Tu 154 plane crash tail number. From official sources. There were no claims to the aircraft

A genetic examination of the bodies of those killed in the Tu-154 plane crash in the Sochi region will be carried out by forensic experts from the Russian Defense Ministry. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov.

“A decision was made to deliver all those who died in the Tu-154 plane crash of the Russian Ministry of Defense to Moscow for identification and genetic testing by specialists of the 111th Chief state center forensic and forensic examinations of the Russian Ministry of Defense," Konashenkov said at a briefing.

On the morning of December 25, information appeared that a Tu-154 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Defense flying from Sochi to the Khmeimim airbase had disappeared from radar.

Before the crash in the Tu-154 something extreme happened - expert

The fall of the Tu-154 into the Black Sea immediately after takeoff from Adler airport could be preceded by extreme situation, which has developed on board, which did not allow the crew to transmit a distress signal to the ground, the former shift supervisor of the main center of the unified organization system believes air traffic Russian Vitaly Andreev.

“After takeoff and a short flight - two minutes - the plane lost communication and did not transmit a signal to the ground about any problems, this may indicate that an emergency situation has developed on board - either external influence on the car, or a meeting with an obstacle, which was hardly there, ”says Andreev, who has worked in aviation for 47 years.

He adds that "the Tu-154 is a very reliable machine, and miracles do not happen, they just don't fall."

“In my practice, there were cases when Tu-154s landed when all three engines failed, or, for example, the famous landing in the taiga on an abandoned strip,” the expert adds.

“Those versions of problems on board that are now being voiced - unbalance of the rudders, deviation from the established flight path - definitely could not prevent the crew from transmitting a signal to the ground about this,” Andreev added.

“It means that something extreme has happened, from practice - such situations are possible when a ship is hijacked,” he added.

The expert clarified that the data of the self-written intercom (SPU) "with an accuracy of 99.99% will be able to explain what was happening in the cockpit at the time of the disaster."

The Tu-154 aircraft of the Russian Defense Ministry, which was heading to Syria, crashed in the Black Sea on Sunday morning.

According to the military department, there were 92 people on board - eight crew members and 84 passengers, including eight military men, 64 artists of the Alexandrov Ensemble, nine representatives of Russian television channels, the head of the Fair Aid charity foundation Elizaveta Glinka, known as Doctor Liza, two federal civil servants.

The version of the terrorist attack on the Tu-154 aircraft is practically excluded - source

The large spread of debris from the crashed Tu-154 near Sochi is explained by a water hammer, a source in emergency services told Interfax.

“Apparently, when the aircraft collided with the water surface, there was a water hammer, which led to a large spread of debris,” the source said.

In turn, a source in law enforcement agencies told Interfax that a terrorist attack was not considered among the main versions of the disaster, and such a version was practically excluded.

“The plane took off from the Chkalovsky airfield, which is a well-guarded military facility. It is not possible to penetrate there in order to plant an explosive device on board. In turn, the airport in Sochi is a dual-use airport and is heavily guarded. The penetration of unauthorized persons, or the carrying of unauthorized items by any of the employees is excluded, ”the source said.

Konashenkov: 27 ships and vessels, 37 divers, 4 helicopters, UAVs and remote-controlled deep-sea vehicles are involved in the search for the aircraft

Briefing by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov on the situation with the crash of the TU-154 aircraft in the Sochi region as of 15:00:

“According to updated data, 10 bodies of the dead have been taken aboard the rescue ship.

The build-up of search and rescue forces in the area of the plane crash of the Tu-154 aircraft of the Ministry of Defense continues.

A search area of 10.5 km2 has been formed.

The area is divided into sectors and distributed among the involved forces. The search is organized around the clock. For highlighting coastline in the dark, searchlight installations and special equipment are sent.

The search involves 27 ships and vessels, 37 divers, 4 helicopters, UAVs and remote-controlled deep-sea vehicles.

In the near future, more than 100 deep-sea divers with special equipment will be delivered to the area of the crash from other fleets.

In total, more than 3 thousand people take part in search and rescue activities.

Groups of medical and psychological assistance are on duty at the Adler airfield, vehicles have been allocated to transport relatives to places of temporary accommodation at the funds of the city's sanatorium and resort institutions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the crash of the Tu-154 would be thoroughly investigated.

“A thorough investigation into the causes of the disaster will be carried out and everything will be done to support the families of the victims,” he said during an emergency press conference.

On the likelihood of a terrorist attack

On the possibility of a terrorist attack.

Air Force Major, Pilot Instructor Sergey Krasnoperov:

- What could have caused the catastrophe of this liner, in your opinion?

- Only the "black box" that will be lifted from this liner will tell about this. But, as you say, versions - pilot error and equipment failure - are real reasons, as always happens in such cases. But it is too suspicious that the plane, after taking off in climb, is literally a few tens of minutes, disappears from the radar screens.

- Now they have clarified that this happened in the seventh minute, during climbing or during a turn, apparently, over the Black Sea.

- This means that the engines worked properly, the fuel was normal. If this happened on takeoff, the fuel could be the cause. The situation, perhaps, is similar to the tragedy in Sharm el-Sheikh, there, too, very little time passed after takeoff.

Do you mean the version of the terrorist attack?

- Certainly. What is very strange, the plane crashes on takeoff very rarely, especially of this class. Tu-154 has three engines, it is very reliable. I myself flew them as a passenger very often.

- Why do you not consider the malfunction of the aircraft? After all, the Tu-154 is not a new aircraft.

Yes, but they are very reliable. I can consider the design of the aircraft from the point of view of the pilot, and believe me, what is connected with the control of the aircraft, there is such a reliable control system, not like electronics now, but there are backup cable systems, including aircraft control systems, that is, if one system fails , another enters. Considering the experience of the pilots who are now flying these planes, this situation is still very strange to me, that it was only the seventh minute after takeoff. I understand that the plane took off from our airfield, and the electronic surveillance system followed it, so it could not be that someone flew up to it, it could crash into something.

- Initially, it was reported that he simply lost a signal from the radar screens, but the plane did not give any distress signals.

- This suggests that the plane, as in Sharm el-Sheikh, instantly lost speed and simply fell into a tailspin, that is, uncontrollable. In this case, the pilot, simply with such an overload, which happens in this case, not only could not report to the dispatcher, but was also unable to turn on the distress signal. Imagine, the liner just starts to rotate strongly. Therefore, I think that the aircraft was destroyed, as it was in Sharm el-Sheikh, where its speed was at first 780 km / h and then abruptly became 170 km / h, and the loss of altitude was 1000 m. Now we need to look at the radars, exactly how speed dropped. That is, the plane could plan and land on the water. Recently there was a case with the Tu-154, when people were rescued, 37 people. The pilots were then able to land the liner on an unfamiliar field with strong wind, in a strong snowstorm, and they saved almost all the people.
In this situation, there were simple weather conditions, if something happened to the plane, to the engine, it would simply turn around and begin to plan towards the airfield, would land in the coastal zone. Let the plane fall apart, but the pilots, and the crew, and passengers would be alive, you know? And then a sharp drop, this happens when something abnormal happened, something exploded, something fell off. As a rule, these aircraft can only fall off the tail. And in all other cases, the pilot could calmly transmit information, turn on the distress signal, but this did not happen. So, something was so abnormal, sharp at the seventh minute of the flight. So, I can’t blame the crew, and the equipment doesn’t break down so abruptly.

