How to relax in Pattaya. Ready-made plan for a rich vacation. What to do in Pattaya? Tips for vacationers in Pattaya

Holidays in Pattaya, like holidays in any resort, can be divided by time of day. The morning for everyone begins with the breakfast procedure, since breakfast is already included in most tours. Unfortunately, breakfasts are the few that are included in budget tours.

Then a day passes, people go to the beach, go on excursions, eat, spend money on not very necessary and unnecessary purchases. Evening in Pattaya comes quite early. At 18:00 it's already dark. There is still a lot of time before sleep. Here the question arises where to go in Pattaya in the evening.

What to do in the evening in Pattaya

For many, a vacation in Pattaya in this city is certainly associated with a visit to Walking Street - a broadcast from one of the webcams installed on this street can be viewed on our website here. Especially nothing about this camera is really not clear.

During the day, Walking Street is also busy, with vehicles running along it. Ordinary malls, shops, cafes. With the onset of darkness, traffic is blocked and the street is transformed. So they say. I was in Pattaya but didn't go to Walking Street in the evening or at night. And I don't regret it at all.

Even many of those who did not go on vacation to Pattaya have heard about the specifics of the evening Walking Street. There is a world of adult entertainment, debauchery, prostitutes, explicit shows, etc.

We were a family, with a son, and were not very eager to visit Walking Street at night. Actually, it's probably nothing to worry about., sex is assured there directly on the street nobody is engaged. Everything is bright and colorful. Small child perhaps even perceived this place as a beautiful entertainment, and parents would have to fork out well in a couple of cafes.

But we personally visited Walking Street during the day. And our rest in Pattaya in the evening was usually devoted to leisurely walks along the promenade or small markets, as well as shopping centers.

Where are the night markets in Pattaya

There are several night markets in the city. One is still the same walking street. No need to think that with the onset of darkness, all merchants with souvenirs, clothes and other products of the Thai and neighboring Chinese industries leave from there.

We were advised to visit the market Thepprasit weekend market. The market is not open every day, but only from Friday to Sunday from 19.00 to 24.00. It is located on Thepprasit Rd, close to the Tesco Lotus mall.

The night markets of Pattaya are special atmosphere. And it is not clear who created this atmosphere - the Thais themselves, who trade on them, or thousands of tourists, striving for this place, like a temple. This is such an evening rest in Pattaya, especially for women.

In appearance, the usual Russian flea market, which probably doesn’t exist anywhere else, was dispersed (we now have civilized markets, with boutiques).

Getting to Thepprasit weekend market from many points in the city is possible only with transfers. But this is not a problem, there are a lot of tuk-tuks. It is more important not to linger until the market closes. After 22-00, even if the traders remain in the market, there will be no tuk-tuks left and you will have to hire a taxi, but it is much more expensive.

Atmosphere Thepprasit

Walking through such a market is first of all a pleasure. Such a feeling of community with a mass of complete strangers around. On the way, enterprising merchants come across every now and then, not intrusive - no, but they will add to your mood or empty your wallet.

Like any big market, Thepprasit has:

  • chaotic part (tents or just trays along the street),
  • ordered-trading - slender, ordered rows
  • and the edible-attractive part (everything that can be eaten at once)

The prices are attractive, although on closer examination it is possible that in a small container near your hotel the prices are almost the same. But in the market everything is in one place, walk until your heels hurt.

Being on market Tepprazit be sure to pay attention to the local food. It is fresh and very diverse here, you will not find it anywhere else.

The market is located almost at the very beginning of Jomtien Beach Rd, opposite the beach volleyball court. It works every day from 17.00 to 23.00.

Here you will not find the color that is on Tepprazit. But you can cheaply and variously try out any exotic food for us and buy some clothes. Not haute couture, as you know, but quality ones can be found quite well.

