Safe recreation and tourism. Safe rest

Leaving for vacation to another country, it is necessary to clearly understand that in this country there may be completely different, different from those accepted in our country, worldview, rules of conduct, customs and measures to resolve various issues. Therefore, in order to avoid various kinds of troubles, show maximum care and caution. For a better understanding, consider some situations that can happen to anyone.

Be extremely careful when traveling, because big cities And tourist centers all over the world attract scammers. In every city, regardless of its size, there are criminogenic areas, which you just need to refuse to visit, but if this is not possible, try to minimize these visits. All valuables you have, as well as documents, must be stored so that they do not become the prey of scammers while you are sightseeing. Most thefts from tourists occur in crowded places.

Citizens Russian Federation traveling abroad as tourists, on business, commercial and other matters, for the sake of their own safety, the following is recommended.

1. Know the telephone numbers and addresses of Russian foreign institutions closest to the destination (embassies, representative offices at any international organization, consulate general). Carry identification documents with you at all times. In the event of unforeseen situations related to detention by local law enforcement agencies, threats from other persons, traffic accidents, etc., you must immediately contact the Russian consular office by phone or find other ways to inform him about the incident.

2. In case of inadequate (provocative) actions of local police or law enforcement agencies, one should seek a meeting with the official representative of the Russian Federation and require mandatory written notification of the Russian foreign agency about the fact of the incident.

3. To refrain from explanations with representatives of law enforcement agencies, as well as to exclude the signing of any protocols and other documents in a foreign language in the absence of representatives of the consular office of the Russian Federation in the host country. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that, under the laws of a number of countries, confessions can form the basis of an accusation of committing a crime.

4. When traveling abroad, you should leave relatives / friends information about the route of travel and the program of stay abroad, phone numbers and names of hotels where you intend to stay. For individual trips to the city and trips around the country, it is advisable to inform your colleagues about the places of visit, the approximate dates of return.

5. Before traveling, you should familiarize yourself with the laws and customs of the visited country, the peculiarities of behavior in public and other places.

6. Make small purchases (tobacco products, food products, perfumes, etc.) preferably in specialized stores and avoid purchasing them in dubious places, from random sellers.

7. Refrain from taking alcoholic, soft drinks and cigarettes offered by strangers in order to avoid the use of drugs that reduce self-control over behavior and actions, as well as those used in organizing robberies and sexual violence.
Do not practice solo walks at night, refuse to visit places with a dubious reputation, neighborhoods with a difficult crime situation, where the situation is often controlled by drug gangs or other criminal organizations.

8. When concluding commercial and other transactions with little-known firms and organizations, first obtain primary information about these structures in Russian foreign institutions or through them - in local authorities authorities.

9. Do not leave baggage unattended or under the supervision of strangers at railway stations, hand luggage and other personal items; do not take "car companions" in the immediate vicinity of customs and border checkpoints; avoid crossing the border in a car belonging to unauthorized persons.

10. To refrain from fulfilling the requests of random people to carry other people's things through the inspection points under the pretext of carrying luggage, etc., and also not to accept, including for a fee, letters, parcels, luggage and other items from strangers for transfer, which can be used as hiding places for the unfamiliar movement of not only narcotic drugs, but also explosive devices, poisonous substances and bacteria of dangerous diseases; for the same reasons, do not accept as a gift from unfamiliar people suitcases, cases, bags and other items used to carry luggage or hand luggage.

11. In the event that for health reasons any non-narcotic medications, when crossing the border, one should without fail have a prescription from the attending physician and indicate medicines in the customs declaration; if, for health reasons, narcotic, psychotropic or potent drugs are required, it is necessary to clarify the procedure for their import into the country before leaving.

12. When walking, it is recommended to go out alone or in a group, while choosing illuminated and fairly crowded places, and have a map of the city with you. Once in a darkened area, you should stay away from the aisles, entrances, places closed by bushes. You should not linger for a long time at the shop windows and have conversations with obviously unhealthy people, vagrants, beggars. Wait for a bus or taxi at the illuminated bus stops.