- Spread of fragments at such a speed, and its speed in the set is about 600-700 km / h, already there it goes over, at such a distance it may well be. But if the plane fell whole, then there would be no such scattering of fragments, believe me. The plane fell apart, just fell apart, which means it exploded, which means that someone was given a suitcase somewhere, considering that it was a flight to Syria, and musicians from the ensemble were flying, they could have carried something with these musical instruments, someone could put something. Believe me, such a scattering of fragments occurs only when the aircraft is destroyed in the air. It just explodes, that's all. And when the liner just falls, you get an oil stain, and then parts pop up. The plane, if it falls, dives into the water, simply disappears, it is found after some time. And then they even found a man already, who already in the coastal zone suffered from the wreckage. This suggests that the debris fell to the ground in an erratic fall, which means it exploded in the air.

Sergey Goncharov, president of the Alfa Veterans Association.

“With a high degree of probability, I can say that this is not a terrorist attack, for several reasons,” says Sergey Goncharov, president of the association of veterans of the Alfa anti-terror unit. - First. This is an aircraft operated by the Ministry of Defense, and, believe me, the discipline in the Ministry of Defense is still quite serious, and the people who serve these flights, they are verified people, of course, have all forms of clearance in order to do this work.
Second. People flew on this plane, our comrades, who practically knew each other, and, as I understand it, no one put strangers on this plane. And the luggage that was there, of course, was subjected to checks by precisely those people who flew in this plane.
Third. The plane, as I understand it, was not in the air for so long, the sea area provides opportunities, if it was an explosion or some kind of flash, then, probably, there would be eyewitnesses who could see it or, at least, could fix it . And the last. The wreckage of the plane has already been discovered, which means that they did not fly as far apart from each other as it happens with some ...
- One and a half kilometers for the sea, this distance, as you understand, is quite small. All this gives me reason to say that, as I understand it, it is necessary to lean towards the versions or the pilots' mistake, or the refueling that took place that did not meet some criteria. In any case, condolences must be expressed to all the victims. Unfortunately, this tragedy overshadowed our pre-holiday days. But in any case, I believe that now the Ministry of Defense will carefully examine and put an end to the i. The only thing that confuses me is why the crew could not give any information to the dispatchers. This is a fact that I cannot answer yet, I think the investigation will answer.

Sergei Alekseevich, there must have been similar events in the tragic world practice. And why couldn't the crew, if we try to understand it now using parallel analogies, do the very first thing that every pilot probably does, if he understands that the situation is beyond the usual regular one, - to send a distress signal? Using other situations as an example, can you explain how events could have developed, why this could have happened?

- If we are talking about a terrorist act, then in case of an explosion on board an aircraft or in luggage compartment the communication system immediately disappears, and purely technically the commander of the ship cannot give the dispatcher any information. Apparently, if there was some kind of technical short circuit here, some kind of technical problem that did not allow the crew to contact the controllers (I repeat once again, this is a problem that will be dealt with after the wreckage is lifted) ... If it were there was a terrorist attack, at the moment, in any case, there would be indirect data about what happened on the plane, in particular, a flash, an explosion, or at least we would have some new, albeit subjective or indirect, hints that that the plane was blown up or crashed in the air with the help of an explosion.

From official sources:

"Preliminarily, during the climb, the crew encountered a technical malfunction of a critical nature, which led to a disaster," Interfax's source in emergency services said.
According to a Pravda.ru source at the operational headquarters, “so far, according to preliminary data, the situation is as follows. The pilot and crew, and in the case of the Tu-154 it was enlarged, were professional, they had no flight accidents - everyone is almost sure that this is not a human factor. Captain pro, navigator participated in the landing of the "tumbling" Tu-154.
This is not a terrorist attack, too, with a probability close to one - the aircraft is serviced, controlled in a special zone, control at the Sochi airport has been strict since the Olympics. The weather conditions, let's say, are not the best, yesterday they closed Simferopol due to the weather and Sochi was a spare, but they were still flying. Unless, of course, the liner fell into a sudden sudden tornado. Or into a flock of birds that "shut up" all the engines at the same time on takeoff, at the moment of full thrust - there is an ornithopark nearby. Most likely a technical malfunction, and so instantaneous and critical, such as switching the stabilizer to a dive in Rostov, that the crew did not have time to do it. to work, not to report. Because even the failure of two engines on the Tu-154 does not kill, the crew would have put the liner on the water one way or another.

And it's stupid when they talk about an old plane, about "it's already been banned." It was not banned, but taken out of use by commercial airlines, because it consumes a lot of fuel, exceeds the norm in terms of noise, and indeed its interior cannot be compared with a Boeing or an Airbus. An airplane has no "old age", it has airworthiness - it is either airworthy or not. In the USA, "Douglases" of 50-60 years fly. I'll say more, "black boxes" - parametric recorders already located, they will be lifted by specialists with bathyscaphes. All debris and bodies, of course, will also be raised - 70 meters is already accessible depths. What happened is an undeniable tragedy. The reasons will be sorted out, since the investigation is taken under the tightest control at the highest level. Additional information will be given by the decoding of black boxes. Now they have begun to raise the bodies of the dead. According to TASS, by noon, four bodies had been found and recovered.

An operational headquarters for the reception of relatives has been created and is operating in Sochi dead passengers aircraft. Brigades of psychological and psychiatric assistance are on duty at the Sochi airport. The mayor of the city held an emergency meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations. "Kommersant correspondent in Krasnodar Territory reports that local residents at the time of the disaster did not see the outbreak and did not hear the explosion," the press notes.
Politonline.ru's sources in the FSB of Russia also explained why they were checking all those who approached the liner, serviced it and were engaged in technical training. "The version of the terrorist attack is not a priority, but it must also be worked out. Yes, the FSB checks everyone who came into contact with dead side, records are reviewed, polls are conducted - to exclude the version, and not because it is "secretly investigated".

Test pilot, Hero of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Knyshov:

- The Tu-154 is a completely reliable aircraft, which is operated not only by the Ministry of Defense, but also in civil aviation. It has proven itself with its reliability and comfort. The fact that military specialists were on board indicates that the aircraft was in full readiness. Because before each flight there is a check - this type of aircraft, it has a certain tolerance, airworthiness certification.
What happened ... In aviation, everything can be, but after takeoff, when the engines are operating in takeoff mode and the crew has no information about any malfunctions of individual systems or engines, otherwise, if such information would be, the pilot according to the instructions turned around, landed at the airport of departure. In this situation, we can say that, apparently, there was something on board. Because just like that, planes do not fall, they do not land in an emergency. But why the crew did not report information about what happened to him is also a question.

- What are the options for a complete failure of systems on board?

- One of the options is the failure of three engines. But in any case, the crew informs the dispatch service, informs the Ministry of Defense about this or that reason. In this situation, in my opinion, a sharp loss of communication, a sharp depressurization of the aircraft led to the fact that the crew could not, did not have time to report the reason that happened on board.

Anatoly Nikolaevich, now, when they say that the plane was refueling in Sochi, could low-quality fuel cause an emergency? Or is it more of an exception than the rule now?

- When refueling takes place at any airport, both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad, the crew and the team that serves (and I think there is a technical team on board that serves this type of aircraft), they must check the type of fuel according to the passport , its characteristics and so-called fuel samples are taken even before refueling. Therefore, I can’t say yet that this is the reason for low-quality fuel, only the commission can determine, they will definitely take samples at the crash site (in any case, fuel residues will be somewhere). They will be able to find out the quality of the fuel, the state of the systems, and the readiness of the crew. Because in any case, if there was low-quality fuel, it was impossible for three engines to fail at the same time, which could lead to such a disaster. Explosive reason. There is an audible alarm, a light alarm that warns the crew of a particular malfunction. This warning didn't work. Because the warning works for the crew, it gives out information so that the crew competently and correctly follows the recommendations that they have already worked out on the ground. It is sad that this is happening to our colleagues, namely from the Ministry of Defense, precisely to those who were heading there, to a hot spot where they could support our servicemen before the New Year. This is a tragedy that we will all experience.