Night markets in Pattaya - they seem to be made for Russians. It is mostly Russians there, Pattaya is our city, in the sense that Russians are everywhere and in large numbers. The price tags are in Russian, the inscriptions, albeit with errors, are immediately clear - for Russians.

Night Market Naklua Sunday

Naklua Sunday Market is located in the northern part of Pattaya and also offers a variety of products. From food, in the market, along with traditional Thai dishes, you can find European ones, even pastries and cakes.

If you don't want cakes, there is a large assortment of fried beetles, cockroaches, etc. for your choice. In the center of the market there are rows with vegetables, meat, fruits, spices and seasonings.

At the entrance to the market you will find stationary shops, stalls, on the shelves of which you can buy jewelry, cosmetics, and various accessories. Further malls with clothes and shoes.

Naklua Sunday is located near the Outlet Mall, the market is open from 17:00 to 22:00.

Patanacore night market

The Patanakor market is located at the very beginning of Teprazit Street, close to the Coliseum transvestite show. This prepared food market. Dine here for the most part local residents. Cost per serving from 35 baht and above. But be aware, it is very cheap, but the degree of spiciness of the food is incredibly high. If you want less spices, pay more, otherwise you won't be able to eat.

It is also Naklua Fish Market, located in the northern part resort pattaya, in the Naklua area. I write about this market for a general idea. We were not on it. According to some sources, it is daytime, according to others, and in the evening there is trade in full swing.

The market is the largest and cheapest of all the fish markets. No wonder, because it is located near the fishing pier, from which dozens of boats depart daily to catch fish and other seafood. Naturally, everything is the freshest, because only a few hours pass from the catch to the counter. Many seafood are still floating in trays.

Is there anything other than night markets in Pattaya

Do not think that rest in Pattaya, or rather its evening part, is reduced only to visiting markets. Of course not.

Well, firstly, you may have very friendly neighbors from some Khabarovsk. Here's an excuse to get together tonight! It can be in the room, or in a restaurant or cafe. In general, in Pattaya, all establishments are restaurants.. On each display there is a "restaurant".

Just eat in our eateries, there are cafes, and there are real restaurants. Continue your holiday in Pattaya in the evening in one, two, better than three different establishments (not on the same day).

Eateries

Eateries they are pretty decent. True European-quality repair there has never been. These are small pavilions. The furniture is simple and usually old. Food is prepared somewhere separately, i.e. not in your sight. But somehow I have not heard that people are poisoned en masse in such places. It is more dangerous, as I already wrote, not to calculate your strength on spices.

In areas where there are many hotels specializing in European and American tourists, in some cases such an eatery can be the threshold of a massage parlor for men, etc. Again, don't expect a naked woman with oil on her skin to bring you a tray of food, your child to stare at her inquiringly, or your wife to become indignant.

Resenting in Thailand is a sign of bad taste! They are probably indignant, but not in front of other people, i.e. Houses.

So, you will certainly be accepted, fed, and if you don’t need or want to go to the salon, but your wife is against it, you will be escorted with best wishes.

Cafe

Like us, the most common type of business Catering, after trays on motorcycles (about them separately). You need to look, visit different cafes. Otherwise, you will not understand where it is better. Holidays in Pattaya without comparing cafes are not holidays. The price level is approximately the same everywhere, but they still cook differently. There are playgrounds in places.

In Pattaya, there are many establishments owned by Russians. And the cuisine here is also Russian, Georgian, Azerbaijani, etc. Pay attention to the presence of aquariums with live fish. If they are not there, they can feed them with seafood, which, in order not to spoil, lay in salt. They fed us in one cafe - it’s impossible to eat, the salt is solid.

Restaurants

I won't write much about them. There are a large number of them. Russian restaurants are especially popular among Russians. It is not cheap there, but like in Russia, there are enough visitors.

