Introduction

Who doesn't love New Year? There are probably no such people, among children - that's for sure! New Year is always a holiday, fun, a lot of gifts and, of course, the expectation of a miracle. You always expect that the door is about to open and Santa Claus will come and give the most cherished gift. And last year we ourselves got into a fairy tale - we were in Veliky Ustyug visiting Santa Claus!!! Exactly this a nice place that we have seen! Fairy-tale tower, magic mail, interesting attractions, and most importantly - REAL FATHER FROST! We were visiting him for only one day, but managed to see and learn a lot of interesting things. We were told how Santa Claus lives, what he does, who helps him, what good deeds he does. It turns out that Santa Claus used to live in the forest under a Christmas tree. But children's letters did not get there, so Santa Claus decided to build himself big house in which he receives his guests and mail. And not a single child's letter now remains unanswered. We learned that Father Frost's birthday is November 18, and that even in summer many holidays take place on his estate. And we also learned that the Snow Maiden lives in a completely different city, in Kostroma, and comes to visit Santa Claus just before the New Year. She has her own tower, and she also welcomes guests at home on New Year's Eve.

We really wanted to see where the Snow Maiden lives. Then we thought that, probably, the rest of the fairy-tale characters also have their own home. Where were they supposed to live? And so we decided:

Target: find out where Russian heroes live folk tales.

We have set ourselves the following tasks:

Get acquainted with the Fairytale map of Russia.

Find information about where and how fairy tale characters live.

    Conduct a survey among classmates.

For this we:

    Found information on the Internet.

    Created your research itinerary.

    Tested by classmates.

Practical significance:

All the information that we found can be used in the lessons of the world around us, literary reading, as well as classroom hours and extracurricular activities.

Chapter I "Fairytale map of Russia"

A few years ago, a map was created in Russia that unites the regions of the country into a single fabulous space. Thanks to a huge research work the homeland of more than a dozen characters of Russian fairy tales and legends became known.

The project to create an unusual, fabulous map of Russia has existed for several years. The authors of the project were representatives of the Moscow association of compatriots; the author of the map is Aleksey Kozlovsky.

And it's right if there is political map then why not be fabulous. It would also be nice to create a fabulous globe. It is much more interesting to teach geography to children on it.

On the Fairytale Map of Russia, many fairy-tale heroes have already found their residence, but many more roam in search of shelter. Here are those who have already settled on the fairy-tale map: Alyosha Popovich, Tsar Berendey, Vodyanoy, Serpent Gorynych, Dobrynya Nikitich, Emelya and Pike, Goldfish, Ivanushka the Fool, Ilya Muromets, Nightingale the Robber, Kikimora Vyatskaya, Koschey the Immortal, Baba- Yaga, Goblin, Gingerbread Man, Little Humpbacked Horse, Chicken Ryaba, Mouse - Norushka, Sadko, Cheburashka, Santa Claus, Snow Maiden, Snowman, etc.

Let's walk through some fabulous places and find out who, where and how they live. We have chosen several heroes, the most fabulous and mysterious. Of course, first of all we want to visit the Snow Maiden. Remembering New Year's morning performances, we noticed that Baba Yaga never happened. It would be interesting to know where she lives, as well as her eternal companions Koschey the Immortal, Leshy, Kikimora.

So, we are going on a journey.

Chapter II "Fairy-tale heroes"

Snow Maiden.

The granddaughter of Father Frost was born in the Shchelykovo estate, which belonged to the famous playwright A.N. Ostrovsky, who wrote a fairy tale about a cold beauty.