Now the search is underway. Including information appeared that the search for the aircraft in the Black Sea are 7 sea vessels, a Mi-8 helicopter from Sochi airport joined the search. But there was information that the possible point where the plane crashed was in the mountains. Can you explain why there is such conflicting information now?

- Any aircraft that takes off is monitored by dispatch services, locators and helps the crew to correctly build the trajectory of entering the route. If they dodge somewhere, the dispatcher says: you dodge. Because on this airway there are, perhaps, several types of aircraft - in the opposite direction, in the passing direction. And the dispatching service controls and is responsible to some extent for the safety of being on this route. But even if the air traffic control service, the locators could not notice where the mark from this type of aircraft is located ... Because each controller displays the type of aircraft and its call sign on the screen. And when this mark disappears, a command is immediately given to the search service (in this case, these are helicopters that are now searching in the area where the mark may have disappeared). And the situation in the mountains may be such that they have fallen below the detection zone.

- And what could be the reason for such behavior of the crew?

- It could be the explosive nature of the plane itself, that is, an explosion could occur, and no one could tell - neither the correspondents who were there, nor the crew itself. I can't imagine anything else here.

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, singer, Iosif Kobzon was supposed to fly on the Tu-154 plane of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation that crashed over the Black Sea to Syria. This was reported on December 25 by TASS with reference to the people's artist.

“On the 14th, we had a concert with them in the Hall of Columns, and Valery Khalilov (leader of the Alexandrov Ensemble - ed.) asked me to fly with them, but I said that I medical visa and I have to fly for treatment, especially since I, together with them and with Khalilov, visited Syria once. So I said - next time somehow. But see how the next time turned around "

Kobzon said.

He assured that if he was offered, he would be ready to perform again for the Russian military in Syria.

“I am sincerely sorry, for me this is just shock news. This is a great tragedy for culture, for the army audience. They flew on a combat mission"

The crash of the Tu-154 aircraft of the 223rd flight detachment of the Russian Defense Ministry was one of the biggest tragedies of the outgoing year. There were 92 people on board the ship, all of them died. In each such case, the appearance of different versions of what happened is inevitable. Lenta.ru tried to figure out what was happening.

NB: Everything said below about the causes of the aircraft accident is a presentation of versions that have not yet been officially confirmed. Before the publication of official conclusions on the results of the investigation into the causes of the disaster, none of these versions can be considered true.

Circumstances

Aircraft Tu-154B-2 side number RA-85572, produced in 1983 at the Kuibyshev aircraft plant (now the Aviakor plant), was operated by the Ministry of Defense almost all the time - first as part of the 8th Special Purpose Aviation Division of the USSR Air Force, then - created in 1993 223rd flight detachment.

As of the day of the disaster, the aircraft had about 11 percent of its flight resource with an average flying time of just over 200 hours per year, which is relatively small for passenger liners that are operated in civil aviation with an intensity of 1000 or more hours per year. The assigned resource of the board was 37,500 hours, or 16,000 landings, while it could be extended to 60,000 hours and 22,000 landings.

Tu-154B-2 has already been withdrawn from commercial exploitation due to non-compliance with accepted noise standards and high fuel consumption, however, military vehicles still remain in service.

The aircraft operator is the 223rd flight detachment of the Ministry of Defense, the Russian state aviation enterprise- provides air transportation in the interests of government agencies and performs non-scheduled cargo and Passenger Transportation, usually, personnel armed forces. The enterprise was organized on the basis of the 8th Special Purpose Aviation Division (8 adOSNAZ, 8 adon) of the Russian Air Force in Chkalovsky in accordance with the presidential order Russian Federation dated January 15, 1993 No. 37-rp "On ensuring the activities of the 223rd and 224th flight detachments of the Russian Ministry of Defense" for air transportation in the interests of government agencies.

The plane took off from the Chkalovsky airfield near Moscow and was supposed to land for refueling in Mozdok, however, due to weather conditions, the refueling airfield was changed to Sochi. From Sochi, the liner took off at 05:25 and fell, according to reports, after spending two minutes in the air before the crash.

The flight's destination was the Russian Khmeimim airbase in Syria. The plane of the artists of the military ensemble named after Alexandrov, journalists and the military personnel accompanying them. In addition, Elizaveta Glinka, known as Doctor Lisa, and the head of the Department of Culture of the Ministry of Defense Anton Gubankov were on board.

Versions

The main publicly discussed versions of what happened come down to three: equipment malfunction, pilot error, terrorist act. The concomitant circumstance to the first two could have been the weather, but the available data on the actual weather conditions in Sochi at the time of the disaster suggest that they were quite acceptable:

Visibility is 10 kilometers or more. Cloudiness in several layers: the lower layer is 5-7 oktants (eighths), with a lower edge of 1000 meters, there is another layer above it, continuous with a lower edge of 2800 meters, temperature +5, dew point +1, pressure about 763 millimeters of mercury column. Runways are dry. East wind 5 meters per second. At sea - wave height up to 0.1 meters.

All three versions can neither be confirmed nor ruled out before the official conclusions of the commission of inquiry, however, one can try to “spread out on the table” the available information, at least in order to streamline it.

Last time board RA-85572 was repaired in December 2014, and in September 2016 it underwent scheduled maintenance. The total flight time of the aircraft for 33 years of operation amounted to 6689 hours.

This age and resource is completely normal for liners in military operation. Thus, one of the main cargo-passenger aircraft of the US Air Force C-135 Stratolifter, built from 1956 to 1965, is still in operation, and the total service life of these aircraft may approach a century - they will remain in the Air Force until at least 2040 -s.

By itself, the Tu-154 is a reliable aircraft, however, no aircraft is immune from technical failures, and, of course, this version will be one of the main ones.

The crew of the crashed liner is characterized as experienced. The Tu-154 aircraft that crashed in the Black Sea was piloted by first-class pilot Roman Volkov.

“The Tu-154 aircraft of the military transport aviation of the Russian Ministry of Defense was flown by an experienced pilot Roman Aleksandrovich Volkov. Roman Volkov is a first class pilot. The total flight time is more than three thousand hours, ”the military department told a TASS correspondent.

Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Petukhov - navigator of the crashed Tu-154B-2 - in April 2011 participated in the rescue of "". Then the plane of the same model landed at Chkalovsky airport with a faulty control system. The Tu-154B-2 RA-88563 board was planned to be transferred to Samara for repairs. After the plane took off, malfunctions were discovered in the operation of its control system. The plane began to sway in the air and bounce, which was noticeable from the ground. Journalists later called the liner dancing.

Nevertheless, the plane managed to return to the runway in Chkalovsky thanks to the skillful actions of the crew. Petukhov was the navigator of the "dancing liner", along with his colleagues, he was awarded the Order of Courage.

At the same time, taking off from coastal airfields has always been not the easiest procedure, and the Tu-154, especially in version "B", is described by many pilots as a rather strict aircraft in control, making high demands on the pilot, which also does not allow to dismiss the version on the move. possible tragic mistake. According to civil aviation pilots, an experience of more than three thousand hours is not enough for the commander of a machine of this class.