Dinner for a budget tourist in Pattaya

If you don’t immediately have money for restaurants or if you had them, but they ran out, you still need to eat. All over the resort area there are retail outlets with all sorts of edibles. Be sure to buy fruit, but better not get carried away with local apples (not very tasty), melons are probably imported and not tasty at all. Very tasty mango in Thailand. I recommend from vegetables papaya, green.

Hot food is sold directly from mobile stalls, which are usually moved by motorcycle or moped.
A favorite and very satisfying snack that all tourists buy is banana pancakes. Pancakes are cooked right in front of you, rolling a sliced banana into the dough. When ready, they will still offer to pour something sweet on top, but this is your choice. In fact, one, especially two of these pancakes is enough to eat.

If you don’t want a sweet dinner, look for stalls where they cook seafood. They are there both in batter and without. Be sure to give in addition the local sauce. Sauces tend to be spicy and sweet at the same time. There is meat on skewers, usually chicken. They also write that there is beef, but we never found out where it came from in Thailand.

On such stalls, you can pick up freshly prepared food within 100 baht per person and completely eat up.

Minimarkets

But for water and drinks, you will probably go to the minimarket. There are two retail chains here. 7eleven And family mart. On first coastline They are in almost every quarter. We went into them so often that minimarkets have become an integral part of the whole holiday. These are quite small shops, but with a large assortment of goods.

In 7eleven and Family mart, in addition to water, beer and other alcohol (which is expensive in Thailand), you can buy all kinds of cookies, juices (required - the juice content is close to 100%), as well as ready-made food in packages, which you will be warmed up immediately and for free in the microwave.

Of all the ways to eat listed, food from 7eleven and Family mart is the cheapest option.

Rest in Pattaya. And besides food and clothes

In fact, if you are a woman or have a woman with you, then shopping malls and searching for food can be your occupation for all the evenings spent in Pattaya. I suppose everyone would like to avoid this and find another way to pass the time.

Representatives of the tour operator or an employee of numerous tour agents, which are located in all hotels and on the street, will be happy to tell you how you can arrange a vacation in Pattaya in the evening. But, as it seemed to us, there are not many evening programs, and they are all focused on all sorts of pleasures of a sexual nature. Very popular:

All parks, unfortunately, close at nightfall. Including one of the best water parks in Pattaya, located at the same Pattaya Park hotel (pictured above), will be closed in the evening.

Shopping malls Pattaya

There are also large shopping malls. But this is again clothes and food. Just in case, if you have already eaten, did not go to the show, but do not want to go to the hotel, I will list their names:

Shopping mall " Central Festival”, the best shopping center in Pattaya. Located between Beach Road and Second Road, next to soi 9. Open until 23-00. By the way, there is a cinema on the 6th floor (but I'm not sure if the cinema is in Russian)

  • Airplane mall, aka "Royal Garden Plaza", Second Road, soi 13/1. Works until 23-00
  • Electronics shopping center "Tukcom". Address South Pattaya Road (400-500 meters from Second Road), open until 23-00. Here you can buy an iPhone for 30,000 baht and an identical one for 2,700 baht.
  • Outlet Mall, at the intersection of Thepprasit and Sukhumvit streets. Open until 22:00
  • Hypermarket "Big C", like our Ashanov. There are three of them in Pattaya, they work until 23-00
  • Hypermarket Tesco Lotus. There are two of them. One at the intersection of South Pattaya Road and Sukhumvit (near the Outlet Mall and Thepprasit weekend market), the second at North Pattaya Road, soi 5.

In custody

If you check into a Russian-speaking hotel, the TV set in your room will show you some old movie, as well as advertising programs about buying real estate, fur coats, and jewelry in Pattaya. Unfortunately, these programs are repeated every day and soon get bored. So telecom is not much fun.

For swimmers there are night fishing and night diving. But it's worth it, diving if the memory does not change from 4000 to 6000 baht per person.