13. If a robber armed with a pistol or a knife demands car keys, a wallet or a bag, they should be given. If they try to snatch the bag, it is wiser not to hold on to it. If during a walk a car suddenly drives up and strangers sitting in it offer to ride, it would be wiser to refuse this, since it is possible that an attack may follow such an offer. If you think that you are being followed, it is better to cross to the other side of the street and go to reverse direction. If the pursuit has not stopped, it is recommended to run to any nearest lighted place: a store, a gas station or a crowded place.

14. When car trip do not forget to take a map of the area. Take note of your vehicle number. Lock doors and open windows only partially if necessary. When leaving the car, even for a short time, lock it. On multi-lane highways, it is better to stay closer to the center of the road - this will make it more difficult to try to push the car to the side of the road. Do not get close to other vehicles. Try not to travel out of town alone - traveling in a group increases your safety by an order of magnitude. For long distances it is better to travel in a convoy. It is not recommended to give a ride to strangers, especially in the immediate vicinity of customs and border checkpoints. If you have rented a car, carefully check all paperwork, especially insurance, so that in the event of an accident you will not incur large damage costs and not be subject to litigation.

15. If you are taken hostage, you should not resist. Follow the initial orders of the terrorists. They can turn out to be people with an unstable psyche and behave unpredictably. If you are sick or feel that you need help, it is worth trying to ask a doctor or bring the necessary medicines. Try to establish at least some contact with the terrorists. If possible, note for yourself what they look like, what their habits are, how the kidnappers talk and who they communicate with. Also memorize all movements, including time in motion, direction, distance traveled, speed, any landmarks along the road, signs and distinguishable sounds such as ringing bells, voices, construction noise, railway, tram, etc. The desire to "please" is often misunderstood by terrorists and makes it difficult to rescue victims. If the terrorists force the hostage to make a written or oral (audio- or video-recorded) appeal to the authorities outlining their demands, this can only be done in the form and volume on which the kidnappers insist. At the same time, one should avoid one's own statements and assessments, since this may aggravate the situation of the captured.

If a hostage rescue operation is underway, it is recommended:
- lie on the floor, do not move until the appropriate instructions are received from the special forces; under no circumstances try to help the special forces in their release;
- try to get rid of items that can be mistaken for weapons by special forces;
- proceed from the fact that the special forces will treat the hostage as a possible terrorist until his identity is established;
- remain law-abiding and tolerant of the actions of the special forces, even if during the operation physical measures are applied to the hostage (for example, handcuffs are put on or hands are tied).
Immediately after release, it is not recommended to give comments to the media until a conversation is held with the official Russian representative and appropriate recommendations are received from him.

Visiting favorite tourist regions, travelers risk being hit by an earthquake. An earthquake is one of the most destructive natural Disasters. The most dangerous places in this regard are located near the so-called world earthquake belts, which are located:
- on Pacific coast Northern and South America;
- on east coast Japan;
- in the central part Pacific Ocean;
- along the southern edge of the Himalayas;
- in countries Caribbean;
- in New Zealand;
- in Greece, Turkey, Italy, the Mediterranean and the Central Atlantic.

Earthquakes can cause landslides and giant ocean waves tsunami (seismic sea waves), which can cause massive damage.

There are several initial signs of an earthquake: a glow appears above the hills, there may be disturbances in the operation of radio, television, electronic devices, spontaneous glow of fluorescent lamps; a few seconds before an earthquake, a strong growing rumble occurs underground, after which the first shock occurs; before the push, weaker vibrations may occur, at which the dishes begin to rattle, suspended objects sway. The first push can last from a few seconds to 1-1.5 minutes.

First of all, you need to find safe place. These can be openings of internal doors or internal corners of rooms. You need to move away from windows and external walls, bulky and tall furniture and hide under a dining or writing table and other durable furniture. Nai great danger represent objects falling from above: stones, beams, etc. During an earthquake, one should not run out of the building, as falling debris and collapsing walls are the main cause of many casualties. You need to wait for the earthquake to end, after which you can leave the building. Do not try to get out of the building using the elevator, which may get stuck or fall down the shaft. If the building is low and non-seismic, such as a brick house, and it is possible to immediately leave it, you must carefully and quickly leave the building and run away from it to a safe distance. Stay away from power lines. When in a vehicle, stop as far as possible from tall buildings and other structures and do not start moving until the earthquake stops.