Finally, given the political situation, the version of a terrorist attack cannot be ruled out, including due to the specifics of the organization of military flights. Unfortunately, the rigor of screening and security on military passenger flights is much less than on commercial airlines. As noted by many military personnel and civilians who have experience flying with Ministry of Defense aircraft from Chkalovsky and other military airfields, pre-flight screening on such flights often comes down to a mere formality in the form of checking passenger lists with documents, especially when “our” team is flying. When flying abroad - to the same Syria - it is somewhat stricter (border formalities are included), but even in this case it cannot be compared with traditional measures at most civil airports developed countries.

Under these conditions, it is possible to admit the presence of an explosive device on board, which could be placed in the luggage of the liner during loading or carried on board during an intermediate landing in Sochi. In any case, the likelihood of such a development of events is not ruled out by the special services, which began checking those who could have access to the aircraft at the airport of departure and in Sochi.

A variation of the version of the terrorist attack is the assumption put forward in some media about an attack on an aircraft using a portable anti-aircraft missile system, which could be carried out by terrorists either from a boat or from residential buildings on the coast, but this option unlikely, given that lost liner was supposed to land in Mozdok, and if they intended to attack him during landing / takeoff from the refueling airfield, they would have been waiting for him there.

Anyway, the investigation has just begun. A plane crash into the sea can seriously complicate it - a steep drop in depths in the Sochi region, where the continental slope at an angle of 45 degrees sharply goes down, by 500, 1000 or more meters, and a thick layer of silt will greatly complicate the search for the wreckage of the liner. The Il-18V aircraft that died in the same area in 1972 fell a little further from the coast - at a distance of about 10 kilometers, but its wreckage went to a depth of 500 to 1000 meters, and neither large parts of the fuselage and wings, nor flight recorders could be found .

Given these conditions, every hour matters: with every hour, the wreckage that has gone under water will sink deeper and deeper. Everyone obviously understands this. responsible persons- diving elite of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Russian Navy - deep-sea divers from all four fleets, with special equipment and underwater vehicles, are transferred to Sochi.

Dr. Lisa

The list of passengers published by the Ministry of Defense includes the director international organization"Fair Help" Elizaveta Glinka (also known as Dr. Lisa). According to an Interfax source, Glinka flew on board this plane from Moscow to Sochi, but did not go to Syria.

The fund’s message notes that Glinka did indeed take off on this flight: she accompanied a humanitarian cargo for the Tishrin hospital in Latakia. “International Public Organization “Fair Help” does not have any information in connection with the catastrophe,” the article says.

Doctor Lisa's husband, lawyer Gleb Glinka, told Snob that his wife was on board at the time of the crash. There is no other confirmation of this information.

The website of the Presidential Human Rights Council, of which Glinka was a member, published a statement by its head, Mikhail Fedotov, in which he confirmed that Dr. Liza was supposed to take medicines to a hospital in Latakia.

“Dr. Lisa was everyone's favorite. And there was a reason: for many years, she provided almost daily palliative care, fed the homeless, clothed them, gave them shelter. It was she who, under bullets, took out sick and wounded children from the Donbass so that they could get help in the best hospitals in Moscow and St. Petersburg. It was she who organized a shelter for children with amputated limbs, where they undergo rehabilitation after the hospital, ”the statement said.

What did Dr. Lisa do

Elizaveta Glinka gained all-Russian fame after organizing a collection of assistance in favor of the victims during large forest fires in the European part of Russia. The Foundation provided humanitarian aid and equipment to fire victims and volunteer firefighters. In 2012, the Doctor Liza Foundation organized a collection of humanitarian aid for flood victims in Krymsk (Krasnodar Territory). Together with TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak, Elizaveta Glinka organized a charity auction, at which more than 16 million rubles were collected for flood victims.

Humanitarian assistance during military conflicts

After the outbreak of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, Glinka took part in helping people living in eastern Ukraine. She repeatedly traveled to the Donbass during the hostilities and brought children in need of treatment to Moscow from there, and also handed over medicines and humanitarian aid. In total, since March 2014, Dr. Lisa has visited the Donbass almost 20 times.

During the war in Syria, Glinka traveled to the country with humanitarian missions - she was engaged in the delivery and distribution of medicines, organizing medical care for the civilian population.

Disaster investigation

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Vladimir Putin was promptly reported on the incident. The President, according to Peskov, is in constant contact with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who held a video conference with the leadership of the Armed Forces on the organization of search and rescue operations. The commission of the Ministry of Defense to investigate the plane crash flew to Adler early in the morning.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was instructed by the president to form a state commission to investigate the Tu-154 crash. The commission was headed by Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov. December 26 is declared a day of mourning.

A criminal case under the article “Violation of the rules of flights or preparation for them” (Article 351 of the Criminal Code) was initiated by the Investigative Committee. As official representative of the department Svetlana Petrenko told RBC, a group of employees of the central office of the Investigative Committee, who have extensive experience in investigating aviation accidents, was sent to Sochi. According to the head of the press service of the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office, Natalia Zemskova, a joint group of employees of the oversight agency and the Ministry of Defense also flew to Sochi.

Emergency services discovered an oil slick 6-8 km from the coast in the Black Sea. The wreckage of the plane was found at a depth of 50-70 m, one and a half kilometers from the coast. Passengers' personal belongings are found 12-14 km from the shore, the first body was found 6 km from the shore.

Vladimir Gritsikhin, head of the monitoring service of the central joint All-Russian Water Rescue Society, believes that under favorable conditions, the wreckage of the Tu-154 can be raised from the bottom in a week. “The depth of 50-70 m is not large, it is quite possible to gently lift large fragments with soft pontoons. The depth is such that it is unlikely that anyone can be saved, but it is possible to raise all the fragments of the aircraft. I think that in a week you can extract everything if the services work in time. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has good specialists if they call, we will connect,” he told TASS.

This is the fifth plane crash involving the Tu-154 over the past ten years.

On January 1, 2011, a Tu-154 B-2 aircraft flying from Surgut to Moscow caught fire on runway. 134 passengers and crew members were evacuated, three people died, about 40 were injured. The aircraft was completely burned out.

On April 10, 2010, the Tu-154 of the President of Poland, flying from Warsaw to Smolensk, crashed while landing at the Severny military airfield in Smolensk region. 89 passengers and eight crew members, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski, were killed.

On July 15, 2009, a Tu-154 crashed in Iran, flying from Tehran to Yerevan. On board were 153 people plus 15 crew members, among the passengers were mainly citizens of Armenia, as well as Iran and Georgia. They all died.

August 22, 2006 Tu-154M, flying from Anapa to St. Petersburg, lost control and fell into a flat tailspin. The plane crashed near locality Dry Balka near Donetsk. 160 passengers died, including 49 children and ten crew members.

Versions of what happened

The official cause of the plane crash has not yet been announced. Rosgidromettsentr notes that weather in the area of the crash on the morning of December 25 were normal and easy to pilot the aircraft. An Interfax source in the emergency services said that one of the versions of the plane crash is considered to be a bird getting into the engine of the Tu-154 (near Sochi there is a migratory bird station and an ornithopark). In addition, according to the source, versions of the technical malfunction of the Tu-154 and the possible refueling of the aircraft with low-quality fuel are being considered. According to a RIA Novosti source, a crew error could also be the cause of the crash.

“If a bird had hit, the crew would have had the opportunity to report to the ground. After takeoff, the crew gained sufficient altitude, birds do not fly at such a height, ”said Alexander Romanov, a flight safety specialist, in a conversation with RBC, pointing out that one of the most possible versions He considers what happened to be a terrorist attack.

