Take the road to rest. What to take on a trip - a list of hygiene items and cosmetics. Necessary items on the train

Most travel, whether it's a vacation abroad, a planned business trip or an outing into nature, is like a multi-level quest. At first, fees, the road, local arrangements, entertainment or business, and then everything is repeated in reverse order, until the inevitable return ...

Experienced travelers say that solving current problems becomes much easier, and the rest is more pleasant if you know exactly what you take with you and what you leave at home.

Universal travel list

Drawing up a universal list of necessary things (having done it once, you can use it all the time) will save not only time, which is sorely lacking before the trip, but also nerves. Based on the main one, it is easy to create other toll instructions tailored to certain parameters: a specific route, climatic conditions, purpose of travel, etc. After all, the “equipment” for skiing will be somewhat different from what you need to take with you on a romantic trip, for example.

So, what to take with you on a trip, the list of the most necessary things:

  • documents (passport, passport, insurance, driver license, vaccination certificate, student ID, etc.);
  • tickets;
  • cash, payment cards;
  • guide;
  • notepad and pen, where they will also be written down important phones and addresses;
  • phone, camera or video camera;
  • tablet or laptop;
  • portable chargers;
  • hair dryer with comb;
  • things "to go out", home and for sleep;
  • outdoor, beach, shower shoes;
  • headdress for the season;
  • underwear suitable for the selected sets of clothes, socks;
  • cosmetics for care and decorative;
  • personal hygiene products (toothpaste/brush, cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo, wet wipes, handkerchief, scissors and nail files, deodorant, toothpicks, razor, chewing gum, toilet paper, etc.);
  • . You should take with you on vacation those that you take, if any. chronic diseases. And also just in case: lip balm, antispasmodics, antipyretic, antiallergic, motion sickness, activated charcoal (the body may not immediately adapt to a change in the type of water), iodine, patch, broad-spectrum antibiotic, ointment for burns and other skin problems;
  • little things like thread with needles, a mirror, a travel iron, ear plugs, clothespins, tape, an extension cord, a book, a folding knife with a corkscrew, a small board game - can also be useful on vacation;
  • food that is allowed to be carried if a snack is planned on the way.
In the same list, you can write a “reminder” on the top line about some things that you should take care of before the trip. This is copying documents, buying currency, washing things, purchasing medicines, issuing bank cards and choosing a convenient international communication tariff. Also, consider watering the flowers as well.

What to take with you on vacation

If buying point #1 before going on vacation is a pharmacy, then point #2 is clothing stores, especially when traveling with children. You need to take panama hats and thick sweaters with you, even if warm days are predicted. So that your vacation at sea or in a sanatorium is not overshadowed by constant ironing, and when you get off the bus, the outfit does not look “chewed”, it is better to take with you on vacation only what does not wrinkle (or practically does not wrinkle).

Choose clothes that complement each other (like safari-style shorts to match a tank top, t-shirt, etc.) that are comfortable and have been worn at least once. The latter is especially true for shoes. After all, if it turns out on the spot that the fashionable sandals bought the day before rub your feet, you will have to buy new ones. And with these, either part immediately, or drag them back. And who needs "ballast"?

Keep in mind that, in addition to the above things, you will need to take something extra. For example, if you plan to sunbathe on the beach, you need to take a swimsuit, sunglasses, a pareo, sunscreen and burn cream, flip flops and a hat. And for skiing you will need a snowboard jacket and gloves, boots lubricated with a special cream, a fleece jacket, thermal underwear, a hat and protective equipment.

Are you flying by plane? About the rules for packing luggage, dimensions hand luggage and the list of items and food prohibited for transportation can be found in the article, or on the airline's website.

It is clear that traveling light is more convenient. However, things like a spoonful of spices will affect the taste and aroma of your food, but not the weight of your luggage, which means that it would be foolish to give up your usual comfort. When packing your suitcase, do not forget to leave a place for souvenirs.

If you still missed something, don't worry. The hotel room must have Bath towels, soap, bathrobe, shower gel and other important little things. And in order not to forget anything on the way back, it is better to take with you on a trip a list that you were going to.

