European amusement parks. The best amusement parks in Europe

January 1st, 2018 05:12 pm

Europa-Park is considered the largest amusement park in Germany. In the summer, all extreme rides work there and I can’t even count how many times I’ve been there :)) But in winter, not all rides are available, but for that the park really turns into winter fairy tale. A festive Christmas market is open there, which beckons with a pleasant aroma of mulled wine and roasted almonds. There are numerous winter rides, Christmas trees with Christmas decorations everywhere, in the evening it all turns into an unusual beauty. I took some pictures there and under the cut I suggest to see what came of it :))

01. We buy an entrance ticket and enter the park, where the Christmas market immediately greets visitors.

02. There were not so many visitors before lunch on January 1, most of the people woke up in the late afternoon :))

03. Janitor on guard of order and cleanliness :))

04.

05. Advent calendar, all windows are already open.

06. Since Europa-Park is located in the southern part of Germany, and snow is a rare occurrence there, the Christmas trees were decorated with decorative snow, so that it would at least look a little like winter :))

07. Santa Clauses on an ice floe.

08.

Europa-Park is divided into 13 countries: Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Greece, England, Russia, Holland, Scandinavia, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Iceland, as well as the land of fairy tales and the land of adventure.

09. Let's go through Russia.

10. You can go into houses and watch the work of our masters in making toys from glass and wood, or see how icons are painted.

11. GUM, where railroad station. The park has a lot of transport, with which you can move from one part to another.

12. big mountain gifts.

13. Giant Santa Claus. In the background is a circus, which employs quite a few artists from all over the former union.

14. It's getting close to evening and the park is lighting up the lights.

15.

16. Around six o'clock in the evening the daily show "LUNA MAGICA" starts. This is a pre-Christmas spectacle on a sparkling lake, a magical winter world of fire, water and light.

17. All this action is accompanied by music, dancing and acrobatics.

18.

19. At the end of the show there was a small fireworks display.

20.

21. After the show we continue our walk in the park. Austria.

22. The 55-meter "Bellevue" ferris wheel is located in the Portuguese theme area of the park.

23. Let's take a ride on the wheel.

24. The views from the ferris wheel are great, but it's hard to photograph anything.

25.

27.

28. Land of fairy tales.

29. There are many interesting fairy-tale houses in the country of fairy tales.

30.

31. A frog hid under a tree :))

32.

33.

34. We return again to Russia, where the skating rink was organized.

35. The main attraction of the Russian part of the park is the Euromir roller coaster. The track is laid around five mirror towers. Inside the largest of them, at the beginning of the trip, an ascent to a height of 28 meters is made. When moving down, the gondolas rotate around their own axis. The length of the route is 980 meters, during the trip the speed reaches 100 km/h.

36. Next to Euromir is a model of the Mir space station. Several scientific modules and a lander are docked to the mock-up, all of them are open for access inside

37. The attractions have already closed and the park is emptying, it's time to take a walk and take pictures :))

38.

39. Only ghosts walk in the park :))

40.

41. The Matterhorn Blitz roller coaster is located in the Swiss themed area of the park. The maximum speed is 60 km/h.

42. Every day from 5 pm, animated illustrations with sound are projected on the facades of the Greek temple.

43. Eurosat was in the French theme area of the park. Inside the ball is a dark rollercoaster. The speed of movement is about 60 km / h. One of my favorite rides :)) The ride in the balloon is like a space trip, the cart flies up and down the rails, the planets flicker around and all this is accompanied by great music.

44.

45. The park closes and we go to the exit. It is a pity that they are not allowed to walk there all night :)) The park is so big that it is simply impossible to shoot everything at once. And in the summer, if you ride all the slides, one day is just really not enough ...

50. From the car park, there is a great view of the 73-meter high Silver Star roller coaster, sponsored by Mercedes-Benz, located in the French part of the park. The length of the track is 1620 meters, the maximum speed is 127 km/h, the maximum load is 4.0 g.