"Fontanki" in the Ministry of Defense notes that the FSB joined the investigation. Special service officers are checking everyone who could approach the ship at the Chkalovsky military airport and in Adler. The security forces are working out a version of the attack. This information is confirmed by the interlocutor of RBC in the FSB. According to him, this is a standard check, which is carried out in such cases. The FSB Public Relations Center was unable to officially confirm or deny the information about a possible terrorist attack.

“If there was an instant loss of communication with the crew, then this is most likely an explosion of an aircraft or a collision in the air with some object,” Yury Sytnikov, a member of the presidential commission for the development of general aviation, told RBC.

“The plane was landing for refueling, in this case, many technical services approached the plane, so people had the opportunity to put an explosive device in the compartments,” Romanov is sure.

As the honored test pilot Hero of Russia Yuri Vashchuk believes, equipment failure is unlikely. He believes that an incident on board the aircraft could have led to the disaster.

A Kommersant correspondent in the Krasnodar Territory reports that at the time of the crash, none of the local residents heard the explosion or saw a flash.

An Interfax source in law enforcement agencies excludes the version of a terrorist attack. “Apparently, when the aircraft collided with the water surface, a water hammer occurred, which led to a large spread of debris,” the agency’s source said.

“This happened after takeoff, when the landing gear and flaps were removed. There are a lot of technical things that can happen here. As a result, the plane may simply roll over due to low speed, ”Viktor Zabolotsky, Honored Test Pilot of the USSR, said in a conversation with RBC.

“For three engines to fail at once, something supernatural must happen. The failure of even one engine is a critical situation, but I do not think that it could lead to a disaster. Something happened on board, to which the pilots did not have time to react. So, for example, it was with the crash of a passenger plane over Egypt. There was a lightning-fast depressurization of the aircraft, and he lost control, ”Vashchuk told RBC.

Sergey Goncharov, president of the association of veterans of the Alfa anti-terror unit, told RBC that a version of the terrorist attack may exist, but not as a priority. “This is an aircraft of the Ministry of Defense, it is serviced at a high level by proven people. In the liner were all the people who knew each other, there were no strangers. The plane did not fly over the sea for so long, and if there had been an explosion, then one of the eyewitnesses would have heard it, ”said Goncharov.

There were no claims to the aircraft

The crashed Tu-154 was released more than 30 years ago, but "there were no complaints about its technical condition," said an Interfax source in emergency services. Before the flight, the aircraft was in good order, in general, the Tu-154 was operated "in a gentle mode."

The Ministry of Defense stated that the last repair of the liner took place in December 2014, RIA Novosti reports. The crashed aircraft was piloted by first-class pilot Roman Volkov, who had flown more than 3,000 hours.

The Tu-154, which crashed near Sochi, underwent three overhauls during its operation, TASS was told in the press service of the Russian Machines Corporation. “Aircraft Tu-154 number 85572 was produced on March 29, 1983 at the Kuibyshev aircraft plant (now the Aviakor aircraft plant). The last, third overhaul of the aircraft took place on Aviakor in December 2014. Since the completion of this overhaul, no applications have been received from the operator for scheduled periodic maintenance of the aircraft and the extension of resources to Aviakor. Accordingly, Aviakor did not carry out maintenance of this board, ”the company said in a statement.

After the plane crashed, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said that the decision to decommission the Tu-154 "would be premature." “The resource of this aircraft today is 40 years, and if we take foreign analogues, then some aircraft have a resource of up to 60 years, so aviation has completely different principles for assigning a resource, the issue of operating time to a cycle,” Manturov noted.

Since the early 2000s, the Tu-154 has been decommissioned almost everywhere.

S7 Airlines was the first to announce the withdrawal of Soviet-made aircraft - Tu-154 and Il-86 from the fleets. In November 2009, the Rossiya airline, based in St. Petersburg, stopped flying the Tu-154. The carrier replaced these aircraft with Boeing 737s, but later opted for the A320 family. Aeroflot announced its plans in 2008 and completed the process in early 2010. The main reasons for the withdrawal of the Tu-154 from the parks are the low fuel efficiency of the aircraft, as well as the high accident rate.

In January 2014, only 80 Tu-154 aircraft remained in operation in the world. As of July 2016, the only commercial operator of Tu-154s in Russia was ALROSA with two aircraft.

The last aircraft of the family with serial number 998 was released on February 19, 2013 and handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

This article is intended for persons of the 18+ category.

I feel very sorry for the people who died in plane crash over the Black Sea near Sochi 12/25/2016

We deliberately did not mix everything in one article at once - both condolences to the dead, and indignation at the distortion of information appearing in the media, the stuffing of unreliable information at the suggestion of "officials".

We decided to leave for history information through the eyes of eyewitnesses about how, at the suggestion of officials, information about the disaster was covered in the media. This is the purpose of the article.

We are not engaged in investigations and fortune-telling about the causes of the plane crash.

Drawing conclusions about the causes of the plane crash, sitting at the monitor screen, is a waste of time, we assure you. If someone knows the real picture of what happened - good. We write from the point of view of an ordinary, normal person who these days received exactly the information that we simply summarized. There was a terrorist attack, there was no terrorist attack - on this moment we cannot say unequivocally… We cannot draw conclusions because we are not experts.

We write about the facts - about what we ourselves have seen and heard. And the fact - the concealment of information from the people about the details of the plane crash, and even from the relatives of the victims in relation to the course of searches, investigations - really took place and takes place. Regardless of the reasons that prompted it.

Perhaps the conclusions of the commission will soon appear, which will shed some light on the reality of what happened.

And inconsistencies, contradictions, oddities, suspicious moments associated with 12/25/2016 crash of the Tu-154 aircraft, very much...

We will immediately make a reservation again that after a while, perhaps, the official version will be harmonious and clear. And most likely that our arguments will "break" on the official version, which will be announced in the future.

But we present information the way it was received and felt. ordinary people while watching the news of the disaster in the media in real time.

So, let's begin.

What everyone immediately felt after the appearance of the first news was the absence of any clear official information about the disaster. But it was full of "stuffing" and conflicting information - including from official officials.

Yes, let's say right away that the plane took off from Adler, where it is located " international Airport Sochi. This is 28 km from the city of Sochi (by "Sochi" here we mean a point on geographical map excluding city limits). And the Tu-154B-2 plane (and not just the Tu-154) of the Ministry of Defense crashed. Registration number (it is also called on-board) RA-85572, factory 83A572, serial 0572.

Perhaps the only fact about which there was no contradiction in the media and in reports from officials related to the investigation of the disaster was that the crew did not have time to send a distress signal.

Surprising, if not strange, unanimity - since there is still no exact information regarding everything else.

1. The first statements in the media are not a terrorist attack

A strange statement when nothing is clear yet, there is no information about the found black boxes, all the fragments of the aircraft have not been found, the bodies of the dead have not been raised, etc. Immediately, several "stuffings" appear in the media, confirming the 100% impossibility of a terrorist attack.

And here is the route (scheme) of the flight of the Tu-154 aircraft through the Caspian Sea:

Source: omsk.kp.ru/daily/26624/3642536/

Here is more information about the flight through the Caspian Sea, bypassing Turkey (so-l.ru/news/show/krushenie_tu_154_prervanniy_flying_v_siriyu): “... Then the route goes through the Caspian Sea, Iran, Iraq, and - also from the sea - approaching the Khmeimim airfield" .

5. Incomprehensible plane crash site

First, it was officially announced that the plane crashed six kilometers from the coast in the Black Sea. Fragments of the fuselage and control mechanisms were found.

Later - that the plane crashed one and a half kilometers from the coast. This is really important, but more on that below.