But not from my hometown Perm, and from Novosibirsk. It was decided to get there by train. And due to the fact that we made a list of things and thought about what to take on the train from food and what we generally need on the road, we decided that this cheat sheet will be useful to our readers, especially those who are going to travel by train for the first time.

There are three meal options for the trip:

  1. Restaurant car.
  2. Buying groceries at stops.
  3. Your own food.

The dining car is, of course, the most The best way satiate, but it is not suitable for everyone. After all, this is not the most economical solution, for example, borsch cost about 200 rubles, and venison roast - 600 rubles.

Not stocking up, counting on the fact that you can buy something to eat at bus stops, is not the best idea.

Firstly, your feeding time will not depend on when you get hungry, but on how close the next city is. Secondly, the price-quality ratio: what you will be offered is food of very dubious quality, and getting poisoned on the way is still a pleasure, and all this for a lot of money. Thirdly, there are many such risky ones, they line up in a long line, and the most slow ones may still not be in time for departure ...

Therefore, the most best option is to take your food. Let's figure out what is better to take with you from the products, and what should not be taken.

What shall we eat?

We take those products that will not spill or deteriorate during your trip. The following cooked foods are good for this: baked, fried or boiled chicken or veal (lean meat lasts longer), jacket potatoes (baked lasts longer than boiled), rice, pasta, meat, boiled eggs.

Do not store food next to your clothing. It is better if you put them separately from things, in a specially designated bag.

Many do not bother and steam themselves "bitch" all the way. The business of the owner. If you drive once a year, then you can eat a quick mashed potatoes, but if you drive more often or the trip is long, then you don’t need to scoff at your stomach. It’s better to steam porridge in a container (buckwheat, oatmeal, any other you want, it’s convenient to take in portioned packages and not necessarily instant). Just pour the cereal with boiling water in a container or thermos, close the lid and after a couple of hours you can already eat.

Before pouring boiling water, make sure that the container is designed for this. See markings on the bottom. If the container is made of polypropylene (PP), it will not melt.

Salt lovers can pour it into a small jar, for example, from under vitamins.

For snacks, take bread (better not sliced, so as not to wrinkle) or pita bread (you can just tear it off with your hands) and smoked sausage (cut in a vacuum) or cheese in individual packaging - you will make sandwiches from them. Bagels, buns without filling and baked pies with cabbage or jam are also suitable.

Do not put cooked foods in bags, they will “suffocate” in them and deteriorate faster, it is better to wrap them in foil or wrapping paper.

Most convenient option transportation and storage - put cooked chilled foods in special containers, and put them in a thermal bag or insulated bag, food will be stored in them, like in a refrigerator. They are very inexpensive, you can even within 500 rubles. find a very good and comfortable handbag. You can additionally extend the freshness of products by putting cold accumulators in such a bag or bag, after freezing them in the freezer.

For lack of entertainment, on the road you constantly want to chew. Therefore, we take more snacks: chips, crackers, bread, croutons, nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits, corn sticks, cereals, cookies (without chocolate), dryers, waffles. They, of course, are sold in the car, but 2 times more expensive than the market price. Fruits and vegetables can also be taken for the first time, such as bananas, apples and cucumbers. You can also take caramels.

Cold bottled water can be bought from the conductor, and if the trip is short, then take it with you. Tea also “comes” with a bang, well, or coffee. Therefore, we take our favorite drinks in bags (or buy from the conductor what we have) and sugar in cubes. Boiling water in the cars is free.

All this should be enough for 2 - 3 days.

Those who travel to long trip, say, for 6 days, but still holds on and ignores offers from the restaurant car, in addition to all of the above, canned food (meatballs, tuna, stuffed peppers, pilaf, cabbage rolls) will save you, just do not forget to take jars with a self-opening lid.

Also good to take baby food(vegetable, fruit, meat pates) in airtight jars.

Here is a set of products that will suit both adults and children. Children can still take small juices with a straw.

  • tomatoes - with a high probability they will be crushed during transportation;
  • boiled sausage - will quickly deteriorate;
  • chocolate and sweets or cookies in glaze - will melt in the heat and stain everything;
  • dairy products - spoil too quickly, only if eaten immediately;
  • sweet soda - gases will torment you and you will want to drink even more.

