It is noted that there is no special dependence on the length of stay and the decision to refuse. More important is the availability of early short-term and one-time entries into the Schengen area.

Where did the figure of 180 days come from? Everything is very simple, according to the law, the holder of an annual visa has the right to stay 90 days in one half of the year, hence it follows that in one year - 180 days. So you will have to go home at least twice so as not to violate immigration laws.