6 km from the coast - here: trud.ru/article/26-12-2016/1345414_tu-154_upal_v_more_u_sochi_v_6_km_ot_berega.html

What to believe? The first news was just about a ton ...

14. Why were so few dead bodies raised?

The Internet community immediately put forward two logical options - either everyone was torn apart by the explosion into “fragments” and (or) the bodies contained some evidence that could not be shown to the public and relatives (for example, fragments, etc.).

We do not consider options for the technical complexity of searches - people without diving suits dive with scuba gear to a depth of 100 meters or more. These are records, of course, but for a professional diver, working at 30-70 meters is not a problem.

Governor Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev said that the bodies of most of the passengers of the plane could be inside the liner under water, so they have not yet been found. Answering the question why only 11 bodies of the dead were found during the day, Kondratiev said that in the area of the fall aircraft sea current changed direction three times in a day.

If the bodies are inside the liner, then where is the “main” fragment of the aircraft? There is no him...

15. Those obscure life jackets

There is news in the media that some of the dead, who were taken out of the water, were wearing life jackets. For example, here is the information: http://www.trud.ru/article/26-12-2016/1345439_nekotorye_passazhiry_tu-154_uspeli_nadet_spaszhilety.html

“People in vests were preparing for evacuation,” the source said.

And then the Russian Ministry of Defense denied this message (http://www.newsru.com/russia/26dec2016/lifejacket.html) and called it "shameful insinuations." And why so zealously and painfully react? As they say, it's a no-brainer...

16. Everything is incomprehensible with black boxes

“Large wreckage of the aircraft, including a detached tail, was found at a depth of about 70 meters. They were discovered with the help of an echo sounder, which registered several large objects at the bottom. Why were they not found with the help of signals from the "black boxes"?

It turns out that the black boxes of this particular aircraft were not equipped with radio beacons ... And why?

Why is the use of "black boxes" as from a goat's milk always?

Even misunderstandings with the number of "black boxes". Actually, there should be three.

« - ... How many recorders were there? Was this explained to reporters today?

- Sergey Baynetov (Head of the Aviation Safety Service of the Armed Forces - ed.) said today that there were only two recorders, there was no third recorder, all this is false information in the means mass media. The first is a speech recorder, and the second is already parametric. Baynetov said that the experts who discovered these boxes did not immediately understand what they got - first thought, which is parametric, but here an error occurred, only when they opened it, understood that it was after all voice recorder».

No comments. Although I really want to give them.

Let us ask a few rhetorical questions.

But is it really impossible to distinguish a speech recorder from a parametric recorder by appearance? Is there any stripe or designation there? I want to put a smiley... Why can't you put video surveillance in the aircraft cabin and broadcast online everything that happens in the cockpit? Is it really impossible to determine the loss of a signal from an aircraft with an accuracy of up to a meter from a satellite in the age of the development of GPS navigation? A terrorist is targeted with a missile using a signal from a cell phone, but the plane cannot be detected? Why is it impossible to transmit signals from flight recorders via satellite in real time?

Why not make the "duplicate" black boxes "shoot back" automatically or with the help of a pilot? It is necessary - put ten boxes, not three (or two?) ... What is there to hide something - or are data on the operation of devices a state secret? Let the recorders that record unclassified information float on the surface of the water and give out a signal - make them positively buoyant ...

A number of questions are posed, of course, incorrectly, but we are confident that the “mystery” of all air crashes can be significantly reduced with the help of technical means.

But no one needs it - it’s more convenient to lie ...

17. Difficulties with deciphering "black boxes"

First, the head of the Ministry of Transport, Maxim Sokolov, reports that the on-board equipment of the crashed Tu-154 aircraft worked abnormally (source - http://izvestia.ru/news/655361#ixzz4UEVvUisr), a "special" situation on board was reported within 10 seconds. Later, persons related to the investigation report that the aircraft was technically sound and everything was working normally.

One of the latest news, sounded on 01/28/2017, was that employees of the Research Center for the Operation and Repair of Aircraft Equipment of the Air Force of the Ministry of Defense, in which the investigation was launched, “have long forgotten how to work with film” (http://www.kommersant.ru/doc/ 3205030). It is known that all technical specifications the last flight of the Tu-154, made in 1983, were recorded on an analog device that looks like a reel-to-reel tape recorder, similar to those that were common at the end of the last century. For this reason, the military were forced to seek help from civilian specialists from the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC), whose functions include investigating "civilian" air crashes. The experts concluded that all aircraft systems were operational before the collision with water ...

As a result, the experts make an unambiguous conclusion that there was a crew error.

You can go on for a long time about the various details related to the plane crash: almost immediately a decision was made to disband (reorganize) the 800th Air Base (AVB) of the 2nd category, the fleet of which included the Tu-154B-2 that crashed in Sochi.

Kobzon, perhaps, himself regretted that in the first hours after the disaster he told the media about his refusal to fly this plane - this also gave rise to various rumors.

In general, to the question “What is happening in Russia now?” - you can safely answer: "They're lying ...".

The conclusion suggests itself that this is also happening with regard to information about the economy, and health care, and any other issues ... How can we now believe the official statements of officials in the media about the average salary in the country in the amount of 37 thousand rubles?

In relation to this particular case, there is a feeling that people have been misinformed to the maximum. "Taken away" from the true cause of the disaster.

Everything stated by us in this article is not from the ceiling, but is taken from open respected sources. Anyone can verify by typing the appropriate query in the search bar.

Why did officials contradict themselves when giving interviews to the media? Why was it impossible to tell the truth at once - then and now? It's good to be embarrassed...

When it is not possible to provide real information, it is more profitable not to hush it up, but to throw in a bunch of unreliable and contradictory facts. For what? Yes, so that the people are "tired" of the information and give up. And what the government commission will write there in a year will not bother anyone.

Even if it was a terrorist attack, why hide information from the people? “We took pity on people before the New Year” - hardly. It would be better if December 31 was a non-working day ...

If a terrorist attack really took place, then this entails the need to recognize the extra victims of the military operation in Syria, which is incomprehensible to most Russian citizens. Any state benefits from a small victorious war than a protracted conflict with a large number of victims. After all, then you have to answer questions ....

Perhaps this is precisely the key to the silence and lies about the Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea on December 25, 2016.

If there was a terrorist attack, it means that next time no conductor and no passenger on the train will take a “package” for transfer - life is more expensive. And it’s better to report a suspicious object just in case.

And despite the big names, no one will turn a blind eye to the cargo carried on board - if the inspection, then the inspection of everything and everything, without exception.

It could save the lives of so many people.

We have no doubt that after some time the official version of the catastrophe will take a coherent and logical form, after which everything will gradually subside in the news. And everything stated in this article may lose relevance.

This article is written in real time - in the order in which the information appeared in the media about TU-154 crash over the Black Sea.

And harmony and logic official version obviously not enough for all forty days after the disaster ...

Another problem is that false information and concealment of facts undermine the authority of the authorities. It is still unknown for whom the “responsible for information about the disaster” works. Or "responsible". If on “ours”, then it’s painfully careless. As Ostap Bender would say - low grade, not clean work ...

Why make things worse for ourselves by "rocking" the situation in the country? It's not necessary neither the authorities nor the common people.

Here, for example, other countries declare that Russia is guilty of this and that - here one does not have to look far for examples.

"Ours", as always, clumsily begin to make excuses.

However, if the people are constantly deceived by "their own", and the people see it (and the people see everything) - of course, many will succumb and succumb to the influence of foreign propaganda.

And who knows how it really was there ...