If an earthquake occurs at night, do not light matches or lighters. It is better to use an electric flashlight. If it is not available, make sure that there is no smell of gas, gasoline and other flammable and explosive substances, and only then use matches and lighters. Otherwise, an explosion or fire may occur, which will entail new victims. Shut off the gas, water and turn off the electricity. If there are minor fires, try to localize them on your own. If it is impossible to put out the fire on your own, children and injured people should be taken out of the fire zone to a safe place. Do not touch bare wires and metal and wet objects in contact with them. If you find spilled or spilled explosive and poisonous substances, immediately warn others about them. Turn on the radio to receive information about the extent of the disaster, the measures being taken to eliminate its consequences. As soon as the opportunity arises, immediately inform the embassy or consulate of the Russian Federation about yourself, your relatives, acquaintances.

Recently, Russian tourists have been given the opportunity to travel around the world, and a visit to exotic countries has ceased to be an out of the ordinary event. However, such a journey is fraught with great health risks. It happens that tour operator does not warn customers about the risk of contracting a particular disease in the country where the trip is made. But the observance of precautionary measures and prevention are important factors in the prevention of the disease. The World Health Organization has identified 47 countries of the South American and African continents where there are unfavorable territories and human diseases are recorded. When traveling to these countries, preventive vaccinations are required, which are the only and mandatory measure to prevent dangerous diseases. Medical institutions The Russian Federation carry out vaccination against dangerous infectious diseases and issue international certificates of vaccination. Vaccinations are carried out no later than 10 days before departure. Immunity is maintained for 10 years.

Cholera- dangerous infection. The incubation (hidden) period is from several hours to 5 days. Cholera is caused by vibrios that enter the human body through the mouth along with contaminated water or food. The main way infection enters the body is through water. Rivers, ponds can be polluted by sewage water. Characteristic signs of cholera are diarrhea and vomiting, which lead to dehydration, which is extremely dangerous for human life. The fight against dehydration, the treatment of a patient with cholera is possible only in a hospital setting. In order to prevent cholera, it is necessary:
- use guaranteed safe water and drinks;
- wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly safe water;
- avoid eating from stalls in cafes and restaurants not certified by the state;
- when swimming in ponds and pools, do not allow water to enter your mouth;
- follow the basic rules of personal hygiene.

Natural foci of plague exist on all continents the globe except Australia and Antarctica. Cases of human plague have been recorded in India, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Mozambique, Malawi, and Vietnam.

Yellow fever is an acute viral disease transmitted by bloodsuckers and spreading in tropical and subtropical areas. Yellow fever can be contracted from natural conditions as well as in the city. The incubation period is from 3 to 6 days. Symptoms: toxicosis, headache, fever, hemorrhagic rash. Later, damage to the kidneys and liver occurs with the development of jaundice and acute renal failure. The course of the disease is extremely severe: death occurs in 25% of cases. According to the data World Organization(WHO) territories of 33 countries in Africa and 10 countries in South America are endemic for yellow fever. Among them are Angola, Burundi, Guinea, Kenya, Somalia, Tanzania, Equatorial Guinea, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Congo and others.

Infection of Russian citizens with HIV infection occurs annually when leaving for foreign countries mostly through sexual intercourse. HIV infection can be transmitted through blood and blood products. It is important to know about this for tourists traveling to countries where a system for checking donor blood has not yet been formed and there is a danger of using non-sterile instruments. The virus is unstable in the external environment, it is not transmitted through household contacts, as well as through insects and animals. Having become infected with the immunodeficiency virus, a person becomes a carrier of HIV infection and, remaining quite healthy for a long time, can infect sexual partners. The final stage in the development of HIV infection is AIDS - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome - a disease in which there is a progressive destruction of the human immune system that cannot be treated and ends in death. Characteristic signs of AIDS: dramatic weight loss, chronic diarrhea, persistent cough, swollen lymph nodes, fungal diseases. When traveling to foreign countries, all tourists need to remember that the most reliable way to avoid sexual infection is to abstain from questionable sexual contacts. A reliable means of preventing infection is a condom, especially in combination with spermicidal ointments. To prevent infection through the blood, it is necessary to take care of the supply of disposable syringes.

