6. Additionally, a discount is provided for travel using a transponder when connected to the Loyalty Program of the State Company "Russian Highways". Getting a discount from 3% to 10% is possible after connecting to the program and accumulating the required amount bonus points for payment of travel on toll sections of roads of the State Company "Russian Highways". The user independently activates the discount in personal account. It is possible to activate the discount only for the next month (or the selected period), starting from the 1st day, for a specific device. The points accumulated under the program are valid for 1 (one) calendar year from the moment of their accumulation. Paid sections included in the interoperability system are not taken into account when accumulating points and do not provide discounts for travel under the Loyalty Program.

7. Determination of the class and charging of the vehicle takes place directly at the Toll Point. A change in the classification of a vehicle by category occurs depending on the overall height, taking into account the cargo carried and the number of axles. Accessories and luggage fixed on the roofs of vehicles of the first and second categories are not included in the calculation of the overall height.

7.1. Accessories and luggage carried on the roof and rear doors of vehicles of the 1st and 2nd categories are not included in the calculation of the overall height.

7.2. A vehicle with special technical devices, such as an air conditioner, mounted on the roof, are classified according to the highest point.

7.3. A vehicle of category I, the height of which, taking into account the cargo carried in the body, exceeds 2.6 meters, is classified in category II.

7.4. A vehicle of the 1st and 2nd categories with a trailer, the height of which, taking into account the transported cargo, exceeds 2.6 meters, is classified in the II category (with the exception of car carriers, tow trucks and other vehicles transporting cars).

7.5. A vehicle with snow and/or ice on the roof that affects the headroom calculation is classified according to the highest point.

7.6. Vehicles of categories III and IV with a constructive possibility of lifting one of the rear axles to tear it off the roadway are classified according to the number of axles actually installed on the vehicle, regardless of the position of the axles.

7.7. Vehicles moving on a rigid hitch are classified as one vehicle according to the classification criteria of the highest vehicle, taking into account the total number of axles.

7.8. Vehicles moving on a flexible hitch (towing rope) are classified as two independent vehicles with separate payment.

8. If a dispute arises when charging a fare, you must contact the Sales and Service Center with a written claim to the operator of the toll section within 30 calendar days from the date of the disputed transaction. Failure to receive a written claim within the specified period means the user's consent to such an operation. Possible adjustment of the personal account of the Electronic means of registration of travel takes place within 3-5 working days. In the event of a discrepancy between the category and type of vehicle (for example, due to a load carried on the roof), the owners of Electronic Fare Registration Tools can send an appeal to the email address (marked "Fare Charging") or create an application "Informing about the fact of erroneous fare pricing" in your personal account.

Today you will no longer encounter the arbitrariness that was happening at the “famous” post, but the divorce of drivers for bribes is still quite effectively applied. Now the extortion of money is much more civilized and less intrusive than before, since the mechanisms for combating corruption, at the very least, have begun to work and traffic cops are periodically sent to places of deprivation of liberty.

    All schemes are quite primitive and are designed for your fatigue, inattention, haste and desire to quickly get to your destination.

    Divorce on M4 Don for marking or oncoming traffic

    There are different versions of this method of divorce, but the essence is the same. I will describe the situation on my own example.

    Always remain seated in the vehicle until the inspector has made it clear to you what he wants you to do.     Next, the acting begins. The traffic cop defiantly communicates with someone on the radio and there he is confirmed that it was my car that violated the rules and this was recorded on some kind of camera. He tells me that I am subject to deprivation of rights from 4 to 6 months. Once again, I confidently declare to him that I did not violate anything. Then we go to the traffic police post, to a separate “VIP” room, not equipped with anything at all. There was only a table and two chairs, there was not even an elementary laptop to present at least something in fact. Then the inspector sits down at the table and offers to sit opposite me - I refuse and take a position almost point-blank to him. Here the traffic cop is already making a mistake, since psychologically he is in a less advantageous position for pressing against me - I am on top, he is on the bottom)) After which I go on the attack and start bombarding him with questions: where the violation was committed, what time, who transmitted the information why they didn’t stop immediately on the spot, and so on. And at the end of my tirade (yes, yes, exactly tirade, since he could not answer most of the questions) I demand to show photo and video evidence of the violation and propose to start drawing up a protocol.

    The police officer refuses to draw up a protocol, says that he personally does not have any materials on the case and they will be sent to the court at the place of residence. Gives me back my rights. in plain language this means that the employee jumped back, realizing that he could not receive a bribe.

    Nobody will send any materials to any court, because they simply do not exist. Even if you theoretically imagine that they are, then at most you will receive a letter with a fine, and not a court! If you were not stopped exactly at the moment of the violation, then there can be no deprivation of rights, since it will be impossible to prove who exactly was driving the car at the time of the violation.

    Scam for speeding

    This scheme is similar to the situation described above. Only in this case there is a divorce for speed and you will be shown a fixation of your alleged violation.

    The meaning is this. A traffic cop stops you and says that you exceeded the speed limit by more than 60 kilometers, which entails the deprivation of rights. Next on the laptop you will be shown real photo your vehicle at a fixed speed. But the point is that it is impossible to understand from the photo where it was taken or what the permissible speed was. In another option, the place will be known and a specific kilometer indicated, but the permissible speed there was, for example, not 90 km / h, but 30. You will be assured that there was some kind of sign and you did not notice it. Most likely, there was no sign, and the camera is “not officially”.

    In this situation:

    • Demand to provide a device for reconciliation, on which the violation was recorded.
    • The photo should indicate the permissible speed and the one with which your car was moving. During a divorce, most likely, only the speed of the car will be indicated.
    • If the camera is in one place, but they stopped you in another, then this is not deprivation, but only a fine.

    Let's analyze the situation and summarize

    All machinations with falsification of traffic violations are quite primitive and are designed to quickly confuse the driver. Since traffic cops are afraid of being caught at the moment of “processing a client”, they quickly retreat at the slightest resistance. Time is also an important factor, and time is money)). If you resist, then it is easier for them to let you go and catch another, more accommodating car owner.

    1. Be confident. Don't show your fatigue. Take your time. Try not to be nervous.
    2. During a stop by traffic police officers, never get out of the car unless absolutely necessary. The law does not require you to do this. If an employee begins to leave with your documents for no reason without explanation, remind him that he has no right to do this without your permission.
    3. Do not obey implicitly all the requests of the inspector, since most of them are requests and not requirements. You are not required to comply with requests and this is not disobedience to a traffic police officer. For example, in 99% of cases, an employee does not have a legal right to demand you get out of the car, he can only ask to do so.

    5. Avoid questions that are not relevant to the situation: where are you going, where are you working, etc. If the inspector realizes that you have money, he will cling to you like a tick))
    6. If you are accused of some kind of violation, then behave confidently. Ask leading questions quickly and clearly. If you feel that the inspector "floated" in some topic. Ask the same question even more persistently and confidently. Require proof. Ask for a protocol.
    7. If your violation was recorded by a camera, and the traffic cop stopped later, then let him know that you are aware that this is, at least, not a deprivation of rights. Then you will become uninteresting to him.

    Moscow and Tula region

    The length of the section of the M4 toll road is 118 km. (93-211). You can get around this segment by laying the route: Stupino-Kokino-Shemetyevo-Gremyacheye-Red Lakes. The driver will have to drive an additional 45 km.