P.S. from 14.03.2017.

We continue to follow the development of events related to the investigation of the Tu-154 crash that occurred on December 25, 2016 over the Black Sea.

So, the news in the media from 03/14/2017.

We quote further on the materials of Kommersant (link - kommersant.ru/doc/3241365):

According to the results of the technical investigation, the experts concluded that the plane did not fall at all, but landed on the water in a controlled flight under the control of the crew commander.

The plane, as shown by 3D modeling, took off in an absolutely normal mode. After takeoff, the crew also did not make any of the traditional mistakes in such cases - the car did not reach supercritical angles of attack, did not lose speed, did not fall into a tailspin and did not fall at all(!!!???). About a minute after taking off from the ground, the Tu-154 gained an altitude of about 250 m and a speed of about 360-370 km / h, and immediately after that, as Kommersant's interlocutor put it, "an emergency situation began to develop rapidly" on board. She expressed herself in the fact that the control pilot is the commander of the crew, who had to continue to gain altitude - actually put the car into landing mode. The Tu-154, as simulations showed, for ten seconds - until the very collision with water - was descending in the so-called pilot controlled flight.

According to experts, the cause of the tragedy could be the disorientation of the pilot in space. Gaining altitude in the dark, over the sea, the pilot did not visually control the position of the car, because he did not see any landmarks ahead and even the horizon. Even the stars, which were both above and below at the same time, could disorient the crew - in the form of reflections on the surface of the water (!!!). In this difficult situation, the pilot pilot, according to experts, had to completely trust the instruments, the readings of which the crew commander apparently ignored, trusting his experience and physiological sensations. For example, the overload that arose during the acceleration of the car could create the illusion of a climb for the pilot(!!!) - while in fact the plane was descending.

In general, the conclusions of the experts contain one thing - the crew is to blame and that's it.

And now our commentary on this news.

They were embarrassed to even show all this nonsense on TV, since this news on March 14, 2017 was immediately criticized by the Internet community.

Indeed, the conclusions of the "experts" do not stand up to scrutiny:

We already wrote about the flight time earlier. It is established that the plane flew not a minute, but more.

About the speed of flight - too. It was previously established, also by experts, that the takeoff speed of the aircraft was 345 km / h. Then the plane just picks up speed. Previously, experts claimed a speed of 500 km / h at the time of collision with the surface of the water. But the news of 03/14/2017 also states that the car is accelerating, as a result of which “overload could create the illusion of climbing for the pilot.” Acceleration is a physical quantity that for all normal people means an increase in speed. Or maybe the experts meant “negative acceleration”, but forgot to mention it? Well, isn't it crazy?

About the stars that are reflected on the surface of the water, according to which the pilot was guided, spitting on the readings of the instruments, only a stoned drug addict could write. That night it was cloudy, and no stars either in the sky or in the water simply could be seen "from a height of 250 meters." In the end, the pilot was far from being a novice, to "navigate by the stars" during takeoff, completely "ignoring the instruments."

But what about the testimony of a “witness” who saw the plane fly at night like a “motorcycle on the rear wheel”? What about the usual planned "controlled descent" of the aircraft during landing in this case? In general, somewhere they lie unambiguously.

But what about the cries of “flaps, s%ka” during the negotiations of the crew - how is this explained now? And no way...

When a plane crashes or descends, everyone actually feels it, and experienced pilots even more so.

We do not want to repeat ourselves about the inconsistencies and oddities associated with the Tu-154 crash on 12/25/2016 over the Black Sea - everything is already set out in our article. And about the spread of debris, and about other things ...

It's a pity for the crew, which cannot now confirm their innocence. At least the Ministry of Defense denies the version of the crew's mistake.

And the official version of the disaster dated 03/14/2017 is a failure. Are there no literate people left in the reserve who could at least come up with something more understandable, normal and logical? We are no longer even talking about an objective investigation ... As they say - to the original ...

P. S. from 06/01/2017

Finally, on May 31, 2017, it became known about the “true” causes of the disaster.

The government commission recognized the human factor as the main cause of the disaster - experts called "fatigue and poor professional training" of the crew as concomitant factors of the disaster.

To be honest, no other conclusions were expected from the government commission, but such cynicism in the conclusions of experts was not expected.

It turns out that the Tu-154 was supposed to make a so-called training (!) flight in the VT category (off-piste) for the transportation of troops (passengers), equipment and cargo. That is, the training (!) Was carried out on the ensemble. Alexandrova...

After takeoff, "the control pilot was in the grip of somatogravitational illusions." Instead of orienting by instruments, the pilot was guided by "his own physiological sensations."

Note: we recall that we are talking about a night takeoff ... To write in the conclusions that the pilots did not pay attention to the instrument readings - well, this is already too much ...

According to the conclusion of the commission, it turns out that the weight of the transported cargo was only 150 kg.

Note: yeah, but the weight of the instruments and props alone for the ensemble. How much is Alexandrov, may I ask?

It makes no sense to continue to analyze the conclusion of the commission, everything has already been said above ...

Of course, it is easiest for everyone related to the disaster to blame the crew - the crew will no longer be able to object ...

One can only hope that sooner or later people will find out the real, and not invented, reason for the Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea ...

"Why there will be no nuclear war. For now ..." "Why talk about the feat"

Over the Black Sea, became the 73rd liner of this family, lost as a result of aviation accidents. Total number In 44 years, the number of deaths in such incidents reached 3,263 people. Portal Yuga.ru looked into the history of the operation of the aircraft and remembered the most major disasters with his participation.

Tu-154 is a passenger aircraft developed in the 1960s in the USSR in design office Tupolev. It was intended for the needs of medium-haul airlines and for a long time was the most massive Soviet jet passenger aircraft.

The first flight was carried out on October 3, 1968. Tu-154 was mass-produced from 1970 to 1998. From 1998 to 2013, small-scale production of the Tu-154M modification was carried out at the Aviakor plant in Samara. A total of 1026 machines were manufactured. Until the end of the 2000s, it was one of the most common aircraft on medium-range routes in Russia.

The aircraft with tail number RA-85572, which crashed on December 25, 2016 over the Black Sea, was manufactured in 1983 and belonged to the Tu-154B-2 modification. This modification was produced from 1978 to 1986: an economy class cabin designed for 180 passengers, an improved automatic on-board control system. In 1983, the RA-85572 board was transferred to the USSR Air Force.

According to some Tu-154 pilots, the aircraft is too complicated for mass production. passenger liner and requires highly qualified both flight and ground personnel.

At the end of the 20th century, the aircraft, designed in the 1960s, became obsolete, and airlines began to replace it with modern analogues - the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.

In 2002, the EU countries, due to inconsistencies in the level of permissible noise, banned the flights of Tu-154s that were not equipped with special noise-absorbing panels. And since 2006, all Tu-154 flights (except for the Tu-154M modification) in the EU have been completely banned. Aircraft of this type at that time were operated mainly in the CIS countries.

In the mid-2000s, the aircraft began to be gradually taken out of service. The main reason is the low fuel efficiency of the engines. Since the aircraft was designed in the 1960s, the developers did not face the issue of engine efficiency. Economic crisis 2008 also contributed to the acceleration of the process of decommissioning the aircraft. In 2008, the entire Tu-154 fleet was withdrawn by S7, the following year Rossiya and Aeroflot did so. In 2011, the operation of the Tu-154 was stopped " Ural Airlines". In 2013, liners of this type were withdrawn from the air fleet by UTair, the largest Tu-154 operator at that time.