Malaria- a serious infectious disease, widespread in countries with a tropical and subtropical climate. Infection occurs through the bites of malarial mosquitoes. The incubation period is from 7 days to 1 month for tropical malaria and up to three years for other forms. Symptoms: fever, chills, severe sweating, headache, weakness. With tropical malaria, without timely specific treatment, death is possible in a very short time from the onset of the disease. Prevention: Antimalarial drugs should be taken regularly. Medications should be started 1 week before departure, continued for the entire period of stay and 1 month after return. Also, while staying in a malarial area, you must protect yourself from mosquito bites. To prevent mosquitoes from entering the premises, windows and doors should be protected with nets. To protect against mosquitoes, it is recommended to use repellents (repellents), electric fumigators. It is advisable to use canopies during sleep. Malaria is common in Mexico Central America, V northern regions South America, especially in the Amazon. Malaria poses a constant threat to many parts of Africa. It is also common on the coast of the Red and mediterranean seas. Numerous cases of malaria are reported each year in South-East Asia, in India and northern Australia.

Typhoid fever is a disease caused by salmonella. It is transmitted through water, food and hands. The incubation period is from 3 to 56 days. Microorganisms enter the human body through the mouth. Symptoms: flatulence, swollen abdomen, stool or delayed, or frequent, mushy; headache, weakness, fever; the tongue is dry, covered with a grayish-brown coating. There may be complications such as pneumonia, ulcers, intestinal bleeding, pyelonephritis, cystitis. From the 2nd week of illness, patients excrete salmonella with feces and urine. After recovery, patients remain carriers of typhoid fever. Salmonella settle in the gallbladder and bile ducts. People who have been ill with typhoid fever have relapses. The disease is common in Africa and Asia (Cyprus, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Israel, UAE, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka). Prevention: follow the rules of personal hygiene, do not eat and drink in suspicious places, do not drink from open water.

Real general recommendations can serve as a guide to action in unforeseen situations. While abroad, you must exercise elementary vigilance, reasonable discretion and adjust your behavior in accordance with the environment.

Throw a leg for years and roll back from the hole.6. Crawl 3-4 meters in your footsteps.7. Without resting, run to the nearest housing. SAFETY MEASURES IN THE WATER IN SUMMER - When swimming, it is unacceptable: 1. Swim in an unfamiliar place, under bridges and near dams.2. Dive from a height, not knowing the depth and topography of the bottom.3. Swim behind buoys and fences.4. Approach ships, rafts and other watercraft.5. It is no less dangerous to jump headfirst into the water from rafts, piers and other floating structures, there can be piles, rails, stones, etc. under water, you can dive only where there is sufficient depth, clear water, flat bottom; - Do not leave children on the shore of a reservoir unattended by adults who know how to swim and provide first aid; - Do not allow children to arbitrarily go to reservoirs and swim; - If you cannot swim, you cannot be in the water on an inflatable mattress or camera. Swimming on inflatable objects is extremely dangerous, and for a person who cannot swim, it often ends tragically. If you swam too far and are tired, spread your arms and legs, lay your head on the water, close your eyes and relax. To stay horizontal, draw air into your lungs, hold it, and exhale slowly.

With the onset of the long-awaited summer, hundreds of people rush to rest to the reservoirs. Water is a good friend and ally of a person, helping to get the most out of relaxation and improve health. But at the same time, she does not tolerate frivolity and can be a source of increased danger. The consequences of frivolous behavior will be the most severe. To avoid them, each person must know the elementary rules of water safety.

Causes of accidents on the water

You can identify a drowning person by the following signs:

  1. The head is deep in the water, the mouth periodically disappears and appears above the surface. A drowning man cannot call for help, only breathe and exhale.
  2. The mouth is half open or open, the head is thrown back strongly.
  3. Eyes glaze over and lose their ability to focus.
  4. Vertical position of the body.
  5. Labored and rapid breathing.
  6. A person is floundering in place, not swimming anywhere.
  7. Attempts to roll over onto his back and take a horizontal position are unsuccessful, while the drowning person tries to get out of the water as if on a rope ladder.

If at least one of the listed signs is present, you need to ask the person if everything is in order. If he does not respond, it most likely means that the person needs help. The main thing in this case is not to waste time.

