The cost of the boat there and back (the boatman will wait for you for a couple of hours) is about 1000 baht. If you want to stay longer, the boatman will sail away and come back for you at the right time - the price for such a trip is about 1500 baht.

The island is great, beautiful and quiet - you can walk, sunbathe and enjoy. On opposite side the island is an abandoned hotel Evason Phuket Resort and Spa. Island coordinates: 7.756085, 98.331652