The question of concern to drinkers is, is it possible to take alcohol on the train? I remember that the conductors themselves used to sell beer to passengers. But those days have passed and now they are trying to fight drunkenness, so it is forbidden to drink in public places, and coach is a public place. There is a fine for drinking. You can buy and drink only in the dining car and only low-alcohol drinks.

Of course, it all depends on the guides and guards, for example, we came across good ones. They, noticing that our neighbors were drinking, warned them that they were dropping off those who began to behave inappropriately.

What to take from things?

IN branded trains Always comfortable temperature air, because air conditioners work there, but it just so happened that we had to go on a regular one, it was a little hot and very stuffy, I can’t imagine what kind of bathhouse is going on there in the summer.

We take clothes made of cotton so that it is convenient to ride and sleep in it: a T-shirt or T-shirt, shorts, and flip flops on your feet.

From dishes, we need a mug and a spoon, if you have collected food in plastic containers, then a plate is not needed. If you don’t have such convenient containers yet, then take plastic plates, which then just throw them away. If there is something to cut, then a folding knife.

Mugs, of course, will not fit ceramic or glass, they can break and are very heavy. Light plastic mugs are sold, but it is better to buy thermal mugs (like ours), not a single trip can do without them. In extreme cases, you can take a glass with a cup holder and a teaspoon from the conductors, it's free.

Necessary personal hygiene items: comb and hair tie, cosmetical tools and means for applying and removing makeup, a toothbrush and toothpicks or floss, paste, a small mirror, a razor, deodorant, tweezers, nail scissors or a nail file, wet wipes, pads and tampons, soap in a soap dish or liquid, toilet paper(usually there is, but it tends to end at the most crucial moment).

It’s convenient to put all this in an opaque bag or cosmetic bag, take it and go about your business, you don’t need to shove everything into your pockets.

Ear plugs in your ears (if you are not lucky and small children go next to you) and a sleep mask will not be superfluous.

Be sure to pack a first aid kit on the road, it will be just fine if you don’t need anything, but still here is a list of the main medicines that I always take:

  • painkiller (Pentalgin),
  • for heartburn (Gaviscon / Rennie / Omez),
  • for injuries (bandage, plasters, hydrogen peroxide, Synthomycin),
  • with pain in the heart (Validol),
  • in case of poisoning (Polysorb / activated carbon),
  • antipyretic (Aspirin, Nimesulide),
  • anti-allergic (Cetrin),
  • throat diseases (Lyzobakt),
  • if you feel sick and dizzy (Dramina),
  • from the common cold (Nazivin), etc.

Here you know yourself better, what can get sick, what chronic diseases have you already acquired? What do you put in your first aid kit? Additions in the comments are welcome.

Important things that cannot be lost in any way - money, cards, phone and passport, so that they are not stolen, put in fanny pack and carry it with you everywhere, even to the toilet. This bag is an indispensable item for a traveler. For example, we have this chest wallet, in which we put money and weigh it around our neck under a T-shirt, and we sleep in it.

What's the plan?

If you are not traveling alone, or if you come across pleasant and talkative people as neighbors, then you can chat all the way and not notice how you arrived at the desired city. This is an excellent option, but you need to be prepared in case there is no one to crackle with.

We take entertainment based on our preferences: scanwords with a pen, cards, Board games(for example, such magnetic super compact chess), books. It’s better to download books to your phone or tablet, so it’s much more compact than carrying several paper ones. You can also download several movies on it.

You can listen to music with headphones so as not to disturb others. The cars have a couple of sockets to recharge equipment. Usually, there is an outlet near the toilet, there is always someone sitting on the floor and waiting for his gadget to charge.

If you don’t like such “comfort”, then I highly recommend it, which will charge your equipment. We always use this on trips, I can’t imagine life without it.

Do not forget charging device for all your vehicles!

We will continue this topic in an article about.

If you are traveling with a child, then take his favorite toy, also get new ones, they will be a novelty for him and will be able to take longer, an album for drawing, coloring books, colored pencils. If you are not ardent opponents of the tablet in children's hands, then here it will come to your aid, upload cartoons, picture books and educational games to it.