51. Not a soul in the car park. But it's beautiful!

I agree that Disneyland is a legendary park where everyone wants to visit, be it a child or an adult. He has only one problem - queues. And all-season! Therefore, I would also recommend Walibi Belgium in Belgium, this is a great alternative to the Parisian Mickey Mouse! Wonderful and very fun place with its fabulous atmosphere. And the lines are twice as short!

The whole family went to visit my sister, who lives near Disneyland. To visit Disneyland means to plunge into childhood, there is simply an incredible number of rides and various shows, in order to try out all the rides you need more than one day for this. The children really liked it, a lot of positive emotions left from this amusement park.

Of course in Europe a large number of parks and nothing will surprise anyone, but there are parks that are different from others and still remain popular. I will cite as an example the park in France "Disneyland Paris", it is more suitable for visiting young children and will leave them only positive emotions, and the park "Grona Lund" in Sweden is suitable for lovers of extreme sports and high speeds on roller coasters.

Disneyland Paris is just a fabulous place. We were there for the first time together with my husband, we had no children yet. It was like I was in another world. In the world of virginity and holiday. Attractions sea, for adults there are many options to get a portion of adrenaline. Trust me, rollercoasters aren't even the best. I recommend everyone to go there!!! This is my advice to everyone!!

There are plenty of amusement parks in Europe, if I had the opportunity, I would visit them all, to be honest :-) Most of all I want to take the kids to Disneyland Paris, this is their old dream. Perhaps this or next year it will be possible to implement it. I was also interested in Gardaland in Italy, the principle of "education + entertainment" is a great idea, in my opinion.

I was in Disneyland Paris and in the park of friends of Gauls Asterix and Obelix. Both parks are great. It is difficult to compare them, because they are on different topics, in one they are Walt Disney cartoons, and in the other ... Gauls. In Disneyland, of course, everything is better, because. It's Disneyland dammit, but Asterix Park is very good too, has 36 rides and less long lines like Disneyland. It's definitely worth a visit, I recommend it to everyone.

I don’t have much to compare with, because of all of the above, I was with a child only in Europa-Park in Germany. But impressions and positive emotions enough for the baby and me for the rest of my life. A day in the park flies by quickly and unnoticed. True, there are some rides on which even I, an adult, was very, very scared. But if there was an opportunity, then the second time with a child would definitely go.

I was in Disneyland Paris about seven years ago, nothing special. Maybe because I am no longer a child and at that time I was 25 years old?))) Although the children, of course, squealed with delight. I think that just visiting the sights of the city, wandering through the European streets, climbing the same Eiffel Tower is much more interesting and informative than riding the rides all day. The only amusement park that has sunk into my soul and truly remembered is the Mini-Europe park in Brussels, where all the sights of Europe are collected in miniature. This was really educational and entertaining. Europeans like no one else know how to entertain and make good money on it!

I was lucky to visit France once, with children, and therefore it was necessary to take them somewhere, at least once. First, of course, as it has already started, we visited Disneyland. Of course, there are no words to describe how beautiful and interesting it is! A very large number of attractions mixed with attractions and recreational areas speak for themselves. I even personally tried to ride some. You can say, I felt like a child, and did not regret it. Later we visited the Asterix park: I personally watched a lot of cartoons with legendary Gauls, and I often show them to children. To be honest, we expected more. It makes no sense to compare with Disneyland: the queues are simply huge, there is nowhere to eat in a good way. That is why I give my vote to Disneyland, with children the very thing. Although, little pranksters just to go somewhere.

I was lucky to visit the German Europa-Park. Indeed, even a day was not enough to go around all the rides, see and try everything. I liked the lazy rafting with water shelling. On the territory of the park there are many restaurants with cuisine from around the world, i.e. in addition to extreme, fun and aesthetic pleasure, gastronomic pleasure is also guaranteed. This park is like a separate state with many cultures. Russia is also represented, which was very nice. I will definitely go again on my next visit.

I have always dreamed of visiting Disneyland Paris. In fact, I only knew about this foreign amusement park, but it turns out there are so many of them. And the others are just as bad. Surely it is very interesting and fun for both children and adults, because people go there in droves, and from all over the world. If we made a park like this in our country, everyone would be happy.