On the picturesque bank of the Volga river Kostroma province in the estate "Shchelykovo" stands the fabulous Terem of the Snow Maiden. In "Shchelykovo" you can walk along quiet alleys, visit the Blue House of the Snow Maiden, go up to the two-story "Snegurochkin Arbor", scoop ice water from the Blue Key. The hostess herself meets the guests in her terem, introduces them to her fabulous friends, shows her magic mirror and a work desk where she answers the children's letters. And if, saying goodbye, the Snow Maiden sprinkles you with a magical snowball, then good luck awaits you all next year. The most favorite holiday of the fabulous granddaughter of Santa Claus is Birthday. Every year on April 7, her friends, fairy-tale characters, come to visit the Snow Maiden from all over Russia. On this day, there are many competitions, concerts, exhibitions for every taste, both for children and adults.

In Kostroma, in the Berendeevka park, on the banks of two ponds, there are fabulous huts of the Berendeev kingdom. Tsar Berendey lives in them.

So when you come to Kostroma, you find yourself in a real fairy tale, which brings children to indescribable delight, and returns adults to a forgotten childhood ... at least for a moment, but it remains in the soul forever!

Baba Yaga

Not so long ago, the most famous character in Russian fairy tales - Baba Yaga - had his own homeland. In 2004, the small village of Kukoboy was declared the birthplace of Baba Yaga.
The village of Kukoboy is located in Yaroslavl region.
Lost in the woods Cookoboy- the only place in Russia where the real Baba Yaga lives. As expected, in the domain of Baba Yaga begins anomalous zone- stops working mobile connection and the engine is overheating. They say that forest and marsh inhabitants are naughty: goblin, kikimors and mermaids.

In the center of the village is a magnificent Pinery, in it the Museum of the Fairy Tale is located. The main character of the museum is Baba Yaga with her famous hut on chicken legs. The villagers do not consider Babu Yaga an evil symbol of paganism, for them she is a symbol of homeliness, the keeper of the customs and traditions of the family.

Koschey the Immortal and the Serpent Gorynych

The creators of the fabulous map of Russia "discovered" traces of the stay of the two main villains of Russian magical legends - the Serpent Gorynych and Koshchei the Immortal in the Tver region.

The Tver region will become the most "fabulously insidious" region - "historical and fabulous" traces of the presence of the two most popular representatives of fairy tales, against which the Russian heroes are fighting - the Serpent Gorynych and Koshchei the Immortal, have been found here, and in the homeland of Gorynych the "Reptile Museum" has already opened and is working ". According to the authors of the project, the Tver region was chosen as the birthplace of villains based on legends and local folklore. Both fairy-tale characters will be officially registered not far from each other. Koshcheya is in the village of Staritsa, and this fairy-tale character lives, of course, in the dungeons. There are tales that the monasteries and temples of Staritsa are connected to each other by underground passages, and that these passages pass directly under the Volga River.

And the Serpent Gorynych was settled in the village of Privolzhsky, which was once called Gadovo.

In Staritsa, an appropriate cave has already been selected for a fairy-tale image, and in Privolzhsky, the Reptile Museum has been opened, where various exhibits dedicated to snakes are exhibited - from the Gorynych Serpent to the Tempter Serpent.

kikimora

On the Fairy Tale Map of Russia, the city of Kirov is officially designated as the birthplace of Kikimora. The brightness of the image and activity made the incomparable Kikimora Vyatskaya a symbol of the "Fairy Tale Map of Russia". According to the authors of the project, Kikimora is "a noisy and perky girl, she loves games and riding downhill." In the Kirov "Reserve of Fairy Tales" the "House of Kikimora" was built.

In addition, the Kirov region became the birthplace of Alyonushka's sister and Ivanushka's brother. They were prescribed in the village of Ryabovo - in the homeland of the Vasnetsov brothers.

Yaroslavl

At the end of May, Yaroslavl will be given the status of the fabulous capital of Russia. This region was not chosen by chance, because many heroes of Russian fairy tales were born here - Baba Yaga, Vodyanoy, Alyosha Popovich, Emelya, Mouse-norushka, Hen Ryaba, Far Far Away is also located here. A museum is dedicated to each hero in one of the cities, and holidays are regularly held in their honor, which attract tourists from neighboring regions. In the Yaroslavl region, they also plan to open the Museum of Fairytale Artifacts, where an invisibility hat, a self-assembled tablecloth, walking boots, a magic ball and much more will be exhibited.

