Love to ride: Moscow parks where you can ride anything. Jasna, Slovakia: budget options Indoor rollerdromes for general skating

With the onset of warm days in Moscow, not only children and teenagers got on the rollers - even couples with strollers can be seen on the rollers. You can ride in the fresh air today in some metropolitan parks, along the embankments and on rollerdromes. Meanwhile, there are not so many special ski areas in the capital. The portal "In Moscow" interviewed the capital's skaters and found out which places are most popular, and also found out where to learn roller skating.

open areas

City streets are not the most convenient and safe place for skaters. Not conducive to skiing and paving slabs, which began to be laid in the capital last summer instead of asphalt. Arranging races on roller skates in the courtyard of the house or on the sidewalk along the roadway is not only dangerous, but also creates inconvenience for other citizens. Therefore, it is best to choose proven places for skating, where the majority of Moscow skaters gather. According to a survey of readers of the portal "In Moscow", about 70% of Moscow skaters skate at the All-Russian Exhibition Center, on Poklonnaya Hill and on Sparrow Hills.

1. All-Russian Exhibition Center This is one of the first places in Moscow where they started rollerblading back in the 90s. There are eight rental points on the territory of the exhibition. The most popular is the rental, which is located to the left of the main entrance to the territory of the exhibition center. Advantage of VVC - free entry, you will have to pay only for the rental of videos - an average of 150-300 rubles per hour. Elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards, as well as a helmet can be rented at an additional cost.

On the territory of the exhibition, “rides” are arranged by whole families. The only negative is that in summer skiing is complicated by tourists and numerous visitors, as well as trains that run as fixed-route taxis. Fewer people on Industry Square and closer to the Botanical Garden. In addition, it is convenient to ride without the risk of colliding with a pedestrian on the street. New way of life, which is located to the right of the pavilion "Ukraine".

2. Victory Park

Good asphalt for roller skating and on Poklonnaya Gora. There was no rental here until last summer. However, this did not prevent skaters from different parts of Moscow from coming here not only during the day, but also at night, since Victory Park is illuminated in the evening. This place is also famous for the variety of terrain that allows you to perform various tricks.

3. Sparrow Hills

You can safely go rollerblading on the Vorobyovy Gory embankment, as well as on the territory nature reserve"Sparrow Hills". There are relatively few walkers here, clean air near the river, as well as smooth asphalt and the same terrain, which is convenient for beginners. Moreover, it is one of the most scenic spots for walks. Roller rental points will be installed on Sparrow Hills by the end of May - on Andreevskaya and Luzhnetskaya embankments.

4. Gorky Park

Recently, Gorky Park has become a popular playground among the capital's skaters. Entrance to the park is free, and there is where to turn around. Although there are no special roller tracks in the Park, the territory of the park is quite convenient for fans of roller skates. This summer, three video spots will be opened at the Central Park of Culture and Culture: near the administration building, on Pionersky Pond and in Titovsky Proyezd.

5. Sokolniki Park

Another place in Moscow where roller skaters gather every summer is Sokolniki Park. The park has its own roller skate rental, comfortable asphalt paths. True, according to the skaters, the park is very crowded on weekends, so those who are still unsure of standing on the rollers will be uncomfortable. Besides, in bad weather roller rental does not work. On other days, skates can be rented for 200 rubles per hour.

6. Rollerpark in Krylatskoye

An open rollerdrome, which operates only in summer, is located in Krylatskoye (at 2 Krylatskaya Street). Unfortunately, at present, due to the reconstruction of the Rowing Canal, the ski area there is small. In addition, according to the skaters, there is no place to buy water here, and only professionals are comfortable skating. There is no rental point here either, but despite this, this site is popular among experienced skaters.

7. Rollerdrome in the Park of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow

There is also a summer outdoor rollerdrome in the Park of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow (Lugovoy proezd, 9, building 2). In addition to a special area for skating, rollerbladers have also chosen paved paths on the embankments of the park. In addition, the rollerdrome is equipped for aggressive skating - there are large and small ramps that allow the rollers to accelerate. Roller skates are available on the territory of the park (from 100 rubles per hour).

closed areas

Indoor rollerdromes are also popular in the capital, where you can skate for beginners in any weather and without health risks or arrange extreme skating for experienced rollerbladers.