DisneyLand Paris Simply amazing! My children liked it very much. Daughter 5 and son 7, they had a great time. My beloved wife was very pleased. We were at Disneyland guys, I dreamed about it since my childhood and now we are really happy. Lots of rides and activities were waiting for us, simply the best visit experience of my life. Although I am a grown man, I was happy as Small child. Come, you won't regret it.

When I was visiting a friend in Germany, of course we went to Europa-Park, to be honest, I have never been to places cooler than this park, there are so many people, so many attractions, it’s just my head is spinning and most importantly, everything is at affordable prices and even comparing with ours Moscow prices are much cheaper here, in general, I was satisfied, I think next year to come here and go only with a girl). I recommend visiting.

We visited the Tivoli Amusement Park in 2011 when we were on holiday in Denmark with our family. From the railway station there is very close, literally 5-10 minutes walk. The only negative for us was a huge queue at the entrance, but it's understandable. The park is really wonderful, like a fairy tale. Everything glows and sparkles. There was a huge shop with the most exquisite sweets. Interesting attractions, which we managed to visit, we remembered for a long time. We don’t regret our vacation at all, we spent 2.5 hours there.

Personally, I have been to Gardaland and Portaventura. Both parks are great in their own way. The first one has a lot of entertainment for the whole family. Everything is fantastic, as if they returned to the Middle Ages, where mammoths and pirates are. This is what kids love now. Portaventura is just as good. We were not there for one day. We tried almost all attractions. Not only children, but also my husband and I. It was cool. Now we are planning to go to DisneyLand Paris for complete happiness.

When I was a child, I wanted to visit some fairy park entertainment, or at least Disneyland. They constantly talked about him in all sorts of animated series, and this more and more fueled the desire to get there. But alas, I lived at that time in Russia. Now I am resting in France and here I touched my dream. There is no shame in being with family. The prices are reasonable, the park staff will understand you in any case if you know English at an elementary level. The rides themselves confirmed my expectation. In general, no regrets.

For me, Denmark has always been associated with a fairy tale and I would always like to visit it. The dream came true when I became an adult, but did not stop believing in miracles. The amusement park convinced me how right I was. Wonderful attractions, memorable surprises and, of course, the Pantomime Theater. In short, I love this park. My dream is to visit Swedish Gröna Lund.

In Denmark, there is a wonderful Legoland amusement park. Buy a family ticket and walk at least all day! Entire miniature cities are made from Lego. Lots of rides. In general, there is everything for a good family vacation! My children and I were just delighted and, to be honest, we didn’t want to leave anywhere. In the near future we plan to return to wonderful Legoland! I personally liked Legoland more than Tivoli in Copenhagen.

My family went to Spain last year. The son buzzed all his ears, as he wants to go to the rides. Asked the guide, advised to go to Port Aventura. To say that my son was delighted would be an understatement. My son liked the horizontal catapult most of all, it looks like American races, I was afraid to go there. My husband and I enjoyed a train ride on wooden rails, just like in a movie about the wild-wild West!

Here is the variety! As a child, going to Disney Land was something unimaginable. I think even now not every parent can allow their child to visit an amusement park in Europe. The coolest thing I've seen is Divo Ostrov in St. Petersburg. And even then I decided only on cups and small roller coasters to ride. Big rollercoasters and others like them only for young maximalists.

Of course, the most visited is Disneyland in Paris and we could not resist visiting this park. Yes, the rides are just amazing, good entertainment, live dolls, beloved characters everywhere, a lot of cafes, souvenir shops. But not everything is so rosy. Firstly, the prices can’t be called low. In addition to the entrance ticket, you will have to pay about the same amount for souvenirs and food. Secondly, you have to stand in line for some attractions for a long time, so it’s unrealistic to visit everything in one day.

Let's rejoice together, because according to the results of last year 2017, Sochi Park was again among the best amusement parks and attractions in Europe. Present to your attention full rating according to www.tripadvisor.ru :