We also learned various interesting details of the development of the Fairytale Map of Russia project:

On this moment, in total, 42 heroes from 27 cities and regions are listed on the "Fairytale Map".
New characters on the Fairytale Map" will be added only 2 times a year: on the International Day of the Fairy Tale on June 7 and in winter on the day of the arrival of the Russian Father Frost in Moscow.
The first magical "Olympics" took place on May 18-20, 2012 in the Kirov region. It was attended by fairy-tale heroes of Russia and other countries (Germany, Ukraine, Scandinavian countries). At the Olympics, competitions were held in mischievous fairy-tale sports: colo-bowling, running along unknown paths, throwing a magic ball, reping, shmyakobol, croquet, fabulous regatta and fabulous biathlon.

As part of the project, it is planned to release a “Fairytale Calendar”, which will mark all significant dates in the life of fairy-tale heroes, for example, March 2 - Kikimora's birthday, May 15 - the wedding anniversary of Kikimora Vyatskaya and Brownie.
The calendar will be a great help for those who want to go on fabulous tourist routes.

Conclusion

We conducted a survey among 25 of our classmates and found out that almost all children love fairy tales. Everyone has their own favorite fairy tale character. All the guys know where Santa Claus lives, but only 6 people are familiar with the real place of residence of the Snow Maiden, many people think that she lives in Veliky Ustyug with Santa Claus. 3 people know about the existence of the "Fairytale Map of Russia", and all the guys would like to know where his favorite fairy-tale hero lives.

Therefore, we decided to definitely tell the guys about this project, to acquaint them with the place of residence of famous fairy-tale characters. It's so interesting to look into a fairy tale. And maybe in the future we will be able to go there and see everything with our own eyes! That will be great!

We came to conclusion:

That you can study the history of your people and the geography of the country from fairy tales. And it's very interesting!

Our research helped to find out many interesting facts about the places of birth or existence of fairy-tale and epic heroes of folk tales.

There are a lot of interesting beautiful and fabulous places in Russia.

Event progress

Leading:

If a fairy tale knocks on the door,
You quickly let her in
Because a fairy tale is a bird:
You scare a little - and you will not find it.
You follow her for a while G,

And she doesn't have...
Only a thousand roads
Scattered around the world.
Which way will she go?
Where will she show up?
Should she swim or walk
Or rush from where
Only where the fairy tale be
There will be a miracle...

She has miracles
And always ready
Every time for all of us
Golden word!

Leading: If you go to a textbook store and ask: “Do you haveFairy tale map of Russia?”, then at best they will simply smile at us in response. But this is in vain! Indeed, such a card is not yet for sale. But the project of such a map is already in development.

While the geography fabulous map of Russia covers the native places of far from all the heroes of Russian fairy tales. Now it is only a dozen addresses. The author of the project, developer Alexei Kozlovsky, says that local historians and mythology researchers are involved in the work on the project. The author also invites everyone to participate in the project, because many heroes of fairy tales do not have their own small homeland.

After all, no one yet knows where Vasilisa the Beautiful comes from. And in which village was Kolobok baked? So today I invite you to take a trip to amazing country fairy tales. At each station, tasks from fairy-tale heroes are waiting for you, the team that will be the first to reach destination and dial the largest number points, she wins. Are we leaving?

First station. Great Ustyug. Manor Santa Claus.

Leading: Gone not so long ago new year holidays, We had a good rest. And now let's remember some facts about the most important wizard. Where did he come from? There are a lot of assumptions and conjectures.

The first of these versions is that Santa Claus is the totality of all the images that we inherited from our ancestors, this is the image of the ancestors themselves, who can be angry or rejoice. If the image of our ancestors is upset, then we need to appease it. And as best as possible. Therefore, the New Year's table is decorated as best as possible!