For beginner skaters, closed areas are best suited. Here you can not only rent skates, but also learn from an experienced master the technique of roller skating. Among the advantages of the rollerdrome is the flat surface of the site, as well as the ability to ride in any weather. The special coating of the rollerdrome provides not only a gentle operation of roller skates, but also makes roller skating less dangerous.

Skating in closed areas is paid: only for the entrance (with your own videos) you will have to pay from 200 to 300 rubles.

8. Adrenaline Park in Medvedkovo

The largest indoor area for roller skating, with an area of about 2,000 square meters, is located in the Adrenaline Park sports and entertainment complex (Polyarnaya Street, 31a, building 1). The area of the rollerdrome is divided into two zones: a fitness zone for calm skiing and an extreme zone for professionals. The first zone is equipped with restraints and protective mats so that beginners feel comfortable on the court. In this zone, traffic is organized in a circle counterclockwise.

The extreme zone is designed for advanced skaters who want to perform tricks. Here you can find figures for any type and level of skiing. This rollerdrome has the only pool (recess) in Russia measuring 15 meters by 9 meters, with a height difference of one meter.

Instructors who are ready to teach roller skating to everyone, work from 18.00 to 21.00 on weekdays and from 11.00 to 17.00 on weekends. In addition, for advanced skaters there are several courses to improve the skill of skating at different levels: slalom, freeskate, figure skating, as well as a special course on slides.

Where to learn roller skating

The Roller Sports Federation plans to provide free roller skating training in Gorky Park, Victory Park and Luzhniki. Classes will be held from mid-May to the end of September. The training program is designed for both beginners and advanced skaters. The class schedule can be tracked on the school website.

In addition, you can master the technique of roller skating and participate in mass rides in the company of like-minded people by joining the Moscow Ride-Ons community. This community organizes skiing at various venues in Moscow - in squares and parks. For inexperienced skaters, it's best to start with the so-called "Beginner Rides," community members advise. The newly arrived skaters will be taught basic skills of moving around the city, they will show braking techniques. And skaters with experience can join any “rides”, according to the schedule in the community.

With the beginning of the spring season, many fans of roller skates appear on the streets of the capital. And these are not only teenagers and children - people of respectable age, and even married couples with babies in backpacks or strollers, are “wheeling”. Where can you go rollerblading in Moscow? It seems that the huge capital provides a lot of opportunities for this active. But not all places are suitable for lovers of such skiing, but special places and there are not so many sites equipped.

Where to go rollerblading in Moscow?

The most suitable places for fans of such skating are parks, embankments and specially equipped rollerdromes. But open areas are suitable for use only in summer season, and there are only a few indoor rollerdromes with special equipment even in the capital. But on them you can learn the basics of skiing under the guidance of an instructor.

Numerous surveys of metropolitan skating enthusiasts have made it possible to identify the most popular places for their gatherings and answer the question of where it is best to go rollerblading in Moscow. Of course, first of all, it was about open areas for free riding.

It turned out that rollerblading along city streets is not the safest of activities, and sometimes it's just inconvenient. The quality is not always up to par, sometimes the pavement is crossed by dangerous cracks. The same places where the asphalt is replaced paving slabs, roller skates are not suitable for obvious reasons - even the smallest seams between the tiles do not contribute to a normal ride.

In addition, rapidly rushing roller skates create not only inconvenience, but also a direct danger to numerous pedestrians. Therefore, courtyards and street sidewalks are not the best choice for them. Especially in crowded places.

The best areas for skiing

So, where can you go rollerblading in Moscow safely for yourself and others? According to the results of surveys, several verified places were named where the majority of fans of this type of recreation gather. And about 70% of them prefer one of the three most popular places.

Perhaps the first in the ranking the best venues for skiing you can call VVC. This is one of the oldest and most popular abode of the capital's rollerbladers - people have been skating there since the 90s. The exhibition has several rental points on its territory. Moreover, entrance directly to the exhibition is free, expenses will be required only for rental services (150-300 rubles / hour) separate fee a set of protection is taken from the knee pads, elbow pads, wrist protection and head helmet.

Mass roller skating is organized on the territory of the famous exhibition by large companies or whole families. True, crowds of tourists and individual visitors, as well as taxi-trains plying around the territory of the exhibition, can become a serious obstacle for them. Closer to the territory of the Botanical Garden and on the Industry Square, there are fewer pedestrians, it is also convenient to ride near the pavilion "Ukraine" (to the right of it).

What else?