Of course, one article will not cover everything. You can search for yourself here

Thailand is the place active rest and rest in Pattaya is no exception. In Pattaya, this is expressed in the fact that you simply do not sit in one place. You probably won't sunbathe on the beach all day because you'll burn out by lunchtime on the first day. And to avoid such a fate, go somewhere.

And don't sit still in the evening either. Some of your family members will surely come to the desire to go to the street, to the city. In short, anything but not to sit in the room. What is there to sit in it? - if only the table is set and the company is cheerful! Then you can in the room.

Perhaps it is very correct at the end of the day, after excursions or running around the shopping streets, to go to a massage parlor, of which there are a lot, especially along the seaside streets. The price is not high, but the procedure is useful. And there are bainki. Coming to rest in Pattaya and not going to a massage parlor is a crime against yourself!

The rhythm of life in Thailand is different and you quickly adapt to it, oddly enough. You wake up early, at 6 o'clock in the morning, from the trills of birds. And I also want to sleep already at 22-00. All retail outlets and shows (except Walking Street) are closed by this time. Stay or have fun in local bar, restaurant or at rest, that is, go to bed.

Hello friends!!!)))

So my fabulous journey to the magical kingdom of Thailand ended ...
Only today I crossed the threshold of my home, and immediately rushed, ... no, not to the kitchen, and not even to bed ... but to write this review on the site, while in my memory, all events seem so bright and colorful! !!
And immediately ran into a problem... What to write about?? About what?? Most importantly, why?

The Internet is already full of reviews about Thailand ... Of course, a country like this, well, it simply cannot help but have an army of loyal fans ... People sometimes come here several times in a row, and someone easily stays to live and work here. Surely, they will be much better and more fully able to convey all this dizzying atmosphere of celebration and love that surrounds any tourist who falls into the arms of Thai hospitality.)

I flew to Thailand for the first time. That is why, I think, my review can be useful (I really hope so) to other "first-timers". And all those who have already visited this country and tried everything here - at least they will be able to laugh at my failures and mistakes.
These mistakes, of course, happened to me - but each time, they only added a lot of pleasant impressions to my vacation ... a feeling of some kind of new knowledge.

Do not be confused by my immutable structure of presentation - "point by point".
So it will be easier for me and you to orient yourself in the text of the review))).

So, 16 things to do in Thailand.

1. Choose a resort

There is a common opinion on the choice of resorts in Thailand that
If you admire the exotic, then this is Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, etc.;
If sex tourism, discos and massage - then Pattaya;
If beaches, palm trees, corals - then Phuket, Koh Samui or Koh Chang.

As I already said, this was my first trip to Thailand (from January 8 to 20, 2010), so they didn’t hesitate for a long time and chose Pattaya. No, not because, sex tourism and discos)).
First, only in Pattaya Nice weather almost all year round (unlike other resort areas).
Second, Pattaya is, of course, cheaper!

So, Pattaya is bright and cheerful, lively and noisy, reckless and cheerful...

2. Choose a hotel

The quality of hotels in Pattaya is determined not by the number of stars, but by their location.
In general, Pattaya is a place where a hotel, as such, is needed only for an overnight stay.
The only question is where to take it: in the center or Jomtien?

At one time, I suffered greatly over this choice.
The Center is really noisy, but very close to all entertainment. Jomtien, on the contrary, is a fairly quiet corner of Pattaya, but far from the center.

Looking at the forums, I still couldn’t decide what was better after all ... Therefore, at random, I chose Jomtien Hotel Sigma Resort (on Jomtien). Only during the rest, it became clear that we had not lost. Sleep is probably the most necessary and useful thing in Pattaya. Indeed, constant night outings, trips to all kinds of excursions are exhausting.
Therefore, restful sleep, even if it is short (3-4 hours), will certainly give you a charge of new forces for the whole next day.
So, in our hotel, it turned out to get enough sleep. And friends who settled directly in the center complained about the lack of sleep. Well, trips to central part from our hotel, in practice, took quite a bit of time ...
Therefore, Jomtien, I recommend it to everyone, everyone, everyone!)

In general, I really liked our hotel. Most importantly, all rooms have a sea view! For me it was very important. I love waking up in my room and running to the balcony, where you can stand in the first rays of the sun, peering into the blue-blue sea... What will it be like today? Calm, or trembling in small frightened waves? And in the evening, just before dinner, already looking at the sunset and seeing off the day, here, on the balcony, you can drink some cocktail... and make plans for the upcoming evening... In general, a buzz!!!

I confess that in the room itself, not everything was smooth...
So, sometimes hot water disappeared - then, I had to take a cold invigorating shower, which somehow immediately brought me to my tone)) Sometimes, the sink was clogged - in this case we contacted the reception, and the problem was immediately solved.
In general, if you are a positive person and are determined to have fun, then no such trifles will spoil your vacation! A best wishes it will be that in your hotel you only have to sleep and wash !!!

3. Go to Koh Lan

You can swim on the city beach in the center of Pattaya only out of desperation. You can go to Jomtien - it's cleaner there.
Better yet, sail to the island of Koh Lan.

You can go here at least every day on a ferry that runs along the route Pattaya - Koh Lan.
So we did ... The whole trip costs 100 Baht per person (this is with a round-trip ferry and sunbeds on the beach).

Ferries leave for Koh Lan from the pier from 8 am to 12 noon. In general, they should sail every hour, but at high season(we rested just like this), ferries sail more often. Therefore, there is no strict flight schedule. Yes, he is not needed. You wake up, which means you are in your hotel - you went downstairs, had breakfast ... Take a tuk to the pier ... There, in any case, there will already be a large two-story boat, on which there are already a lot of people. Pay 30 baht (this price has been set since 2010), get on the boat and wait until it is completely full...
Then you ride the waves for 40 minutes and arrive on the island.

There are 2 piers on the island... Usually on the boat it is indicated which of the two it is heading to.

The first pier is located directly on Ta Waen beach. This, in my opinion, best beach on the island (only 5 beaches). Therefore, all our vacation we sunbathed there. I know for sure that at 9.00 a boat departs from the pier straight to this beach (I wrote further that the boats leave spontaneously).

The second pier is on the other half of the island. There is a 7-Eleven market and grocery stores here.
Immediately after leaving the boat on the second pier, you will fall into the arms of motorcycle taxi drivers who want to take you somewhere or offer to rent a motorbike...
Have you read reviews about renting motorbikes and what problems can this turn out to be for you ??? (see paragraph 4)

Secret: I heard that you can rent a house for the night inexpensively on Koh Lan ... Unfortunately, I don’t know the exact price of the question.
But, in my opinion, it is insanely romantic to spend the night on the island together.

4. Rent a motorbike

Still worth renting a motorbike! However, there are a few conditions (from experience)...

First, take a motorbike only on the island of Koh Lan. There is no such heavy traffic as in the city.
And how much beautiful places You can meet here, and only on a bike (you are unlikely to walk around the island)!!!

There are several temples on the island ... One of which is located at the very top big mountain Ko Lana. You can easily get there on a motorcycle, park it near the sanctuary, and go to explore the stunning views that open from this point of the island. Photos come out awesome!!!
Moreover, with the help of a bike, you can go around all the beaches of the island in 20 minutes and choose the best one, so that later you can relax only on it)).

Secondly, before renting a motorbike, carefully film all the details of its body, meter readings, etc. on the camera. Well, this is so that later you will not be asked anything superfluous ...
However, we never had any problems with the return of equipment.

Renting a motorbike costs 200 per day (red price). Do not take more expensive - just go to the next barker).

(!!!) Never rent bikes in the city!
For 12 days in Pattaya, I personally saw 3 major accidents with the participation of such bikers. It seems that no one survived then. It's terrible ... and such a dubious pleasure, not worth life!
Here, I warned you.

5. Rent a jet ski

I took 15 minutes for 200 Baht ... Believe me, this is enough to jump on the waves and chase passing ships.

Of course, carefully inspect the vessel before operating ... to avoid possible unpleasant situations ... Again, nothing "like" happened to me, but the forums are full of stories about all sorts of things monetary compensation and so on.

6. Get a massage

Thailand is famous for its massage school and it's a crime to sigh without trying!
In salons, they usually offer three types of massage:
Foot - massage of the legs, shoulders and neck 150-250 Baht per hour. Useful after a long walk.
Oil - soft massage using oil. 300-400 Baht per hour. During this massage, you can have time to see a few colored dreams)) ... Yes, yes, it relaxes so much.
Thai - actually Thai massage, 200-300 baht per hour.
Extra - everything else)) For your money, you will be massaged wherever you ask.

Of course, you can try each type of massage ... Alternate them, combine them (for example, 45 minutes of head massage, then 15 minutes of legs.) However, for myself, I decided for sure that I would do some particular massage - to get something like a course. And so he did. I didn’t have to choose the type of massage for a long time - already on the second day I burned my back in the sun ... not much, but I was not recommended to do Thai and oil massage.
Therefore, I settled on a foot massage. And since I had to walk a lot in Pattaya, it was even very handy.
So, every night before going to bed, I certainly went to the salon for my portion of massage...

Moreover, before I could not even imagine what you can do with your legs for an hour ?!
But one has only to sit down in a comfortable easy chair, lean back... as the whole body with the feet begins to embrace a wave of heat, which then diverges from the knees up and down...
Surprisingly, foot massage is not only about the legs, despite the name. The last quarter is done with hands from the palm of your hand, going over each finger and activating points up to the shoulders.
The sensations from the massage will be much stronger if you have an mp3 player with your favorite music at hand...
I found a compilation of "Buddah Bar Ayurveda Relax Meditation" - very suitable music, by the way.
Therefore, during the massage, I felt that, as if, the soul flies away from the body and soars somewhere nearby ...))
Well, maybe not quite right. but the feeling is the same

Don't forget to leave a tip (especially if you plan to return to this salon): 20-50 baht will be enough. I don’t know, but after such bonuses, they somehow try harder ...))

Secret: Familiar girls recommended immediately upon arrival in Pattaya - to do a SPA massage.
This procedure lasts about 3.5 hours, and you need to perform it only 1 time. It costs 3500 baht.
You are given a full body massage, then foam massage, peeling - in general, a fairy tale!
In this way, you can cleanse and relax the body completely, and prepare it for an even tan...

7. Go on an excursion

I think comments are unnecessary here. Excursions from Pattaya full!!
.
Please take a moment to read this amazing review:

8. Try Thai food

The only way to experience the real taste of many of the most famous Thai dishes is to try them in the city's street cafes or restaurants. Some of them offer a variety of fried shrimp and other seafood snacks, others specialize in pork and chicken dishes.

Carts with all sorts of goodies and very funny Thais driving around the city are driving around.
They also have such a cool beckoning beep (hear it more than once behind your back)))
Only now, I wouldn’t do anything with them ...
The fact is that Thai dogs are constantly spinning near these carts in the morning ... maybe in the hope
get my "free" portion of meat... It's strange, but in the evening, no one is running next to the carts, and the owner of the food trailer with a smile offers me a fresh portion of fragrant shish kebab...
"Wow, wow," I thought to myself, smiled, and wandered on ....))

We ate exclusively in cafes and restaurants.
Here are three of our favorite cafes:
- Cafe Food Park, which is located in the Center Festival (on any free maps, which are handed out at the hotel, it is indicated)
- Cafe on the second floor of Tesco Lotus (on Teprasit Road)
- Restaurant Fuji - inexpensive and very tasty (!)

The maximum amount we spent for dinner in a cafe was 250 baht per person...
The minimum amount is 90 baht. Moreover, for these 90 baht you can just overeat!!! I explain how.
Order Tom Yum Khun (shrimp soup) for 70 baht, an impressive plate of fragrant brew. And two servings of rice to her - 10 baht per serving. Rice is needed to bring down the sharpness of the soup (it is useless to drink).
Everything is very tasty and satisfying!))

Secret:
In Lotus, there is a hypermarket on the first floor, like Auchan... There is a fish department there.
The choice of sea food is simply huge ... There is no fish here! In Moscow, such a fish costs several thousand per kilogram, but here, prices vary from 150-450 Baht (!!!) This information was shared with me by acquaintances who were selling frozen fish in Moscow, and they knew how much.
Take a plastic bowl (should lie next to the counter) and put the fish with special tweezers.
I chose a variety of fish, one each. Then you hold out a tray, - secretly behind the counter, and ask to fry, or cook it all for a couple. Then you go for a walk around the store - about 40 minutes, while your dish is being prepared. Fortunately, the store is large, and there you can quietly spend all this time making unnecessary purchases, or simply looking at product labels ...
For example, at that time we went to eat sushi on the second floor in a cafe.
When everything is ready, you pay at the checkout, and then you can go to eat it all on the 2nd floor, or take it with you to your room, or even better to the beach)).

Secret:
The chances of getting poisoned by street food and food cooked in a restaurant are about equal.
However, there is a simple preventive measure.))
In any case, you will find a bottle of whiskey in your room. Yes, yes, the one you bought in the Moscow Dutik.
In short, Russian tourists advised, just in case, to complete any meal with a glass of something strong.
Checked - works - all alive and healthy returned))

9. Eat sushi.

You know, I've wanted to for a long time... But somehow it didn't work out in Russia, and it's expensive and not satisfying.
Thailand is a country where dreams come true - even the most stupid and naive)))
And we did it, on the penultimate day - we arranged a flash mob in a sushi bar ... Thais were even a little embarrassed - they had never had so many people order so much sushi from them!
Have eaten!)))

10. Go to show 69 (Shock show).

Remember that children can read us ...)))
Therefore, I will simply say that this show is a must visit.
At least so that you never go there again and not be distracted by street barkers who every day on Walking Street will impose on you to see something like that))
The cost of "pleasure" - 700 baht.

11. Jump with an elastic band (Bungy Jump)

For fans of extreme sports - Bungy Jump. 1600 baht.
Jumping on an elastic band from a height of 60 meters head down is probably cool)!
At the bottom there is a reservoir - next to it is a crane from which to jump.
I didn’t jump myself ... I don’t know, I got scared, I guess. It so happened that when my brother was jumping, he entered the water about waist-deep... Maybe it's such a joke there, or they calculated something wrong. Only after that I did not want to jump at all.
But then the feeling, as he said, is super! After the jump, they issue a certificate of bravery (or recklessness))).
And yet, the certificate gives a discount - and the next jump will cost 1000 baht already.
Entertainment is located on Teprasit Road. If anything, ask the taxi drivers, they know where it is.

Secret:
It is unlikely that any of you will dare to take such a "leap of faith")). There is, however, in Pattaya an easier version of extreme sports ...
The so-called Tower Jump. In Pattaya Park you need to buy a ticket for 300 Baht. You are taken by elevator to the 55th floor observation tower. You can take great pictures of the city there. From there on the ropes you go down.
Not bad, in general.

12. Go to a foam disco in hard rock Hotel.

Discos are held on Saturdays. Entrance 380 Baht.
You have to go there in swimsuits (swimming trunks) - clothes can deteriorate from foam.
You have no idea what a thrill it is!!! We frolicked in the foam like children: we danced and launched foam clouds high into the sky, dug tunnels in the foam...
Very funny))

13. Walk along Walking Street.

You can go from bar to bar, go Go-Go, but it's purely boring.
Girls dance with numbers and sour mines and then you can buy them.