According to another version, fabulous, Santa Claus lives in a magical land that is under water. Therefore, you can only get to it through the well, which is exactly what Mashenka did in the fairy tale. However, in Ancient Rus' January 30 was one of the most popular winter holidays. On this day, our ancestors glorified Frost, who was the winter incarnation of the powerful god Veles - a symbol of wealth and prosperity. In addition, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden are essential attributes of winter, the coming New Year and mass fun.

Since Santa Claus loves to have fun and play, at this station I suggest you solve riddles. For each answer - a token.

5. Snowflakes just fell,
I ran along the path
And they run after me
My entire itinerary is given out. ( Footprints in the snow).

6. I have no wheels -
I am winged and light.
On the fly, on the fly
I'll cover the whole city. ( Snowstorm).

7. Two new, maple
The soles are two meters.
I put two feet in them -
And run through the big snows! ( Skis).

8. My new girlfriends
And shiny and light
And they frolic with me on the ice,
And they are not afraid of the cold. ( Skates).

9. Hit bolder with this stick
So that the blow was like from a cannon,
This stick is for hockey
And she is called ... ( hockey stick).

10. Chasing clubs on ice
We all have her in front of us.
She will fly through the gate
And someone will definitely win. ( Washer).

Second station. Berendeyevo Kingdom and the Terem of the Snow Maiden.

Leading: Yes, yes, do not be surprised, the Snow Maiden has her own palace. It is located near Veliky Ustyug in the city of Kostroma. As for the Snow Maiden, scientists believe that the Snow Maiden was actually a stuffed animal, which, according to tradition, is thrown into the fire after the winter leaves. It was always like this, but over time, the Snow Maiden “stopped leaving” after each winter, melting at the stake. The first time in our country the Snow Maiden appeared in 1937. She has turned from a girl with an icy heart into a kind and joyful one who always helps Santa Claus.

We have already dealt with winter riddles. So let us now turn our attention to Berendey's Kingdom itself. If there is a kingdom, then there must be a king. Now, in turn, the teams recall fairy tales in which the king meets. The team that names the last fairy tale gets 2 tokens.

The third station is Moscow. Homeland of Cheburashka.

Who is Cheburashka? Where did he come from? Now I will ask you questions, for each correct answer - a token.

  1. “His eyes were large and yellow, like an owl, his head was round, like a hare, and his tail was short and fluffy, such as that of small bear cubs.” What hero are we talking about? (Cheburashka).
  2. Where did Cheburashka come from? (It was brought from southern country in a box of oranges).
  3. Cheburashka's best friend. (Crocodile Gena).
  4. What does Cheburashka like to eat the most? (Oranges).
  5. Where did the crocodile Gena work? (In zoo).
  6. Where did Cheburashka live? (In a telephone booth).
  7. Where did Cheburashka work? (In the store. Attracted the attention of passers-by).
  8. Who said this about himself: “I shoot pigeons from a slingshot. I pour water on passers-by from the window. And I always-always cross the street in the wrong place”? (Shapoklyak).
  9. What was the name of the old woman's rat Shapoklyak? (Lariska).
  10. Why did Cheburashka and Gena the crocodile decide to build a house? ( To open a house for friends).

Fourth station. Yaroslavl region.

Leading: The Yaroslavl region on the fabulous map of Russia turned out to be the most hospitable place for both fairy-tale heroes and tourists. Now Alyosha Popovich, Emelya together with Pike, Hen Ryaba live there. Imagine so many fabulous heroes in one place! And, of course, there is a little confusion about who is where. Now we have to solve small puzzles.

She is graceful and slim
And VERY cute!
She is very many years old
And it looks decent!

She has a separate house-
Hut with a chicken leg.
Living away from the noise
And rides straight on a broom
Like a new limousine.
Or maybe move to a mortar,
Flying up to the clouds.