In October 2016, the last demonstration flight was made by the Belarusian airline Belavia. The only commercial operator of Tu-154 aircraft in Russia in 2016 was the Alrosa airline, which has two Tu-154M aircraft in its fleet. According to unconfirmed reports, two Tu-154 aircraft, including the oldest model of this family, released back in 1976, are owned by the North Korean airline Air Koryo.

In February 2013, the serial production of the liners was discontinued. The last aircraft of the family, released at the Samara plant "Aviakor", was transferred to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The largest disasters of domestic Tu-154

02/19/1973, Prague, 66 dead

The Tu-154 aircraft performed a regular passenger flight from Moscow to Prague, when, while landing, it suddenly went into a rapid decline, before reaching 470 m to the runway, crashed into the ground and collapsed. Killed 66 people out of 100 on board. This is the first incident in the history of the Tu-154 aircraft. The Czechoslovak commission could not establish the causes of the accident, only assuming that during the landing approach the airliner unexpectedly got into a turbulence zone, which led to a loss of stability. The Soviet commission came to the conclusion that the cause of the disaster was the error of the aircraft commander, who accidentally changed the angle of inclination of the stabilizer due to the imperfection of the control system.

07/08/1980, Alma-Ata, 166 dead, 9 wounded on the ground

The plane, which was flying on the route Alma-Ata - Rostov-on-Don - Simferopol, crashed almost immediately after takeoff. The aircraft demolished two residential barracks and four residential buildings, injuring nine people on the ground. According to the official version, the disaster occurred due to a sudden atmospheric disturbance that caused a powerful downward air flow (up to 14 m/s) and a strong tailwind (up to 20 m/s) during takeoff, at the time of mechanization cleaning, at high takeoff weight, in conditions of high-altitude airfield and high air temperature. The combination of these factors at low flight altitude and with a sudden onset of a side roll, the correction of which briefly distracted the crew, predetermined the fatal outcome of the flight.

11/16/1981, Norilsk, 99 dead

The liner was completing a passenger flight from Krasnoyarsk and was landing when it lost altitude and landed on the field, about 500 m short of the runway, after which it crashed into the embankment of the radio beacon and collapsed. 99 people out of 167 on board were killed. According to the conclusion of the commission, the cause of the crash was the loss of longitudinal controllability of the aircraft at the final stage of the landing approach due to design features aircraft. In addition, the crew realized too late that the situation was threatening with an accident, and the decision to go around was not made in time.

12/23/1984, Krasnoyarsk, 110 dead

The liner was supposed to carry out a passenger flight to Irkutsk, when an engine failure occurred during climb. The crew decided to return, but a fire broke out during the landing approach, which destroyed the control systems. The car crashed to the ground 3 km before runway number 29 and collapsed. The root cause of the disaster was the destruction of the disk of the first stage of one of the engines, which occurred due to the presence of fatigue cracks. The cracks were caused by a manufacturing defect.

07/10/1985, Uchkuduk, 200 dead

This disaster was the largest in terms of the number of deaths in history. Soviet aviation and Tu-154 aircraft. The airliner that operated regular flight on the route Karshi - Ufa - Leningrad, 46 minutes after takeoff at an altitude of 11 thousand 600 m, lost speed, fell into a flat spin and collapsed to the ground.

According to the official conclusion, this happened under the influence of a high non-standard outdoor temperature, a small margin in terms of the angle of attack and engine thrust. The crew made a number of deviations from the requirements, lost speed - and failed to pilot the aircraft. An unofficial version is widespread: before the flight, the crew's rest regime was violated, as a result of which total time pilots were awake for almost 24 hours. And shortly after the start of the flight, the crew fell asleep.

07.12.1995, Khabarovsk region, 98 dead

The Tu-154B-1 airliner of the Khabarovsk joint air squadron, flying along the route Khabarovsk - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Khabarovsk - Ulan-Ude - Novosibirsk, crashed into Mount Bo-Dzhausa 274 km from Khabarovsk. The cause of the disaster, presumably, was the asymmetric transfer of fuel from the tanks. The ship's commander mistakenly increased the formed right roll, and the flight became uncontrollable.

07/04/2001, Irkutsk, 145 dead

While landing at the Irkutsk airport, the airliner suddenly fell into a flat tailspin and crashed to the ground. During the landing approach, the crew allowed the aircraft speed to drop below the permissible speed by 10-15 km/h. The autopilot, which was in altitude hold mode, increased the pitch angle as the speed dropped, resulting in an even greater loss of speed. Discovering dangerous situation, the crew added a mode to the engines, rejected the steering wheel to the left and away from themselves, which led to a rapid increase vertical speed and increased roll to the left. Having lost spatial orientation, the pilot tried to bring the plane out of the roll, but by his actions only increased it. The State Commission called the erroneous actions of the crew the cause of the disaster.

10/04/2001, Black Sea, 78 dead

The Tu-154M airliner of Siberia Airlines was flying on the Tel Aviv-Novosibirsk route, but crashed into the Black Sea 1 hour and 45 minutes after takeoff. According to the conclusion of the Interstate Aviation Committee, the plane was unintentionally shot down by a Ukrainian S-200 anti-aircraft missile launched during Ukrainian military exercises on the Crimean peninsula. Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksandr Kuzmuk apologized for the incident. Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma acknowledged Ukraine's responsibility for the incident and dismissed the defense minister.

08/24/2004, Kamensk, 46 dead

The plane took off from Moscow and headed for Sochi. During the flight over the Rostov region, a strong explosion occurred in the tail section of the liner. The plane lost control and began to fall. The crew tried with all their might to keep the plane in the air, but the uncontrolled liner crashed to the ground near the village of Glubokoye Kamensky district Rostov region and completely collapsed. The plane was blasted by a suicide bomber. Immediately after the attacks (on the same day, a Tu-134 aircraft flying from Moscow to Volgograd exploded), the Islambuli Brigades terrorist organization took responsibility for them. But later Shamil Basayev said that he had prepared the attacks.

According to Basayev, the terrorists he sent did not blow up the planes, but only captured them. Basayev claimed that the planes were shot down by Russian air defense missiles, as the Russian leadership was afraid that the planes would be sent to any objects in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

08/22/2006, Donetsk, 170 dead

The Russian airliner was performing a scheduled passenger flight from Anapa to St. Petersburg, but it encountered a severe thunderstorm over the Donetsk region. The crew asked the controller for permission to fly to a higher flight level, but then the airliner lost altitude, and three minutes later it crashed near the village of Sukhaya Balka in the Konstantinovsky district of the Donetsk region.

“The lack of control over the flight speed and the failure to follow the instructions of the Flight Operations Manual (Flight Operations Manual) to prevent the aircraft from entering the stall mode due to unsatisfactory interaction in the crew did not allow preventing the situation from turning into a catastrophic one”, - said in the final conclusion of the Interstate Aviation Commission.

04/10/2010, Smolensk, 96 dead

Presidential airliner Tu-154M Air Force Poland was flying on the Warsaw-Smolensk route, but when landing at the Smolensk-Severny airfield in heavy fog, the liner collided with trees, capsized, crashed to the ground and completely collapsed. All 96 people on board were killed, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife Maria Kaczynska, as well as well-known Polish politicians, almost all the high military command, and public and religious figures. They were on their way to Russia on a private visit as a Polish delegation to the mourning events on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Katyn Massacre. An investigation by the Interstate Aviation Committee found that all aircraft systems were working normally before impact with the ground; due to fog, visibility at the airfield was below the landing limit, which the crew was notified about. The causes of the disaster were called the wrong actions of the crew of the aircraft and psychological pressure on it.