Rescue of a drowning man

Water safety says that the most correct way would be to call for help from lifeguards or people who can swim well. But if the situation is such that you will have to save the person in distress alone, these recommendations will help you do everything right:

  1. First of all, you should try to calm the drowning person, let him know that help is close. Sometimes this is enough for a person to stop panicking and swim to shore himself.
  2. The most effective way of salvation is from a boat or from the shore to stretch out a long pole or rope to a drowning person, for which he can grab and swim out. If there is a lifeline, you need to throw it.
  3. It is best to swim up to the person in distress from behind, since a drowning person instinctively grabs his rescuer and fetters his movements, he can even involuntarily stun him with a strong blow.
  4. You need to turn the person on his back and swim with him to the shore. If he resists and thereby pulls the rescuer to the bottom, you can dive with him for a few seconds into the water, this will help to get rid of the convulsive grips of the drowning person.
  5. If a drowning person goes to the bottom, the rescuer must dive, take the drowning person under the armpits or by the hair under water and, pushing strongly from the bottom, float to the surface with him.

First aid

First aid to a drowned person should be carried out right on the shore and as quickly as possible, since death during drowning usually occurs in 5-6 minutes. The method of providing first aid depends on the state in which the drowned person is.

If the victim is conscious, you need to remove all clothes from him, wipe and wrap him in something dry and warm. In order to get all the water out of the lungs, it is necessary to induce vomiting by irritating the root of the tongue. After the lungs are free of water, it is advisable to give the victim a warm drink.

If the drowned man is unconscious, but breathes on his own, he is given a sniff of ammonia, then the whole body is vigorously rubbed. After the return of consciousness, the lungs are freed from water through vomiting. The victim must be taken to the hospital, especially if there is cyanosis of the skin.

If a person removed from the water does not show signs of life, first of all he needs to clean his mouth. Then the rescuer must turn the victim on his stomach through his leg bent at the knee so that the head of the victim is below the stomach and lungs. After that, the rescuer rhythmically presses on the back until the water flows out of the mouth and nose. Manipulations to remove water should take no more than 10-15 seconds, then immediately begin to remove fluid from the respiratory tract.

To remove water from the lungs, the victim is turned over on his stomach and artificial respiration "from mouth to mouth" is given to him in combination with a closed heart massage. After the person comes to his senses, he must be warmed and immediately taken to the hospital for subsequent intensive care.

Signs of the effectiveness of resuscitation

A set of measures to revive a drowned person can be considered effective if his skin turned pink, his pupils narrowed, and with massage shocks, a pulse on the carotid artery is clearly felt. Resuscitation of the victim should last until the person can breathe on his own. It can last several minutes, and sometimes several hours, before the arrival of the ambulance.

Swimming in an open pond or pool is a wonderful wellness procedure, from which, with the right approach, you can get a mass positive emotions both children and adults. But the rules of safety on the water must be strictly observed, because the retribution can be your own life or the life of a loved one.

Full of trouble in the country in the summer ...

It's so good in the summer at the cottage!

After a noisy city, after work and school days, it is so quiet and calm, and there is no need to rush anywhere ...

It smells like herbs and flowers in the forest and meadows, it breathes so easily after hot asphalt and dusty sidewalks...

At the dacha, more often than at home, everyone gathers together, at a round table, friends and relatives come, children swarm, busy with their summer activities ...

And so I want all this prosperity not to be disturbed by diseases, poisoning, overheating in the sun, injuries, infections! Children are especially worried, because they really want to try everything on the tooth, climb into all corners, tinker with the neighbor's affectionate cat and her kittens, with a funny puppy that a friend recently got, they love to splash in any puddle and tinker in the sand ....

Full of trouble in the country in the summer ...

Who will we call for help?

OZONATOR

One very handy home device helped us avoid almost all of the summer adventures that came with it last year. Now we recommend it to all our neighbors and friends! It's called "Ozonizer". Such a small device, but it can do so much!

You can clean the water with it better than any bleach, and get rid of unpleasant odors, process food - disinfect, bleach linen, you can mineral water you can do it yourself, you can wash your face with such water and get rid of acne, fungi too, dandruff ... and if you pour such water into the aquarium, they will show you with all their appearance what kind of water it turns out. And the fish know a lot about water!

But it is the aroma of ozone that fills the air after a thunderstorm.

