always she:

22. I walk along the Tiber. Boats:

23. They have peppy grandmothers. Maybe offer to take from them a fee for entry into the center of Rome?

24. A strange man kisses such a woman. He probably has perverse inclinations, and he would kiss a whale with great pleasure, but there are no real whales in Rome, so you have to somehow get out of the situation and sublimate:

25. Piazza Navona, on it - an aborigine. The old woman lives here, right behind the turnstile for bikes. It feeds on pasture and those who give what. Funny!

26. Bernini's fountains are beautiful! But I wanted not to photograph them, but to dip my feet into the water - the heat! Unfortunately, fenced!

27. The heat drove me to the store, where I bought a sarafan and went to drink coffee under air conditioners in it:

28. It was only worth starting. On the way to the hotel to throw the removed jeans I went to the store and bought sports shorts. Such cheeky panties. I will go to the rocking chair in them. Does it make sense to plow for years in the gym to hide the body under long pants? Let them admire. I do not mind. And you admire, it's not a pity. Pants:

29. Leaving the hotel, I remind myself that I am traveling without luggage and I have everything. Unless there are espadrilles, and they are wildly fashionable now. We must take:

Well, now I'm determined to see the sights. However, the legs themselves carry to the "Belstaff", which - Y! - closed! Sadly I trudge to the hotel to drop off my now espadrilles, but on the way I come across a jacket. And the discount is good in the "off season": they give it for 2 thousand euros. Minus "taxfree". More profitable. We must take. I took it. It is necessary to bring it to the hotel and still go to see the sights.

30. Brought it, damn it. I'm traveling without luggage! I don't even have a suitcase! For some reason I changed clothes and decided to take a walk before going to bed: after all, am I in Rome or when?

31. People hang out on the Spanish Steps, no one wants to sleep:

And I want something, so I go to the room.

32. The room was cleaned for bed:

33. My unfortunate legs, strained about Rome:

34. In the shower and sleep:
