Alanya airport. Hotels in the transit area of Gazipasa Airport. Flight destinations and airlines

Many tourists have vacationed sandy beaches and almost everyone knows about the sights and tourist services of the resorts of this country. But the presence of experience independent trips from the airport of arrival to any resort town only a few can boast. Most of our compatriots are still afraid to travel around Turkey on their own :(, trusting the organization of their holidays in this country to various travel companies. My husband and I have repeatedly come to rest in a Turkish resort without outside help, so I will be happy to tell you how to get from some Turkish airports to this city. Alanya

Airports near Alanya

The closest airports to Alanya are Antalya (114 kilometers from the city) and Alanya Gazipasa (38 kilometers from the resort). My husband and I had to get to Alanya from both airports by various types transport. Since the first airport is known to many travelers, and most of you probably don’t know anything about the second, I’ll start the story with it.

Alanya Gazipasa airport

My husband and I were at this airport once when we flew by plane to Alanya from. Only arriving at the airport domestic flights and aircraft from some airports European countries. The arrival terminal did not make much of an impression on me and my husband. An ordinary airport terminal with a list of standard services for passengers.
Gazipasa airport

We traveled from Gazipasa airport to Alanya by bus of Havas transport company. You can also get there by taxi or rented car.

On the buses of the company Havas

The cheapest way to get from Gazipasa airport to Alanya is by buses of the Havas transport company, the parking lot of which you will see right next to the exit from the airport arrivals area. There is no clear timetable for departure buses of this transport company, as they depart 25 minutes after the arrival of each aircraft at the airport.
Havas bus

Leaving the airport building, you get on any bus that is at the bus stop, as they all go only to Alanya. Previously, there were still flights to the city of Anamur, but now they have been canceled.

When boarding the bus, do not try to ask questions to the driver. It is unlikely that he speaks English or Russian :). Just put your suitcases in the luggage compartment and get on the bus in an empty seat. I recommend sitting to the left of the driver. This will allow you to admire during the trip seascapes.

Havas buses are in good condition, with comfortable soft seats and air conditioning. My husband is tall and usually because of this, when traveling on a bus, he feels uncomfortable. But in Khavashi, the distance between the seats allows even people with very tall stature to comfortably accommodate.

If there are no traffic jams or repairs on the route, then in one hour you will arrive at the bus station in Alanya (Bus Terminals).
Bus station in Alanya

For those tourists who are going to fly from Alanya through Gazipasa Airport, below I have placed the schedule of Havas buses from Alanya to the airport.

Bus schedule Alanya-Gazpasa

Ticket price

This type of transfer will cost you 17 Turkish liras (5 euros). This price includes all fees and taxes. Turkish drivers are very fond of tips. Near the driver there is a special basket, in which, if desired, at the end of the trip you can put any additional cash reward for transportation.

Where to buy tickets

You pay the fare on the Havas bus directly to the driver. You can pay for the fare in lira, dollars or euros. It is advisable to give money in Turkish lira, in small denominations and without change, otherwise you will have to make complex currency transactions in your mind :).

By taxi

Near the Havas bus stop, you can also see a dozen yellow cars, near which Turkish-looking men are bored :). This is a taxi stop.

If you decide to use this mode of transport, then just approach the driver and say your destination. Many of these comrades are fluent in English and Russian, so there should be no problems with communication. Taxi fares are metered, so there is no need to negotiate the cost of the trip. The main thing is that the night fare button does not light up on the meter during the day, since at this time of the day the fare is twice as expensive. If a taxi driver tells you about a breakdown of the meter, then just leave with a disappointed face. I think that the driver will immediately tell you that the meter has already started working. This travel option is more convenient than Havas buses because of the ability to get anywhere in the city of Alanya in 40 minutes.

The cost of travel

Using a taxi service will cost 150 Turkish liras (45 euros). If you are traveling with a company of three or four people, then the cost option is quite acceptable. Particularly advanced tourists order a transfer in the form of a taxi directly at the terminal by mobile phone or with the help of employees at the service counter. The fare in this case will also be charged by the meter. By the way, you can also order a taxi from the airport of your departure, but if the flight is late, and this happens, then pay for a simple car :(, so I don’t recommend doing this.

By rented car

To travel to Alanya from Gazipas airport you can rent a car. You can do this at any of several offices located opposite the airport building:

  • Gazipaşa Araç Kiralama;
  • Gunes Rentacar;
  • Gazipasa Rent A Car Airport.

Car rental is available from 09.00 to 23.30.
Car rental offices

Conditions for renting a car:

  • Driver's age is 21. Subcompact cars are also rented to nineteen-year-old drivers;
  • Availability driving license;
  • Availability foreign passport or copies thereof;
  • driving experience - 2 years.

There is no need to leave documents as a deposit.

Having rented a car, you must drive from the airport along Paşabey Sk. in the direction of the D400 highway. Having left the crossroads, do not rush to turn towards Alanya. Most likely, you will need to refuel the car, as the fuel will be filled in the tank for a trip of a couple of kilometers. This is a feature of car rental in Turkey :(. Don't worry, there will be a gas station on the opposite side from you on the left. We refuel there and drive along the D400 highway in the direction of Alanya. This road has no difficult sections and has a quality surface. The trip is almost all the time passes near the coastal strip, so there is an opportunity to enjoy the sea views.
Route airport Gazipasa-Alanya

When traveling by car, be careful. Despite strict rules traffic and police control, the Turks are very fond of "reckless" driving.

The cost of travel

Daily car rental without fuel will cost about 100 Turkish liras (30 euros). If you plan to travel a lot around the city in the future, then take a car with a diesel engine. Rental of such vehicle will be a couple of euros more expensive, but you can save a lot on fuel. A liter of gasoline in the country costs an average of 4.7 liras (1.4 euros), diesel fuel - 4 liras (1.2 euros). You can pay for car rental in cash or bank card.

Antalya airport

The airport consists of two terminals for domestic and international flights. Understand the location of the terminals and familiarize yourself with necessary information you can on the official website of the airport, which is in the Russian version. My husband and I traveled from this airport to Alanya by buses with transfers. There are also options to travel to Alanya from this airport by taxi or rented car.

By bus

There are no direct bus services between Antalya Airport and Alanya. First you need to get to the Antalya city bus station Otogari. In this direction, Havas buses depart from the airport, which I have already told you about. The flights of these buses are designed to serve passengers arriving on domestic flights. But in practice, anyone can use the service. The main thing for the driver is to pay for the fare, and where the passenger came from is indifferent to him :).

Departure of flights is carried out from the terminal Domestik, intended for receiving flights local airlines.

From the airport to Antalya, the bus travels about one hour. Otogari bus station is not final stop on this route, so you need to be careful not to pass it. It is good that the drivers of the Havas buses in Antalya have a deeper knowledge of English language, so they can be asked to report arrival at the stop you need :).

In addition, you can get to the bus station at the municipal regular bus No. 600. Flights from the airport depart around the clock with an interval of 30 minutes (at night, flights depart less frequently).

If you have a lot of suitcases, then this travel option is not very convenient. Buses do not have luggage compartments.

Arriving at the Antalya bus station, you need to find the MetroTurizm bus next to Alanya. There are five flights daily on this route.

Schedule and cost of Meroturizm flights

Buses are equipped with chairs with monitors for watching movies. True, the entire assortment is in Turkish :(. If you are traveling in the daytime, then sit on the right side. This will make it possible to look at the sea. overnight trip sit where you want, because you won’t see anything anyway :). In two and a half hours you will reach Alanya.

Ticket price

  • For the Havas bus - 10 Turkish liras (3 euros);
  • On the bus number 600 - 3.40 Turkish Lira(1 euro);
  • On the MetroTurizm bus - 20 Turkish liras (6 euros).

Where to buy tickets

On Havas buses and municipal bus no. 600, the fare is paid to the driver before boarding.

Tickets for MetroTurizm buses are purchased at the bus station ticket office or on the carrier's website.

By taxi

Taxi ranks at the airport are located near the exits of the first and second terminals. You can find them out by a large number yellow checkered cars. Passenger transportation services are provided officially. In this regard, there are employees in the parking lots who speak several languages and help tourists communicate with taxi drivers. By taxi, you can travel on two route options:

  • Get to the Antalya bus station and transfer to one of intercity buses. Tariffication occurs according to the meter and depends on the time of day. The trip will cost approximately 27 liras (8 euros). A taxi driver can cheat and start going around all the sights of Antalya. Be careful:).
  • Get to Alanya. The price for a taxi ride from the airport to Alanya is fixed at 90 euros or 100 dollars (303 TL). Information about the fare is posted on a special stand near the taxi rank and on the website of the airport taxi service.

By car

You can rent a car near any terminal at rental points that work around the clock.

First terminal:

  • Aytucar Antalya Havalimanı;
  • Avis;
  • Garenta;
  • budget;
  • Antalya Airport Rent a Car.

Second terminal:

  • Filo Car Rental;
  • Cizgi Car Rental.

By car in the direction of Alanya, you need to go along the D400 highway. The road has a very high-quality surface and traffic in one direction occurs in two, and in some sections even in four lanes. Along the route, you will need to pass several tunnels. The road is very busy, especially on weekends, so you need to drive carefully. The route will be straight, so do not get lost. In addition, there are a lot of information signs along the route. If there are no big traffic jams or traffic jams due to accidents, then you will reach Alanya in two hours. Renting a car with the cost of gasoline will cost 47-50 euros.

A brief tour of the city will be given to you by the tourism association in its video.

    What to do if the flight is canceled

    If the flight was canceled more than 24 hours before departure, then passengers are transferred to similar flights of the airline. The costs are borne by the carrier, the service is free for the passenger. If none of the options offered by the airline suits you, most airlines can issue a "forced refund". After confirmation by the airline, the money will be returned to your account. Sometimes this may take several weeks.