Ozone in nature protects us from harsh UV radiation. The mountain air contains the most ozone; it is no coincidence that these areas have many centenarians.

The lack of ozone has long been called "ozone holes" by scientists.

The antibacterial and immunostimulating effect of ozone makes it possible to treat with its help acute and chronic bronchitis and even pneumonia, bronchial asthma, diseases of the female genital area. This list can be extended indefinitely, up to tuberculosis. Moreover, with tuberculosis, ozone does not fail even when bacilli no longer take any other medicine.

The introduction of an ozone-containing mixture for arthritis and arthrosis, among other things, has a powerful analgesic effect.

Headaches and migraines, vegetative-vascular dystonia, nervous disorders are also an excellent field of activity for this wonderful gas.

It is already well known that at low concentrations, ozone can reduce blood clotting. Therefore, during its use, you can cancel drugs with a similar effect - anticoagulants and aspirin. The same property of ozone dictates a list of contraindications for this in principle safe method.

In addition, ozone therapy is now offered in many beauty salons and SPA centers. It turned out that this method improves not only health, but also appearance.

Some cosmetologists even call ozone a rejuvenating gas.

ATTENTION!

It cannot be applied during menstruation, after various bleeding, hemorrhagic stroke.

It is also contraindicated in thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, hyperthyroidism, a tendency to convulsions and an extremely rare allergy to ozone.

Drinking water treatment

Ozone brings a lot of benefits in the treatment of drinking water.

At first it was used only for disinfection, and then it was also used to remove odor, water color and a number of impurities.

Disinfection is the removal of spores, bacteria, and viruses from water. If applicable surface water if there is no spring near your dacha, a deep well. A drinking water you have to take it from a river, stream, lake, etc. - disinfection is always necessary, and when using underground artesian water - only when the microbiological properties of the water require it.

At the same time, ozonation largely exceeds the disinfecting properties of chlorination and UV irradiation.

The effect of ozone on bacteria is that it penetrates through the cell membrane into the cytoplasm and affects the vital centers of the bacterium, and quickly. And chlorine, as you know, acts rather slowly and selectively. In addition, ozone contributes to the destruction of not only bacteria, but also spores, cysts, the dense shells of which are often too tough for chlorine. With regard to many pathogenic microbes, ozone is 300-600 times more effective than chlorine!

But ozone also acts more actively on viruses than chlorine, because ozone affects their redox system and cell protoplasm, and chlorine can only destroy microbial cell enzymes that viruses do not have. It should be remembered that water ozonation is the most effective method of water disinfection against enteroviruses - the cause of many summer diarrhea.

Discoloration is the removal of organic and chemical substances from the water that color the water. Often river and lake waters have such a disadvantage.

The physical mechanism of the effect of ozone during water discoloration is the decomposition of substances into the simplest - water and carbon dioxide and in the coagulation of substances with their further precipitation. See "Ozonizer"

Take care of yourself and your loved ones on the road, on a business trip, on vacation, in any place where you are not sure about the quality of water using the device Water MAG-BIO device for water disinfection .

CONCLUSION. Thus, high concentrations of ozone are used not only for disinfection in medicine, but also quite widely - for domestic disinfection purposes, and lower concentrations of ozone do not damage protein structures and are used for wound healing and in cosmetology.

Air purification and refreshment

Here is another problem, it is not a summer cottage, but it is also quite relevant in hot weather. summer days. Air conditioners have long and firmly entered our lives, and in rooms with air conditioners in the air, the oxygen content always decreases, but the level of toxic air components does not decrease. Old air conditioners are also a source of pollution themselves. "Syndrome of closed premises" - headache, fatigue, frequent acute respiratory viral infections ... Ozonation of such premises simply helps to save the situation, which often seems hopeless. You can, in addition, disinfect the air conditioner itself.

Ozone is active oxygen. A compound of three oxygen atoms. Its molecular formula is O3, molecular weight 48, which is 2.5 times heavier than oxygen. Ozone in its ability to destroy bacteria is 2.5 - 6 times more active than UV rays and 600 - 3000 times more active than chlorine.