Another cult place where a lot of people gather to go rollerblading in Moscow. Its advantages - good quality asphalt and a rich variety of terrain, which gives room for lovers of tricks. In past years, there were no roller skate rentals here, which did not prevent roller skaters from coming to skate at any time of the day - good lighting made it possible to skate in the evenings.

Thanks to the picturesque and complex relief, experienced craftsmen can perform various tricks here. There is always something for beginners to learn and just to get an idea of the different riding styles. This is the main advantage and the secret of the popularity of this site.

Those who practice a calm driving style can recommend the Vorobyovy Gory embankment and the territory of the reserve of the same name. Beginners will like smooth asphalt, not a large number of walkers and calm nature of the relief. Family holidays are also favored by clean river air and picturesque views.

Other parks in Moscow where you can go rollerblading

For some time now, Gorky Park has become especially popular among the skaters of the capital. Not without reason - you do not need to pay for the entrance to its territory, and there are plenty of places for skiing. Although the park is not equipped with special tracks for roller skaters, its territory itself is a comfortable and spacious area for skating.

Another place where you can go rollerblading in Moscow for free is Sokolniki Park. In the summer, this is a place for a constant collection of roller skates. The park has comfortable paved paths and its own skate rental. But according to the reviews of regular visitors, it can be too crowded on weekends, so perfect place for beginners, the park cannot be called. In bad weather, the rental may turn out to be closed, on other days the cost of its services is about 200 rubles per hour.

Open summer playgrounds

There are other places where you can go rollerblading on specially equipped rollerdromes. Such open-type playgrounds are open only during the summer season. One of these rollerdromes is located in Krylatskoye (Krylatskaya st., 2). Despite the small size of the site and the lack of a rental point, it is popular among skiing professionals.

There is also an open rollerdrome (on Lugovoi proezd). In addition to a special space for skating, the park's asphalt-covered paths are also occupied by rollers. The rollerdrome itself has equipment that allows you to practice an aggressive style of riding - there are small and large tracks that allow riders to accelerate. In the park there is a rental of rollers (cost - from 100 rubles / hour).

We have listed where you can go rollerblading both on specially equipped sites, and simply on numerous spacious paths with good smooth asphalt. These places are the most popular among the skaters of the capital. In addition, each of the city districts has its own favorite gathering places for skiers. So, for example, in response to the question of where to go rollerblading in the south of Moscow, you will almost certainly be called Nagatinskaya embankment and where both beginners and professionals meet. Similar gathering places, well known to regular amateurs, are available in each of the metropolitan districts.

When it's winter outside

But, as you know, the warm season in our latitudes does not last long. What should fans of summer sports do with the onset of cold weather? Where to go rollerblading in Moscow in winter or late autumn, when the weather is not conducive to outdoor recreation?

To do this, there are indoor areas where, in any weather, regardless of the season, beginners can learn the basics of skiing, and professionals can arrange a real extreme show. For novice skaters, such sites are best suited - here they will not only give out skates (if they haven’t got their own yet), but they will also give the opportunity to take a few lessons on riding technique from experienced masters.

Another advantage of indoor rollerdromes is that the platform has a flat surface. Its special coating reduces the risk of injury and allows you to operate the rollers in a gentle mode. The main disadvantage of such sites is the paid entrance, even when you come there with your videos, you will have to pay a certain amount of money for skating (usually 200-300 rubles)

The most famous rollerdromes

There are places where you can go rollerblading in Moscow in any weather, and even combine this process with shopping. One of them is the rollerdrome of the Filion shopping center, located at the address: Bagrationovsky proezd, house 5. The fifth floor of the shopping center contains the Happylon amusement park, where this site is located.

Unfortunately, there is not much space there - a little more than 600 sq. m., will fit comfortably in such a space only 50-60 people, no more. But on the other hand, the site is very originally designed, incendiary music sounds, and from time to time you can get to a training session with a professional instructor.

You will pay very little for the pleasure of riding - about 200 rubles without a time limit, on weekends you will have to pay the same amount for an hour of being on the site, the rental of videos is paid separately.

Entertainment complex "Roll Hall"

The famous rollerdrome on Tulskaya (Kholodilny Lane, 3) has a space of as much as one and a half thousand square meters and serves as an almost ideal platform where both children and beginners can go rollerblading in Moscow, since there are practically no fans of aggressive skating there.

Everyone can be trained with instructors who work in the evenings - on weekdays, in the afternoon - on weekends. Advanced skaters who want to improve their skills are offered programs of other levels - freeskate, slalom, figure skating.

