Cableways:

Pendulum cable car(1630-2260 meters) - two cars with a capacity of up to 40 people each, suspended on a cable car, go in opposite directions. With this cable car, you can climb the slope of Moussa-Achitara mountain in 8 minutes, bypassing two lines chairlifts, to a height of 2260 meters. The lower station of the cable car is located in the center of the Dombai glade, not far from the hotel "MMTS Mountain Peaks".

"New ropeway complex"(1590-2270-3035-3200 meters). The first station of the gondola cable car stands next to the hotel "Amanauz" and lifts skiers to a height of 2270 m.

Below, directly next to the hotel "Crocus" there is a drag lift, a slope for beginners 300 m. - "Frog".

First of all(1636-1751 meters) of a single-seat road from Crocus to the LII glade - you can ride on this section only in a snowy winter, or for an independent (bypassing the cable car) return to the Dombay glade from the ski area. Here is a long gentle descent along a narrow path in the forest.

Second stage single-seat road to Russkaya Polyana away from the modern ski area. This cable car is sometimes operated in the summer to deliver tourists to the Chuchkhur waterfalls and other excursions. The second armchair goes in the forest along the Dombay-Ulgen gorge along the road leading past the Russian glade in a serpentine to the top of Mt. Musa.

Third line(1719-2266 meters) double-seat road leads from Polyana LII to the finish of the Pendulum road (2260 m - the level of the Peak Ine hotel) - the lower limit of the modern ski area. This cable car goes up steeply (unlike the second one, which smoothly rises to the right) and also goes mostly in the forest. Purpose - mainly delivery to the ski area.

Fourth turn(2266-2500 meters) double-seat road - leads to the main location of skiers and boarders - glades near Musa at an altitude of 2500 m, where there are more than a dozen cafes, rental shops, ski storages, instructors, rescuers, etc. Along the 4th stage, you can ride along the road, which is regularly processed by snowcats, and in a snowy winter and off the track, but this is risky - stones. The length of the route here is about 1 km. There is a diesel engine in the station building of the 4th armchair. The goal is, first of all, to ensure the safe descent of skiers during a power outage, and there are such blackouts in Dombai, and then customers have to be removed from their seats with the help of rescuers and a snowcat.

Fifth line(2500-3002 meters) of the double-seat cable car leaves the glade on Musa and ends on Musa's shoulder (3000 m). The highest cafe in the Caucasus "3012 meters" is also located there. From there opens beautiful view in the direction of the Gonachkhir gorge, and in good clear weather, Elbrus is visible. The main route along the armchair is 2.5 - 3 km. processed by snowcats 1-2 times a week and immediately after a snowfall. It's about a mile wide in both directions. Outside the main route, skiing is usually possible almost from the New Year, the snowier the winter, the wider the zone. In the fall of 2002, a diesel engine was brought to the station to provide backup electricity.

Reader, put on Yandex-map dear to my heart places of the Caucasus! Each of its corners is unique in its own way - who has been, he knows. May, with Your help, millions of those who were not there learn about them. Publish the description of the object in the "Caucasian Knot" wiki. The most interesting descriptions will appear on the Yandex map.

"Yugoslavian"(2550-2980 meters) - Italian cable car, which was built by a Yugoslav contractor. It starts 400 meters to the left of the main glade on Musa - go up a little, then go down 200 meters and you are at the start. Here, at the beginning of the winter of 2002, a small cafe was set up. The "Yugoslavka" is leading to the same shoulder of the city of Musa as the 5th stage. Along the way, it has an intermediate station approximately in the middle of the main route. The finish station of this lift is 20 meters below the end station of the 5th chair. Unlike ordinary chairs upholstered in wood of other cable cars, the chairs of this cable car are more modern - plastic, covered with special material that accumulates solar heat, so it is more pleasant to sit on these chairs.

Three rope tows about 100 m each, from the glade near Musa serve a gentle slope for training 400 meters wide - "paddling pool". In this "paddling pool" usually skiing is possible from mid-November - early December.

"Mops"- about 300 m long. It leaves the "party" clearing near Musa, and it finishes 200-300 meters below the Yugoslavka intermediate station. Along the "mops" usually do not ride - too rocky. This lift is mainly used for traverse to "Yugoslavka": upwards with "mops" and further - along the track to the left under "Yugoslavka" to its start.