The bulk of ozone in the atmosphere is located at an altitude of 10 to 50 km with a maximum concentration at an altitude of 2000 km - this is the so-called ozonosphere. It reflects hard UV radiation, protecting living organisms from the harmful effects of radiation. It is thanks to the formation of ozone from oxygen in the air that life on Earth became possible.

Ozone is obtained from atmospheric oxygen by means of ionization and high-voltage electric discharge. According to the theory, the ozonator works by electricity with a permeability of up to 10 cm. See "Ozonizer"

During the operation of the ozonator, no harmful substances are produced, Ozone is the most environmentally friendly disinfectant.

And everything would be fine! Why, can you look after the little one! Either they kiss a cat, or you can’t pull them out of the sandbox, or a berry right from the garden, or they drag a cracker into your mouth with dirty hands ... but you can get infected with anything, no ozonator can save you here!

After all, almost 200 species of helminths can infect the human body. It is good that only about 20 species are found on the territory of Russia.

Helminths are divided into three classes:

  • roundworms,
  • tapeworms
  • flukes.

Ways of infection

Nowadays, the importance of helminthiases is underestimated, they are rather difficult to diagnose, but nevertheless, in our country alone, more than half a million people infected with helminths are detected annually, of which more than 80% are children.

And according to some estimates, about 15 million people are infected every year!

Due to the higher degree of soil contamination with helminth eggs, the prevalence of helminth infections in rural areas is, of course, higher than in urban areas. And summer in the country is the most expanse for this infection!

And after all, how they know how to adapt, how many ways they have to get into the body of ours and our children!

Biohelminths transmitted to humans through animals - that's how toxoplasma from a cat, for example.

Geohelminths they spend a certain period of their development in the soil, from where they safely come to us with vegetables and herbs, such as, for example, roundworm.

The most destructive effect on the body is exerted by larval and developing forms of helminths. After all, an adult helminth, as a rule, has a stable location in the body - larva it is capable of making complex journeys through the organs, leaving painful changes in them.

We ate not quite fried or boiled meat - we tasted minced meat, shish kebab - we can get larvae of pork or bovine tapeworm.

The soil, especially in large cities, is polluted with manure and faeces of domestic animals. All this dries up, rises into the air and we breathe it.

  • With earth: through dirty hands.

Fresh greens from the garden or a cucumber, and then fertilizer from manure. Here we got roundworm eggs...

Soil is one of the important factors in the transmission of helminth eggs. Some helminths - geohelminths (roundworms, whipworms, hookworms, sidegilides, trichostrongylids, etc.) go through one of the stages of their development in the soil and can long time keep it alive. So, for example, roundworm eggs can remain viable in the soil in the conditions of central Russia - up to 7-8 years, Central Asia- up to 15 years; whipworm eggs - from 1 to 3 years.

  • With water: through drinking water (even filters do not save) or swimming in ponds, lakes, pools.

We swam in a stagnant pond, and there are larvae adolescaria(fasciolosis) or cercariae liver fluke (Fasciolahepatica), larvae of other trematodes.

  • Through items: through polluted cysts household items: linen, toys, dishes.
  • From sick domestic or wild animals.
  • At present, the intrauterine route of infection of the child from the mother has also been proven.

The number of helminths that have developed in the body depends both on the number of their larvae or eggs that have entered the body, and on the state of the host's immune system. Usually, the larger the helminth, the smaller the number of its copies in the body.

And how can they disguise themselves! Even with long periods of invasion, the clinical manifestations of the disease can be uncharacteristic - weight drops, irritability, some kind of rash, dizziness, fatigue ... well, you can think of anything, but not about helminthic invasion!

So in the summer, when a lot of vegetables and fruits appear on our table, when children like to play in the sandbox, and summer residents enjoy shish kebabs, human infection with helminths is especially common. And if vaccines, sera and other medicines, providing immunity, then only we ourselves can protect ourselves from infection with worms.

And it's a special case when your child goes to summer camp. Who feeds, what products, who serves? A kind of "Russian roulette" - it will carry it, it will not carry it. And almost every day in the summer, from various such places of "organized" children's recreation, information is received in the form of reports on various kinds of food poisoning among tens and hundreds of children.

What measures can we take to avoid the danger of infection?

Pork and meat of wild animals should be boiled for 2.5 hours in pieces no more than 2.5 cm thick or well-fried.