On the second day of our stay in Pattaya, we decided to go through the bars like this - to look at the girls, and in general, to meet someone else ... In short, under the guise of Pussy Show, we were sold tickets to a gay club. It's the same story here... only boys with numbers are already dancing on the stage...
We were about to leave, when someone came up with the idea to go on stage and dance there ...
In short, the boys from the show put their numbers on me and two more girls from the company, and the three of us went to the stage ... We lit it there for about an hour, probably. And the visitors of the club, and the guys from the show themselves filmed it on the cameras of their phones ... I only saw how the owner of the bar ran to the visitors and explained that these guys cannot be "ordered", because. we are not from his show))
It was a really bright moment... And we remember it))

14. Catch a crocodile.

A trip to a crocodile farm, probably, would not be imprinted in my memory at all, if not for this attraction:
on wooden rods, a chicken is tied to a thread (50 baht). With all the gear, you need to go to a wooden platform from which you can start the "hunt" for crocodiles. Below, a swamp is spilled in which crocodiles lurk. We throw the fishing rod with the bait into the water... and try to drive the meat through the water right in front of the reptiles' noses... Very entertaining)))
Pecked - pull with all your might ... Just don't overdo it - you will lose your balance - and the reptile will drag you along with the stick into the swamp ... And this will be a completely different attraction!))))

15. Try the fruits of Thailand.

There are many fruits in Thailand, sweet and sour, with and without stones, growing on trees and in the ground, in a wide variety of shapes, colors and sizes. Tourists who come to Thailand for the first time will certainly want to taste the unusual fruits grown here as much as possible. However, in the first days of rest, you should be extremely careful, do not eat a large amount of fruits and do not forget to wash them thoroughly before eating.

Visit this page: http://www.fly2thai.ru/fruits/
Here is briefly written about the most popular fruits in Thailand.

My favorite fruits: Mangosteen(!!!) and Rambutan...
I read that mangosteen is one of the three most delicious fruits on earth and is the most delicious tropical fruit!!!
Trying is a must!

Secret:
I heard that many people take with them to Thailand special enzyme preparations that improve digestion ....
However, everything you need is already growing in Thailand!
If you have to eat a lot, or have already eaten, so it’s impossible to get up, enzymes will come to the rescue, these are substances that help break down food into smaller components suitable for the stomach.
Enzymes are in pineapple and papaya!
Eat these fruits without measure: before meals, during and after!
For sure, in your hotel for breakfast you will be offered these wonderful fruits (we served them every day), and this is no coincidence!
And yet, do not scold papaya anymore - like it is not so tasty ... It seems that only I liked this fruit).

16. Go shopping.

The T-shirts were all bought at the Lotos on the ground floor... There is also a fitting room there.
-Mobile phones (new and second-hand), netbooks, etc. you can buy at the Tuk Com store in Central Pattaya.

As for Latex... Buying is best at the Mike Shopping Mall on the ground floor on the right. The cost of a pillow is 1000 Baht. At that time, at the latex factory, where tourists are taken "for free", they break the price of 2000-3000 Baht.
Pillows are really cool - we bought for the whole family at once.
The quality is no different from the factory. Even the guides themselves talk about this ... only they don’t listen to them, and they still go to the factory to buy for 3000. And if you calculate well the cost of a taxi to the factory and back, for a guide, etc., then the cost of the factory pillows just converges to the number 1000.

That's probably all I wanted to write today...
I think that such a simple list can be compiled and supplemented by anyone who has ever visited this amazing country.
Rest in Thailand implies all the necessary conditions for a perfect vacation!
Don't miss your moments and enjoy every moment of life here!!!)))

I will conclude my story with one remarkable observation, with which one cannot but agree:
"Having once visited this country, you have only two ways - to return here again or to stay to live at all!"