Having paid for the entrance (on weekends it is somewhat more expensive than on weekdays, but in general the amounts do not exceed 300 rubles), you can ride without a time limit - at least the whole day. Skate rental is also provided.

Rollerdrom "Fantasy Park" in Maryino

It is located on st. Lublinskaya, house 100, accommodates about 700 people. A big plus is the presence of a special training school for those who do not know how to skate, where it is possible to master videos both in groups under the guidance of an experienced teacher, and individually with a coach.

And in the evenings, the site serves as a dance floor for those who like to dance without filming videos. Moreover, the sound is supplied with the help of professional equipment. Such an unusual "roller" disco. As in other places, the entrance is paid even with your own skates, there is always the opportunity to rent roller skates inexpensively.

Mastery training

Where is it better to go rollerblading in Moscow for those who are just mastering this type of leisure? The Roller Sports Federation is planning a program of free training in the art of rollerblading at the following addresses - Gorky Park, Luzhniki, Victory Park - from May to September. Classes are provided for both beginners and experienced skaters.

In addition, many have probably heard of a community called "Moscow rides". Its participants organize mass races and just rides in various places of the capital - in parks, squares, at any suitable sites.

By joining like-minded people, you can easily master the technique of skating, and at the same time find new friends of interest. For those with little experience, it is better to start with "Beginner Rides", where they will be shown basic skills and braking techniques. Subsequently, everyone can join any of the community events according to the schedule.

Hello, friends!

Rest on winter resorts, and even with children - a very specific vacation. And not everyone dares to embark on this somewhat extreme journey. And yet, where can you go with your children on winter holidays to go skiing and snowboarding?

To begin with, we will limit the range of ski resorts scheduled for consideration territorially. We will not talk about European and overseas resorts, because some of them have already been discussed earlier, and also because now a trip to foreign resorts- an expensive pleasure. So today all attention is paid to Russian ski resorts, the most famous of which are located in the Caucasus and the Urals.

After analyzing the ski market in the world, the Swiss researcher Laurent Vanat, speaking about Russia, noted that in our country today there are 170 ski resorts. The number is certainly impressive. Although the popularity ski holidays(according to the same report) we are far behind, for example, Switzerland, Austria and France.

The Sochi Olympics changed everything in better side. The results of last year's and current bookings for January 2016 showed that ski resorts are in the highest demand Krasnodar Territory, they are followed in popularity by the resorts of Dombay, the Urals, the Elbrus region and Siberia.

Experts note that not only the number of tourists who come to the snow-capped mountains has increased, but also their composition. Today, even those who have never skied go to the mountains. And among them there are a lot of families with children and school groups.

We will talk about the most popular and most family-friendly Russian ski resorts.

Ski resorts of the Krasnodar Territory

The most famous is still the leader in popularity. mountain resort South of Russia - Krasnaya Polyana. This universal resort, which is not much inferior to European ones, where for everyone there is what he needs.

It is unique in its location: 42 kilometers from the Black Sea and 35 kilometers from Adler. Living in a hotel on the seashore, you can ski on the snowy slopes of Krasnaya Polyana from December to May.

In fact, these are "our Alps", with new high-class hotels, with modern ski lifts and sports equipment rental, excellent quality ski slopes and related infrastructure.

Other advantages - a convenient transfer ( close quarters resort from the airport), easy to reach from any region (short flights, the ability to replace them by train or bus), a large number of regular flights from any city in Russia.

Another one opened in December. bus route, which, with a frequency of once an hour, delivers vacationers from the airport to hotels in Krasnaya Polyana. The bus schedule is focused on the time of departure and arrival of aircraft. Travel for an adult passenger - 400 rubles, child ticket(up to 12 years old) - 200 rubles, up to 2 years old children can ride for free. You can buy bus tickets online on the website of the Unified Transport Directorate.

In order not to get confused in geography and names, it is worth clarifying that Krasnaya Polyana is usually called the entire mountain cluster (this is a group of sports facilities for the Olympics, located near the village of Krasnaya Polyana). Although in fact, Krasnaya Polyana is just one of the villages. The second is Esto-Sadok, and there are three resorts on this territory:

  • Rosa Khutor - the largest, ambitious and young resort with a variety of ski slopes for every taste, with inexpensive apartments and luxury hotels (read more about the Rosa Khutor ski resort).
  • Gorki City +540 and +960 (objects are located on two levels). This resort is worth visiting for those for whom skiing is not the main purpose of their vacation, but only a pleasant addition to a variety of entertainment and shopping. At +540 there are many retail outlets and places for entertainment. Gorki Gorod +960 - good for a relaxing holiday for respectable people who are accustomed to relaxing in comfort on the territory of the hotel. Staying at one of these resorts does not exclude the use of the services of another hotel.
  • Gazprom - a resort for the elite public. Suitable for beginners due to convenient trails - wide and gentle (learn more about).