Do not buy fish from hand.

From the point of view of helminthic infection, fish that live in fresh water is dangerous. In particular, opisthorchiasis, a disease that affects the liver, can be infected through fish of the carp family: bream, carp, bream, roach and vobla.

The danger is dried, dried and smoked fish. You can not eat raw fish caviar, especially pike, which is the transmitter of a dangerous helminth - a wide tapeworm. (Sturgeon caviar is safe in this regard).

Take care of your pets

Particular attention should be paid to the deworming of dogs and cats: it must be carried out, regardless of age and method of keeping animals, once a quarter (if a dog or cat is taken to the country, then upon returning to the city, it is a must!).

Alternative methods of treatment in many cases are much preferable, they include the use of medicinal plants with anthelmintic, laxative effects.

Even in ancient times, healers recommended using elecampane and celandine juice to expel worms. Carrots and carrot juice also have anthelmintic effects. Often in the recipes of traditional medicine you can find walnuts, pomegranates, mint, even more often - garlic in the form of a food component or enemas. A decoction of wormwood is used in the form of enemas or inside. Pumpkin seeds are an anthelmintic recognized by official medicine. IN traditional medicine taking medicinal plants is often combined with saline laxatives.

The basis of the phytocomposition Cleanlife are herb wormwood, cloves, tansy flowers and walnut leaf extract.

In 1988, the American naturopath Hilda Clark made a discovery that gave a completely new direction in diagnosis and treatment.

This is how the thesis of the ancient healers was confirmed - “ without cleansing there is no healing».

Each living being radiates electromagnetic fields in a certain, unique, peculiar only this species range of frequencies called the bandwidth. As the age of the organism increases, the frequency bandwidth decreases. When a living organism dies, one frequency remains. Thanks to this, we can recognize each creature and even determine whether this organism is alive or not.

zepping- This is a technique for selective destruction of pathogenic microorganisms and helminths using special frequencies produced using a special device.

Such devices have been used for a long time, a lot of experience in their application has been accumulated, many pitfalls have been studied.

Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Smolensk region makes a convincing request to strictly observe the safety rules when relaxing on a pond in order to avoid accidents.

But accidents have already been registered in the reservoirs of the Smolensk region. Reasons: an elementary oversight and just human carelessness.

The GIMS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Smolensk Region reminds you that safe water recreation is, first of all, discipline and strict adherence to the rules of behavior on the water:

1. Do not leave children near the water unattended.

2. It is better to swim in the morning or in the evening, when the sun is warm, but there is no danger of overheating. The water temperature should not be lower than 17-19 °. You can swim in the water for no more than 20 minutes, and this time should increase gradually, from 3-5 minutes. You can't bring yourself to the edge. Hypothermia may cause convulsions, respiratory arrest, loss of consciousness. It is better to swim several times for 15-20 minutes, and in between play outdoor games: volleyball, badminton. After eating, you need to take a break of 1.5-2 hours.

3. Do not enter, do not jump into the water after long stay in the sun. Peripheral vessels are greatly dilated for greater heat transfer. When cooled in water, a sharp reflex contraction of the muscles occurs, which entails respiratory arrest.

4. Do not enter the water while intoxicated. Alcohol blocks the vasoconstrictor and vasodilator center in the brain.

5. If there is no equipped beach nearby, you need to choose a safe place for swimming with a hard, sandy bottom that is not clogged, with a gradual slope. Enter the water carefully. Never jump in places that are not specially equipped.

6. Do not swim far, because you can not calculate your strength. Feeling tired, do not get lost and strive to swim to the shore as quickly as possible. You need to "rest" on the water. To do this, be sure to learn how to swim on your back. Rolling onto your back and supporting yourself on the surface with light movements of your arms and legs, you can relax.

7. If you are caught by the current, do not try to fight it. It is necessary to swim downstream, gradually, at a slight angle, approaching the shore.

8. Do not get lost, even if you are caught in a whirlpool. It is necessary to take more air into the lungs, dive into the water and, making a strong jerk to the side, emerge.

9. Do not swim on air mattresses, car cameras and inflatable toys. The wind or current can carry them very far from the coast, and the wave can overwhelm them, air can escape from them, and they will lose buoyancy.

Be careful! Don't ruin your vacation!