If the child is still very small, then do not forget baby food, diapers, diapers, a pacifier.

Always write a list of things before the trip and check before leaving to see if everything was taken.

That, in fact, is all that can be useful to you on the train. Write in the comments how you are going.

Bon Voyage!

According to researchers, the time spent traveling reduces the age of a person. The thirst for new knowledge always leads to a rejuvenating effect. All kinds of tourist programs, trips and excursions get rid of routine and everyday life, broaden your horizons, help you make new friends and renew your taste for life. In anticipation of a vacation, I want to quickly put off boring business, forget about everyday life, arrange a holiday for myself and wave somewhere to the ends of the world - to the sun, sea and palm trees.

parting word

In order for the future journey not to be transformed into a test for the strength of the body and the strength of the nerves, one should be well prepared, because any road is a stress for the body. Let's try to figure out what to take with you on a trip. The list of things on the road can be very large, so we select only the most necessary. Everything else can be purchased on the road for cash.

Vacation with a baby

If you are planning to go on a trip with your small child, do not forget that a vacation with a baby is very different from a trip alone, because how comfortable he will feel on the trip depends primarily on you. It should be remembered that children do not like to sit for a long time in a cafe or lie on the beach, long car trips - it is much more interesting for them to move and play. What to take with you? The list of what to take on a trip with a child depends on the age of the child and the place where you are going with him. If the child is small, then first of all it is necessary to take diapers and food familiar to your child, even if food can be bought on the spot. When deciding what to take on a trip to the sea, do not forget about panama hats and sun protection cream for baby's delicate skin, as well as the usual baby cream. Small child will feel more comfortable if he has his favorite toy with him.

Going on a trip with a child, parents always hope that he will improve his health, learn a lot of new things, and get vivid impressions. This is possible only if everything is thought out in advance. In order not to lose sight of the child in a crowded place, dress him in bright clothes. Buy a small trolley suitcase on wheels or a small backpack for your baby, where he will put his toys, books or sweets. Having your own luggage develops a child's sense of responsibility.

It is better to give up sweet soda, it does not quench thirst well, the bottle is clean drinking water without gases - the best option on the road. You can buy yogurt and curds on the road, but you need to eat them on the first day of the trip. Various cakes, buns, pita bread, baked pies are perfect for satisfying hunger, especially if they are with apples, cabbage or jam. You can stock up on crackers, cookies, gingerbread, which are perfect for tea. You can also take muesli, dried fruits, tea or coffee bags, nuts, fruits, candied fruits.

We're going on a hike

Summer is a great time to travel. Many people are recovering to conquer Mountain peaks or enjoy the beautiful summer landscapes. For tourists who prefer leisure, with a backpack on your back and spending the night in tents, you need a special list of things. In order for the trip to be successful and without surprises, there must be a map of exactly the route that you need to go through. It is better if these are 500 meters (1 cm = 500 m). With it, you can navigate the terrain, find springs and areas for spending the night. You can't go camping in new shoes. Otherwise, swelling of the legs and calluses will appear. Shoes need to be chosen in your size only with a reserve for warm socks. Sandals are suitable for interchangeable shoes. You can wear them in the camp or walk on flat terrain. All clothing should be carried in a waterproof bag to protect it from moisture.

Required Items

A mug, a spoon, a bowl, a knife - you can’t do without them on a hike. The tent must be waterproof and windproof to withstand heavy rains and heavy winds. The tent should consist of two awnings, the top awning should be waterproof. The bottom one is a mosquito net with a waterproof bottom. In any campaign, a flashlight is simply necessary, being far from civilization and electricity, one cannot do without it. In addition, you must take with you: adhesive tape or electrical tape, a needle and thread, laces and ropes, a folding knife. With their help, you can repair any thing or object.

When planning a trip, of course, you should make a detailed list of what to take on a trip for a week or more. long time, but the most important thing is not to forget to take a sense of humor and a good mood with you, and then any trip will only be a joy.

Every tourist often asks a simple and logical question, how to turn long trip by train in an exciting and non-fatiguing activity. It is also equally important for travelers to take everything they need in order not to deprive themselves of comfort and avoid any unpleasant situations. Most convenient way reduce the risk of problems detailed lists. After that, you should check how much each item brought into them is needed on a particular trip.

