1 - Including for citizens studying full-time in residency educational programs, programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (adjuncture) in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Moscow of December 15, 2015 No. 880-PP.

From November 2, Muscovites can apply for preferential trips to health camps. Out of town and sea coast about 50 thousand children will have a rest next summer. Who is supposed to free rest and what has changed in the conditions for issuing vouchers, the correspondent of "RG" found out.

Five weeks instead of two

Children of 13 preferential categories can count on vouchers. Among them are the disabled, orphans and children from low-income families. You can book a free ticket this year, like last time, in two stages. On the first - from November 2 to December 10 - you need to decide on the time of rest and indicate the regions where you would like to send your child. Thus, the time limit for submitting an application through the mos.ru portal is five rather than two weeks. Parents asked for an extension. Like, more time will think about everything and plan a vacation. At the second stage - from February 7 to February 21, 2018 - parents will choose a specific recreation center or camp, as well as exact dates check-in. If the proposals of "Mosgortur" do not suit the fathers and mothers of the beneficiaries, they can refuse the ticket, and in return receive 30 thousand rubles. In this case, the children's rest parents completely take on their shoulders. The money must be transferred to them by March 18. In this case, you will not have to report for the rest.

The principle of justice

For the first time for children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, moving in wheelchairs, Mosgortour intends to select recreation centers with an accessible environment. To do this, parents need to put the appropriate mark. Another innovation is that fathers and mothers of disabled children can refuse an already allocated free ticket, explained the general director of Mosgortour, Vasily Ovchinnikov. However, there must be a good reason for this - sanatorium treatment or rehabilitation.

In the case of a joint holiday this year, SNILS will also have to indicate the person accompanying the child. It can be not only a parent or legal representative, but also another adult family member. He needs to draw up a power of attorney and certify it with a notary.

In this application campaign, as well as last time, the "principle of fairness" will operate. If the applications turn out to be more than the vouchers themselves, the children who, over the past three years, rarely went on vacation or did not go at all, will go on vacation first of all, the Mosgortour explained.

Top three

Last summer, young Muscovites gained strength in 16 health camps and 18 recreation centers. Most people went to the Crimean coast and Krasnodar Territory. Following in popularity is the middle lane of Russia. Mainly Tula, Lipetsk and Tver regions. On the third position - Moscow suburbs. For the first time, children were taken to children's camps Rostov region. It was not possible to send anyone to the Leningrad region, since only a few people wished to go there.

In general, the summer health campaign went smoothly. However, it was not without overlays - because of the matches of the Confederations Cup in Moscow, the buses intended for transporting children were busy. They found a way out - the children were taken to the airport by Aeroexpress.

More information about the rules for issuing preferential vouchers can be found on the website of the organizing company children's recreation"Mosgortur": mosgortur.ru. Here, fathers and mothers of children who do not fall under any of the preferential categories can buy a paid tour to a recreation center or health camp. Prices are different and depend on the duration of the check-in, the program and the place of rest.

Document overview

The unified city register of citizens entitled to the provision of medicines and medical devices free of charge or at a 50% discount is maintained in order to streamline the provision of medicines and medical devices, improve the quality of service for citizens entitled to receive state social assistance.

The inclusion of a citizen in the register is the basis for issuing electronic prescriptions for receiving medicines and medical devices free of charge or at a 50% discount using the functionality of the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System of the city, as well as for registering prescriptions written by doctors in the name of a citizen in it using printed forms.

Information about citizens is entered into the register by medical organizations to which citizens are attached, or by medical organizations providing primary specialized health care for the relevant profile of diseases. The list of organizations authorized to maintain the Register is approved by the Department of Health. If a citizen is observed in a medical organization that is not included in the list, information about him is entered by an authorized organization at the place of residence or, at the request of a citizen, by an authorized organization of his choice after being attached to this organization.

How to get a free ticket to the sanatorium?

“The results are almost the same as last year. The Black Sea and Azov coasts continue to enjoy the greatest popularity. In second place is the Moscow Region, and in the third place is the Central Strip of Russia, ”the press service of the Moscow City Tour noted.

Earlier, we talked about conducting an application campaign to receive free vouchers for summer holidays for children with disabilities in 2018. Vouchers are provided under the program of the Moscow government and will be paid from the city budget. The organizers of the summer holidays for Moscow children are GAUK "Mosgortur" and the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow.

We are also saying that if the proposed summer vacation options for their children do not suit their parents, they can get monetary compensation in the amount of 30 thousand rubles and independently organize your vacation with children. True, this does not apply to orphans and disabled children. The certificate can be selected at the second stage of the application campaign. Money for organizing summer holidays for their children will be transferred to parents by March 18, 2018.