    How to check in at the airport

    Online check-in is available on the websites of most airlines. Most often, it opens 23 hours before the start of the flight. You can go through it no later than 1 hour before the departure of the aircraft.

    Baggage must be checked in at the airport at a separate drop-off check-in counter. If you are unable to print boarding pass, you can get it at the usual check-in counter of the airline, and check in and check in your luggage there.

    Where to find out the arrival time if you are a greeter

    You can find out the time of arrival of the aircraft on the online scoreboard of the airport. The Tutu.ru website has an online scoreboard of the main Russian and foreign airports.

Hotels near the airport and in the city of Gazipasa.

The resort town of Alanya on the coast mediterranean sea is becoming more and more popular with tourists.

In previous years, there was only one airport for arrivals on the Anatolian coast of Turkey - international Airport in Antalya. However, this airport is more convenient for those who come to rest in Kemer, Belek, Side, Manavgat.

It is impossible to quickly get to the resort of Alanya: you need to spend two hours in a taxi or use public transport, which delays the trip up to three hours or more.

For the convenience of residents, tourists and guests of the city arriving in eastern regions Alanya (Kahyalar, Keshefli, Kargicak, Mahmutlar, Kestel, Tosmur, Oba, Cikcilli, Konakli, Payallar, Turkler, Avsallar, Incekum), now working Gazipasa International Airport.Alanya has an airport!

Getting to Alanya from Gazipasa Airport has become very convenient and fast - just 30 minutes on the way!

Gazipasa airport is not as famous as Antalya airport, why?

The fact is that for the Russians, Gazipasa is a new airport.

A bit of history:

since 2010, the airport began to carry out domestic flights- daily departures and arrivals along the Gazipasa-Istanbul-Gazipasa route, and became International since 2011, but even then the planes flew only to European countries.

The dream of Russians about the airport in Alanya came true in 2017: Gazipasa is only 45 km from the city center. Russian Airline Pobeda (a subsidiary of Aeroflot) began to carry out regular flights on the route Moscow-Alanya-Moscow.

Gazipasa Airport in the flight schedule is called: Alanya (GZP).

The closest to the airport are (in terms of distance) areas of Alanya: Kargicak - 29 km, Mahmutlar - 33 km, Kestel - 37 km, Tosmur - 41 km, Oba - 41.5 km.

If you need the following areas Alanya, then you will drive a little longer to them: Konakli - 57 km from Gazipasa Airport, Payallar - 58 km, Turkler - 60 km, Avsallar - 68 km, Incekum - 70 km, Okurcalar - 75 km.

Location of Gaziapash airport (Alanya) on the map:

How to get from Gazipasa to Alanya?

We suggest you consider several options.

  1. Private transfer (taxi rank in front of the airport): price from 120 TL.
  2. Public transfer (bus parking in front of the airport building): Shuttle: 20 TL per person. The bus is served at the entrance to the airport after 25 minutes. after landing the plane, goes to the center of Alanya. Disadvantage: not available for all flights. Havaş bus stop schedule from Alanya.
  3. "Transport company 7/24" (ordering a transfer only by filling out an application on the company's website, at least one day before arrival and departure):
  • individual transfer - 116 TL (taxi for 2 people) and 139 TL (taxi for 3 people)
  • group transfer (minibus for 12 - 14 people) - 30 TL per person.

    4. municipal transportfixed-route taxi with route numbers 02 and 05 (dolmushi): Gazipasa-Alanya. Bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the airport building - go ahead, to the intersection with the main highway. Price travel ticket– 8.5 TL per person. Cons: You have to walk to the bus stop on your own.

What to do in extreme cases?

So, if you arrived at Gazipasa Airport, no one meets you, the Shuttle is not going to go, and you did not apply in advance on the website of the 7/24 transport company, then you should not:

A) despair

B) Trying to persuade the drivers of minibuses with the inscription 7/24

Drivers of the 7/24 company will not take extra passengers under any circumstances, boarding their minibuses only according to the registration list on the site.

Remember: there is always a way out! And not alone!

Take advantage of taxi services, drivers are always waiting for customers and will be happy to take you not only to any district of Alanya, but also to the entrance to the house or hotel. The question is the cost of your trip. Focus on 120 TL, this is the normal cost for this service. Bargain if the taxi driver asks for more, bargaining is appropriate in this case.

If the weather is favorable and you are not burdened with heavy things or suitcases, want to make your trip economical, go forward along the road from the airport (there is only one, it is impossible to get lost) to the highway. Travel time is 10 minutes. At the intersection of the road and the highway there are taxi cars, for 100 TL you will be taken to the place.

At the intersection of roads, a fixed-route taxi (dolmushi) also stops, following to Alanya, since there is a stop at this place public transport. The fare is 8.5 TL.

We wish you good luck! Welcome to sunny Alanya!