As a result of the rating of the most attractive prices for family holidays in European ski resorts, compiled by the Internet portal TripAdvisor, Krasnaya Polyana took second place this year (after the Bulgarian Bansko).

However, in Russia, Krasnaya Polyana is considered the most expensive resort. Tourist for accommodation in budget hotel, for lunch in a restaurant and a day ski pass will pay an average of 4600 rubles per day. A family of four will spend an average of 159,000 rubles for a week of staying at a hotel with dinners and drinks, for ski passes, classes with a coach and equipment rental.

If we consider in detail what makes up the price of a vacation, it is quite obvious that the cost of the road takes up about a third of the budget. So a flight from Moscow to Krasnaya Polyana and back will cost 7,000 rubles. And, for example, a flight from Novosibirsk will cost 21 thousand rubles.

Other expenses:

  • Transfer from the airport on the "Lastochka" - 700 rubles
  • Accommodation in a standard room with breakfast - 6 thousand rubles per day
  • Meals - 1500 rubles per day
  • Equipment rental - 1400 rubles per day

The resort is convenient for residents of northwestern Russia. You can quickly get there by flying to the city of Apatity, and then by taxi or bus 30 km. The cost of rest is from 3500 rubles per day per person.

Sorochany

Sorochany is a well-known resort in the Moscow region, which is located on the slopes of the Klin-Dmitrov ridge.

There are good slopes with fairly wide ski runs, modern ski lifts, ski equipment rental, a children's training slope with a playground, two baby lifts for snow tubing, a games room and two outdoor skating rinks.

Day rest for one person with equipment rental will cost 3-4 thousand rubles.

By the way, in one of my previous articles I already wrote about.

Ski resort "Igora"

Ski complex "Igora" is a great opportunity for St. Petersburg residents to relax in a comfortable year-round resort, which is located 54 kilometers from St. Petersburg. There are 7 slopes of various complexity: for beginners and well-trained skiers, an extreme park, a training slope, a snowtubing track, an Ice Palace and a SPA complex.

A day of skiing with equipment rental will cost one person 4-5 thousand rubles.

Choose a resort where there are more blue and green slopes, where there are simple gentle slopes, experienced children's instructors, schools for teaching children and beginners, "paddling pools", mini-clubs for kids, all kinds of winter fun, such as sledding and tubing.

The peculiarity of relaxing in a ski resort is that you have to spend money on. Winter sportswear for an adult (jacket, sweatpants, shoes, gloves) can cost an average of 10-12 thousand rubles. And if you buy skis, poles and other ski equipment, the cost of equipment will increase significantly. Therefore, if you plan to visit ski resorts once a year or even less often, it is better to rent equipment on the spot. Bye bye…

Brake, brake!

I can't! The girl laughs nervously, her eyes widening in horror. With great speed, she rushes along the alley of Victory Park.

Come on, group up! - the guy shouts and almost flies after her. A couple more meters - and the girl will crash into a tree, but a dashing roller catches up with her and by some miracle slows down. Both fall, but seemingly without consequences.

Mash, why so accelerate? It is possible to break!

Now the roller skaters are in the peak of the season: it is warm, but there is no heat. Most of them did not go on vacations and vacations.

Why leave? There is a roller boom in Moscow, - says the coordinator of the roller park at the All-Russian Exhibition Center Ilya Chernyshev. - Basically, of course, young people ride. But in Lately many married couples. They come to us with children.

So, where should we send our videos?

VICTORY PARK

Mecca of Moscow skaters - Poklonnaya Gora.

Here are the most spacious alleys, not so many people, but there are enough benches. Here they ride even at night, since the lights are not extinguished. But the main advantage is smooth asphalt. Minus one - a big slope. If you don’t know how to brake well, you will definitely fall.

The steepest slides are on the alleys of tankers, the wedding and the main alley, which is behind Central Museum Great Patriotic War.

The slope is also very steep at the alley near the museum with an exhibition of military equipment.