The first list - the shortest one - will include everything without which no trip will take place:

  • bank card;
  • tickets (if they are paper, not electronic);
  • internal passport (if necessary, it can be a passport);
  • documents related to the purpose of the trip;
  • photocopy of passport and other important documents;
  • cash (small amount);
  • birth certificates of minor children (if they are traveling).

Without bank card you can get by on the train, but in the future it will become necessary.

Travel first aid kit

It is extremely important for travelers to avoid health problems on the road. That's why travel first aid kit must necessarily consist of several means:

  • antipyretic,
  • painkillers,
  • antiallergic,
  • antimicrobial,
  • colds.

When traveling, it is worth protecting yourself from the consequences of accidents. Therefore, a travel first-aid kit will be incomplete without a minimum of necessary drugs and items:

  • activated carbon;
  • antibiotics prescribed by the attending physician;
  • cotton wool;
  • bactericidal patch;
  • bandage;
  • iodine;
  • ointments for wound healing;
  • potassium permanganate;
  • hydrogen peroxide.

In order not to suffer from diarrhea, travelers will need one of the recommended drugs: Festal, Loperamide, Mezim.

From motion sickness will help "Dramina".

Train wardrobe

Travels are made both in the warm summer months and in the frosty winter. Therefore, from the recommended list of clothes, you should take what is suitable for a particular season and train category:

  • trousers - regular or sports;
  • turtleneck;
  • jeans - not too hard fabric;
  • sneakers or sneakers (inexpensive);
  • shoes (light);
  • shirt
  • socks - interchangeable;
  • sandals;
  • sweater;
  • slippers;
  • T-shirt
  • slippers;
  • shorts.

Do not forget that the choice of wardrobe also depends on the gender, tastes and age of each particular passenger.

Set for technically advanced tourists

For many modern travelers any trip is impossible without gadgets and devices. Therefore, regardless of the season, the minimum set of items for this group of tourists includes:

  • Charger;
  • headphones;
  • laptop or tablet;
  • player;
  • smartphone or regular mobile phone.

"Road Menu"

Not every tourist will undertake to give advice about food and drinks along the way. Everything here is too individual.

The "travel menu" should consist primarily of tasty and non-perishable products:

  • boiled eggs and potatoes;
  • coffee or tea bags;
  • mineral still water;
  • sliced bread;
  • nuts;
  • sugar and salt (a little);
  • fresh vegetables and citrus fruits;
  • sweets (cookies, caramel, gingerbread);
  • dried fruits;
  • raw smoked sausage;
  • hard or processed cheese;
  • stews (if the duration is more than two days).

Personal care set

The train is not a beauty salon, and there is neither a bathroom nor a shower in it, but each passenger does not forget about the simplest cosmetic and hygiene products:

  • wet and paper napkins;
  • deodorant;
  • a mirror;
  • toothpaste and brush;
  • a bar of soap;
  • handkerchief;
  • towel;
  • toilet paper;
  • hair brush.

Men certainly take with them everything they need for shaving, and girls and women - a whole set of cosmetic accessories and products.

Leisure on the train

Modern gadgets give passengers a great opportunity to entertain themselves while traveling by watching movies or playing games on a tablet, smartphone or laptop. And yet there are many tourists who prefer traditional activities:

  • playing checkers, cards, dominoes or chess;
  • guessing crosswords;
  • listening to your favorite radio stations and music using the player;
  • reading books, newspapers or magazines.

Individual comfort

Some passengers may be annoyed by noise in neighboring compartments or corridors. Due to hygiene reasons, not everyone decides to use bed linen and dishes on the train. Therefore, it is worth compiling for yourself a set of items that will help create comfortable conditions:

  • earplugs;
  • fork;
  • eye mask;
  • pillowcase;
  • garbage bags;
  • sheet;
  • jackknife;
  • tablespoon and teaspoon;
  • cup;
  • corkscrew.

For those who are afraid to fall from the top shelf, branded trains are provided, but not always, with special seat belts.

