Well, if the taxi driver agrees to take you according to the meter, the option will generally turn out to be optimal in price, because at night there is no other option to get from Pattaya to Don Muang. If the prospect of communicating with Thai taxi drivers does not appeal to you, use a reliable Russian-speaking service and get to Don Muang directly from Pattaya.