And she doesn't need a plane
And she is not afraid of a terrorist,
And she don't need a bank account
And no one can order her:
"Go to bed"
When there are so many TV shows yet!

She doesn't need to go to the doctor.
Treat the last tooth.
Her hair is superb
Clothes - the peep of the season,
And what a nose she has!
And nails - manicure!

I thought for a long time and realized:
Yes, she is a movie star.
And super popular
For more than a dozen years
And maybe even a thousand!

We will be sad to live with you,
Kohl does not want to fool around,
Hurt and hurt
Cheerful old lady-
Grandma Yagushka!

But she's so lonely
After all, everyone scolds her,
And it's so cruel!

And in secret, maybe she
Like many of us
Dreams of becoming Vasilisa,
princess, queen,
Or maybe ... a good fairy!

Leading: Baba Yaga also settled in the Yaroslavl region. True, she did not take root right away. Around the village of Kukoboy, where the old woman was settled, there are many temples, and the priests decided that such a “demonic” character had no place there. I had to conduct long negotiations, as a result, the Yaroslavl Baba Yaga became a completely different person. She was re-educated, always ready to help and only sometimes a little hooligan.

Tasks from Baba - Yaga. Remove 2 matches to make 4 squares.

Fifth station. Arhangelsk region.

Leading: We're moving on. In the Arkhangelsk region, Plesetsk district. It was there that Ivanushka settled - the fool. Ivan the Fool, or Ivanushka the Fool, is one of the main characters in Russian fairy tales. According to some versions, the name fool is a name-amulet that prevents the evil eye. According to other versions, "fool" is his status. Since he is the third son, he is not entitled to a share in the inheritance (remains in the cold). As a rule, this is a peasant son or the son of an old man with an old woman. In the family, he was often the third, youngest son. Not married.

With the help of magical means, and especially thanks to his “not mind”, Ivan the Fool successfully passes all the tests and reaches the highest values: he defeats the enemy, marries royal daughter receives both wealth and fame.

Ivan the Fool - poet and musician; in fairy tales, his singing, his ability to play the wonderful pipe or the gusli-samoguds, which make the herd dance, are emphasized.

Ivanushka - the fool is simply inattentive. And it is this inattention that really hinders him. For example, he wanted to invite fairy-tale characters to visit him, but he wrote their names in such a way that it was not clear who he called. Let's try to read together.

1.
2.
3. O P
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.

(Answers: Emelya, Snegurochka, Alyosha Popovich, Cheburashka, Pinocchio, Kikimora, Water, Pike).

Sixth station. City of Zelenogradsk, Kaliningrad region.

Leading:

For breakfast, he only ate an onion,
But he was never a crybaby.
Learned to write with the nose of the letter
And he planted an inkblot in a notebook.
Didn't listen to Malvin at all
Son of Pope Carlo... (Pinocchio).

Pinocchio is a very cheerful and agile boy. He almost never sits still. We will not sit with you either. The task "The most attentive". The winning team receives 2 tokens.

All participants stand in front of the leader, at his command they perform movements. The difficulty is that the host says one movement, but shows another at the same time (confuses the participants). The main thing for the teams is to perform all the movements that the host CALLS, trying not to stray. The one who makes a mistake is out. The team with the most players left wins.

Seventh station. City of Sysert, Sverdlovsk region.

Leading: The Urals also have their fairy-tale heroes. Danila - Master, Mistress copper mountain. Copper Mountain Mistress - keeper precious stones, sometimes appears before people in the form of a beautiful woman, and sometimes in the form of a lizard in a crown. In general, lizards in the Urals "are considered as spirits of the mountain, which can indicate deposits of copper ore, malachite and precious stones." She lives in a beautiful underground palace, where you can get only by overcoming many trials, similar to those that the hero goes through. fairy tale. The keeper of the secrets of the highest skill, and the patroness of brave, courageous, creatively gifted people.