When traveling with children, parents should be prepared for the inevitable inconvenience. Adults should be guided by the list of necessary items and things to facilitate the trip:

  • sketchbook;
  • baby food;
  • toys;
  • oilcloth;
  • diapers;
  • player;
  • diaper;
  • educational games;
  • collapsible pot or with lid;
  • pacifier;
  • felt-tip pen or pencil;
  • chocolate and sweets.

The list depends on the gender, age, preferences of the child, his temperament and character.

Before embarking on a journey, a woman who is expecting a child should definitely consult with her gynecologist. Usually, when pregnant before 18 and after 24 weeks, the doctor does not allow travel. The list of necessary items, food and everything else is not particularly different from the lists already mentioned. It just needs to be supplemented with a few documents:

  • an extract from an outpatient card;
  • health insurance policy.

It is also important to remember that only the lower shelf is suitable for pregnant women. You should definitely walk along the corridor more often and in no case should you lift heavy things on your own.

The more seriously and responsibly each train passenger approaches his future trip, the fewer problems await him on the journey.

The most pressing question for anyone planning a vacation is what to pack. After all, you need to take into account every little thing, including UV cream and a first aid kit, as well as redo all your affairs so as not to worry about your beloved cat, cacti on the window and unpaid bills on vacation. So what do you need to remember when going on vacation?

What to do before a trip - a list of important things to do before traveling

So that you don’t have to, as soon as you jump out of the train (down the ladder of the plane), convulsively call your neighbors and relatives, remember in advance about your most important things:

  • Settle all financial matters. This applies to paying bills, debts, loans, etc. Of course, if you have a computer and access to the network, you can, on occasion, pay bills from anywhere in the world, but it's better to do it in advance. You can also leave a statement in your housing office so that you can recalculate the rent due to your absence. Just don't forget tickets, checks and other evidence that you were not in the apartment.
  • Finish all your work, if you do not want to hear the voice of the authorities, lying in a sun lounger on the seashore.
  • Get your house in order(including laundry in the basket). To return from vacation, not to do the cleaning.
  • Check the refrigerator. All perishable products should be given away.
  • Negotiate with relatives(friends or neighbors) for one of them to water your flowers and feed the cat. If there is no one to agree with, then you can buy a watering machine, and take the cat for a while to a hotel for animals or to friends.
  • Take care of the protection of the apartment during your absence. An alarm system is ideal, but it would be nice to agree with your neighbors that they look after your house, and at the same time get your mail. Just in case, try not to talk too much about your departure (neither to acquaintances, nor on social sites), close the windows tightly, and take the most valuable things and money to relatives or to a bank safe deposit box.
  • Force majeure cases should also be taken into account.- flood, fire, etc. Therefore, leave those neighbors whom you trust, in this case, the keys to the apartment.

Also don't forget:

  • Get vaccinated if you are traveling to an exotic country.
  • Learn about precautions in this country. And at the same time about what can be imported and exported, and what is prohibited by law.
  • Check all electrical appliances, light, gas, water before leaving. Electricity can be completely turned off if you want to play it safe.
  • Charge the phone, laptop, e-book.
  • Put money on the phone and inquire about roaming.
  • Get a manicure, pedicure, hair removal.
  • Put all documents in a bag(not under a pile of things at the bottom of the suitcase).
  • Leave your contact details with your relatives.
  • Write down the phone numbers of organizations, which you can contact in case of force majeure on vacation.
  • Gather information about places, which you want to visit, and about places where it is better not to go.

Do not forget to take documents and money on vacation - add everything you need to the list

As far as documents are concerned, don't forget to make photocopies of them- there is absolutely no point in carrying the originals with you to the beach. But on the folder with the originals you can (just in case) stick sticker with your coordinates and the promise of a reward finder.

In addition to your passport, don't forget:

  • The ticket itself and all the papers/ directories from the travel agency.
  • Cash, plastic cards.
  • Insurance.
  • Prescriptions from a doctor if you require special medicines.
  • Train / plane tickets.
  • Driver license if available (suddenly you want to rent a car).
  • If a baby is traveling with you, a metric with a seal of citizenship and permission from the second parent.
  • Hotel reservation.