There is in the park and at all dangerous places. For example, speed bumps at the end of some descents and sudden steps at the end of a short alley next to the Church of St. George.

And there are a lot of children near the fountains, which are next to the entrance. They rush along the most unpredictable trajectory. So it's better to go slower here.

There are no slides and, perhaps, the best asphalt in the city.

In front of the entrance to the Central Pavilion, there are often "chips" - this is the name of the skaters who love figure riding between the cones.

Pavilion No. 20 also has a roller park. Here is a 10-meter "pool" - a deepened flat area, and a nine-meter ramp - an inclined platform for a ramp, and "acceleration", and a bunch of other joys. True, only experienced people can ride here.

ATTENTION! Entrance to the park for roller skaters and skaters - 100 rubles. But you can ride without time limit. And you can also rent videos: 150 rubles. at one o'clock. Deposit - 1500 rubles. or passport.

The VVC also has significant disadvantages. Firstly, the center is not open around the clock, but from 10 am to 10 pm. Secondly, there are too many people here - if you look at someone you will crash. Thirdly, the All-Russian Exhibition Center is bathed in the smoke of barbecue houses, it's just hard to breathe in the evening!

Metro station, of course, " VDNKh".

SPARROW HILLS

The third most popular place. Here it is customary to ride along the Andreevskaya and Vorobyovskaya embankments.

True, there are quite a lot of people here, including cyclists, who often knock down roller skates. Thrill-seekers also visit the alleys in the park itself, but the coverage is worse there and the slopes are very large.

But vehicles are not allowed here.

ATTENTION! Snacking is bad here. In fact - one cafe with water and food. So stock up in advance if you go there for the whole day.

The area near the main building of Moscow State University is also very popular with roller skaters. And from the observation deck to Mosfilmovskaya street, there are four descents at once. But this is entertainment for those who ride well.

Art. metro station "Universitet" and "Vorobyovy Gory".

LUZHNIKI

Here you can ride at least on the territory, at least along the Luzhnetskaya embankment.

The advantage is that the area is quite deserted, there is no transport, but there is a cafe, next to the station. Metro "Sportivnaya"

PARK OF CULTURE NAMED AFTER GORKY

It’s not interesting to ride around the park itself: there are too many people, the music is too loud, and smoke from numerous summer cafes is in the air. And here Pushkinskaya embankment- one of the most convenient places in the city. Particularly pleased with the view of the river and Frunzenskaya embankment that is on the other side.

Cons: Lots of people. In addition, sometimes cars pass by.

Metro nearby - st. "Park Kultury" and "Oktyabrskaya".

PARK NEAR NORTHERN RIVER STATION

Smooth asphalt, a beautiful view of the Khimki reservoir with motor ships and the building of the River Station itself ( architectural monument built in 1937). Minus - quite noisy. Here on weekends there are just festivities, loud music plays.

But roller skaters ride and train on spacious piers.

From Art. metro station "Rechnoy Vokzal" - on foot through the Friendship Park, in which, by the way, you can also ride.

SOKOLNIKI PARK"

There is good asphalt, a lot of cafes, there are free toilets.

Cons: on weekends, the entrance is paid (80 rubles), there are a lot of people, and sometimes there are enough dry branches in the alleys - you go and jump.

But there is a skate park here: with ramps, springboards and fan boxes. The park is on the Third Radiation Glade. Here you can rent videos: 200 rubles. at one o'clock. Deposit - 500 rubles. or documents.

And the metro station, of course, is Sokolniki.

PARK "IZMAILOVO"

Riding here is really only in the central part. On the periphery, the asphalt is broken. There are no toilets, few cafes. Not the most comfortable place.

It is better to take the metro to the station. Izmailovskaya.

ADDRESS FOR MEMORY

By visiting this site, you can find yourself a company for rides - riding in the company of like-minded people in Moscow. Usually rides are arranged in the most interesting places of the capital, where there are many historical monuments. The most extreme trips are at night. One of these - costumed (!) - was held in August last year.

EXPERT ADVICE

"Learn to slow down and don't skimp on defense"

Kirill RYAZANTSEV, two-time world champion in roller skating, member of the Russian national team:

Roller skating is more popular than running because the sensations from it are much brighter, and the load and health benefits are no less. The problem is that many, having learned to ride, do not know how to brake and turn at all. So learn to do it at the same time. If you have accelerated and cannot stop, it is better to sit down - so that it is not so high to fall. And don't skimp on protection.
